Best hasbrowns around. Server was very nice. Was very tired and not feeling well. She kept asking if I was ok. And she gave my son chocolate milk when he asked for water. He was a happy camper.
It's waffle house. ... u know what to expect. Food was good our server was great. Never had to ask for anything.
Awesome employees, very clean and stylish facility, and best tasting waffles compared to Denny's or IHOP or any other breakfast place I've ever had. There is good seating for wheelchair. Note the front 2 doors need to be pushed open because they are not automatic. All and all excellent breakfast place. I'm marking this as a definite place to eat breakfast. Give this place a try👍
The food was good, service was fast. Not a fancy place but it met my breakfast needs, quickly. I had Pecan pancakes and they did not skimp on the pecans. The kids meals were more than enough.
We stopped here in the middle of the night on our way through town because none of the gas stations allowed us to use the bathroom. When we came in the place was empty but the employees were very nice. We bought a coffee and used the restrooms. Even though it was late and we didn't buy any food, they chatted with us and made the awkward plea for a bathroom a little less awkward.
What you have to love about Waffle House is that you can go to any one of them in the country and know you can order what you like and it will be just as good in Forney as it is anywhere else. Service is always fast, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is always clean. If you want a comforting and filling breakfast, this is where I vote to go.

The staff was great, there was three guys there and one of them was apparently drunk. The whole time we were there he kept talking very very loudly to the point my husband and I couldn't even talk so we just watched stuff on our phones.
Very clean! I love to see times and dates on items. Let's me know they are keeping up with temps and freshness. This is by far the cleanest and friendliest waffle house. Food was perfect and coffee was fresh.
Stopped here on the road for work with my co worker. The staff was excellent and the entire store was very clean and the food was to die for and cooked and presented very well. Great job Waffle House I'll be back.
Everything in my order was cooked exactly as I requested and server was efficient, thorough and very friendly. Pretty clean overall (post dinner rush considered). Working in the area and plan to return :)

I'm not from here but was in the area visiting friends. I was advised by my friends from the area that this wasn't such a great location so initially I didn't even want to try it. It was my wife's birthday weekend and she loves Waffle House especially since the closest to our home is over an hour away so per her request, we tried it anyway. I'm glad I listened to her. We got the food to go and I was expecting a soggy mess when I opened the containers after our 10 minutes drive back. I was quite wrong. Everything was nice, fresh and tasty just like we were eating it there. They made sure to carefully separate and partition all liquidy items and food to make sure it was fresh when we got it home. Great location. Would visit again.
It reminds me of IHOP or Cracker Barrel. The customer service was great. The food was properly prepared and good. I recommend it, especially if you are traveling through and need a quick place to get a meal.

First of all, I am NOT a fan of Waffle House. It is generally gross on all accounts. That being said, this is the best experience I have ever had at a Waffle House. The service was great and friendly. The food was actually good and the restrooms were very clean. A+
I want to let management know, how awesome Cynthia is at her job. My family and I visited on Sunday for dinner. There was three employees, two where milking the clock and Cynthia was working by herself. I hope the owner/management recognized her hard work. I observed other things I wouldn't want to disclose on Google. Please feel free to contact me.
My experience at the Waffle House in Forney was phenomenal they're always on time when I come too pick up my food my food is already ready at the time they stated. My food is already sacked up with all the utensils and items that I asked for doing my online purchase it is a fabulous location for me to go.
Skylar is a crazy outstanding cook should definitely receive a promotion! And Payton was a sweetheart. Although I can say any other time I've been there I didn't receive the customer service I needed. Keep in mind I'm not a very needy customer. I come in here to eat and eat what I receive unless it's cold and my food had been cold other than from these two fast pace employees. I would consider asking for these two employees. If you see me and I'm actually receiving decent service i tip no less than twenty dollars. I'm really disappointed in most of the young employees that work here. It would help if they had more respect and a better attitude and actually be there to work, but all in all best customer service is from skylar and Payton.
