Opinions de Mountain Mike's Rancho Cucamonga
Excellent pizza out of all pizza I have had.
Yummy pizza. I like the loaded fries too
My wife and I always come to Mountain Mike's in Rancho because it's usually pretty quiet and the food and service is always great. I wanted to leave this review because of our latest experience. I'm not sure if a family took over the restaurant, but all of the employees looked like they may have been related and I don't remember seeing any of them the previous times we've eaten there so I'm not sure if they recently took over the store. Their customer service was outstanding and way above and beyond the service we normally get. The girl at the register along with the other employees came to our table multiple times asking if we need anything else and were constantly checking in on us. We've always enjoyed this location, but this experience really stood out.
Mountain Mike's is already worthy of 5 stars. But I've been to many locations all over California and Arizona and the Milliken Ave location is definitely my favorite. Every pizza exceeds my expectations, and the bar is already very high. The crust is always crispy and the ingredients are laid out in perfect proportions. If I could give 6 stars, I would!
I love the pizza here. Delicious pizza close by my job so we order from here all the time. Kimberly assisted me and made the pick up process a breeze. Pizza is always fresh and perfect temperature. The only down fall is that it is a bit pricey.
My favorite pizza place. Great food made with fresh ingredients.
Very friendly and best pizza we have had in a long time. Better than Pizza Hut, Shakes, Domino’s and Round Table. Rancho and Upland.
Incredible pizza, wings were ok but a little sweet.
Employee was super friendly, the Margherita pizza was a little different. All in all it was a good experience
Well I wish I had pics some check back later for some but this place is great! I love it. Has a lunch buffet that has a great price! 10 bucks for pizza, salad and drink! Got to give it a try if your close to the mall!
First time coming to Mountain Mike's Pizza today for the lunch buffet great price staff was very friendly and it was very quiet today
New Foodie ⚠️ Alert! First time experiencing this pizza place. And for the record, it's now my favorite spot. Everything from the dough to the pepperoni is fresh. You taste it in the ingredients. The Pizza and Salad bar, among the finest and freshest. Staff is friendly, warm and welcoming. This place gets 5 🌟. Team Smiley
I love love love pizza 😋😂🤣 Mountain Mike’s pizza was introduced to me, and I tried it; geez, I love the pizza. Super fresh and tasty. I ordered the pepperoni with pineapple and sausage 🍕 I will definitely be back🙌🙌👍.
Absolutely love this place. Pizza is amazing the wings are delicious. Love how great this place is! I was excited to see they made a♡ (heart)shaped pizza for Valentine's day that was pretty and very delicious.
First time here, very clean location. You can tell the owners take care of this business. Female at the counter was friendly. Female over the phone was also friendly probably the same person. Pizza was good. I would come back to this location.

My grandson had his 5th birthday party here. The location was very clean, and the staff was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. The appetizers were amazing, and the pizza was truly top-notch and one of the top 3 best pizzas I have ever had. Thank you for helping to make this a very special day for him and very easy for us.
Love coming here for the lunch special. Foods great and the salad bar has lots of options. Come here for lunch and you will have a great time. Staff are always friendly. Check your credit cards for offers as I get them often with my Amex and capitol one
Great pizza and great prices. Just be friendly and welcoming to all that come and leave when dining. You guys have a great concept. I will be back during sporting games. They have lots of TV's to watch your favorite sport.
We had a large party of 18 people for a celebration. Upon walking in, we noticed the dining area was very clean. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious was made pretty fast. The kids even had a little entertainment playing a few of the arcade style games. We definitely will return. Thank you!
The staff are very friendly, the pizza was made fresh with plenty of cheese and added toppings
Food was good, fresh. Good service no complaints. Clean atmosphere great for big families.

