I arrived hungry and left satisfied, I ordered 4 spicy thighs and I waited a little for them to be made fresh. Jaimie was extremely helpful endured everything was ok, my chicken came out piping hot, juicy, spicy and flavorful, I enjoyed my meal. Thanks again Jaimie and keep up the great work👌👍

I haven't been to a Church's Chicken for some time being we do not have one near our home. When I used to live in Fontana this Church's Chicken on Sierra Ave was our go to for fried chicken. On a resent vist to Fontana we stopped at this business and ordered a 12 piece mixed original meal and 3 tenders to go. This was a walk in. We were greated by Jaime who did an outstanding job in taking care of our order and getting it together. Jaime was busy with other orders at the drive-thru and handled those orders in a timely manner. Jaime is an asset to this business location. We took the chicken to go and returned to our home in Highland. As for the chicken and sides (mash potatoes, gravy, cole slaw, and buttery biscuits) everything was delicious and devoured in no time. I have found that Church's Chicken to be larger in size compared to the other chain brands. The cost is what is expected in today's economy and being in California. If you want cheaper than expect smaller pieces of chicken and smaller sides. I did ask Jaime to let the owner know that they should look at opening a Church's Chicken in Highland. Greenspot Rd. and east of the 210 would be a great location! Happy Trails 🐓

It had been about 3 years since I last ate at church’s ( so I forgot how good it was ) got the 4pc combo ( spicy ) with a Mac N cheese The chicken came out fast and was super hot ( all 4 pieces were decent sized ) and had some good flavor. The Mac N cheese was delicious and very very cheesy the biscuit was really good and so was my Apple pie will definitely be back soon 👍👍

This restaurant is a great place. The food is always good as hell. The employee's are a exceptional group of people. Almost every night when they can they give any extras to the homeless and needy people. They care about people and that's a blessing for many. Great job Church's you guys Rock!!

This place, has always been my Favorite! This time, they messed up big time! They gave me the wrong order. I like original and they gave me someone else's order and it was spicy with Jalapeños,and so were the biscuits. I looked at the order and I asked the cashier: Is everything in here? And she said: Yes! When I got home that's when I noticed I got the wrong order! I was really disappointed because I cannot eat Spicy foods. I love Jalapeños, but they don't love me! I took a bite of one of the biscuits and immediately, I had to pay the price!😫 I couldn't go back to the store to complain, it was already to late. The chicken was greasy as well. Not a good experience.

Ordered the 3 piece chicken fingers combo. The fingers were so small and cold with no taste like rubber. The biscuits and side dishes were hot and fresh but the chicken fingers are bad. Next time will try the chicken bucket and see if that changes my mind.

This place could benefit from a supervisor overseeing the time it takes to place orders and improving on reducing the time it takes from order to counter. The atmosphere was family friendly which was helpful.

I ordered Uber Eats and the side small instead of the sides I ordered. Also the chicken was spicy and not original. Horrible experience. I see why you don't answer your phone.

This place has poor service & a fraud. I ordered Spicey chicken that they did not have and said the wait was 10 minutes. It took 18 mins. The gave me 1/2 regular and half spicey.
