Best server I've experienced in a long time, food came out when it was ready and was good but we enjoyed our waitress chandler I believe was her name. Worth the return trip. Price was decent and food was filling enough. Tasty and warm. We will be returning.

This is by far one of the best places to get steak if you're in the inland empire. Everything from the appetizers to the main course was cooked perfectly! All of the servers were very nice and accommodating! The manager went by each table to ensure all guests were satisfied. Not only is the food great here but the customer service is one of the best I've experienced. If you go during lunch time on the weekend, you'll more than likely have to wait up to 30 minutes to be seated but it's definitely worth the wait!

The most delicious place to eat in Rancho, quality food done well. This is definitely our new favorite. The manager Chris is running a great team of the most friendly staff around. Even facing the chaos of Father's Day the service was impeccable. Job well done.

Rolled in when it was raining hard and we needed a drink. Jack n Coke hit the spot. Marco provided great service and gave good recommendations. Got 2 bone in rib eyes with asparagus and Brussel Sprouts. Everything was delicious 😋

The service and atmosphere are great. My only issue was that my shrimps were over seasoned and salty. I'm to shy to say anything about it so I just ate one shrimp and took the rest home 😅. The wild west shrimp was ok, it was our first time trying it but don't see ourselves getting it again.

Every time I visit this LongHorn location, the experience is outstanding. The service is always top-notch—the staff are friendly, welcoming, and know how to joke around in a fun, respectful way that makes dining here enjoyable. The steaks are consistently cooked to perfection, flavorful, and exactly how we order them. My spouse and I especially come here for the steaks, but honestly, all the food on the menu has been excellent. This has become one of our go-to restaurants because of the consistent quality, great atmosphere, and A+ service.

Had dinner with my family, and overall it was a pleasant experience. Our waitress was very friendly, and service was fast. I had the parmesan crusted chicken, husband had steak, and our children had the ribs. We all very much enjoyed our meals and will be returning in the future.

Came in on a Wednesday night for a birthday celebration party of 8. The place was packed! You can go online and get on the wait list so you're not waiting so long at the restaurant. Server Anna Marie took the best care of us! Super sweet and atentive! Cadillac margarita with salted rim topped with Grand Marnier was on fire so good! So glad I got that! Texas Tonion starter was crispy battered onion yumminess! The 6oz Flo's filet was just as its described exceptionally tender and flavorful. The outlaw Ribeye topped with crusted parmesan cheese!!! This was our first trip to LongHorn’s so we didn’t know what to expect. The restaurant is your pretty normal upbeat Steakhouse inside and probably not the place you’d want to go for quiet conversation. There is a long going on and a lot of energy and noise - but not in a bad way. Let’s be real - the food is why you’re here anyways. The food was so good! All of our steaks were cooked exactly the way we asked for them. The meat was good quality and seasoned simply in a way that really brings the flavors out. We would absolutely eat here again. I recommend checking their website before heading over, especially at diner time, because you can add your party to the waitlist on the way over to save some of your time waiting.

The steak was so good! The wait time was long because it is a new restaurant, so keep in mind. We got the artichoke dip and I will order it every time I go back!!! Lol so delicious! Everything is seasoned! They also let you know that they are bold when it comes to flavors.

Second time hear at the Longhorn Steakhouse!! I had a great meal here this time. My only negative is the salad came and then the steak right behind it. Personally I prefer to eat my salad before the hot food comes out, but we got over it. The sever i believe his name was Mike and believes he doubles as a bartender. That being said the service was great. The steak was perfect this time and the stuffed mushrooms are great if you like mushrooms. And being my birthday I received an email for a free dessert because I signed up on the website last year. And the dessert was delicious by the way!!

We experienced an extended wait for our table, which was reportedly given to other parties. Despite that they has slot of dirty tables, yet having been cleaned, the staff chose to -clean others rather than seat us. This was quite disappointing , The girls in the entrance are rude and don't care if your handicap or drove from far or hungry . It felt that they sat you when they wanted to . Very unprofessional sadly nice place to have staff like these.

Went on a Thursday night around 6pm as a party of two. I had the Outlaw Ribeye that is a 20oz steak. Ordered it Medium and it came out perfect. Steak was tasty and juicy. Had it with a loaded baked potato which was also very good. Salad was just right and the service was friendly and timely. All n all very impressed with every aspect of the experience.

