I’ve been to Richie’s a handful of times and each time has been wonderful. I love the atmosphere and the food is delicious. My go to is the eggs Benedict with the country potatoes! This was my first time having a shake and it did not disappoint. By far what makes Richie’s stand out is the amazing service! We were served by Paulina and she was very attentive and kind. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and always checked on us to make sure we okay. This was some of the best service we have ever received. We will be back and would highly recommend Richie’s to anyone looking for a great breakfast spot.

Stopped here for breakfast one morning.. hubby got the breakfast sampler and fell in love with the tri tips.. we got another order to go the next day, then ordered some dinner a few nights later. Would definitely come back, I would love to try some other menu items. The service was always fast and friendly.. we even splurged and bought a huge bag of taffy, jam and a shirt!!
We both wanted something easy for dinner before a movie and hadn't been to Richie's in a long time. Aside from almost too many menu options, the service was great, the food was tasty and exactly how we ordered it. It wasn't too heavy or greasy. The potato salad is delicious.
Our waitress Allison was amazing! She way so polite and very Attentive at bringing whatever we needed, thank you for your service Allison . We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager Diondre , Who was amazing as well , very courteous and we had a wonderful conversation before leaving the restaurant . We really recommend this restaurant. It’s amazing!
I’ve been coming to Richie’s Diner for breakfast for a while now, and the Richie’s Breakfast Sampler is hands down my go-to. All the meats are amazing, and the tri-tip is cooked perfectly every time (I get it medium-well). It’s by far my favorite dish here highly recommend! The service is always amazing, wait times are minimal without sacrificing food quality, and the atmosphere is a fun 50s diner vibe. Bathrooms are always clean, which is a huge plus. Definitely recommend for good food and atmosphere 🤍
Richie’s Diner has never let me down. I come by a few times a year when I can. I always have a great experience from the food to the service. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming! The 50’s diner feel create a great atmosphere. I normally go for breakfast and so far everything I’ve had from French toast to a breakfast plate with their delicious smoked meats and homestyle potatoes. I can never forget to add an Oreo milkshake to go with. The shakes are amazing! Again, I’d like to add the staff is so kind. I have had the pleasure of having Paulina as my waitress a few times now and she delivers the best service. So kind, attentive and knowledgeable of the menu she always gives the best recommendations when I ask!
Had a great experience at this diner! The food was delicious, came out hot and fast, and the portions were generous. Our server Paco was fantastic, super friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome the entire time. He checked in just the right amount and made sure everything was perfect. Service like this is why we’ll definitely be back!

Everyone was so nice, welcoming and super attentive as soon as we walked into the restaurant! Special thanks to the managers, for the extra attention they gave to our table, even though we were all taken care of us already! This was my first time visiting and I will definitely come back! From the moment I stepped outta my car, I could smell the sweet aroma of BBQ. The Food was great, nice big portions and everything was clean including the bathrooms. Happy Customer!
What an amazing experience. We have been to many restaurants, high-end, lower end but i can honestly say I have never had a manager staff like this. We were a large group so you never know what kind of service you will get. Karla was super attentive and spot on with everything. We had several children and told her it was one of the kids birthdays. Normally you get an ice cream and a song which is great. Here the manager was the one that brought the ice cream and staff to sing. He made a BIG deal for the birthday girl. They were all amazing. The food was great too. I HIGHLY recommend this Ritchie's. Thank you again to everyone there.
Karla was our hostess. Her constant kind presence and attention to all our needs was the highlight of our evening. We ordered everything she recommended and it was all absolutely wonderful. Elio ensured the BBQ was delicious and tender. We ended up taking a few boxes home. But we were simply delighted with everything that was served. This is my second visit and it won't be my last. The food is authentic, flavorful, filling. The atmosphere and hospitality made it difficult to leave.

