Hummus trio was some of best hummus Ive ever had, highly recommend it. Had both the beef and chicken kabobs they were juicy and delicious! Portions are huge, next we will share a plate save room for tiramisu dessert.

Came here for a date, and it was pretty busy when we arrived, but we were seated quickly, and the vibe was welcoming despite the crowd. Our server, Keanu, was awesome and the service was a solid 10/10. We asked for a few recommendations, and he definitely didn’t disappoint. The food was spot on. We wrapped up the meal with dessert, and the tiramisu was seriously amazing, I highly recommend it. Overall, had a great experience and I’d definitely come back.

Panini Grill has become a staple for my family and I whenever we celebrate a special event. The flavor and quality of the food never fail to satisfy us and we’ve even introduced them to many friends and family members. We usually order the hummus trio followed by the family meal with the Mediterranean Greek or Romaine Avocado salad. You can add to the family meal for an additional cost, instead of chicken, you can pick meat or seafood. We have gotten the seafood before and it’s absolutely delicious. All the food tastes fresh, savory, and the plates are quite large. We recently tried the Rigatoni Rosa pasta for the first time and we were happily surprised with how good it was, now we get it every time! Service is fast and professional, and everyone is always ready to help and accommodate guests. The atmosphere is tidy and clean, including the bathrooms! Definitely recommend Panini Grill to any family looking for an amazing, quality meal! Oh and don't forget to try the Tiramisu it's delicious!

The dip came with cold n hard pita bread we had to ask for another plate I asked server for extra dressing and onions and it didn't come with meal the children's plate was great with lots of food enough to share ! The atmosphere is cozy and we were seated quickly !

Anytime I'm in Rancho or Ontario area, this is the place I go to when I think of Mediterranean food. As always, food is outstanding and reasonable prices. I've always been ordering the kabob plate [meat lovers] along with the Mediterranean salad and Basmati rice. I highly recommend this place. I give it a 2 thumbs up 👍 👌

I really used to like this restaurant but recently the quality of the food has gone down. It is still an acceptable level but is a little disappointing epically because it used to be amazing. Food has lost its freshness and flavor, some food items come out lukewarm instead of hot. I still like this restaurant but I can tell management is starting to cheap out on things. The service is nothing noteworthy.

I liked the food, especially the rice and the chicken, but I didn’t like the kebab (beef koobideah) at all because it had no spices. I am Arab and I know the Arabic flavor that kebab should have, but the kebab I ate was not how it should be, so I didn’t like it.

Seated for two right away and a kind hostess showed us our table. About 7 minutes later an unbothered server took our drink order, I had placed my water bottle that I brought with me down at our table and the black man goes “she will have water, and for you sir?” Without me asking for water… what if I wanted something else? I’m not sure why that assumption was made. We order our appetizer and shared entree at the same time and honestly I saw better and joyful servers waiting other tables with emotions and manners. The food was good, we had ordered the combo kabob and chicken plate, it was about $25 servings about two. My dad was chill asking the server for our check which took way longer than expected as if he forgot. We were paying with cash and he told us the price higher than it was out to be, around $50. My dad goes on to say “keep the change” kindly. And then he later tells us that he read the wrong tables total. We ordered the hummus trio, and personally I think cucumbers instead of pitas was a delicious option, I would definitely rank the green, spicy, and then original from best to least favorites. The OG hummus was lacking flavor but overall great. Presentation could be nicer especially if people prefer one over the other and do not want them touching/mixing together. For the meal, I would come back for; the chicken was a juicy, delicious, melt-in-your-mouth texture, no sauce was needed although a side of garlic would be nice especially for Arabic food. The basmati rice was a little dry, but a big portion of it was served. The Greek salad was also delicious dressed in a simple vinaigrette topped with feta cheese that came together beautifully. In summary, I would love to come back for delicious chicken and kabob protein with the side of salad and would love to see improvement on the servers’ expressions/attitudes.