Great skeak quality, they know how to marinate well!! The atmosphere and the service were great as well. Would definitely recommend!

What a great meal. We had the Mushroom appetizers. I had the Rib eye with the roasted corn. The wife had salmon with shrimp and Mac n cheese. From the warm bread to the cheesecake desert, it was amazing. And to top it off our waiter, Ryan was amazing. Thanks again, Ryan, for the wonderful service.

Amazing pre-birthday dinner! The steak melted in my mouth, the lobster tail was juicy, asparagus was perfect, and the salad started it all off right. My first time here for an early Mother's Day dinner and it was amazing! Best steak I've ever had at a restuarant and the sides were sooo good too! We had a shrimp appetizer that was super good, and all the deserts were delicious! The chocolate cake is huge! I can't wait to go back... it's worth every penny!

Went here for the first time and it didn’t disappoint at all. I went on an hour drive to get all the way here because I heard how good the restaurant is and decided to eat from there for my Birthday. Our server was the lady on the right of that pic. (sorry I didn’t catch her name) She was very attentative and understanding to us. I wish I can give more stars. Robert our server was extraordinary, he was quick to greet us, get us our drinks, and start with our appetizers. It took about 15-20 minutes to get our food but it was WORTH the wait. The ribs were very flavorful, and the parm chicken was DELICIOUS. I would come back just for those things.

This was an amazing experience the service was beyond excellent. The steak was a little salty but they tell you it's a little salty so you can let them know easy on the salt. The service was on point you didn't have to ask for anything constant refills food was so delicious. I ordered a soup and salad with a steak and baked potato. I was so full from the soup and salad I had no room for my steak or baked potatoe. So I took them home and ate then later. So yummy 😋 I highly recommend this place definitely a five ⭐

Ordered a Molten Lava Cake, which was good in taste and the only thing I & my wife enjoyed. Also our server forgot to bring paper napkins after asking for them twice. Very very disappointing experience! We even waited for a long time for our server to refill our drinks & water. He was not around most of our stay time. Either Shawn ruined it for us or actually the chef is new & didn't listen to orders properly & has no sense of salts! Therefore I recommend not to go there if you really want to have a great experience of steaks & steakhouse foods! And, if you have love your money. Having little Christmas celebration with close friends here. We love it!! I have strawberry and pecan salad for appetizer. It’s so fresh. The sweet and sour from strawberry and crunchy of the pecan combined makes it perfect. They also serve complementary breads with butter. For the entree, I have outlaw ribeyes. I can taste its good quality of the meat. Well seasoned and they cook perfectly the way I want, medium. The middle part is still juicy. My friend love the margarita too!! The server is nice and helpful. The service is good. The restaurant is clean and modern!! Definitely will be back to this branch!

First time visiting LongHorns! We joined the waitlist prior to our arrival. Fortunately, our wait time was minimal, approximately 10 minutes, despite arriving during dinner rush. We commenced with a spinach dip that was exceptional and opted to take an additional serving to go. My entree, the LongHorn steak, was succulent and expertly marinated. Our attentive waiter ensured my beverage was consistently refilled. We will undoubtedly return in the future.

My friends and I dined at Longhorn Steakhouse last night. I had the New York steak, cooked medium, with some sautéed mushrooms on the side. It was really good too. I was a bit apprehensive about going. The last couple of times I ate there, my steaks were really salty. This time, I asked them to go easy on the seasoning. That did the trick. It was just right. The service was a bit slow but they were busy and our server was nice. We weren't in a hurry anyway.

With everything going on the wait to be seated was expected. It took about an hour to be seated they have seating along the front to the back corner. The service and food was good. The steak was cooked the way I ordered med/well. The pork ribs I felt could have used a better bbq sauce but they were ok. My son had no complaint as he ate half the burger and fries. I'd go back but wait till the indoor seating is available so maybe to wait will be less.

Nice place, good steaks good sides. They have some surf and turf options too. It's a solid steakhouse chain. You can get stakes, ribs, chicken and some basic seafood, but not a ton. They have some sides you order as part of your meal and then some premium sides that cost you a little more, but are also a little more rich. Appetizers are pretty nice; wings, fried onions, shrimp and others too. You can also order a few desserts here as well.

