I’ve been stopping by this pizzeria lately for lunch and I have to say, It’s a great place with friendly and helpful employees, and the food is tasty as well. Forget the other review of the guy who complained about the ONE time he probably had to wait for fries. If you like good pizza and decent people, then come here for a slice.

Best pizza. The crust is crunchy and it doesn't flop down like crazy. The pizza is also fresh. You order and they make it. We visit every twice a week. Also you can call them to make the pizza advance if you want too.

Probably the best buffalo chicken slice Iv ever had. Get it almost every time. The other pizza is just as good. Very good service, friendly, and fun to talk to. One of the best pizza joints in the New York area

We've been coming here for several years and have never been disappointed with their food. We've had pizza, heros, calzones, and dishes and they've always been good. They also make a perfect half-white pizza for a family member who can't handle tomato sauce, which other places manage to screw up.

The best buffalo chicken slice in the city. Also notable is the chicken a la vodka slice, the bacon ranch, the manicotti slice, and good old Sicilian. Not just good for excellent slices, the pasta and salads are great too. Sauces are made in house. Really a very high quality place for the price.

Have been coming here for 30 years. Their specialty pies are amazing (chicken, bacon, ranch or buffalo chicken) and huge fan of their chicken francaise. Total family vibe like Cheers. Everybody knows your name and asks how your family is doing. They remember their customers and the extras they ask for.

The best place to get the best New York Pizza in Queens! Thin crunchy crust, delicious sauce, awesome cheese, and great tasting pepperoni! kudos to the owner for keeping the recipe all these decades the same!

Ronnie is the Pizza/Italian cuisine King!! (at least here in Flushing, Queens) Absolutely love this place!! So does my girlfriend who lives in Boston! When she visits me it's an absolute must that we go here so she can satisfy her lust for lasagna!!! All the food is excellent here no matter what you order.

Friendly Staff . Owner always says 👋 and is appreciative of your business! The staff is always friendly too! Fast service ! You order from the cooks and then the cashier takes your money or credit card so when the food is ready you are ready to go! Wish more 🍕 places were this efficient!

In the past I've had meals from them and they were delicious and plentiful as well. Everything I've gotten was great- penne-A-La -Vodka, stuffed shells/ ravioli and of course the pizza there was superb! I've done both delivery as well as eating -in on numerous occasions and it's the same great. When eating in, the staff were very attentive & helpful as well.

So I think they make there sauce from scratch or something because I feel the love when I eat a slice from here. I never had a bad anything from here. They have that classic pizzeria feel. You got a sitting area and usually a server will take your order. I rate this as one of the top slices in queens. You can never go wrong here. The only draw back is parking which is limited. So order your food first n pick it up seems the best way to get your stuff when on the go.

The best Pizza in Queens... I have to be transparent, I grew up eating here so I'm very biased, HOWEVER, this is truly an amazing place. I decided to come visit my old pizza spot after work and I was NOT disappointed. I had the Chicken and Bacon "Slice" (there is more meat than pizza) and just as I remembered it, IT WAS AMAZING!!! Sadly I forgot to take pictures of it, however if you are in Fresh Meadows Queens, stop by. Every item on the menu has my Stamp of Approval. There is limited space for eating, however it's worth the trouble. Aways clean, the staff is always nice. Basically, Napoli's is the model family owned business and they are completely supported by the locals. You can only win here.

Great quality food and always the best service!

Friendly staff always willing to share a joke or even an actual conversation. Food is good and their menu is exactly what you would expect from an authentic Italian RESTAURANT, and not just a "pizza place". Ya know... real cheese, real quality, real care, and real taste, which are all sorely lacking in all those "slice spots". You can obviously find cheaper, and you can certainly find some Zagat Rated / Michelin Star place with better ambiance but if you want good food at a good price, and a friendly environment you found it.

I had to find a new pizza place. Immediately when I entered the store I was greeted by a friendly gentleman this was on April 30’ 2023 about 12:30. It was such a nice experience something so simple as smiling. I use to go to Valentinos for over 30 years Unfortunately they have a new staff member that is very unprofessional and he does not greet you. I am glad to have found a new pizza spot that the pizza is delicious. I look forward to trying the pasta.