Redd was a great server and had the best attitude, made our Waffle House experience 100x better.
My friend and I decided to go to breakfast and he suggested Waffle House. I Love Waffle House and after today's experience I'm glad he did. First let me give props to 2 Amazing people. Nene our server was Awesome... very friendly and helpful and made sure our dining experience was great, she made sure our order was correct and was there without us having to get her attention to top our coffee which by the way was really great. Next is I'll call Josh our chef especially since he cooked our eggs perfectly and my bacon was crispy just like I like it and he was super quick and the orders were hot and correct. I live in Mesquite but if I'm ever in the area I'll most definitely be back...oh and the bathrooms were clean and watching the other servers they all had smiles on their face. Couldn't ask for a better experience
Food was delicious. Server was kind and very attentive. Sat immediately, no wait for Sunday brunch at 10:30am. For the waffle, do blueberry. You won't regret it. And the crispy hashbrowns w/cheese. Top notch.

Absolutely Great customer service!!! the whole crew was so friendly and worked so good together.. thank you to Lillian she was our waitress. Made sure we had everything and was constantly checking on us.. Idella also stopped to make sure we had refills And the cook Lynn everything tasted amazing you guys Rock!!
The staff is super nice and welcoming. Very clean compared to some. One of the ladies even went outside and cleaned the windows. Everyone there greeted us with a smile. Our food came at a great time and was cooked to our liking. Zero complaints. I will most definitely be a regular at this location moving forward.
The best Waffle House I have been to yet. The strawberry waffle is a plus. I do not eat pork so they accommodated me with the beef patty, I will pass on that in the future. I loved it so much that I wanted to eat the same thing for dinner. Good hospitality and fast service. It’s safe to say I will be there more often. I ordered takeout but I think I will dine in to get a complete experience.
Every time we have game by, service and food is great! They work so hard to get food cooked on time and handle each customer in a timely manner. We have been here many times and we always have a great experience! And plus music is great lol
This was a very positive atmosphere. It didn't take very long to get my food out to me, even though they were very busy. All of the staff were super nice and were helping one another and encouraging each other. If only everyone could adopt this mentality and work ethic, oh how much better we would all be. Very impressed.
They give you real butter also (no extra charge), if you ask, and that fake spread butter margarine (unhealthy junk) in a plastic cup that every restaurant calls butter. Real shell eggs, not boxed egg slushy trash with preservatives. Number one choice for breakfast.
We went on Christmas Day and the staff was in the spirit smiling and made it an enjoyable experience.
Only 2 young men working and they were holding it down! Yesterday evening 9/29/25 We all agreed it was the best waffle house experience. Everything was perfect 👌 I didn't get names or take a picture, we were busy eating and they were working. Thank you for a wonderful little family outing ❤️ I've never given a 5 star review
I was very impressed! From the host, to the waitresses, and to the cooks, my experience was exquisite! Everyone was pleasant, kind, and made me feel like I was part of the family! The food was great and the service was perfect!
Waffle House in Forney on Ranch Rd knocked it out of the park this morning!! Place was packed. 10 team members were helping each other, having fun, and providing awesome customer service. Fresh cooked meal with all the good stuff for about the price of fast food junk handed to you ina bag with an attitude. This is how you take care of customers. I come here once a week when I work the late night shift at work and they never disappoint!! My order is always made to perfection, customer service is always friendly, SAM helped me the last two times I went and he was awesome and very nice. Their bathroom is always fresh and clean. Even my 3 year old says how great their bathroom smells. This is my go to Waffle House while I'm living in Forney. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK EVERYONE!!
Ended up here after a night out.. Food was good. My order was missing bacon but wasn't that big of a deal to me.. food was prepared promptly.
