Panera Bread

The staff is amazing. Warm and friendly. This is a very busy location, but the wait is not much different than a slower cafe. There is an urgency to get the food to the customers.

This is my favorite local Panera! The manager Efrain and his staff are very friendly and helpful - they keep the restaurant nice and clean, and the quality of food is always at its best. We are also apart of the Panera Sip Club, so this location is a daily stop for us!

Food always very good and consistent. Hearty warm soups, toasty sammiches. Was hoping for more cheese on top of my French Onion soup. A small dollop in the middle is not French Onion! LOL. Server nice, friendly and informative. Pricing very reasonable for California.

Great service. Good food and coffee! Wish they had oatmilk for my coffee but other than that, wonderful experience. I always get their asiago cheese bagel and honey walnut cream cheese. I love their Mediterranean Veggie sandwich, tomato soup in a bread bowl and the avocado-egg-cheese-spinach on a bagel breakfast! Love Panera !

Very good food, atmosphere and service but to pay $25 for a full salad and 1/2 a sandwich is spendy compared to others.

Service is great, place is clean, but seriously, save your money or make your own. I got 2 Signature Take meals for $14 and a kids grilled cheese meal and it cost me $45. The Signature Take was very small and the bag of chips were too. The chicken was cooked nicely. Although, the fried pickles were far, few and flimsy as heck. The Buffalo sauce and bread were good too. It’s just not worth the price.

This is our local Panera that we've been to a dozen times. However this was the first time we did a pick up order, won't do that again. The order was accurate and on time, but the bread on my bacon turkey bravo was legitimately stale and just fell apart.

While this Panera location is clean, the service leaves much to be desired. On my recent visit, I had to wait 10 minutes without any staff attending to me, and eventually, I just left. This was my second time experiencing this issue here. The staff seems indifferent to customers waiting in line, causing long waits and frustration. I've seen many people leave due to the lack of assistance. The food is okay, but the poor service means I won't be coming back to this location.

I immediately told them about it and they nonchalantly offered me a refund. I asked them to just remake it. 30 seconds later my new Mac n Cheese was ready (I’m sure it was the same one). I get to my table and my wife’s salad has no chicken in it! At this point we were fed up and just wanted our money back. My wife asked to speak to a manager and she told us she could not refund the Mac N Cheese because it had to be remade per our request (because we like our Mac n Cheese without hair). We got a refund for the Salad and they gave us 2 cookies for our troubles. I ate my cookie on the way home and it had a long colored hair in it! You can’t make this up! Absolutely disgusting. No one wears hairnets, masks or even cares. Go to Panera in Rialto instead.

Order was missing a french baguette, went back into the store and asked the employee at the pickup station, he said “let me check” in a very reluctant way, then proceeded to rudely take my receipt, then grabbed a half piece of baguette looking like it’s been hand torn apart roughly(not like what it usually looks like at Panera bread), then he threw it in my bag directly without putting it in a separate bag first, and with his bare hands as well, then moved on with his tasks. I understand working in the service industry can be frustrating as I myself do, but I was asking very nicely and thanked him before and afterwards as well, there’s no need for rudeness.

I had a hour drive at least in bad traffic heading up cajon pass. Just wanted something to drink and pastry or something to help keep me awake. Wasn't looking for anything that needed prep or cooking. I was told they are closed. I showed him the time. He just refused to help me and not even try to take care of a customer. Left a horrible taste in my mouth for this location and this company. Remember I said I stopped here just once.