We usually order just pizza from the slice app for delivery, its always easy, quick and delicious! Today I called in my order, asked for a side salad with my panini rather than fries, initially the young man said "OK, sure". I hung up and was then called back to be informed they don't normally do side salds with panini's but would make an exception for me as I was already told I could do the swap. I appreciated this very much and told them so. My food arrives fairly quickly but, no side salad OR fries. So I called them to inquire about my salad, and the young lady on the phone was very nice and was understanding even when it seemed as another person, she was speaking with on the other end, didn't want to be so accommodating. She graciously got me the manager and he was apologetic and understanding and sent the salad immediately. That's good customer service. My meal was incomplete for what I paid for, regardless of the circumstances and Ronnie (manager) made it right. Salad was delicious and fresh as well. I appreciate the quality of customer service here and the food was also very good!

Love this pizzeria. Their pizza is delicious and the slices are big. I usually get the chicken alla vodka pizza, can't go wrong.

The Best Pizza 🍕 the ingredients hasn't change since it open the crust is perfect its crunchy I always get a slice on Saturday I work down the block @ Dr.Jeffery Katz Dental office the Pasta and salad are to die for if your in the neighborhood drop by and have a slice of pizza 🍕

I absolutely love this place, the food is delicious, the service is great, they're always quite busy but they get it done!! And the staff members are always so nice and always try to provide the best service they possibly can. And they do a fantastic job. I order from here almost once a week. Friday's is pizza Fridays for me and my boys as it's one of my days off and the last thing I want to do is cook, so we get PIZZAAA and they absolutely love it!! We will definitely continue to order from here.

We had our son's 14th birthday party at Napoli's with 10 kids and 10 adults and it was so much fun! The service was unbelievably wonderful - everything done with love and care. We needed extra pies and dietary special requests last minute and they made everything happen with ease. From the owner to every member of the staff, everyone cared about our guests and the birthday boy! Would do it again!

Great tasting Pizza and dinner dishes. Always greeted with a genuine hello. An employee actually sat down with me while having lunch and lead to delightful conversation. it isn't just fast food. But great food at a slow pace. Where you are known. They can't sell what they're masters of. Cause you can't bottle, when you know the pulse of your neighborhood.

After the first 2 bites, I had to pause for the cause and leave this review: Their pizza slice is very delicious and needs no additions (garlic powder, oregano, crushed red peppers etc), it tastes great on its own; now that's a great at tasting pizza! Served nice and hot. I went today and got a Sicilian slice fresh out the oven. It was super delish! I got dinner and a train show. The Napoli Express. 🚂☺️

I really like this restaurant. I ordered the gnocchi with bolognese sauce. The pasta was cooked well and the sauce had great flavor. It was a very large portion. I had enough for two days. I have also had their pizza. I would recommend this place.

When it comes to pizza I’m always looking for a place I can trust to stop at if I’m in the area and in the mood and I’m ALWAYS in the mood for pizza. Napoli showed up on my GPS on my way home the other night. It conveniently located and easy to spot with plenty of street parking just read the signs. The place was pretty clean but a bit outdated inside and the gentleman at the counter who seemed to be the owner was more then happy (and very friend) to let me photograph the place for this review. I order a square slice a little smaller then a Sicilian with tomatoes and red onion. The slice was delicious with flavor in every bite. The bread had a little crunch but also soft inside and did not get soggy like some places so to my liking it was perfect. I also got a can of a coke and my total was under $6 which was a steal compared to other places that charge $5.50-$7 for a slice like this alone. So overall 5✨for service, taste / quality and cost. I will return to try a different slice from the large selection they have.

I stopped by the other day with my cousin from Florida since he wanted NY pizza. I didn’t know about this place and I live in the area just happened to google it. I have to say since the moment I walked in, The vodka slice caught my eye, we ordered 2 and man it was the best slice I’ve had in a while. Living in ny there is a pizza place in every corner but I’ve never had such a good slice! Please keep making them. I will come for more. Not sure about the other slices probably just as good too.

I ordered delivery--the person who I spoke with on the phone was very personable. I got a baked lasagna and a tiramisu. He gave me the price and the time it'll take. It took on the upper limit but considering it was early, it's fine--at least they were honest with the time and made it in time. It cost $15.12 which isn't a bad price overall. The size of the lasagna is amazing; it can last two meals, maybe even three (two for me, I eat a lot...still a good deal). The only downside (if you can call it a downside) is that it's a bit soupy. The sauce is good--seems homemade. Wish the filling was tighened up a bit but I don't know if that can be called a downside. If I ate in store and it came out soupy, I wouldn't complain. Wish I could give it a 4.5 stars, it's not worth one full point taken out.

Pretty good pizza for the area better then most of the others

The menu has so much variety, and the flavors are exceptional. Service was quick and the staff was so accommodating!