Princess-Nene was a fabulous server. Always checked on us and made sure we had what we needed. Food is average but I can't complain about that, especially for the price. Atmosphere is great. Only complaint is the lack of flow between the workers. I waited in line to pay for a while and watched others jump ahead of me because the staff didn't have a way to track who was next. Overall I did enjoy it and will be back.
The food was good but the wait staff could use some improvement. Only came by once to check on us and we had to wait for our waffle. Wanted a cup of coffee to go but after she brought our ticket we never saw her again!!! She was friendly but not attentive as I feel she should of been, perhaps she was just too busy.
Waffle house is great for what it is. It's a dinner experience with good basic wholesome food. It's not fine dining, but then I don't need fine dining for bacon eggs and hash browns. This one is clean with a friendly staff. I don't eat here often but I enjoy my food when I do.
I placed an online order but when I got home, the cheese, which I paid for, wasn't on my hashbrowns and I could hardly find the onions. I called the store to make the store aware but I only received a message that they don't take over the phone orders any longer. I couldn't even leave a message or talk to anyone. Everything else was correct. I strongly suggest you check the order before leaving the store.
We had a perfect spontaneous double date last min 4am. The server was wonderful. The food was great and it was an over all nice time
This place never disappoints. Food is always good. But the service in here is excellent. That's what makes it standout. Keep up the great work.
Food was good but they took forever to get my order completed then left an entire breakfast now out. When I tried calling you can't get through on the phone. It's quite annoying to have to return to the restaurant to after going home when you don't live close.
They don't serve French fries with any thing. Lol
Workers were nice and it did take a little longer then they said it would to fix my order. Also 2 orders of eggs didn't get cheese on them or cheese on one order of those hashbrowns. My order came to 40$ & I was charged 48$. My son didn't get the receipt but the 3 platters I ordered shouldn't have been even close to 40$. I will not go back there again.
To be honest, I don't expect much when I walk in any waffle house. Except the greenwood, ms store. They were really nice in there. Greeted me and everything.
Sticky menus, limited seating, and average food. This is just like any other Waffle House in the US. This location is right off the highway, next to the Taco Bell. Plenty of parking available. None of the employees (or the chef) were wearing masks. So if you're afraid of Covid and germs, do not done here. The blueberry waffles were available at this location.
Too expensive and absolutely the slowest service I've ever experienced at a waffle house. We we're the only customers with three people on staff. 19 minutes to get an order of scrambled eggs and toast. $12.50.
There is this hype for the Waffle House. We had to try it out for ourselves. The table, benches and menus seem to have this eternal stickiness to them. The food was mediocre. My son loved his Waffle. The other items on the menu were fake tasting. Not worth the time or money! If you go to the Waffle House don't stray from the waffles... and don't expect too much excitement from the waffles...
We often visit waffle house as we enjoy the food at these establishments. However this particular visit was far from what we usually experience particularly do to one employee named Casey, im calling your attitude out, acting the way you did to me and my family is BS and you should not be working at this business if that's how you normally behave.
Ordered waffle and cheese omelet with biscuit as the bread. Still got toast anyway and waffle was burnt. Had to wait for a new one while flies buzzed around me as the cashier who has a cold or The flu sneezed near one person's plate and spit into a trash can right in front of me..disgusting experience won't be back only came because internet said terell location is closed and needed to use up my free birthday waffle.
If you do anything more than get your food or eating the staff may call the police on you it happened to me twice in one night, and I was just parked in the parking lot like I usually do for a break from Uber eats and they know me for doing that but I guess they couldn't tell me that I was making them uncomfortable in person so they called the police after I've parked there sometimes for months. Just wonder where or why they couldn't tell me their selves because I've spoken to some of the staff a few times. idk oh well
I've been a couple of times and complete unsatisfactory performance by the whole crew. My order is simple ham & cheese omelette with grits. On both occasions the grits were the highlight of the meal. The omelette was so over cooked from the intense flame put to the pan. Burners are adjustable get a clue. The omelette was so over cooked the total outside was completely brown which gave the inside no chance of the taste your looking for in a properly prepared omelette. I was excited when I first saw Waffle House coming to Forney, as any resident with a clue knows Forney is in need of a consistent reliable breakfast restaurant. Sorry too say you have failed Waffle House. Spend more time during the interview process instead of hiring the first warm body...
