Wonderful service! I went in the opening hours knowing that they might be late to my order as they have a lot of orders in the morning. To my surprise they were working on my last two pizzas of the 19 of them. They still had to make a few before that. That being said, they had no complain and still kept the conversation going inspite of all the other pizzas they still had to make.

I gotta give it to these guys. Jake and Peter by far went above and beyond… Best experience I’ve had at dominoes in a long time. I’m out here on business. I’ve ordered from a couple other stores and they haven’t gotten my orders right. But I went in. They went above and beyond to help me out and everything was beyond fantastic. These two need a raise because you can definitely tell that their customers matter. They have an awesome atmosphere great personalities and just overall I wish I could give more than a five star rating Domino’s if you read this please take care of these guys because they deserve it.its hard to find people like this in this day and age….

Lots of grease this time, too. I normally get good pizzas at Domino's, and this place hasn't disappointed up until I got this pizza. I think overall though, the store is fine. I was notified my order was ready on the app when it wasn't, but I only had to wait an additional 5 minutes when they were pulling out the pizza from the oven. I have gotten good pizzas before here. Those are my only critiques for improvement. I will still come here in the future.

I usually love Domino’s. They have great food but recently they’ve been quite annoying. I ordered a pizza and it said it would be at my house in 30 to 45 minutes. It got here two hours later missing the dipping sauces I paid extra for.

You never know what to expect from this Domino’s. You don’t know the quality of the pizza, you don’t know if it will be fast or delayed, and sometimes you don’t even know if you’ll actually receive your order. Once, I ordered a pizza for dinner, and after more than an hour the order hadn’t even gone into preparation. I had to call and cancel because it was already too late and time to go to sleep. Yesterday, I ordered two pizzas. One of them was completely overcooked — the crust was dark brown and basically inedible. The other pizza, same flavor and size, was also overcooked, but not as bad as the first one. How can you trust a pizza place like this? The price might be good, but it’s not worth the risk.

I’m a single dad and don’t have the ability to bring my kids with me this late. Seems like they need to change their operating hours or state they stop delivering at a specific time. Do better.

Maybe it's just this Folsom location but I got a 1/2 full order of pasta and they've screwed up my pizza order twice. Just today I had to return to the store because they had given us the completely wrong pizza. While we were waiting no less than two other people came in that also had problems with their orders.

Not sure what the deal is with this location, but they always seem severely understaffed for the amount of orders they get. have been 3x now and it was always sormthing that made it take longer to get the pizza. Third time though, over a 90 min wait even though it said 50 min wait when I placed the order. Definitely don't recommend this location.

Don't order at this store if you want delivery. I ordered from DoorDash and naturally there are deals and discounts. But unless you live within 2 miles they won't deliver if it's 4 miles away, unless it's $50 or more. Manager Jake called and explained why they couldn't deliver but it sounded more like an excuse not to deliver the food. If y'all are on DoorDash you're expected to fulfill the order. Why is this store on there if you're not going to do your job? If I can order 4 miles away, you can deliver 4 miles away. The problem is that I have gotten food delivered from here before. 4 miles away no issues. It only seems to be an issue when Jake is working.

I ordered a deal on their website for 2 pizzas for 11.99 each, for 2 -2 topping pizzas, when i got my receipt i noticed that 1 pizza was 12.50, not a huge deal, so i called to have it corrected. The manager was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. I was politely asking simple questions regarding why 1 pizza in the deal was more expensive, even though both pizzas only had 2 toppings like the deal online said. Once she realized she was wrong, she goes "i dont controll the website", and i said youre taking this personal for some reason and she goes ".50 cents is what you're worried about, ill take care of it." 1st off, i just want what was advertised, nothing more nothing less. You don't gotta be nice but don't be rude considering no one wants to pay more than the advertised price. A simple, damn sorry about that let me fix that for ya would of sufficed and we wouldn't be here rn

Terrible terrible customer service. Terrible general manager there right now. We live 12 mins away and they refuse to come to our address anymore after several years of them delivering to us. General manager would not listen and actually look at the map to see we live on the border of folsom and EDHs which is why they have always delivered to us. Terrible GM! Go to Cameron Park location.