Pizza is fantastic but a bit pricey... Other than that the environment is great & has pizza that is also incredibly fantastic. Try it out.... I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed (ツ
I looooooove this pizza! Best pepperoni out there, hands down. I'm usually one to order pepperoni, mushroom and olive at other places, but a regular old pepperoni is fantastic here! With that being said, they are pretty pricey compared to other pizza places, especially for just a single topping. $20 something for a single topping large is usually why I opt for a different place, especially when I didn't feel my pizza had enough sauce last time. Like I said, really good pizza, but usually why it's more like a once in a blue moon visit for me. Also, last visit I didn't feel the customer service was great, which isn't what I normally experience. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, and the employee that was behind the counter went to the back as I stood there waiting to be helped. We'll just hope it was a bad day and better luck next time.
I enjoyed your pizza. That was great! It was more so the lack of service. I understand that everyone had to make some changes due to covid. Which is why I still gave 4 stars. The thing is there was just 1 person working the register and taking out the food. She definitely needed some help. She was very nice did the best she could though.
Cannot understand how cheap things have started to look there. Great pizza, really good, but part of the menu was "x'd" out with red tape, and marking pen signs declared "All you can eat salad is now one serving only". Pretty cheap, not very professional.
Pizza-5 stars! Garden salad - 2 stars. Our first time trying mountain mikes, those pepperoni cups! SO GOOD! I’m still thinking about it! I ordered through the app and picked up at the store. They have a salad bar which they used to make my salad. The lettuce was wilted and didn’t look very fresh, disappointing as the salad was around $8. The pizza however was amazing! Can’t wait to order more pizza, I will have to pass on the salads which is kind of sad
The pizza is of great quality but I'm just not certain it's worth the price. The side are not great. I ordered potato wedges which were quite bland and the "garlic bread sticks" were even more lackluster. The pizza was great though, I'd like to emphasize that once more.

Great pizza, thin crust. Terrible garlic knits, 11 dollars, no garlic, over cooked, little butter, ranch is good.
Definitely yummy pizza, but SO expensive. We only do this once a year for school fundraiser day. Otherwise, I just cannot justify the price, even if it's tasty.
I'm very picky when it comes to pizza. Not a big fan. However this pizza was really good. Pricy but good. Will I go back? Yes!

Wildly overpriced pizza, and I even had a discount coupon! Lived nearby so I wanted to give it a try and it definitely follows the pizza-rule: “When it’s good, it’s great, and when it’s bad, it’s still pretty good.” This falls into the pretty good category. Nothing to write home about. Sadly everything about this place was average, I really wanted to like it.
Went this evening for some delicious Pepperoni pizza. The wait was 15 minutes. I arrived within 12 minutes. Came home and found the pizza to be cold. The cheese was settled not even warm. The pizza was very disappointing. I called them to let them know and they did not seem to care.. Honestly Little Ceasars would have been better...least to say Hot! Double Check your pizza make sure it's fresh.
The pizza is very good. The staff is good depending on who you get. Recommend a to-go order because many of the patrons in the restaurant have been too annoying to be around. Been in the restaurant several times and there is always a large group of obnoxious and filthy people. Ironically the last two groups were from a local church. Staff does nothing to control it.
Good pizza. Not remarkable. Very pricey, even with coupon. My teen boys have been craving pizza for our Friday fun nights. I decided to search for a new pizza spot since our favorite is 20 minutes away in Fontana. I had high hopes for Mountain Mike’s, given the rave reviews about their pepperoni. Got a large pepperoni with sausage added. With $5 coupon, still $25. Ordered as take out. The boys ate. I asked their opinion. To quote, “It’s ok.” I tried it myself, given the rave reviews specifically complementing the pepperoni. I agree with my boys. It’s fine. Definitely not bad pizza. Solid cheese, pepperoni, sauce and dough. But it isn’t special or memorable in any way either. It’s ok. As for ambience - if you are thinking about eating at the restaurant - it’s a very low grade Shakey’s. It’s probably built in the 80’s, basic tables and salad bar. The arcade area is about the size of a bathroom. If you go to the bathroom, you’ll see a collection of cool photo’s. I guess it’s Mike at the mountain? Good pics. But they are in the hallway. Not displayed around the restaurant. So far, our fav spot - at $10 less, with more toppings - is the hands down winner.
Ordered one of their Large specialty pizzas - paid $40. Chicken on pizza was not fresh. Was not aware they add gratuity on their own. I ordered online for pick up but that was not worth the price.

