3/1/26 Loud music, busy and SLOW service. I spent over 40 dollars and didn't recieve the sauce that comes with the actual meals we can choose from. I also had to ask for the forks and spoons for the sides. Only 1 cashier for a busy night and the cashier was slow taking orders, were I just went to the kiosk. He was slow and rude.

Their menu was out of order. I had to look online for the menu. The cashier didn't really give me options. She only said, "two or three pieces." It felt like like was rushing her.

Whoever is the one cooking the wings...they are overly drenching too much of the sauce.....esp the ghost peppers! It takes away the actual fried chicken flavor we all love so much.....

Food is great and prices are fair but the service is absolutely TERRIBLE. They are extremely rude and greedy with utensils, napkins, and water cups. And the last time I went, the POS (point of sale) register and app were down which prevented anyone from ordering at all. Their business practices are very unprofessional and I have never had these problems at other locations.

I went here to take advantage of completing a customer survey and get 2 pieces of chicken and a bisquit if a large beverage is bought. I asked the front counter woman if I could which pieces of chicken. She checked with the manager and was told only leg & thigh were given. If you return to the same store where you bought it, you could choose your pieces of chicken. I dined inside, and the place looked clean. It's a small dining area, and customers are coming in regularly. The chicken was fresh out of the fryer and tasted delicious. I'll give this location on Baseline rd. & Ayala Dr. Overall 3 🌟 stars.

I really loved the food. The chicken was so crispy and food. However, the staff specifically the cashier, were not nice at all. The cashier seemed so angry and mad at me for no reason. They even forgot to put napkins into my order. The men’s restroom door lock was broken also. I do not believe this place deserves more than 2 stars overall.

FRESH FOOD, RUDE SERVICE! Went to the Popeye’s Rancho Cucamonga location for lunch. I asked the cashier about a box special that I saw online. The special says that it can be purchased ONLINE, IN-STORE, or VIA THE APP. I proceed to order and the cashier Annalise says it’s only available on the app. I show her that it says In-Store as well and she became very rude and condescending saying “Like I told you, it’s only on the app. Not THIS store, maybe you can try another store if you want.” Why would I go to another store when this is the only location in town? So I walked away to a table and ordered through the app. As I’m waiting I overhear Annalise and another employee laughing as she’s mockingly telling the other worker “Hello, I said you have to use the app!” As if I didn’t understand her. They both continued laughing….this was very unprofessional and upsetting. The food was fresh though.

Wrong order, missing items, hostile service Ordered 4 thighs—got 1 thigh, 1 breast, 1 wing, 1 drumstick. My free chicken sandwich (in the app) wasn’t given until I pointed it out, and it was handed over in an angry, aggressive way. No hot sauce included. I came specifically for 4 thighs and left disappointed. Will not return.

I ordered a 12pc chicken only for delivery. Of course I was given an ETA. The food arrived almost 15min early, freezing cold and looking like it had been sitting for at least 2hrs. This isn't my first experience with this branch. It was awful! We pay way too much money for this.

I asked for 3 separate orders of Boneless Wings which he repeated back to me and when I got home they were all bone in. Ruined our whole dinner. Tried to call 2 days in a row but they don’t answer the phone!!! Not Happy at all 😡

completely waste my time here at this location because I have a door dash pickup for one of my customers.the co workers that work here said give me like 10 minutes and the order should be ready but I'm waiting for at least 20 to 30 minutes the order is still not ready for pickup. So gotta make my final decision which is cancelled my customer's order because it just takes too long. I hope this review will help others Dasher if you get the order from Popeyes do not come here, they'll let you wait a long time

Floor supervisor lady prepares my order but I see she hardly put any gravy on my mashed potatoe and gravy container. I asked her if she could at least top it off but she replies she already put extra gravy in it. The most stingiest Popeyes location I've been too. I wonder where else they're cutting corners to save a few cents???