We ordered the steak and shrimp and it came with 2 sides, which we both tried something different, mash potatoes were nicely buttery and the potato was with everything. I can’t remember the other sides so they might not have been that memorable. The salad had lots of dressing - I would recommend getting it on the side. Our hostess was very nice to get us a booth and that was a very nice plus since it was a Friday early evening and it was loud. If you don’t want to wait too long you should get there early like 5pm. When we walked out there was a very long line to get a table. We came only because we for a gift card and it was worth it for a nice steak dinner.

To celebrate several birthdays, we waited about an hour and half on a Saturday afternoon to eat here. A few of us ordered drinks from the bar area while waiting which were delicious. The sitting area is tight so there was some bumping others when making our way into the booth. Once we sat down, we ordered appetizers then some food. Most of us got dishes with steaks, shrimp and/lobster which were asked seasoned well and tasted great. The salads and vegetables were also good. There was bread to start off but surprised that they didn’t bring more for our group. Where they fell short was not clearing our table after the appetizers then meals. We were actually stacking plates to make room. We did order lava cake and strawberry shortcakes to go which were tasty. They do have clean bathrooms but again, getting around was tight.

Wanted a steak and salmon after work on March 27 and past by LongHorn Steakhouse. The sirloin was cooked just right and the salmon was also cooked great. Had the mashed potatoes and soup and it was all really good. I like their sweet tea and the warm bread. I know it is a chain restaurant but it is good to visit once in a while.

The place is too small for the large portions of food they offer. The service was amazing. My waitress was so great. Every single person we encountered helped us and was attentive. The food was amazing. Unfortunately, the drums on the wings weren't cooked properly, but the flats were fantastic. My steak was good. My husband's ribs were good. He had a great Father's Day. But in my opinion, the place is a little too small because it was very overcrowded and the music was loud. So everybody was talking over each other. So when you're trying to give your order, the waitresses (like the people taking your order) couldn't even hear or understand you. They need to look for a bigger location because they have outgrown this one. The wait was 2 hours, however, it was very much worth it because the food was good. My first time here, and what I can say is this place is not bad...not great, it not bad. I feel the steak is a step above Chili's, but not much. I ordered the 6oz filet. It was slightly over cooked, but I give grace because it's a small cut of meat. It had a lot of seasoning on it. For the price, it's ok. I can't complain, but I also not impressed.

With a name like Longhorn Steakhouse you would think this place came from Texas, but actually the first restaurant opened in 1981 in Atlanta, Georgia. It would have been cool If they did come from Texas, but coming from the south ain't to shabby either. They practically invented bbq there. Recently, I tried Longhorn Steakhouse via curbside service and everything went pretty well, all things considered. Though I didnt get to see the interior of the restaurant, experience their customer service firsthand, or try their food hot off the grill, their website and parking lot looked pretty nice. I really would like to try this place again when everything opens again to get the whole experience, but what I did order was pretty good. I had the wings, their green salad, the half rack of ribs, and the mash potatoes. Everything was good. Everything was tender, with tons of flavor. No complaints whatsoever. I plan to come back and give this place a more thorough review. So three enthusiastic stars for now.

I like the place and their food... I called to see what the wait was before I drove half an hour. I waited more than half an hour on hold before anyone answered. I guess it's my fault for hoping they'd answer at a reasonable wait. No bueno.

We came here to celebrate our 2 year wedding anniversary my Husband and I. I was really drawn by your pictures online so I suggest this place. The place is so beautiful! Kind of makes you feel like your eating at home in your own dining room. It's very loud full of people there which is not a negative for me. The waiter was so nice, she was an older lady with white/ gray hair and glasses. This is what we ordered, look for the pictures. So as a couple we are particular on what we like as far as food is concerned. Sooo my Husband didn't like his steak at all and mine was so dry I almost choked on a piece of it. I really loooved my cesar salad, bread, Mac and cheese, and my mash potatoes!I mainly got full off of that. I also ordered bbq chicken which had me puzzled??? What kind of chicken was it I don't know? But for the price I expected like a breast or something bigger, you know normal size lol. Overall I don't think we'll be going back sorry to say. This was our experience so please don't be discouraged to try it out for yourself.

