Really good food. A touch too much salt in the fire feta but otherwise the lamb kabob and beef and lamb shawarma perfect. The baklava is perfect and the rice with Zaky cause was a really good pairing with the meat.

The food was amazing. There was a wait but totally worth it.. they were very nice and accommodating. Definitely be going back.

I ordered online to the wrong location and they were so helpful in helping coordinate pickup at the other location, despite it being my own careless mistake. Terrific service from both locations and delicious food.

Delicious food, long wait; both are reliable. The staff execute fantastic flavors, but are in no hurry to take orders, gather catering pickups, or serve the next customers in line. Plan for a 20-minute wait for takeout. Calling ahead is also a challenge, silver they don’t have call-waiting. If they figure out the business side, we’ll eat here more often. So good.

Came to Fontana the second time this month and decided since I visited a Mediterranean place, I had to check out the competition. I personally thought Zaky’s was better. The food here is pretty good as far as I can tell. We only sampled a few things. We really went there for the hummus. The customer service could've been a little better though. We were welcomed, but waited 10-15 minutes for hummus that was on the "assembly line" and only needed to be scooped into a container.

Don’t waste your time with the tasty food when ever they feel like it THE DO NOT MAKE FRESH BREWED LIPTON ICED TEA LIKE THEIR TEA CONTAINERS WOULD LEAD YOU TO BELIEVE. They only HAVE CHEAP SODA AVAILABLE. They chose to not make fresh brewed black iced tea like today Saturday.

It was my first time there and I wasn't sure what I wanted. The staff wasn't very friendly and kind of seemed impatient. The menu was a little confusing. The food was decent but I thought the portion of meat was small for the price. I love Mediterranean food and have been to many restaurants, but whatever seasonings they used here gave me the worst burps ever!

I ordered take out so wasn’t really sure what I was getting. But I was disappointed. It said it came with a sauce but I saw no option for a sauce with it, normally the sauce is in the gyro itself which it wasn’t. Secondly, the meat was dry and overcooked. I’ve never encountered this with lamb meat ever. Flavor was lacking. It was ok only bc of the little tzatziki sauce I had in which I had to pay for.

I honestly don’t want to go back here. As good as the food did taste (minus the low quality lettuce option), it wasn’t worth being scolded by a rude employee only because I asked for hummus and tabouleh in my wrap. I was informed with a strong attitude that I cannot have those in my wrap as they are sides. I don’t understand why she couldn’t charge me for a side and also save the world some wasted plastic containers since I just dumped it onto my wrap anyway. I really think you should try to have more flexibility with the menu, and give customers a chance to actually put what they like in their wraps if you do sell those things!! I paid $23.00 for a wrap with 5 small pieces of chicken, maybe 2tblspns of cucumber, and 1/4th cup of tabouleh and hummus. I know..inflation, but this is excessive for the quality of customer service and food I got. You’ve lost what could have and would have been a loyal customer and community supporter today. I’ll be driving to Luna in Rancho from now on and also requesting one in our new shopping center.

Yesterday visited Zaky in Fontana,omg,why did we do it? Food was ok ok,can't say anything bad about the quality of food but it was overpriced,and they could make portions a Lil bit bigger,as for the atmosphere it was very hot,no AC at all,outside is 95 degrees and inside not so much less,you can't seat and enjoy your food because you're sweating, it felt like we were sitting in the oven or really hot sauna.It was very uncomfortable and ruined lunch time,next what I wanted to mention it's service, it was terrible, that latina woman was very unprofessional, you do not treat your customers in such a rude way,no manners at all plus she messed up our order which was not good too. So,it was our first and last time at this place,do not recommend Zaky at all.

The food barely had any flavor to it and the chicken was dry and burnt. First and last time there, I’ve had way better even the other Location had more flavor but I wouldn’t go back there either. Sorry gave you guys a shot...only got 2 stars because food was still hot when it arrived and the delivery guy from postmates was really nice and had to wait forever for the food to bring it to me and even apologized even though it wasn’t his fault.

With a great variety of ingredients being my first time here, i didn’t know how to order or in what way and the young g girl was very impatient, i did tell her it was my first time here and instead of explaining how things worked she just stood there looking at me with an impatient demeanor. Dissatisfied and disappointed. This place USED to be pretty good. But service and food quality has gone way down. Ordered the half chicken dinner and both the chicken and pita bread were served at room temperature. And I literally live around the corner. Out of vegetables 3 hours before closing time? You should close down if you don't take pride in your food or service.