Place has been understaffed for at least a month. Staff have low morale and only one speed, slow. This all leads to poor management. Update-Still understaffed and low morale at night. 3 people working, not busy but full. We waited for over 5 minutes at counter for acknowledgement and finally took our order. We were nice and cordial but they need to do something.
Placed to go order at 12:11am did not get it until 1:20am the employees could’ve been more efficient and when i got there they said “it would be a few minutes.” Not over an hr they were kind of busy but still over an hr for eggs and hash browns is a lil ridiculous. They had three people in there working one guy was doing all the cooking and it was like he was doing one order at a time, but it seems like they could of easily sped it up but were moving slow as molasses the other two employees didnt seem like they were doing much at all.
Never been here before and never will again. The service sucks. Took almost 10 minutes to get a table cleaned for us to use. Everyone seems more concerned as to what is written on their tickets as opposed to the customers sitting in front of them. They finally cleaned the table we were at then walked off without even offering to get us drinks.
The place is nice and the night manager was cool. But the waitress was forgetful, rude, and on my toast was a flattened fly. Gross. The food was ok and the service bad. Wouldn't recommend
Came in and once they finally got tables cleared. Didn’t even get asked about a drink for 10 minutes sitting at the counter. Multiple waitresses were walking by but no one acknowledged me coming in other than Eli who cleared the spot so I could sit. Terrible service once I did get asked “What do you want?” by waitress Dom.
Go in, order. Handed a bag of food. I pay and go home. Every aspect of my order was incorrect. Ordered double Texas cheese steak w/bacon, no onions, meat on sandwich was skimpy, not double. The hashbrowns I ordered with cheese and ham, they had onions and cheese. My wife's All Star order was OK, except they didn't put her waffle in the bag. Stay away, unless you like being given what you didn't order and not being given things you paid for.
Called to place a to-go order, the automated message said to place a to-go order, you have to go into the restaurant. So I went in. It took 30 minutes from the time I paid, to the time my order was actually started. Then 20 more minutes to get my order. That’s fine, it happens. (Meanwhile, the restaurant was not full or even at 1/2 capacity). But then every item in my order was wrong. I also got things that I did not order. I threw it away when I got home. The kid working to-go orders literally knew nothing about what he was doing. Ridiculous.
If you order your food to takeout here, don’t. Multiple times I’ve ordered takeout here and every time it’s minimum 30-45 minutes wait time on a basic waffle order. Food is good, but not if you have to wait that long. Needs new management.
Was there 22 minutes and they hadn't started my order. I didn't have time to wait so I asked for it to go and they tried to charge me $27 for a all star breakfast and a waffle. She said it was because I asked for it to go. No thanks. I'll stick with my supersonic breakfast burrito and orange juice from Sonic in Talty. Anywhere else just waste time and money. I'll never intentionally go to waffle House again.
This location must have changed management. I just left here with my family and it is the dirtiest Waffle House I have ever been in and it used to be the cleanest. I am from Atlanta I embarrassingly have been to probably 100 Waffle Houses at all hours and never has one been so filthy. My husband who notices nothing said “the floor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months”. The health department should pay a visit there it would be shut down immediately. This makes me sad as I liked taking my kids there for breakfast just like my Dad took me and it’s something I always remember. We will not be back to this location. It is disgusting. I wouldn’t even get food to go.

Asked for syrup for my waffles, was told they didn't have any syrup. The when I got home my order was totally wrong, I paid extra to add chili, onions and cheese to my hashbrowns and also cheese to my eggs but didn't receive any of that. How can you look at an order and still mess it up. It's quite simple.