Our first time here and was as disappointing! My wife had Moscow Mule drink, she initially asked about Texas Margarita on special and server advised was not good. I had iced tea. We started with chicken wing appetizer. Our entrees came with chopped house salads. A different server brought them to our table and my wife asked for pepper and did not receive it. As we were eating our salads we saw bread & butter delivered to other tables and caught our server attention and asked about getting bread & butter. Our server apologized she had not brought it and said she’ll bring some fresh hot bread and she did. Our entrees arrived & my wife asked for pepper again & our server brought it. Both our entrees were extremely salty. My wife could not eat hers, after first bite she started choking & needed water to wash away the bad taste of too much salt. My wife put her plate to the side and told server she couldn’t eat it. The server brought the manager and the manager said the use “bold flavoring”, my wife said more like salt shaker broke onto plate. The manager offered to remake the entree with little or no seasoning to eat there or take to go. She did not offer any credit/compensation. We accepted to take new entree to go. My chicken parmesan and potato were also very salty though I had eaten part of it and didn’t ask to have remade. I did not finish my entree. We enjoy going to new locations and do not plan to return to this location

First of all I set my reservation online I received a text message stating check in with host upon arrival which I did, the host informed me it would be an hour and a half with no reservation I then showed him my text. He stated I should have checked in when I got there hello I just got here within my reservation time. I ordered my food as you can see.. problems yes, the salad for instance who puts a whole core in your salad? That’s horrible. Then I can’t fault the restaurant their menu stated well marbled mine was very well marbled containing lots of fat. You live you learn. I was less than impressed. The server was nice she did not offer refills until we were ready to leave. I gave it a three as a rating I drove over two hours to get there it was my first time and my last that’s for certain. I don’t expect everything perfect but there is room for improvement.

Super crowded on a Tuesday night. My husband's steak was ordered medium and served raw, with just a light sear. We dont send food back though. Our server brett was good and attentive.

For the price, you do get a good quality steak. Nothing special about the atmosphere. Mixed between a classic steakhouse with bit of a cowboy type vibe. Waiters/employees are usually dressed in black. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked with towels. I ordered a twenty ounce ribeye. Good amount of salt was used on the steak. Tender and cooked medium rare. The bread was nice and fluffy. The butter could have been room temped. It’s difficult to spread, but free bread is free bread. The best loaded baked potato. Well salted outside. Bacon, green onion, cheese, and sour cream went well. I love how they used flakey salt on the outside. Reminds of a crispy potato wedge. Definitely loved this side. Overall, I don’t think I would come back. Service was slow, and I could get a better deal somewhere else. The price was under forty dollars. Good amount fat to meat ratio. Wished my server was more attentive and made recommendations since it was my first time here.

I visited LongHorn Steakhouse on Saturday, February 21, and unfortunately the experience was not good. Our waitress was nice, but after eating, my girlfriend suddenly got very sick and had to run to the restroom where she threw up. She was clearly not feeling well, so I went to ask a group of waitresses for a cup of water and explained the situation. One of them said she would come right away, but no one ever came to check or help. I don’t expect staff to clean up after us, and I did my best to clean the area with what was available. However, it wasn’t properly sanitized, and no employee ever came to address it even after being told someone was actively sick in the restroom. There seemed to be plenty of staff around, but the situation was completely dismissed. The lack of urgency, concern, and basic follow-up was very disappointing.

Let me begin with saying that Longhorn has great food. The food has never been an issue or the service from I received from the waiter/waitress’s. There are other issues that make dining here not worth it anymore. The size of the restaurant is just way too small for how popular this place is. When you walk in this place is busting at the seams with people. It is very loud, making it hard to have a conversation with others at your own table. Even putting your name in on the waitlist is difficult with so many people in the small waiting area. They don’t allow reservations but do allow call ahead seating. However, I call ahead most of the time and it seems like I still wait a long time. The estimated wait time they give you is not accurate. I’ve placed myself party party on the waitlist before leaving my house and the wait time will say 45mins but I have waited for over 2 hours. I often notice people that have come in after me be seated before my party and even when I check the list it will say I’m 7th to be seated but 15 parties will be seated before mine. I understand that this place is popular and for good reason but they need to fix these issues because I don’t like the food that much too overlook the other issues for much longer.