Delivery driver was courteous, professional, and on time. The pizza crust was hard as wood, the meat was dry and crunchy, and they forgot to add the green onions I paid extra for. Never ordering from here again. If I want bad pizza, I can get it much cheaper at a bunch of other places.
Pizza was decent but cold. Loaded wedges, terrible. Wings terrible. If you close your eyes and have to guess where the wings are from by texture, you will guess dollar general. Gross
Great service. Nice guys. However we did not enjoy the pizza. Looks good and smelled good but the sauce is not very tasty. While I don't expect to frequent again was happy with the service.
What happened. Mountain Mike was the best pizza ever. I recommended it to everyone. I just got a pizza last night, it was terrible. The crust was mushy, and not like before, less cheese, and the sauce was very very sweet. Why do these pizza placed get greedy and cut corners. I won't buy another pizza from them, and I will tell family and friends.
We were out in Southern California, soaking up the sun and regretting none of it—until dinner. Now listen, I’m not one of those New Yorkers who worships at the altar of the “fold it in half and call it a religion” pizza slice. In fact, I’ve got some beef with NYC pizza. That said... this place? This place made me miss it. My sister, bless her heart, suggested we try this spot because it was “close to the house.” Red flag number one. We walked in on a Friday night—prime pizza time—and the place was emptier than a Times Square subway car at 3 a.m. Red flag number two. But hey, we were hungry and optimistic. Big mistake. The pizza came out and... wow. I’ve had better crust structure from a wet paper towel. The cheese was doing this weird clumpy thing like it hadn’t emotionally committed to being melted. The whole slice drooped like it just got bad news. Honestly? We should’ve marched across the street to Ralph’s, picked up a Red Baron frozen pie, and had a more romantic evening with the oven. And then came the bill—$130. ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY DOLLARS—for one sad extra-large and two baby pizzas with the charisma of cafeteria food. At those prices, I want my toppings hand-carved by Michelangelo and the crust blessed by the Pope. This pizza? It’s not just bad—it’s Chuck E. Cheese meets gas station heat lamp, with a splash of “I gave up halfway through.” So unless you're into paying fine-dining prices for limp sadness on a plate, skip this joint. Your taste buds (and wallet) will thank you.

Terrible value for the money. Small pizza was the price of a medium/large at other places. Food arrived cold too which didn't help.
These people have been to my house several times! Countless at that. Over 85 dollars for one pizza and a 20% tip every time! PEOPLE BEWARE they couldn't get ahold of me to deliver the pizza and wings, so they tampered with the food!!!! Who knows what they did to it! I have detailed photos to prove it! Take it as you wish.. NEVER AGAIN MOUNTAIN MIKES
The last time we order pizza , got my boyfriend and I sick. Also over priced one large pizza with 2 toppings $27 almos $30 with taxes. Do NOT a recommend
For some odd reason they don’t accept capital one? It’s so disappointing that a food place doesn’t accept a certain bank because millions of people carry the same bank. Food looked good but highly disappointed that they don’t take capital one.
Disappointed and Won’t Be Back My family and I were craving pizza, so we looked up a nearby spot and decided to give this place a try. As soon as we walked in, it was hot inside uncomfortably so. Honestly, we should have turned around and left right then. I asked if they could turn the air on, and the lady taking our order did turn it on, so we decided to stay.We ordered one large pizza, one small pizza, four drinks, and an order of hot wings. The total came out to nearly $90, which already felt overpriced for what we got. When we went to get our drinks, every single option on the machine was flat—no syrup, just fizzy water. At that point, I was frustrated and asked for a refund. The lady who took our order asked what was wrong, and then a man came out from behind the counter. I tried to explain the drinks were all flat and that he should try them himself. Instead, he just started pushing buttons on the drink machine and shaking his head at me, as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. He never even tasted the drinks to confirm what I was saying. Thankfully, we did get a refund and left—but overall, it was a bad experience. This place is poorly managed, overpriced, and doesn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Food is good but the service has been awful. How is no one going to go to front to take my order? Waiting 8 mins and no signs of life. Store is empty and not busy so there's no excuse. I let it slide the last 2x but this is unacceptable. Go elsewhere.
