My new obsession...... jumbo egg rolls. Store was open but the staff had locked the doors to the dining room so we couldn't go in to sit. Like their zero sugar lemonade options.
Food was so good! Hot and fresh! Gave us condiments and napkins, service great!
I gave a 5 star because it's only 2 ladies that be in this store. One is the cook and the other older lady in drive through. Yes the line be long but the lady in the drive through always is friendly and never seems as if she's overworked or tired. I eat from this place 5 days a week, stop taking my money lol. But for real I just love their attitudes but someone needs to start hiring or give them more money. That lady in the drive through pulls a lot of weight and her name is Ananbel. Please give Anabel a raise or acknowledge how hard she works!
We have eaten here several times both breakfast and lunch while passing through. It's Very nice and clean... the Staff has always been very friendly and food has always been fresh.
This location let me down the first time I came it was early and I understand they were busy on the inside after going in and giving my incorrect order for exchange of the actual one. I waited at B menu speaker for about 8 minutes total before someone actually got to me. The iced coffee worked so well for me that I wanted to come back because this is the one on the way to my job. Well thank goodness someone hired a miracle worker named Christy and she greeted me over that speaker like I was a guest at a five-star restaurant whoever hired her was truly smart! If she has already gotten the promotion...do itl she always has a smile on her on her face and she is the reason I will continue to come to this Jack in the Box and I promise you she will be the reason this Jack in the Box is successful in the reviews ratings and happiness of the customers!
I feel like Jack in the box catches a lot of heat but every time I go to this Jack in The box, the staff is pretty friendly and the food is always very fresh and pretty good... For fast food of course.

The food use to be old and you could tell the meat had been frozen for much longer than it was suppose to be. Although I've been going a lot recently and the quality of food has gone up a lot. The food seems a lot more fresh than it use to be, the staff are nice, and the food comes out pretty quick. Oh and on a side note, the hashbrowns are very good. They always fry them for just long enough and they arent greasy. I dont know what changed up there but the changes were great and well needed

i haven’t been to a jack in the box in YEARS and decided to stop on my way home well past midnight bc i hadn’t really eaten fr all day right? i’m like “let me just get a breakfast jack meal. something calm before bed.” this review isn’t about the food. this review is about the service. i was genuinely shocked by how great the service was LOL. literally the best i’d ever been served at a jack in the box. maybe the type of day i had made me extremely appreciative of Erick M’s kindness while serving me my breakfast jack meal with fries and a peach lemonade… but it was enough to move me to writing this review. i assume his mama raised him right and it has little to do with this establishment. nonetheless, they get 5 stars from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ also my breakfast jack was delicious but i was reminded why i don’t fw JITB fries fr.

I haven't eaten here since 1998. They were not anywhere near where I was stationed after leaving the West Coast. Now that I Live in Texas I decided to try them out and was pleasantly surprised. The burger was hot and fresh and tasted great!!! I wasn't expecting so many memories to come flooding back all at once! Jack in the Box was great back then and is still outstanding!!

I got take out today for linner. The tacos were crunchy on the edges, the fries were hot, and the bacon ultimate was fresh. I ordered no ketchup on my burger but they must’ve missed that request, nonetheless I ate it and it was a pleasant meal. I requested taco sauce and buttermilk and both were in the bag. Sometimes Jack in the Box is hit or miss but this Forney location has been spot on since 2019 when I moved here. I’m very pleased with the service.

Being that this chain has been around for more than 60 years, and they started off in my hometown, I just had to give them a try. Who am I kidding I eat here all the time. I wish I could go back in time and get one of their burgers for the original price of $0.18 but alas I'm no time traveler. Their prices are pretty decent for 2019 times so I'll give them that. Has anyone else noticed the one chain (no names mentioned) who has gone way up on their burger meals, like they're something special, sorry but I'm not planning on paying $12 for fast food. It just doesn't qualify as fast food if your paying out the butt for it, even if it is fast, not in my book anyway. Here you can get quite a bit of good quality food for the price. Since the founder Robert O. Peterson basically revolutionized the drive through by using a two way radio I just had to use the drive through on my visit. Everything worked great except the wait time. Something about being short handed but who cares, when you're waiting for one of those famous greasy meaty cheesy tortilla covered hot tacos that aren't at all like your regular tacos and to even call them a taco is almost an insult, you'll do just about anything to get one. According to the Jack in the Box's website 1,055 of these amazing food creations are eaten every minute. And if you've tried one you know why, plus they are cheap so it's like a double bonus. This chain was the first to serve breakfast and the first to offer it 24 hours, because of this you should definitely try the supreme croissant. I mean they have more experience with breakfast they deserve credit. The supreme croissant is this amazing buttery flaky cheese oozing breakfast of deliciousness. If you're going to come check this place out you need to pull into the driveway listening to the song "Ultimate Cheeseburger" preformed by The Meaty Cheesy Boys. Not but seriously Jack in the Box had their own boy band who knew! So come eat enjoy the full experience with some music and remember to vote Jack2020.
I love Jack in the box! The employees there arnt always the nicest, or in the best moods, but at the very least they try being courteous. The food is always fresh & hot though!
Order is always correct, and employees are friendly. The only bad part is that it usually takes longer than other drive thru-s to get your order. Worth the wait though for good service.