Ordered online at 9:40am and received a text saying it'd be ready by 9:57. It wasn't. Waited at least another 20 minutes. Still waiting on my order. Improve your systems.
I witnessed 2 employees today go out to a customer's car and slash their tires. Not sure of what happened that lead up to the situation however I dont feel like that was okay and puts a poor taste in my mouth for their establishment. If they cannot control their employees or handle a situation LEGALLY then why do it at all?
Wow quite dissatisfied. Our waitress was very non attentive. Walked around the whole time we were there ignoring all of her team and her customers. Never got one refill on our drinks nor did customers around us.everyone was looking very perturbed. Eggs were so undercooked they were more liquid than jello is. Tried to order new ones but waiter never came by. One kid about 15 I would say sat at the counter with his hand in the air for help like he was in class waiting for the teacher to help him nobody did. Funny to watch but really sad too. The manager rang us up at checkout but didnt even ask how everythin was or to even say hello or thank you. EXTREME POOR service and food at this location. Waffle house is usually the best but not even close to mediocre here. We will not be back there for quite a while. Another horribly managed and run restaurant in forney......CHILIS IN FORNEY ALWAYS TAKES THE CAKE ON THE WORST IN FORNEY.
Don't waste your time. 45 min to get uncooked scrambled eggs and no manager or anything came by. Watched the cooks laugh and joke while burning bacon and not completing orders. Been to many waffle houses and worst service and cooking in my own town.
The atmosphere is normal of a Waffle House but, the server I had today was the worst!!!! The grits were horrible and as a vegetarian they are very few things on this menue I can even eat, and I was hoping to be able to enjoy them…….. but today the menue changes and grits now come with the side of giant chunks……… I asked for a couple hot water and I was instructed that they normally don’t bring hot water to tables and when I asked for another cup, maybe it would change she brought it with me with a giant side of attitude………. I’m normally a really good tipper today. I tipped nothing and I don’t regret it……
To be honest, I wish I could give the place negative stars. I’m not being a Karen in fact I am only 16. I walked in with my best friend (also 16) and asked for a chocolate milk shake for my suffering father. Instead of politely telling me that they do not sell milkshakes they rudely declined and even as my friend nicely said on the way out “thank you anyway, goodnight” they loudly made fun of us laughing and saying “why would we sell milkshakes at Waffle House?” This in itself is rude but for 2 teenage girls to ask, in the nicest way possible, for a simple milkshake and to be given that attitude is beyond frustrating. I never see customers at this waffle location and now I know why. Customer service is not only awful but I would go as far as to say it is nonexistent.
My husband & I picked up our order two days ago, the bag was sticky with syrup spilled all in the inside & to top it off the food was old tasting & gave me food poisoning, 2 hours later I was nauseous with diarrhea, going in the 3rd day and just now being able to eat again slowly smh
Went and ordered 3 all stars, and a fiesta omelette with sausage instead of ham. Got home and none of my all stars had the meat. Unfortunately I went back without checking my omelette, because when I got home the second time, it had ham and not sausage. And the female manager that was on site had an attitude because I wanted my food fresh. Couldn’t call to let them know ahead of time because “they don’t take orders over the phone.” Literally zero stars.
Order was wrong got a waffle but no syrup. The chili was awful and dried out on my hash brown. Eggs could of been less done over medium was what I ordered. They were more hard then medium
Just received my food for a takeout order and come to find out it is the wrong order. I’m not pleased with what I got, but the sandwich is still pretty good. It would be nice if the restaurant paid attention to the order one more time.
Second time I’ve been here for pick up order both times order was incorrect . Left off hash browns toppings left out chocolate chips in waffles and didn’t give double hashbrowns. Ordered 4 meals only 1 of them was correct. 👎🏼
Everything was served hot but the eggs were undercooked and my pregnant wife couldn't eat them. We would have made a comment to our waitress if she had ever came back to ask how the food was but she served our food, 2 seconds later she brought the check and never saw her again. My wife had to get up and ask for my refill on the drink. We both worked in food service before and just disappointing when you don't go eat out for breakfast much and you get bad service and undercooked eggs and no care in the world from the people that are working there.
