This place is very clean and the employees welcome you with a smile... I used yelp to check in and got 20% off, I also downloaded the app because I was told I'd receive $5 off; when I left I had noticed that they never gave me the $5 discount but in all honestly I'm not mad about it. 😊 my food (Caesar Wrap) and my drink (Avocolada) was delicious and well worth the full amount. I'll definitely be back.

So they have veggie chicken that is the most tasty chicken substitute I've ever had I've tried several brands including whole foods and sprouts but this veggie chicken is bomb I get it as a buffalo chicken wrap with added black beans Now the juices themselves are worth all five stars "orange madness "amazing. And the "health nut" are top notch in my book TIP : sign up for the app you get rewarded and if you keep your receipt on your next visit you'll get any juice for 1.99!!!

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is affordable, quick, and has plenty of options to fill you up! I love the Chia Banana Boost and the Hummus Veggie Wrap! Good amount of calories and protein for a great price. They have happy hours for early birds (50% Smoothies from 7am-9am)!!! Definitely becoming a local here.

It was my first time here ,the buffalo chicken bowl was really good, Austin was a great help and very welcoming and helped me choose with my options and the strawberry limeade smoothie was really delicious.

Went today for smoothies . Staff was fast .smiling and welcoming . They put some super cute design with a sun and flower and me and my friend s cup which i thought was so sweet 🙂. The drink was as expected in thickness . Great service over all . Parking was easy ( though its shared with surrounding stores) . Place was easy to find .you can see the tropical smoothie front from the entrance . Store was clean when i went today . No issues .

I've had a couple different smoothies here, as well as a flatbread sandwich. Everything has been delicious and tasted fresh and healthy. I actually can't speak for the prices, though, because I've gotten everything free either through their app or T-Mobile Tuesday. Every time I've been, it's very empty inside. My drinks are always ready when I arrive after I order on the app.

They could have put a flat lid on it and there would still be a ton of room. Acai bowls have domed lids for a reason. Also, I ordered online for pick up but had I walked in to order I would have walked back out because it didn't smell like a place you'd want to get food from.

I ordered food from here from grubhub earlier today. If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered a smokey grilled cheese sandwich and I don't know why but they didn't grill my grilled cheese. Asked for cheddar harvest sunchips as a side, didn't get them. It would have been a really good sandwich had they done what they were supposed to. I also ordered the chocolate peanut butter cup smoothie with honey as a substitute, which I've done at other smoothie places but it doesn't taste anything like chocolate or peanut butter the only thing I could taste was banana and it was really runny. So food got thrown out. Thanks! I've included pictures of what the items look like that I ordered on that I ordered on their menu and what I actually got. It's sort of hard to take a picture of the smoothie because it's a taste issue.

I placed an order through door dash and got a message from my delivery driver that only one thing that I ordered could be fulfilled. I ordered the Lipton tea bottle, kale salad, buffalo wrap with chips. Only thing I received was the buffalo wrap. No chips, no salad, no tea. I placed this order EARLY to be delivered at a later time. They had more than enough time to call me and let me know there was only one thing available so that I wouldn't be blindsided by the lack of items. POS establishment 👎 I included a picture of the wrap and put a card there for reference on size. The wrap is close to $10 btw

awful!!! the two owners told me I should download the app and get a free smoothie. I come about 3-4 times a week. today I wanted to use the free smoothie and I came in person and they could see the app and it wasn’t scanning for some reason and it said it will expire in an hour because I selected I will use it. they told me I have to redownload the app and make a new account but I have to pay for my smoothie right now. instead of just honoring it they want me to do all this extra work! it’s not my fault he said it’s on their system the issue. i just started coming here and now I will never be back again. fix your customer service. I will be telling everyone not to come here.

I’m leaving this review because I am a loyal customer to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I literally come here three times a week and not being overdramatic. They know my face they basically know my order. They just wait for me to say confirm it as you guys know there was a national free smoothie day I did participate in that I went on the national free smoothie day and also got a buffalo chicken wrap it was so packed in there they were busy I got my smoothie and left. I get in the car and I’m drinking my smoothie. It definitely doesn’t taste how it normally taste. Something was off and there’s distance between tropical smoothies cafe locations and where I was so I did give a call and let the lady know like I know it’s national smoothie day and you guys seem kind of busy. Did you guys make my smoothie and someone else’s blender because it has a funny taste to it she said as long as you keep the receipt come back and redeem it. So when I did come back I felt like she was being racist in a way saying that oh a girl already came and redeemed that I specifically remember her. She got this this and this this and and I said okay but that wasn’t me someone else could’ve called and had the same complaint, but I know for a fact that I did not come and redeem the smoothie yet. So basically referring that an individual that looked just like me and the same skin tone came in and had the same issue when it was national free smoothie day and thousands of people could’ve came and had a similar issue. So I did leave and didn’t purchase anything that day and won’t be returning.

Horrible and unprofessional experience. We ordered smoothies with promotional coupons and they went through successfully. When we arrived, they refused to accept to honor what I ordered. At least have the courtesy to call/notify myself before we arrived. Not recommended.

I came here because I had been wanting an açaí bowl. I thought the bowl bases were made in house, but apparently they come prepackaged. I dug into my bowl expecting a nice smooth spoonful of smoothie, and instead I dug up a solid chunk. I moved all the fruit toppings aside and saw that my “bowl” was filled with a frozen solid disk of açaí base. Freezer burned too. I waited 15 minutes for it to thaw out but instead it just watered down a bit around the edges and stayed solid throughout. Taste was not there and the fruit toppings on top were out of season too. My recommendation is that if you are in the mood for a smoothie bowl, go to Juice It Up or Nékter.

I used to rate this place 3 stars (bc the family that works here is always so unfriendly), but after today it’s a 1 star for me 👎🏼 The night before, I ordered ahead for a 2:30 pm pick up for the next day, but my schedule changed so I called them the morning of at 9 am, to push back my pick up time to an hour later at 3:30 pm. The girl on the phone said she made note of it & it was all good. But when I came to pick it up at 3:15 pm, I saw my order was already on the mobile order shelf all melted… I told the workers I had called earlier since I was gonna be late & I didn’t want my smoothie sitting out/melting there for an hour. The manager/owner gave me a hard time & wouldn’t remake it & told the (very nice) worker to put more ice in it & reblend it… all that did was make it SO watered down & flavorless. I would have just taken the melted smoothie tbh. I know everything here is frozen but all I wanted was a fresh smoothie??? The owners are too cheap to waste ingredients even though it’s mostly ice & only 4 scoops of frozen fruit like bruh ._.