This is a good location, staff works fast, and the food is good. I only took away 1 star because the hours of operation posted in Google Maps is misleading. The Dine-in closes at 9:00PM yes, but the Drive-Thru is open until midnight so you can get your nightly dinner on. Also, you can use those coupons received in the mail at the Drive-Thru, just make sure you mention them when you place your order and hand the coupon over to the cashier when you pull up to the window. One coupon per visit, it’s written clear on the coupon itself.

The food is great. Service is fast. I stop here almost every day on my brunch break. The last 8 days I've noticed the mens urinal is out of service and the mens restroom is constantly smelly, with wet mess all over the floor. The parking lot stays dirty as well, which causes me to be concerned about the kitchen. This place seems to be on the down-slope. Maybe new leadership is needed.
As fast food goes Jack in the box is fairly reliable. It isn't gourmet by any means, but if you want something quick this location is fairly decent. Tip If you order the jalapeno poppers ask them to keep them in the frier for an extra minute the standard cook time doesn't always get the poppers hot.
They could do better. With acknowledging you when you come in.Also, being a little quicker with the orders.They tend to only show attention to drive through.
It’s fast food!!! I was the only one to dine in so the customer service was good. I haven’t had Jack in the Box in awhile so I decided to try them for lunch. Does it look like the Ultimate cheeseburger got smaller?!?! And the tacos didn’t taste like it used to. I got the regular fries and they were good. Only thing that hasn’t changed. I gave it 3 stars because it is fast food and with all these gourmet burger joints popping up it makes it hard to compete with them. Other than the burger seems a lot smaller, it was still pretty good.
It was OK. Have not been in years because I try to maintain a GF diet, but every now and then you just want a good burger. This was an OK burger. Definitely better ones in town. I had forgotten how awesome curly fries are though.
Customer service varies by person and day , the food quality also varies by who is cooking it, the speed at times can be very slow, location is somewhat convenience kind of off the highway, cleanliness varies sometimes it's clean sometimes it's not..... sew-in short coming here is like playing a game of Russian Roulette, or spin the wheel