The customer service here has dropped to nearly none. Seems like they take your order and get your drink and and that's about it. My drink seems to always be empty the entire time I'm eating. Today my son spilled his drink and the employee literally watched us clean it up one napkin at a time and offered no assistance. What happened to the ol country boy that use to work here. He was awesome.
There was two people in Waffle House when me, my wife and my mom walked in. We all asked for coffee and Casey (our waiter) delivered it pretty quick. We drank a cup of coffee before we asked if he planned taking our order. After we ordered it took 25 mins to get our food. We order 3- 2 eggs breakfast with sausage and bacon. When delivered to the table EVERYTHING was cold. He took one plate back and racked the eggs off and made more overcooked eggs. Leaving the cold hash browns and brought it back to the table. I told him I wanted ALL my food hot and he picked my plate up and threw it toward the sink. 3 other couples by now was sitting waiting to be served. David was the cook. I told him we would pay for the bacon and sausage and coffee. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL… will not go back to this Waffle House. Embarrassing!!! Will call head quarters tomorrow… if you can’t find competent people to work then shut the doors… food is to expensive to pay for something you don’t want… never had service this bad at Waffle House
Imagine a "WAFFLE HOUSE" with no coffee, no straws, that has not 1 other customer in the place and still gets your order wrong. I LOVE Waffle House, but they need to get some different night employees at this one. Two dudes that seemed put off to actually have to work. Hell, we even waited in the car until they got done smoking in front of the restaurant!
Terrible service, tables weren’t clean waited for 5 minutes for them to clean one table. Finally sat down and waited 10 minutes for them to take our order and no one came. Meanwhile a guy who came before us was sat down and a girl with red hair took his order instantly and was attentive with him I could hear their conversation. Got Tired of waiting so my family and I just left.
This place needs to be shut down. I ordered 2 waffles they were raw, I took them back in she remade them kept making statements that “the irons have been messed up” then claimed the 2nd batch were “perfect” and sent me on my way, I took a bite it was done on the outside but, still raw on the inside! If she would’ve just let them cook instead of rushing I’m sure they would’ve been done! I had to take them back again and this time req a refund and everyone acted like it was impossible to be refunded (no idea why) but she had a manager come out who never acknowledged me just got right on the phone about 15 mins later they said I’d receive a refund shortly, I checked my acct before leaving and received the refund. The service was horrible, unprofessional and the establishment was a mess.
Last night, a group of my friends decided to go to waffle house. While we were there, some of us decided to go to Taco Bell instead. I had parked in the waffle house parking lot because that was the original plan. Me and the people that decided to go to Taco bell go in and the other friends come and say that an employee at waffle house said I had to move my car if I wasn't going to eat there which is understandable. They go back in and the guy refuses to serve them until I moved my truck. After I had moved it the guy said that he wasn't going to serve my friends and had someone else take their order. I personally did not hear this it just came from the friends that went in. I think that it's very unprofessional to do such a thing especially considering that it was 11:30 pm and there were maybe 5 people in the waffle house at the time. On top of that my friends were OVERcharged.
We went to this location on 3/5/26 after a long day of working. The waiters did greet us, seat us and take our order within 10m. We ordered 2 steaks, scrabbled eggs, and a Tx cheesesteak add egg. When the cook finally came out he seemed a little upset. He was throwing plates and the food around like he did not want to be there. I asked the cook whether he could cook my steak in a separate area from where the pork was being cooked because I am allergic and he said they do not do that there. When in fact the older lady who is usually there does that for me. Once I saw him throwing the food on the grill I told him I no longer wanted my food because he put the steak in the same place where he had just cooked some bacon. He told me he would not serve me anything because I was doing too much. I do not eat pork! He could have placed it on the opposite side like the lady usually does and I would have been fine. He then got upset and said we can get out because he did not want to be there anyway. When I asked why was that my problem he then said he didn’t have time for that because he had the flu and words were exchanged because why are you working and talking over people food with no face mask and you have the flu. This is usually my late-night spot to get a fast meal but I will never go back again!
