I value the great fresh food, but especially love the amazing customer service we always get with Josue! My husband are always be coming back for more!! It's a 10 out of 10!!👍😉 My husband asked me how many times we've been here, & honestly every time we go out to eat he only wants to go here! So upon the covid and riot. My mother sister and I decided to hit up this hole in the wall here in fontana. The service was great, but we we bummed we didn't get our edame salad we were promised. The bento boxes were a good deal compared to other places. Very flavorful, and for the price you defiently can get full. The staff is very quick and efficient. Defiently recommended this place to anyone who is in the mood to eat some Japanese food. We will be returning soon. Thanks

Very delicious, fresh sushi. I came in and ordered to go and my tiger roll was ready in about 5 minutes. They gave me plenty of ginger, wasabi, soy sauce and spicy mayo on the side. I will definitely come here again!

Food was amazing. Went 3 days after the place reopened from their remodel. The food is fresh and the price is reasonable. The service got a 4/5 just because the service was a bit slow, but as they had just reopened i think it was just taking them a moment to get back up to speed. Will definitely be back and fully expect to change this to a 5/5 star review!

Came to have lunch in the plaza with my mother in law and was so tremendously surprised to see Koya Sushi open. All dinner plans were quickly rerouted! Texted my parents about the reopening and they drove as fast as they could to join us! KOYA IS BACKKKKKK!!! Food was delicious and fresh as always. Our servers were Danny and Maria, they did a great job taking care of us! Also they redid the inside, it looks really nice!

Always a great experience with Excellent food, at a reasonable price. Roy, is very attentive as well as the kind ladies who serve along side. Comforting atmosphere and always a good time. A must try sushi establishment in Fontana. 😊

The hospitality at Koya Sushi was great — very friendly and welcoming. However, the food was a bit dry and didn’t quite stand out. I might give it another try next time and order something different.

Unfortunately gonna be the last time I come here. I've been coming to this place for over a year now and I order the same thing mostly, golden tiger and golden California roll. This time around I could barely even eat it. The sushi literally kept falling apart when I tried grabbing it. I'll have the pictures posted but this was very disappointing guys. I dunno what happened but between this visit and taking my lady there for our date night after work. I feel like you guys have gone down hill a bit. (Date night the waiter gave me the wrong roll and kept trying to say it was a golden tiger. I sat there like bro I've been coming here for ever, this is no golden tiger)

While everything tasted pretty good. This was the only thing I ate today. Not sure what caused me to throw up and soil myself. Maybe it was the quail egg shooters or green mussels that I didn't get a chance to take a picture of.

A guy waiter was there I was eating my sushi, But when I saw a guy come to my table, he said I had to pay now because he had to leave. I mean, I was in the middle of my meal. It was annoying that he interrupted my dinner. I will not go to this place again. The service is horrible.

So disappointed, I’m always ordering to go and my order is always missing something. I try to call to notify them and I can’t get through. So disappointing when I arrive ready to eat and my order is not complete & prices went up so I’m spending more. Please do better!