Subject: Concerning Customer Service I am writing to express my concern about a recent experience my husband and I had at your location this evening. We went through the drive-thru, and my husband attempted to place an order for a number 3. It appeared that the associate didn’t hear him clearly and responded with, "What?" My husband then repeated the order, but the associate suddenly began yelling, accusing my husband of screaming. This left both of us confused, as my husband had simply repeated his order calmly, per the associate’s request. I tried to clarify that no one was screaming and that we were simply repeating the order as asked. However, when we reached the drive-thru window, I requested to speak with a manager or the associate who had raised his voice, but my request was refused. This situation left us very uncomfortable, and as a result, we chose not to complete our purchase. We felt uneasy about the level of professionalism and service we received and wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes of improvement for future customers. We will not be back to Jack in the Box. Cutting back on your menu was a mistake. The reasons we always bought the monster tacos was because we knew they were fresh, where the regular tacos always tasted tough and greasy as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Food quality has gone down and cleanliness of restaurants has declined, along with the bathrooms. Jack in the Box used to be one of our favorite fast food restaurants because of all the variety, and we have been visiting this food chain all over the country since 1961. But unfortunately, there's far too much competition out there serving similar food, and better service. And the employees in all the ones we've been in seem very unhappy to be working, period. No smiles, no greeting customers, tables unclean, trash on the floor. I guess when Robert Peterson passed away, changes started being made. But when that happens, those changes usually aren't good. In other words, "if it ain't broken, don't fix it".
The wait was very long, l and three other cars just left. I don't know if they were short of help,training or what. I will visit again one day, my granddaughter loves Jack in the Box menus. Around 4:30pm on a Friday evening
Decided to make the order easy so the person taking order won't have to ask much so i order #15 and the non speaking English person says with a eggroll.. I'm thinking what the heck.. no with frys... took him a little while before he finally caught on just a number 15 with frys and a spirit. The pita bread was hard and get a look at the lettuce lol. The food is good no complaints there. However, I come through often& the drive thru lady working the morning shift weekdays around 9am is lacking in customer service. There is one guy who must be an assistant Mgr or in charge this morning and the morning before. He shows no interest in being friendly and has a bad attitude. Not sure what's going on but it makes it hard to order food when someone works here who doesn't seem like they want to be there. Mumbles over the drive thru intercom as well.
This location always asks people to pull forward and wait for their food to come from the door or to back up and wait until they call you. Or they ask you to pull around to the front and park. I'm not sure if they need more staff, but this is the third time I've been to this location and it's happened. Worst jack in the box in the world. If there aren't enough employees to work and serve people without having them wait for 45 minutes, then they need to close down. Service is terrible, the wait times are way too long in the drive thru, the lobby is always closed. Just the worst
This location takes the term incompetence to new extremes. The lobby is locked half the time, the floors are sticky and the drive thru never gets your food to you in under 10 minutes. This is some of the worst “fast” food service I’ve seen.
Waited 20 minutes in drive through asked for a regular bun… got a sour dough.. asked for pickles no sauce.. got no pickles and sauce.. and dude is just chilling talking while my order was ready at the window. Ridiculous!!! Want a full refund!
Ordered the new popcorn chicken box to share with my girlfriend on the app at 7. When I went to pick up my order the store was closed except the drive through. This was not a big deal just weird. The reason I gave them a 1 star was because even though I was the only car the chicken was cold and they didn't put any of the fries in the box. So in summery I paid almost 11 dollars for cold chicken and a small dr pepper.with no fries. Never going back.
Signs says open 6:00 am- 12:00 am. I have stopped here two days in a row, stopped for breakfast after 6 a.m.. Yesterday at 6:05 a.m. as I’m in line the lady was late arriving and told myself and the vehicle in front of me it would be 20 minutes before they could serve anything, so we left. Stopped by today at 6:15 and one of the ladies inside said it would be about 10 minutes before they could serve anything. So I guess someone needs to figure out what time they want to open and correct the time on Google maps to reflect that. Or is this becoming the new normal, and I’m stuck in the past? It’s been a good experience up until these two mornings.
Well that was disappointing! Just tried going through the drive though at 3:15pm on Saturday 4/22/23. They said they were closed! People had to back out of the drive through because there was no signs! People were walking up to the door and pulling on the locked door… again, no signs! They said they were “short staffed” through the drive through speaker box so they decided to close! How unfortunate. This was the Forney, TX location just for the record!
I just received my food through door dash and this is absolutely the worst burger I think I’ve ever had. I love jack in the box but the patties were so overcooked and dry and it almost inedible, my curly fries were cold which I think was probably just a dasher problem and instead of Dr. pepper I was given coke… I work in the food industry so I understand things happen but this horrible quality of food during peak restaurant dinner hours is soooo beyond unacceptable it Honestly tasted like the patties were cooked 3-5 hours before my order was even placed and sat under a heat lamp
9/22/2021 I went around 1pm to buy some lunch. My food did not taste fresh, I ordered curly fries and they were cold. Some of the fries didn’t come whole they looked like left overs. My two tacos were also cold and the burger was super dry, I had to throw it away.
Service is super SLOW for the number of associates in the building. Ordered my food and one other car was before me still waited 10 minutes for food ridiculous.
Placed an order last night (8/21/2021) at approximately 11pm via the app. When I got there, they were closed, due to having just received their food supply order and the employees were barely taking the frozen food boxes into their storage freezer. I spoke with a manager that was there loading and she said to go back the following day for a refund since they clearly had not prepared any food. I go by today and the same manager I spoke with last night tells me they won't refund the money since it was a mobile order, despite the fact that they were closed and never fulfilled the order. I've complained via the app multiple times before and requested a call back, but this franchisee could care less. Update: got the message from whomever monitors their social media and reviews. Had already done what they said, but *gasp*, no one has reached out like so many other times.
I walked in the door to order and the employee behind the counter was completely rude and disrespectful. She stated rudely that the lobby was closed dispite people eating at a table in the corner. She was yelling that there's a sign on the door and I responded respectfully that there was no sign on the door I came through and she continued to be rude as I turned to leave. If this is good customer service I'll pass on ever coming back!!!!
My large fries were more like small fries & I asked for a sprite & they gave me water. They were careless
I just left this location at 10:58 AM on Sunday, October 9, 2022. I was not able to pick up my DoorDash order because the lobby was locked. Even though the sign clearly says the lobby opens at 6 AM. I do not have 20 minutes to wait in the drive-through with 10 cars. I will never pick up a DoorDash from this location again. Do better.
If I could give a zero star rating I would because they don’t even deserve one star. This lobby to this Jack has been closed since COVID first started, it’s ridiculous at this point let people come inside. You wait 45 minutes in a line of only 5 cars just for the staff to always have an attitude. You’d save yourself more time by just going to Mesquite or Seagoville. Never coming back to the Forney location, this needs to be shut down!
I went here today like 30min ago and we orders our food everything was right on the receipt, my order was 2 #10 with cheese and 2 large coffee and a #7, this lady gave us the #7 right but the #10 (chicken sandwich) was wrong, we never got our chicken sandwich, instead we got two beef burger. my mother doesn’t eat beef so I had to go back, but the lady with red hair and the bad makeup (learn how to do eyeliner btw) was so rude in the window and when we went inside. when we went inside I brought the receipt and the food and she had the audacity to ask “is this the right receipt” like brooo come on, how you going to ask me if it’s the right receipt, it’s so embarrassing for this jack in the box to have an employee that treats customers so rude, like if you don’t like your job (cause you can clearly tell) don’t have one at all. she was also taking in Spanish to the other ladies and I understood everything lol, but the food was great the second time around just that lady’s attitude was trash