The ambiance is that of a pizza parlor which is fine as their pizza is phenomenal and a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. My husband LOVES their meatballs and their salad with grilled chicken is great if u r looking for a lower calorie choice. I live in NJ but every time I am in Queens I stop in for take out.

Probably the best quintessential NYC style pizza you’ll find outside of Brooklyn. Crispy crust, never droopy from oil, and a recipe that’s remain unchanged in 30 years. While they have many specialty slices with an assortment of chicken variations, I go with a straight-up regular or a baked ziti slice.

Napoli is good but seems like they are following in the footsteps of Valentino's I understand the owners are related but u can't sky rocket the prices over night seems like Richie the owner of Valentino's got in Thier head and convinced them to changed the prices a few weeks back... It's really not fair to the long time customers I really cant deal with the attitude of the old man at Francesco's on Parsons so I guess I will be trying Gino's on kissena next....

I've been a customer of Napoli for many years, but what happened this evening was by far a bunch of underhanded bull#*$&$*@. I ordered a medium pizza....buy them all the time. $9.00. No problem. If you want to add a topping: 1/2 the pizza is $2.00 more. OK, no problem. If you want to add a topping to the whole pizza, its $3.00. OK..Great. So, I'll have 1/2 mushrooms, and 1/2 sausage....should be an extra $3.00, right? WRONG. What do you mean? How much is that? $4.00! WHAT? How can that be $4.00? How is that $4.00? The whole pizza is $3.00...That's what I'm getting....how is that $4.00? THOSE FREAKING IDIOTS SAID, We're charging you 1/2 X 2.,.,WHAT????? WHAT Greedy SOB's they are!!! I would expect an idiot who didn't know how to do simple arithmetic to make a stupid MISTAKE and charge someone $4.00, at which point it would be funny.....you know, like, "hey Mike, you'll never guess what that kid MIKE at the pizza place did the other day, when I ordered a 1/2 sausage 1/2 mushroom pizza....." Yeah, a mistake. But this is no mistake...... and this is NO JOKE. Those guys at Napoli actually took an idiotic idea like 1/2 + 1/2 = 1 1/4! Now, listen to this: Using THAT kind of "Greedy gyp you customer" kind of thinking like Napoli tried to get me with, and apply it to this: If I ask for a pizza with 1/2 sausage.....shouldn't it be $1.50? Because 1/2 the pizza should be 1/2 of the whole. Right? A pizza with full topping is $3.00.....shouldn't half be $1.50??? THAT'S JUST AS STUPID AS CHARGING $4.00 for 2 1/2's. I will never buy anything from NAPOLI again!

The food was good but the service was not up to par. Placed my order with a young lady, and they only got part of my order. Then, when I was asked about it, everyone seemed not to know anything, yet they took the money quickly. No apology given just finger-pointing.

First off I would like to say..this place has really good food. I actually bypass 3 pizzerias to go to this one. But I don't understand why it is so hard for them to make an eggplant roll. I have had it made to order a few times but everytime I call or go in to order they act like they don't do it or are dumbfounded. Until Ronnie steps in..why is this confusing to everyone but Ronnie??

If you think this is the best pizza in Queens, then you probably don't get out much. I've eaten here since the 80s, and the slice was toe to toe with (still) amazing places like Gloria and Lucia. Since the original owner left, the quality became hit or miss. They cheaped on toppings as well—instead of thin slices of sausage on the pizza, it's a paltry sprinkle of crumbled bits. Everything is pre-bagged, or canned, so all the mushrooms and peppers have this tart, preservative taste. Do yourself a favor and go to either Flushing or Forest Hills to get Lucia or Gloria pizza—most of you have to go there anyway to take the train. The nostalgic greatness of Napolis has passed decades ago.

The food is delicious but the costumer service is terrible, its like you begging them for food! We ordered a lasagna and spaghetti with meat balls and they just threw the bread inside the bag! I couln't believe it! I hope the owner read this and does something about if not the place is going down with that service!

The pizza was a ok ,bathroom a little messy plus it had chairs blocking the bathroom that it was an easy access to get in or out .

This place used to be my favorite pizza spot, but the last few times we’ve ordered we’ve been disappointed. Not sure if they changed owners or cooks but the quality just isn’t the same. Ordered pizza tonight for our kids and their friends. Pizza was burnt and tasted like it was old.

