BUSY BUSY PLACE. PICKED UP MY PAID ORDERS AND STILL HAD TO BE IN A QUITE LONG LINE. THEY HARDLY CAN KEEP UP WITH ONLINE ORDERS/PICK UP. A LOT OF CUSTOMERS WHO PICKED UP THEIR ORDERS WERE MISSING PART OF ORDERS INCLUDING ME. FOOD WAS DELISH THOUGH… NEED TO BE MORE ORGANIZED.

Ordered 75 wings for the family. When I get here the people at the desk are looking at me crazy because the order was picked up. Obviously it wasn’t me, they allow people to just come in here and grab orders without verifying its the actual customer. Best i got was a sorry and would you like a water while you wait another 20 minutes to prepare your order. Food is good just terrible service upfront.

Wings were good but the fries were coated in sugar. Not even joking. Not salty at all, just straight up sweet. I imagine this was a mistake but it was nasty. Couldn’t eat the fries so I feel like I’ve wasted my money.

It Unfortunate - While waiting for my OnLine order to be completed, I had time to take pictures of Forney WingStop. One dine in table, but a tremendous amount of LiTTer in the building and outside the door. UnderWear guy noticed a Walk-In customer. He eventually let that Walk-In customer know Wingstop will not take Walk-In orders here, On-Line orders only, if 1 hour before closing time.

This place is by far the worst restaurant. The staff do not even acknowledge the customer. I stood at the front of the store for over 20 minutes before someone even came to he counter. I am a door dash driver and I absolutely hate having to pick up from here. Takes well over 30 minutes for a pick up order.

Infinity Vision Extreme

This store is trash they always got some issue. They close early everyday. They only take online orders at times, and u could be standing right in the store. they stop taking orders at 11pm. Just all kinds of bad experiences, the sign says open late and it's not true. They just suck, like why are you even here if you couldn't take the volume. And the staff don't care they just say oh well. Terrible. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time. I agree with everyone complaining in the comments section because I have witnessed everything they said. Thought it would have got better but I see not. So long wing stop. Let me know when this store gets it together.

Stranger With Standards

This Wingstop in Forney is unprofessional as hell. Per DoorDash policy, dashers are not supposed to prepare customers’ drinks for safety and liability reasons — that’s the restaurant’s job. Yet the employees here will basically force you to fill the drinks yourself. I calmly told one of the workers that we’re not allowed to do that, and she looked at me like I was crazy and just kept doing what she was doing, completely ignoring what I said. No communication, no care, no accountability. On top of that, the store is usually behind, disorganized, and full of teenagers just running around bullshitting instead of doing their jobs. Orders take forever, and nobody seems to care that drivers are on a clock and customers are waiting on their food. If you’re ordering delivery from here, be careful. This place clearly doesn’t respect food safety, delivery policies, or customers’ time. Management needs to step in because right now this location is a mess.

Young lady who works the front counter daily has a really bad attitude. Literally let my food sit there for 15 minutes and just acted like she didn't see it until the cook said something to her. Even then she waited several more minutes dumping old fries in the trash while banging the bowl against the trash and then reusing it. The cook finally gave me my food while she stood there looking angry. She is a very miserable young girl with a very bad attitude. Most likely has personal issues because all of that cant be about the customers. However the customers don't need to deal with that while spending hard earned money on VERY expensive wings. Mesquite is much better and professional. Don't waste your time here.They are not sanitary. She banged the bowl against the trash AND REUSED IT!!! Run

It was nice to see that NO ONE in the kitchen had on gloves. I witnessed the cooks make several of orders without gloves. They were on their phones and still touching food with no gloves !

I ordered in this place by Uber, I made a priority order and the fries arrived cold, as if they already had hours of having been done, they were also very small and very fried pieces.

This is my 3 rd time at this location since the Hispanic manager Kevin started on night shift he is so not customer friendly and super rude. The first time I came he had the air up on high no one could sit and eat people was complaining and he act as if he didn’t hear them. Tonight we called the automated system and it didn’t give us an option of well done so I walked in and stated I placed an order and I would like them well done he said it’s already made and I’m looking like ok so your not going to revise my order he went to the back brought the same bag back in 2 minutes said here you go. Please stay away from this location the soda machine is never sanitize it stays dirty and it’s never any straws or correct top size out. This manager has poor customer service and no one washes their hands especially after dealing with dirty money. I sit and watched for 20mins disgusting! Go to 548 it’s always clean and the customer experience is excellent!

Worst Wingstop I’ve ordered from this location several times and they either get my order wrong or serve nasty wings! Specially on a Sunday night they don’t change the oil. Sunday 8/11 I was given nasty wings and their response was “we changed who we get the chicken from” SERIOUSLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Count your days, Wingstop. I ordered a 15 piece boneless, which was sped to include 7 original hot. They gave me a couple of boneless wings and then pieces of what I’m assuming to be parts of what they use for the sandwiches. It’s like they ripped it apart after it was fried or something. Parts with no breading at all. The fries seemed old also

Someone better get a hold of this wing stop asap! It’s kids running the store, trash everywhere, they were on their phones with head phones on playing loud cussing rap music. The whole staff look so unprofessional pants hanging under their butts! It was so uncomfortable walking in this restaurant! I will never go back to this location ever! Fries were tasted burnt!

Worse location!! I order online when my food arrive it was cold. Wings were burned had a nasty taste. Chicken didn’t look white it had dark spots. I didn’t feel safe eating them. Fries were all dry, burned, and hard. I called to get a refunda they just place me on hold. They didn’t advise me they were going to place me on hold. Lady came back to the phone advise I was going to get my money back within the next 5-7 businees days. I asked for a confirmation number rude “lady” hang up. Wish I could place 0 star they don’t deserve 1.