After a early morning baseball practice I took my two kids here for Breakfast. When we arrived no one was working the front counter . After waiting for about 6 minutes and making eye contact with several employees someone one final walked to the register to take my order. As other customers came in they experienced the same problem I had and most were not nearly as friendly about it either
If I could go back in time, I'd go somewhere else. Waited almost 10 minute's, for someone to take my order, they had no idea who I was, or what I had ordered when I just pulled up to the window. The Tea tasted like it had a been put through a coffee filter, I give it 1 star, because it won't let me go any lower than that. 🤮

This is the second time I have come to this location and they close before there closing time. I came by yesterday and they closed 20 minutes early I sat there for almost 5 minutes then they turned off there lights. I was there with two other cars in line behind me. This was verry irriatating when you work in downtown dallas and drive home to forney and a corporate restaurant closes early. If you want to close early just let corporate know so they can adjust there hours on google and give you knew signs to hang so people know that you guys dont close at midnight.
I want to start off by saying I have tried every which way to get this location to make my iced coffee the way other locations have. We moved here April 2023 and since then, we have only visited this establishment 4 times. Which is not normal because I have always shouted from the rooftops how much I love their sweet cream iced coffees! No matter what flavor I get or how I try to get them to personalize it, it’s disgusting. I actually went to another coffee spot after leaving here a few days ago and just took their iced coffee home to chef it up with my creamers the next day. My order is usually wrong here also but it’s never too big a deal. I just choose not to frequent this location because the coffee is the only reason I love Jack in the Box 🥺