No air conditioning... No air conditioning... no air conditioning! Putting a humidifier by the front door is not air conditioning. The cook seems to be not all in a hurry to get anyone's orders ready. He stood on the side and talked with a customer for a few minutes, someone he apparently knew while the girl behind the counter stepped up to take his place. This is not good to see as a customer when there's six people standing in line ordering and waiting for their food. This place is Miss managed and if they can't afford to run the air conditioning then maybe they shouldn't be in business especially on a day when it's 100° out. If you read the reviews you can see that there's been others who complained about there being no air conditioning so it's not just me complaining and it's obviously intentional on the management part. I have to say that the food is good and they give you big portions. Food doesn't get a 5 because some of the side dishes are a little too greasy. Whoever owns this business needs to step up fast to stop the deluge of 1, 2 and 3 star reviews and fix these issues before it's too late.

First of all, it is extremely expensive to eat here. I ordered the lamb wrap, and it only had 4 pieces of meat and a couple of shaves of onions. Wrap felt more like a taquito than a wrap. For 13$, it could do better. MY wife ordered a lamb bowl, and they were extremely cheap with the toppings . A couple of pieces of cucumbers, a quarter of a tomato, and a few onion shaves for almost $20. We are not coming back.

I entered and asked to use restroom. The employee said bathrooms are for customers only. There was no notice regarding restrooms for customers only. Then I tell guy. I will buy something on way out. He let me use restroom. owners: Post on premises a notice regarding restroom usage. I'm not a homeless person. I could of walked out and not buy anything. It cost me $6.45 to use restroom. NEVER GO BACK. Makes me wonder this type of management.

We went to have dinner Friday because my husband was craving Greek food the minute we walked in we felt this negativity in the restaurant it was dirty. The tables were dirty. The floor was dirty. When we started ordering the food we noticed the attitude from the ladies that work there. Specially the older lady I think she’s a cook or cashier. She has the most unfriendly personality that I literally ft like leaving but my husband really wanted to eat there. The service was horrible. I asked her questions because my husband has to eat a certain way so I was asking her very nice what kind of oil and salt they used they were both very rude and then we got our drink from the fountain machine and my husband drank from it and we didn’t notice at the end of the cup. There was some kind of dead bugs or something. It was disgusting and when I told the lady she gave me attitude, I can tell they’re so unhappy working there. Whoever the owner is I recommend they change staff maybe you can get more customers if you have better people working there I am for sure not going back there.

Both the young girl and the older lady have bad customer service, they rush their customers to order, “never ordered arabic food before”. They need to clean up the bar area, and they need to tie their hair up. Pricey for the attitude you get. Never coming back, do not recommend

My husband tried to get lunch with our service dog and was rudely turned away by the manager saying “no dogs”. She didn’t even listen to him as he tried to let her know that he is a service animal. He wasn’t dining in, just ordering for takeout. You can, in fact, be sued for this. The rice is bland and the food is mediocre at best. I’ve never once had a good experience here, my husband wanted to try it for himself and didn’t even get the chance. But, to each their own I guess. “Establishments that sell or prepare food must generally allow service animals in public areas even if state or local health codes prohibit animals on the premises. Not sure what the reply has to do with my concern.

I have rated customer service 2 stars only because I liked the new guy who was very nervous and the more experienced worker who tried to help the new guy out. The two ladies who worked with the food were very rude to both the new guy and my husband and I. They were not pleasant at all,didn't try to explain the menu( as we were new to this place) they could clearly see we didn't know what to order and wanted suggestions on what's good. We also apologized and mentioned we were first time customers there and the lady just looked at us and walked away leaving everything up to the new guy who was totally confused. As soon as I got home my husband and I checked the reviews on this place and saw ..yup ! It's not just us. The food wasn't even worth the money we spent. Atleast if they change their attitude towards the customers they might have more customers. We definitely won't be back!

First time and last time here. My complaint is the customer service. I guess the guy helping me was new and put too much chicken on my plate. The guy taking the order was actually very helpful explaining what you can choose for your sides and base. When he gave my order to the lady working the register she actually counted the pieces of chicken and told him you only give six pieces for the one protein plate combo. I get it, you have a business and need to make sure people know the proper portion to serve, but the perception you give to your customer when you count the pieces and then remove the extra two pieces before charging them is just not a good look. Also, they provide one very small portion of sauce. If you would like an additional small portion of sauce it will be .99 cents. You have been forewarned!

We had a late lunch meal there. The young employees and the older employees were very loud. The older employees were very rude and loud towards the younger employees. The food was pretty salty and very expensive with very small portions. The lamb kabob was burnt and didn't taste good. The fountain drinks were very expensive. We paid extra for extra lamb kabobs and it seemed like they were counting them as they put it in our plate. I will never go there again.
