The flavors are rich and genuine — like the kind of dishes you’d expect from a family kitchen rather than a typical taqueria. Every item I’ve tried has been well-seasoned and made with care, and the portions are generous without being overwhelming. You walk away feeling satisfied, not stuffed. What really impressed me was the consistency. Whether I grabbed tacos, a burrito, or one of their plate meals, the quality was the same every time. The meat is always tender and flavorful, the salsa has a nice kick without being too spicy, and even the simple sides feel thoughtfully made. Service is laid-back but friendly — exactly what you want from a local favorite. Staff members are welcoming and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do, rather than just going through the motions. It creates a relaxed vibe that makes you want to linger a bit or come back with friends and family. It’s also worth noting that this place feels like a neighborhood staple. You know when you’re starving and lazy all at once? When you want to be healthy but also need something to eat NOW!? Well, lucky for me, Juan Pollo was just a few blocks off my route back home. The area is a little sketchy in my humble opinion... and a homeless man followed me to my car, HOWEVER... this is a food review so we'll mobe on! The food is DELICIOUS. You can’t beat the flavor of the chicken. It’s the type you crave when you’re in the mood for good food. The potato salad is unlike any other and the rice is pretty good. The beans… eh, I just pass those up but they're not bad at all. I'm just not a bean fan. To finish it off, ALL their salsas are perfection and welll… that’s it. What else needs to be said? Grab yourself a family pack (even if youre single - food for the week!) and enjoy yourself a comforting meal. Sorry, I didn't take a picture. I devoured it almost instantly. 😋

This place was amazing actually! Trying new places a truck driver so I'm anywhere and everywhere at the same time. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the server/cashier was extremely friendly, food was really good, even the napkins and bags are quality. The food was great!

Great food! Had the 3 soft taco combo with corn tortillas. Always hefty portions and tastes great. Staff is always nice and polite. Remember meeting the owner before he passed away. He talked about how this location makes the most money. I now know why!

Healthy whole food is delicious here! The service is magnificent the place is very clean the bathrooms are clean as well the service is as I said very nice.... The food is fresh chicken is hot steamy tasty and healthy. We usually get the potato salad the beans in the rice. It's always a hit with my family. Family friendly atmosphere very casual. In my opinion this place when it comes to chicken is amazing. The flavor, the texture, the look is all amazing. I am surprised they are not locations all over the place. I guarantee you are going to fall in love with the chicken at first bite. To me it was like flavor just exploded in my mouth. Hands down the best rotisserie chicken I have ever tasted. They don't have many side to pick from but the rice and beans were the opinions we went with and they didn't disappoint either. Nice size portions your meal also come with tortillas and you can get all white meat for an extra charge. This place is a must try for anyone who like rotisserie chicken.

One of the fastest service have ever seen. Pollo is super tasty. Max you wait is 5 min even if there is a line. It is cheap for family meals. If you are not feeling like cooking, Juan Pollo is definitely a great option for you.

honest 3 star review that keeps it real without going overboard ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Juan Pollo is pretty average overall. The place itself is fine and the people working there are very nice and welcoming, which definitely helps the experience. Unfortunately, the food is hit or miss. The corn was overcooked and pruned, not sweet at all. The rice was too dry, and the beans had way too much broth, which made the portions feel skimpy. The chicken was only lukewarm. While the skin had good flavor, the meat itself didn’t carry that same taste, which was disappointing. There’s a lot of potential here, but the food needs more care and consistency. Customer service alone can’t carry a restaurant forever. They really need to step it up if they want to stay relevant long term.

After a doctor appointment and some health news, I decided to change up my diet a bit and eat a little healthier. I looked up places with chicken and salads. I came across Juan Pollo. This place looked promising. I ordered the leg and thigh meal with potato salad and a side green salad. The potato salad is tasty. The chicken was ok.. neither good nor bad. The "hot" salsa was not spicy at all and was basically Pico de Gallo. Overall for the price it's an ok place to go. The chicken is definitely bigger than el Pollo loco.

The chicken didn’t have much flavor, but the chicken was good. The beans tasted like if they were coming out of a can which I did not like the rice was OK. Price was not bad. They really need to come up with a better spicing topping on their chicken and the chicken was a little dry. Nevertheless, if you’re hungry, good place to get some food

First of all, I've eaten Juan Pollo for years. Especially when I lived in Ontario. Delicious and was extremely affordable. Not anymore. Since im now in Fontana, was going to have a few people come over. I decided to order some Juan Pollo. It's been awhile, found a new location near me. Ordered whole chicken and a 1/4 tray of potato salad. Picked up order, got back to the guests. Chicken was good as usual, but the potato salad was so salty it was unedible. I thought it was me, but every single person, 5 of them agreed and couldn't eat more than a bite or 2. Almost like the top of the salt shaker broke when they were seasoning it. Spent over $20 just in the potato salad. Never again Juan Pollo. Good luck with the Business. RIP TO THE FOUNDER, IF HE WERE ALIVE, HE WOULD NEVER ALLOW THAT QUALITY TO GO OUT THE DOOR.