These workers truly have to be the worst when it comes to customer service along side putting an order together based on what the screen less than 2 feet in front of them says in all of DFW. I've been to the sketchiest of locations in rough parts of town that have by far the best customer service and easiest process from ordering to getting your food. Never have I had so many occasions where I get home check the bag and the order was wrong so often out of all my fast food experiences. I chalk it up to the Training and the Company not holding any of the workers responsible for their actions. Don't recommend going here you're better off driving farther for a better Experience.
Worst Jack in the box I every went to..First they gave me old cold fries for all my meals. Then instead of giving me my homestyle chicken meal they gave me a jack spicy chicken sandwich. I returned to do a refund and they told me they didn't know how to do it and I would have to come back Wednesday when a manager come in. So I asked them can they just remake the order I was told they can only remake the sandwich and not the curly fries that was with the order.. Very unprofessional and rude.
I visited this particular establishment a couple of times..my most recent visit 11/14/2024 I ordered the variety box. First of all there was only one person dinning inside, and one car ahead of me; I didn't understand why I to wait in a numbered parking spot to get my order. Then when I got home (5 minutes away) my onion rings were burnt!!!! 😡😡😡
If I could give 0 stars I would, workers have no clue about good customer service. Especially the chick who wears the backpack purse at the window, if I was management I would get a whole new crew. No one knows anything about customer service. Rolling your eyes and having attitude cause you gotta work at Jack in the Box is no reason to be rude and throw customers food. Either the worker is rude cursing and playing at the window. Wouldn’t recommend anybody to this Jack in the Box until they get a new team members. Order be messed up and food be cold.
Had to make 2 trips. Staff keep forgetting items in my order such as breakfast combos no hash browns. 2 trips cost me time and money
I came here on January 1, 2024, around 5:20 PM in the evening. I just came to the drive-through to do a normal order. After ordering my meal the lady on the speaker at the drive-through asked me if it was a medium or a small sized meal and I said I would like it to be regular size for pricing. And she said she didn’t know whether or not the pricing on the sign out front was for a medium or a small and I said OK well I’d like to know what it is before I order. She just told me the order was nine dollars and pull up to the front. I said I was not done ordering my food yet and while I was continuing to ask her questions about pricing she went ahead and gave me a small and told me the number two is eight dollars and because she was so rude about it I said “you know what? forget it.” And I drove off. While driving around the store, the lady at the drive-through window flipped me off . I tried to go inside, but the lobby was locked. I wanted to talk to a manager about this experience. There is no reason for an employee working there to treat the customers this way. I will never come back to the store. Let alone any Jack in The Box.
It is not okay to ignore someone @ the drive thru ! I understand truck is loud but that’s why my husband turned it off. As we preceded to go to the window, they did answer for the next car. Horrible service there we ended up not ordering nothing.
The drive thru is horrible the girl can't get nothing right over the speaker seemed like she was talking to others at the same time, we waited like 15 minutes and 4 cars ahead and not one moved we saw cars behind us leaving and we left also. This place used to do better at hiring lately it's been so bad i probably won't come back for a while.
If I could give this ZERO stars I would. They don’t even deserve one star. I’ve been in line for almost 45 mins at this point. I ordered online and that’s the only reason I’m still waiting. The lobby is “closed” but the door was open, they told us to get out and get in the drive through. When I FINALLY got to the order window they didn’t have my online order and the lady I talked to gave me MAJOR sass and was SO rude. Needless to say I’ll never be back. Nothing can be done to rectify this besides them getting some new management and new employees. Jack in the box corporate just needs to close this location down because it is AWFUL. Save your time, money and sanity and go somewhere else.
The young lady that is on drive thru is so rude. I waited for 5 mins for her to take my order. So I said, "Hello" No Greeting or nothing. She said, "Go Ahead" I got the cluck sandwich and asked for sauce on the side. When I got my order there was no sauce. I asked for sauce on the side so she gave me some dipping "Spicy Good Good sauce. I asked was this the same sauce that goes on the sandwich she said yes. I don't know why y'all have rude people working that has ugly attitudes. Will not be coming back!
This never serves fresh food. The fries and tacos are ALWAYS cold even if you ask for cooked to order. Drive thru service is horrible. They don't get your order correct. Never answer the phones. Sodas are always flat. They close the inside hours before closing time. The drive thru employee laughed when I had to drive all the way back to get my order remade.
I ordered a sauced and loaded popcorn chicken, and I had to come back because it was not sauced and loaded. When I came back, the staff were extremely rude, and they just put sauces on the cold popcorn chicken I came in with for them to replace, rather than replacing the whole item. I will be asking for a refund for the $8 cold chicken with cold sauce.
I used to buy food from this location multiple times per week. I no longer do and will not until they open their drive thru back up 24 hours a day. They have lost my business until then!