I order from Napoli through GrubHub. The food is very good but their delivery is ALWAYS late!! I don't live very far so what is the issue? My food is still not delivered and it's been >an hour & a half. Unfortunately, will have to change places

The worst pizza I had yesterday.. I eat here once and a while and its usually good.. but we ordered a pie and that came out overcooked... my crust was so hard that I can throw it at my dog and he would have a new dog bone.. I was disappointed and hope next time they can do better

Ordered a large pie well done for pickup through Uber eats on a Saturday night around 9:50pm. The app had notified me that my order was ready for pickup around 10:10 and when I arrived at the restaurant at 10:20 my well done pie was sitting in its box on top of the conventional ovens, but the girl at the counter told me that wasn’t mine and that my pie was coming out shortly. I proceeded to wait roughly 20 minutes for a new pie to be freshly made while the other pie I assumed was mine just sat there while no other customers picked it up. There was also no other customers inside the restaurant nor waiting for their food as I was. The pie I receive after waiting was not well done and looked rushed. I assume the original pie they made for my order that was ready at 10:10pm was put aside for by the staff so they could eat it after they clocked out of work at 11.

Went here on 3 different times. The first two times were on a Friday night at 8.00 and they had no pizza ready. Went there today, they had pizza,, but the employees were too busy talking to each other. After 5 minutes I left. As I was leaving someone asked if they could help. The customer service is not like it used to be

I ordered chicken francese and it was AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! When I brought it home I opened the aluminum tray and there was soooo much sauce in it...filled to the top of the brim, in it was 3 pieces of chicken DROWNED in this soup of this sauce! Then when I started to eat it I attempted to cut the chicken with a knife and fork without the "soup" splashing and spilling over the brim. Then to make matters worse, when I put the chicken in my mouth it was soooo UNBELIEVABLY SALTY! It was so horrible and so unappetizing! Pizza at Napoli is good but I will NEVER, NEVER, EVER order their food!

Possibly the worst pizza I’ve had in New York. 6 people behind the counter couldn’t make a good pie. Cheese and sauce thrown around in the box, pepperoni uneven and the overall flavor was just bad. Wouldn’t come back if I was starving.

They used to be good like 2 yrs ago. EVERYTIME I order now, the pizza is extra salty, burnt and dry. I hate it. I figured once or twice, it happens, but now its EVERY TIME! I cant buy from here anymore.

Very disappointed the quality has gone down over the years. During this time of covid tried to support local businesses. Called in my order. When I arrived found out my pizza was given to somebody else had to wait a total of an hour to get my pizza. When I walked in nobody was wearing gloves or masks. As I watched my mozzarella sticks die sitting above the stove. I was told the pizza be out in 10 minutes in actuality 25 minutes later. Paid for my food. I opened up the mozzarella sticks in front of them they were barely even cooked. Very disappointed. My family will be looking for a new pizza place

Okay so I visited this establishment. I ordered a coke 1 slice of pizza sicilian and 3 knots. I was charged a little more than 13 dollars. With the slice being 3 dollars and the coke about 2.50. That would leave the 3 garlic knots being the rest of the money.these knots better be good . I did ask the price a quarter each. So they ripped me off. Quality of food review. Knots sort of tasty but they also taste not fresh and have been hanging around for a day or so. The pizza is okay. But nothing spectacular. Its bland the cause has no bite and the crust is lacking flavor. It tastes like what bread. The coke is absolutely delicious as it seems to be at proper drinking temp. So good job on the ridge temp keeping things deliciously cold. I will not be returning .

It breaks my heart to leave 1 star review. But my family and I have been coming here for many years. The owner, on many occassions now, has been very rude. For example, 1 time he did not hear my order correctly and when I went to go back and get the item, he very rudely states "you didn't say that" and then peeks over to the table to see if I already received it or not, I am never coming back here again. This is just 1 example but it was enough for me to never want to pay this business anything. Why should we pay to come to a business that we have been supporting for many years just to be treated like liars or thieves. It is absolutely horrible, plenty of pizzerias to go to. It also has been very dirty lately.

This place used to be the best pizza in the area, but the last time I ordered a pie from them there was so much salt in the sauce that the pizza wasn’t even edible, almost like I was being pranked. I wouldn’t feed it to my worst enemy. What happened? Did the owner change or did they change ingredients/cooks? Either way, stay away from this place unless you are looking for some seriously low quality/high sodium junk.