Second time ordered the 20 oz Rib Eye. Nice char and seasoning, but the meat was like grocery store rib eye on sale a little fatty and grissley. We had to wait 70 mins to be seated in a restaurant that was 25% full. Hostesses were frantic and left people waiting with reservations waiting while seating new arrivals immediately. Our serving team was very good and on task. Pitch the 99 cent store croutons, not worthy of a steakhouse.

Went here for the 1st time last week for my boyfriends birthday, I would of gave it 5 ☆ because the food was delicious. Now the service it's was TERRIBLE we waited over an hr and a half for our food and to top it off our server was so rude that some of our guest complaint to the lady up front when leaving and when they asked who our server was our guest couldn't remember but the lady up front said she already knows who it is as if this server is always rude. When we 1st came in I asked the lady up front do they do anything special for someone's birthday she said yes and to ask my server. I asked him when we ordered in front of everyone & he said yes, then halfway through our meal i asked him again & he said no we don't do anything for birthdays here. Then after we got our checks he brought out some ice cream with happy birthday on the plate pretty confusing. Not to mention he had an attitude with our guest. I will go back because of the food but NOT to this location

Very disappointed. I ordered three different types of steaks along with other food. Unfortunately, all the steaks were extremely tough and hard and rubbery to bite. I couldn’t eat them properly and had to keep taking pieces out of my mouth. Took 45 minutes to get food on the table. For steak that is quite pricey, this was not what I expected. Other food was okay but not steak 😢 The food looked very good and we were excited to eat, but we did not enjoy the steak at all. One of the plates was also dirty. When I pointed it out, the staff did not say anything — they just took it and walked away. Plz get some good quality meat.

I tried getting on the waitlist by calling ahead becasue we know it's a long wait. I have a party of 7 I was trying to heck in but online it only lets you get on with a part of 4. On the website is says for a party of 5 or more you have to call in to get on the waitlist, I was on hold for an hour until I hung up. When I arrived they told me it was a 3 hour wait. I asked if they answer the phone for anyone trying to call in and they upright said no because they have to help the people walking in. So then why the hell do they instruct party of 5s to call in to get on the wait list. It doesnt make sense.

My table was ready and they gave us 5 minutes to get our whole party together. I walked up at 4 minutes and let her know I was gonna use the restroom and she said okay, when I came back she gave my table away and made us wait in the cold for 1hr and 30 min. We’ve now been waiting 2 and half hours now and we are here for a company party. They offered to seat us separately but unfortunately we are not looking to do so . Very disappointing to come spend $600+ and leave with disappointment. Do not come here for company parties or large parties. The hostess were Marley and Val. When we mentioned our situation of giving the table away the hostess said it happens often.

Expensive and the portion is ridiculously small. Look at the pictures I’ve attached. Are they serious? $5 for rice and another $5 for Broccoli. As for the brussel sprouts they charged me more than $6 for a very very small portion. I will NEVER go back again.

got a togo order for 1 renegade steak which comes with 2 sides, I ordered Cesar salad & the loaded baked potato. Cesar salad was just a container of plain lettuce with no toppings and the loaded baked potato was just a solid baked potato that didn’t even come with sour cream or butter at the very least. Who is just eating plain potatoes? $25 for a meal and half of it wasn’t even correct.

Terrible experience dining in this establishment. Waited more than 2 hours and with rude host at the front not knowing how to have excellent customer service. We were here to celebrate my Dad's 70th birthday and he was already upset about the wait extending past the time we were supposed to sit down and dine. The waitress Sara was excellent but they food at this visit was horrible on May 19th for dinner. Service 3/5 not because the server but because the hosts at the front and time management. The sides were full of salt especially the rice, and broccoli. I think the cook just poured salt on all the dishes. Fries were also very salty. The table we sat at was dirty and had food on the floor. In all this was not a decent experience. I hope they get their team trained better.

Went to Longhorn Steakhouse last night for my birthday dinner. We waited 2 hours to be seated which was fine. We knew it would happen because we were a party of 8. The server warned us that they season their food aggressively but to be honest, the food was extremely, overly salty. Almost like it was done intentionally. We ordered artichoke dip, the fried onion petals and the fried shrimp appetizers. None of them were finished because they were unbearably salty. The complimentary bread was as hard as a brick. My brussel sprourts and macaroni taste like someone dumped a jar of salt in them. I only had one bite. I don't believe in sending food back because you never know what they might do to it. We paid for our meals, tipped generously and left. We wont be back.