I usually avoid making bad reviews at fast food places and restaurants, but this place went above and beyond on this particular trip just now. I'm literally about to throw the food away, and go to another restaurant, because I don't trust what the kid in the Drive-Thru did to my food. The greeting I received at the drive-thru menu was "yeah." When I asked if the Texas double Jack has the same size meat patties as the ultimate cheeseburger, I received a 2 minute pause, and when I finally ask if there was still someone there, I received another "yeah." Still having no clue if that was an answer to my question, or him responding to my hello, I said "okay, that's it." Of course I sat there after that for another couple minutes, and after asking if we were done, I received a third "yeah." When I pulled up to the window, surprise surprise, the young black kid worker was on his phone. Very rude, and a feeling that is all too common at fast food places these days, just a little more so than usual, it felt like I was bothering the employees by ordering food at their restaurant.
She never gave card back through drive through. She said she did but i never even got my reciept.
I’m honestly disappointed with the service at this Jack in the Box location. I’ve been coming here for years and used to enjoy both the food and the staff, but things have changed recently, and not for the better. My latest visit was especially frustrating. We placed an order for over $50 and asked for ranch. The drive-thru employee told us it was already in the bag. When the food was brought out, Mario insisted that he personally put the ranch in the bag. Yet when we checked, there was none. Instead of owning the mistake, he said ranch “only comes with certain orders.” If that were true, why lie in the first place? To make matters worse, when I went inside to purchase the ranch separately, I watched Mario chatting with another employee, drop a ranch cup on the floor, and still hand me the exact same one. That’s completely unacceptable. Let’s just say whoever is hiring the new employees at this location needs to pay closer attention. The service, honesty, and basic food-handling standards that once made this place dependable are not what they used to be.
I stopped going here because the food sucks. I like the extreme sausage breakfast sandwich and the ultimate cheeseburger. But neither look like the menu and you can’t even taste the cheese. Got tired of having to pay for extra cheese every order. There is nothing “extreme” or “ultimate” about them. Adding picture for visualization. Wish the food was better because honestly most the people here are great.
I place my order clearly. They get it wrong. I correct. They get it wrong again. I correct again. They hand me the wrong order. Wrong in the ways I had just corrected.
Was in the window of drive through and took them 4 minutes to get me my food. He had the bag in his hand and said he barely got the bag. When that was a lie because he had it in his hand and didn’t give me any napkins just two sauce packets and was very rude too me .
Do not order any burgers off of the value meal the burgers are always cold and the workers serve with attitude when you ask for service drive thru is definitely a no bad customer service
Terrible service! From the cashier, Maribel, to the store manager, Sandra! They forgot my son’s Orange juice, and because the store was “temporarily closed” I was unable to go inside for it. I had to go back through the drive thru, wait 15 minutes, for them to say “it wasn’t their fault” and they couldn’t provide a refund. On top of that, the egg was green! I rarely get food here, and after this, I definitely won’t be back. I understand mistakes happen, but take accountability for it and at least try to make it right.
Let me ask the owner something. What is the point of having delivery pickup parking spots if the manager won't even open the door for you to ask the order name or even acknowledge you while your in those two spots? I came here tonight Feb 21st around 10:30 for a door dash pickup. I didn't leave there til after 11 pm for 6 bucks. Not only did they make the customer wait but they made me lose out of money by making me wait that long. As I waited for ever for this order I had to bang on the windows to be acknowledged. I noticed the bag was on the counter for at least 10 mintues before they decided to bring it to me. I finally got the order then took it to my customer. When I dropped off the order my customer texted me to let me know that there were missing items in the bag. It was my last delivery for the night so I offered to drive 6 miles back to the restaurant to get the missing items for my customer for free. When I got back to the restaurant there was a long line in the drive thru, so I pulled up to the delivery parking spot so I can expedite this issue. As I'm standing there waiting to be acknowledged, the manager didn't even want to look at me. I can see all the employees talking about me nonchalantly but didn't care to even bother to talk to me. This restaurant is very dysfunctional and i will not come back for deliveries until they change management or learn customer service quality.
So I had to get 2 refunds deal with people barely smart enough to use safety scissors. Abiel charged me $16 extra for food the people behind me in line. First he refunds me $5 and told me "it's fine bro." I had to get a manager to get my full refund, and she wouldn't talk to me just him. On top of that when I get home I find that my bacon burger just comes with cheese, meat, and sauce. Yall are absolutely pathetic. Have fun being mediocre the rest of yalls lives.
I’m so tired of this place I don’t know what to do. The food sucks I get burnt in edible frys every time they never get your order correct I ask for no mayonnaise 4 times and they ignore you and keep saying what size combo and drink. They give you one ranch dressing for 7 jalapeño poppers and charge you for more . Then when u call to complain they never answer the phone! Terrible terrible spend no less than 40 dollars each trip and can’t even eat half the food!