I’ve ordered a Sicilian pie from here previously multiple times and it was always very good. Today I ordered a large cheese pie well done—It was terrible. I worked in a pizzeria for 2 years. Pizza has a certain look to it when it’s fresh and another look when it’s reheated after sitting out. This pie looked like it was premise and reheated. It also tasted like a 3 day old deli roll with sauce and cheese. I understand the pandemic has been rough on everyone, i want to support small business, however I will never order from there again. After reading multiple reviews and seeing other customers pizza, I wouldn’t be surprised if this pie I got today was 2 days old. Waste of $20.

My kids love their pizza and we order from them on a weekly basis (twice this weekend matter of fact). Unfortunately today's going to be our last due to the attitude I received from the elder gentleman on shift who assumed I was an Uber carrier and told me with an unpleasant tone as I walked in not to send my 14 years old son to pick up the pizza. After realizing it's my own order instead of apologizing he told me once again not to send my kids. Not sure what his issue is with Uber carriers, and I certainly hope it's not due to the fact that I am Asian since it's not the first unpleasant encounter I had with the same person. The evening shift pizza guy kept talking about me to the women behind counter while i was trying to finish my order and asked her if im homeless. Its rude to talk about your customers in front of their face but i do indeed have a job and definitely make more than you my guy.

I went there to eat the other day after doing uber eats and by far one of the worse pizza I've tasted. I ORDERED two slices and it tasted sour too my stomach. It seems it was old pizza they were serving me that should of been thrown out which made me sick. I know you want to make money but nobody should have to suffer by the owners expense. Bad business never gonna get my hard earned money again.

Ordered for takeout, took over an hour to get delivered. When the food finally came they forgot an entire meal. Maybe they got mr magoo working there because how do they forget an entire meal.

Used to love having penne pasta from here with shrimp ordered today and got “mini baby shrimp “ as the manager advised with my order that added a whole $8.00 to my full order. call was very standoff and rushed when I called back to complain. WOULD NEVER EAT FROM HERE AGAIN They were closed down for 2 months with a sign about gas looks like you’re trying to buy cheap food and overcharge cx. You should not be adding mini or baby anything for 8-10$ more.

I placed an order for pick up on uber eats for $20. After I placed the order I see that they charged my card $27.11. I called them and asked why they charged my card another price when I already paid $20. They said they changed their prices. So why haven't you updated the prices in the app?? You cannot charge my card another price when I already paid for it!! If your prices have changed you should update your prices on the app! Don't allow customers to pay a certain price and then you go in and charge their card more. Then the response is " we are working on it " it should've already been worked on before! That is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. And I like this place so get it together! UPDATE : spoke to store and they said uber never updated the prices. They apologized and stated they can't cancel since we placed it through uber eats. I will take the order because the people were kind on the phone. But still don't like what happened.

I ordered Uber eats wrong location, called them to cancel and the manager said no problem I will cancel on my end! I called Uber eats to cancel and Napoli manager lied to say the order was completed and are try to rob me of my $60. I'm in CT and ordered from the wrong Napoli! Did my due diligence but they are totally not honest people and would not do business with them if I visit NYC!

Today I went to order a large size pizza chicken with borocula and I asked them to only make me half tomato sauce and half white sauce. The price on the card is $29.50 for a large one. I paid $41.15. When I asked why the price was so high, they told me it was because they made the sauce half and half and I had to pay extra. They didn't tell me how much exactly, but it turned out that I paid for it + $11.65 for the half and half sauce. (Whereas for the same pizza a week earlier I paid $32.13.) I asked if we could cancel the order but they refused because it was already in the oven. I paid by card and on the receipt they didn't specify how much it cost, they just wrote Express Item *1 $41.15, Tax $0.00. Where we waited for the pizza on the spot and picked it up on the spot. I highly do not recommend this place because the prices are manipulated and not in accordance with the card. To everyone, please check the card first and then agree on the prices.

I use to come here all the time for the buffalo pie, and I come here today, and see the buffalo chicken they are using to make my pie comes from this gruesome looking metal container filled with buffalo sauce and frozen chicken while it’s sitting on the front counter. I’m a very lenient reviewer but this was awful. Buffalo sauce was completely watery and greasy, and upon tasting the chicken individually I could already tell that the chicken used has been sitting at least an entire week or two in the fridge.

30 dollar meal with undercooked, bland, fake ingredients, one would figure with an italian joint they wouldent skimp on the real stuff, or atleast cook it all the way and not have a pasta dish filled with water, only edible item was the bread which id assume they dident have a hand in making, my advice if your hungry for a quick slice and nowhere else togo then this is your place but then again theres a better place around the corner