Came in ready to enjoy a good meal and our server has absolutely no customer service experience. Not once did he return to refill our drink which was empty. When asked for a few sides they brought them once we were done. To be at such a prime location and with that service I can tell why it wasn’t even that busy to make it even worse. I’m not going to say the name of the server but his name starts with J. I’ll for sure not come back or recommend to my family after today’s experience .

My sister and I love to grab lunch here, but every time we go in we usually split a plate and order a hummus trio as an appetizer. Generally they charge $5 to split a plate and we usually are fine with it since we each get our own portion of our side. We went with my niece and decided we weren’t going to split a plate and I was just going to eat hummus and take a little piece of meat from them as my meal. Our server still charged us the $5 to split a plate( which we never asked for). When it was time to pay our server(Sarah J) hands us her electronic device and literally stands over us as we are trying to pay, there is no breakdown of the bill, just the total to tap and pay. However her standing over us as we have to choose our tip amount is just uncomfortable and unprofessional. We have decided we will take our business elsewhere for a while…. Now thinking back who knows what we have been charged for in the past, not ever getting a print out of the bill is absurd. The last time we went my sister decided to pay our bill up front at the pick up Counter and the server ended up looking over her shoulder again and was pretty much “standing guard” while my sister was trying to speak to someone regarding our visit. She ended up not saying anything since Sarah feels the need to hover anytime someone is paying. Do better Panini kebob, this isn’t the service your prices reflect. Ani T

Lovely looking location gets 5 🌟 but waitress was overwhelmed with too many tables, so I didn't bother her. No soda on tap..you get a can lol. Not used to getting a can unless from a vending machine. But the was not bad..it was FLAT! How is the possible when uts seal. To the food.. normal average at best I like the grill marks but need it a sauce or something. NO any kind of sauce of any kind, so I asked for butter to add to the rice. In other places garlic sauce, and other spices sauces on the side. I used the salad vinaigrette to dip the bland steak, overall experience was not great. There are better choices elsewhere and I will do the same. ✌️ ❤️ 🤖

If you are planning to invite your loved one here i dont recommend!! Awful service and management we ordered a plate they messed up the sald when we tried to put the chicken and rice a side till we waited on the salad the waitress snatched the plate and we waited like 20 minutes for rice and the chicken turned cold we talked to the manager his attitude is terrible this place is a junk i dont recommend!

I really used to like this place, but like all recent reviews, the food quality has greatly declined and the service is horrible. In addition, they started giving significantly less on “to-go” orders, and you will often be missing items. Don’t expect them to let you know your “to go” order is ready. They will let it sit on the shelf and get cold. Dining in, the portions are larger, but the quality has decreased. Like everyone said, Service is now very slow, checks are often wrong, takes forever to order, and food quality has declined.

Terrible Experience with Hostess I’ve been a loyal customer of Panini Kabob for over a decade and visited multiple branches nationwide. Never once have I experienced something as unprofessional as what happened tonight. I arrived at 7:30 PM with my family and politely asked the hostess for a patio table. She took my number and told me it would be a 30 minute wait. No problem.. We waited nearby and later I received a text that our table was ready. When we returned, the hostess was nowhere to be found. Instead, another staff member rudely told us, “I don’t think we’re taking any more customers as if she is kicking us out. Excuse me? We were literally just notified our table was ready. Moments later, the hostess came out and casually said she “ohh just realized” the patio was closed and would move us inside. This was after we wasted 30 minutes waiting because of her mistake. Completely careless and disrespectful. To make matters worse, this wasn’t delivered with any apology or professionalism.. it was dismissive and rude. A hostess is the first face of the restaurant, and this one completely failed at her job. I immediately called to report this to the manager (Dani), who was very manneredl and listened carefully. He assured me he would handle the matter, and I appreciated his professionalism. Unfortunately, the damage is done. We'd love to come again but if we spot that hostess again at this location kr anothe, we will walk right out. No customer who has supported this brand for years should ever be treated this way. Hostess, you have absolutely no customer service skills. You don’t belong in a customer-facing position go home or find another job where you don’t have to deal with customers!
