Ana, our server was very attentive. I detected a hint of cinnamon in the waffle, the chicken wings were perfectly seasoned and the mimosas were delicious. You get chicken and waffles plus two sides for under $18. I will be going back!

I enjoyed this spot. Good food. I had chicken and waffles with two sides. Had the greens and red beans and rice. It was good. Good seasoning on the chicken and the waffles were made right. I'm not going to compare it to the staple out in L.A., but this place is close to it. It gets the job done. I will be back. The server was nice and gracious as well. Stop by and give it a try!

I've been looking for a decent breakfast/brunch spot in the I.E. for quite some time now. A friend of mine told me about attending B's Chicken and Waffles soft grand opening not too long ago, so I decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad that I did! It wasn't too busy when we met up for lunch early Friday afternoon. Only one other table was seated. We both ordered the 3-wing chicken and waffle meal, with scrambled eggs with cheese and grits. My friend also had a side of breakfast potatoes. The server was very polite and brought everything exactly as ordered. The food was delicious! I thought everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. They also have mimosas. They're not on the menu, but I believe they're on the website. Looks like I found my new breakfast spot! If you're ever in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by.

"Feels Like Home!" B's Chicken and Waffles is hands down one of the best spots I've visited in a long time! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, friendly smiles that made me feel right at home. The customer service was top-notch—everyone was so attentive and welcoming. The vibe is cozy and comforting, like a big family Sunday dinner. You can tell the food is made with love—true home cooking! The portions are generous (you won’t leave hungry!), and everything is super affordable for the quality and quantity you get. I dined in this restaurant with my 2 sisters on August 31, 2025. The staff were very friendly. As soon as we entered into the restaurant, the staff greeted us. It wasn't too busy for a Sunday afternoon. The servers were very friendly, helpful and polite. The food was absolutely delicious!!!! The food was fresh and seasoned just right. I had the Chicken and Waffle Combo 2; Mac and cheese, red beans and rice. It was a good amount of food for the price. I left with a to-go box for dinner that evening.

We went to B’s chicken and waffles for breakfast this morning. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The place was very clean. All the food was seasoned to perfection. We will definitely be going back. Shout out to the cook as well 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

Wow! I ordered to go for my first time trying this spot and am just blown away. The woman answered on the first ring and was so friendly and able to offer me different suggestions from the menu. When I arrived, it was very clean and open vibe. The food took a little bit longer, but once you taste it you understand why immediately. How did she make a waffle taste this different and good?? Only constructive feedback I’d have is once you’ve been open for longer, you need a better location! A little difficult to find, not your fault, but you deserve a busy corner or spot in the middle of the mall!!

B's is the place you wanna be. Great food, great service and the music sets the perfect mood!! Classic R&B songs to accompany your amazing meal. The Chicken recipe is amazing, balanced seasonings not too thick or too thin. Perfectly cooked and paired with a delicious waffle!

I bought a meal from B Chicken and Waffles, and the food was delicious. The pork chops were seasoned just right, and the yams were great too. Overall, I enjoyed my meal. The only complaint I have is about the small serving size of the mac and cheese, although it was delicious.

The food is served fresh to order but the wait times are horrible. There appears to be only 1 cook for the entire place. We waited over 20 minutes to be seated and well over an hour for our food so you better make sure you don't make the mistake of coming on an empty stomach because you will be hungry!

I ordered the chicken special with eggs, grits, waffles and a side of macaroni and cheese. The food was okay—the chicken was well seasoned, and the macaroni and cheese was really good, but I didn’t care for the grits or eggs. The waffle was OK I also ordered a blue lemonade, but it was too sweet, so I asked the waitress if I could switch to orange juice instead. She charged me for both the lemonade and the orange juice. At first, the orange juice wasn’t even on my receipt, but she took it back, added it, and raised my bill by five dollars. Update: I forgot to mention that I didn’t even eat the grits nor the eggs I told the waitress that the eggs was green and I sent them back, But I still had to pay for everything which was no problem until they added the orange juice with the Kool-Aid

I've been looking for a place that serves good waffles close to home so I don't have to drive to Blueberry Hill in Vegas; I think this place will be my to go to when I'm craving waffles. The wait time was a little longer than I expected. The other downside is waiting to order, once we ordered we waited for our drinks and as we're waiting for our food I was expecting someone to bring the silverware and napkins so we could eat once our food came out; once our food finally came we were waiting for our silverware and it took a while to get them all while our food is getting cold. My grandchildren started using their hands to eat the eggs and potatoes; finally got three sets and waiting for the last set, but given a to go set because they were busy and didn't have any clean one's. I'm use to getting seated and the silverware is placed before taking the order, but this was a different experience. Again we can never expect every place to be the same; the chicken and waffles are good, I will go back for that, but I will ask for my silverware ahead of time so I can enjoy my food while it's hot. My opinion if you want some good chicken and waffles you should give this place a try, BUT make sure you have time to wait.

This girl took our order, 45 mins later I asked someone if they could check on our food. Our waitress came back and said sorry they haven’t started on your food. Do you mind waiting 15-20 mins?. I had 2 kids with me and I told her sorry the kids are hungry we can’t. She said sorry and we left. Worse service ever. Not sure what happened, if it was lack of staff in the kitchen , the waitress forgot to put in our order… who knows? They do seem like they took a long time with other people waiting.