One of the best country fried steak that I’ve ever had. Steak was tender and super flavorful. Wish it came with more hashbrowns but man the country fried steak was so tasty. I’ll definitely come back to try other items on their menu. I ordered delivery so unfortunately I couldn’t rate anything else other than the food but if their other items on the menu are as good as the chicken fried steak I think I found my new favorite restaurant!
My husband’s and I first time here. We went for breakfast. I’m so glad we got there around 9:30am because when we left they had a wait list. The food was delicious and the prices are reasonable. It’s super clean and very nice inside. The service was excellent. Kudos to our server Karla. She was very friendly and helpful with the menu since we told her it was our first time. Thank you Karla for the excellent service. We will definitely come back again. We highly recommend Richie’s Diner.
We had a great experience at this American restaurant, made even better by the excellent service we received from Lydia. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome from start to finish 😊. We started with the fried zucchini, which was crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked inside. The clam chowder soup was rich, creamy, and full of flavor—exactly what you hope for in a classic chowder. For the main course, we ordered the triple barbecue combo, and it did not disappoint. The meats were incredibly tender, juicy, and full of smoky flavor, cooked just right and very satisfying. Overall, great food, generous portions, and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place—especially if you get the chance to be served by Lydia!
We visited Richie's Diner last week and it was outstanding experience . Because of my medical condition, I had special request for how my food (steaks) needed to be prepared. The manager, Manny personally came over, listened carefully to my concerns and made sure my food was prepared exactly as I needed which meant so much to me. That level of care is rare and you don't find everywhere. Great gentleman . Our server was polite and very attentive . Portions were generous, food was fresh, perfectly cooked and delicious . I highly recommend Richie's Diner to anyone looking for great food, exceptional service and place that truly care about their customers. We will definitely be returning .
Amazing food, atmosphere, and service! 50s nostalgia and route 66 Americana can’t be beat! I got the country fried steak and it was great!
Richie’s is one of the more famous diners along former Route 66 and I know they have multiple locations, at least three to my memory. I have been to the Murietta location, but this was my first time at the Rancho Cucamonga location. They both look very similar in that as soon as you walk in you find yourself in a very large and busy room filled with employees buzzing all around. You enter through the gift shop and usually don’t have wait long to be seated. We had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated for a table of two for our Saturday 10:30 brunch. They have plenty of booth, table, and counter seating available but no outdoor seating. There is also a giant parking lot attached right out front so there are plenty of spaces available. Our server was extremely polite and everything that we ordered came out very fast. They really lean into the 50s retro diner so expect to hear some great tunes that you would find on a jukebox. We started off our meal with one of the giant Cinnamon Roll and it was really good. It was a little more dense than I like, but I still really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend. It was a large size portion so it’s best to share. For my breakfast, I chose Eggs Benedict and substituted out the ham for sausage and thought it was a good addition. I tried to do it with chorizo because they have chorizo and eggs on the menu but was told that’s not possible so I’m guessing that’s because the chorizo and eggs is already pre-scrambled. Overall it was a great breakfast and I would recommend Richie’s to anyone in the area or passing through.
Francisco was our server, he was very polite, welcoming and very attentive. Food was so good. Husband and I shared a porter house steak and it was so so good and tender. Biscuits with jelly was soooooo delicious
I always love coming here. Their food is always brought to our table fresh, the fries and ranch are delicious and the burgers are always a hit. I love trying new things they have on their menu too, and my server Francisco was attentive to not only me, but all the other tables he was taking care of as well. He did an amazing job. Thank you guys for the great time and thank you chefs for the wonderful food!
We loved this place! We found it after camping at Silverwood Lake, on our way home to the OC. The Diner decor is charming, the service was great, and the food delicious! We had breakfast. All the food was great,but my favorites were their glazed ham slice and their biscuits and gravy 😋. I wish Richie's was closer to our home, but we'll put it on our detour route every time we head to Las Vegas or camping.
This place is so very nostalgic. LOVE IT. This was my friend and I's first visit and we are fans. I ordered a Denver Omelet with home potatoes and the biggest English muffin I have seen. It was all exceptionally delicious. The home potatoes were cooked just right. Almost soft enough to melt in your mouth. I don't recall what my friend ordered, but he went on and on about how delicious the ham was. The smokey glaze. Oh yeah, he loved it. The service was great a well. I don't recommend sitting at the counter unless you want to get served from behind. However, you get a view of all the cool old school soda pop they sell. There are lots of nostalgic candies there a well. The music, just a very cool atmosphere! We liked it so much we went back 2 days later. And we will be back again. It's still lots to try.

This family owned business is very clean and they are all very friendly. The menu has lots of choices and the food was great. We woukd definitely come here again.
If you're price-sensitive you might be able to find a better value at another Diner, but you won't find the same experience or amount of menu options elsewhere! Food was great, service was friendly. Would come back to meet up for a bite sometime if I was in the area. If you're in the area I would recommend, especially if you like BBQ and steak.

Food was okay. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but the staff was nice and the restaurant was clean. They were very accommodating to let me bring my ESA in because he's very well trained and groomed. So I commend them for that.