Stopped here for lunch. Sat at the counter to eat since no tables were available because they were fairly busy. There were 3 of us and waited for 15 minutes and was never even acknowledged so we left. We have never had that problem at the Terrell Waffle House.
Wife and I walked in about 2pm Jan 28th and sat down at a booth. We walked out at 2:10pm, having been completely ignored for 10 minutes. It wasn't busy either. No one even said a word to us as we left. This kind of non-existent service will result in going out of business. We got in the car, drove to Cane's Chicken, were greeted enthusiastically, when we entered. We were given a free drink and a senior discount and great chicken tenders at less than half the price of what we were going to order at WH. This review is really for the franchise owner, so they can know that they hired the wrong employees. Not good enough at all.
We visited on Christmas Day. We expected it to be much busier than normal; which it was. The employee ( male; name started with an E) was writing down names on a list as patrons were walking in. He began talking to two men about cars that came in 20 minutes after we arrived. He seated them before us and two other couples that arrived before us. Extremely unprofessional and biased. ( He scratched out the name on the bottom of the list;the guys he was talking to and you see us and the other couples on the list he skipped) while writing this review he sat down two other guys before us and the other couples. Unprofessional. Biased.
I spent too much money for my food to be nasty, cold, over cooked and under seasoned. My grits taste just like the box they came out of! Never again I’ll drive to Mesquite 🥴👌🏾!
Walked in sat down. Everyone kept looking at each other saying you going to help them. No one did. They were changing shifts you could tell. The place was nasty. I'm talking beyond waffle house nasty. The tall white dude ask the girls all laughing and doing closing duties are you going to help them. They laughed and kept ignoring us. Like I don't want that table. Then someone else walks in sits at the bar and they take their order in 30 seconds. Mind you we sat their 15 minutes not a word. We get up to leave i tell the young man with dreads we sat there forever we'll go. He laughs says sorry. I said your not though. He says your right I'm not bye. Chuckling as we walked out. All I did was want breakfast. Ate right next door. Ck express was clean and had food quick. When you see alot of 1 and 5 start reviews it's a bad place that gets employees and regulars to leave 5 to offset. Rear the 1's it's eye opening. Hope yall change. I use to like that place.
This place is a joke just driving through and seen this Waffle House. Our so called waitress was having a bad night/attitude. First she acted like she didn't want to be at work then when I asked for butter she got mad. My bacon was burnt to a crisp. She brunt our waffles and never brought it to the table after it got done then said we had check out before she could give us the waffle. She was so worried about a man who came in she couldn’t see straight. When we checked out she told my husband you need to pay before I give you that waffles he said are you serious I’ve been to plenty of restaurants and never have I had to pay to get my food. I asked for a manger she said he is over there and pointed to the back the went back to walking over and talking to the other man asking did he need anything. The supervisor advised he would let the manger know but I’m sure it won’t get relaid and when you call the number it’s a voice recording. Someone people need to learn now a days how to leave personal issues at home when they are at work.
I know that Waffle House is usually busy, but when you sit down and get ignored for 10 mins when you are literally in front of them, just seems rude. And still having to wait 50 mins for my simple All Star meal. During those 50 mins, I was totally ignored while other groups were told their food was almost ready or asked if they wanted a refill. Some even had short conversations. As for me, i got nothing but side glances. When I finally got my food, eggs were cold and a bit under done. I asked for well done. Had to wait a few minutes to ask for butter and jelly. After about 20 mins of eating, server finally asked if everything was okay. At this point I was already done. Sad experience, only reason I waited was cause I had just been released from the hospital and had a deep craving for Waffle House.
