For fast food it was cooked well when we went. Nothing was overcooked or rushed. There also was no line or wait so that may have helped. Very friendly and courteous staff.

We just left about 30 minutes ago. Lol. My bacon melt was ok. Nothing fancy or something I'll order again; just wanted to try something new. But I can say, these were the best BK fries I have ever had! They were good GOOD. Lol. The manager that rang me up is a sweetheart. I love her accent 😊. The young lady that checked me out for the milkshakes was just as sweet. Nice, clean, quiet, and great service.

I Usually go through the drive through and put in orders through the app. The service here is good. It's what you would expect from Burger king. The staff sometimes gets busy butt they try their best not to be short with people overall. It's a good customer service experience with good food.

Last evening we showed up at 1857. I was both unaware of the time as well as what time they closed. The female associate told me they were closing in 3 minutes and to proceed with our order. They were awesome and super friendly. The cook was awesome as well. Shout out to the BK staff last evening, they were outstanding!

The restuarant is clean and has great customer service. Specials and coupons save me a lot of money especially with the 10% military star card savings. The quick turnaround saves me time since I only get 30 minute lunches from work. They're not stingy with their condiments like most other restaurants (popeyes) and the restrooms are pretty clean too.

First and foremost... I love the whopper ❤ but, as with most things in life, it has to continue improving. Competition is fierce. They still make a good burger 🍔 but they need to improve their bread

Tonight I had one of the sweetest young lady take my order. She turned my whole day around and I've never had better service at this place. She definitely needs to stick around

I come here, they fast and efficient, and very polite. They never rush you or constantly ask "will this be all".

Usually, in the past, service was fast and friendly. This time, I was asked to move past the window to the stop sign where I waited. It caused confusion when the vehicle behind me also was told to wait at the stop sign. I thought he had gotten his order so I pulled forward to let him go past me, only to have to back up to my original position after he, too, backed up to where he should have been. All this to make the clock lie about how long it took them to serve us? Also, when I got to the window, the girl told me they didn't have biscuits, and if I would accept jalapenos in their place. I said yes, not wanting the extra carbs. When I got home, biscuits were there-no jalapenos. I think they should have given me both in return for that 10 to 15 minute wait.

They're times are a little bit shifty, especially come holiday time. But down and dirty this is a BK that isn't too bad. Friendly staff, clean facility. And generally quick with the food makes it easy to come back as it is very reliable.

I actually went to popeyes chicken they are both in the same building i guess the army does that more often now. Popeyes was good. I had spicy chicken tenders. Honestly they were not really that spicy but they were well cooked and good. Meal came with a free soda and it was delicious so no complaints. Hooah.

Please be open past 7pm. You can’t get food on base with everything closing so early. Update the hours to reflect your current hours. Google Maps says open until midnight….FALSE.

They are ok. Nothing special, just another BK on a Military installation. Not always the best If you want fresh nuggets or burgers, go off post.

The order taker at BK was a tad slow. I said "no onions" twice but they arrived mixed in with the gobs of lettuce, mayo [I assume] and pickles. My order took 4 to minutes to arrive. The meat was thin, lacked flavor and, I guess, not bad for fast food. The fries were the cavalry--they charged in and rescued my medium #6 combo. In my opinion, on this particular day, the BK 🍟 were better than Wendy's. The fries were lengthy, plump and not limp. On this day, the BK fries outdid themselves. The soda and carbonation "watering box" was mostly Coca-Cola products. Overall, unless BK scorches your meal, it is pretty much the same old song and dance. I also ate 8 chicken nuggets and found them to be too thin, dry and lacking in taste bud spunk. BK's version of rounded chicken bites are a no-go, unless you are in the mood to pay for sustenance.

This use to be our go to if we wanted something quick. However not sure when new workers started here, but I'll avoid this place from now on. The cashier was very abressive and not a people person.

Welp lets start off with the ordering system and condiments or lack there of.....we ordered 3 times.....and still didn't get the right order.....out of catsup and chipotle sauce? No girls or boys toys?.....Next the common customer courtesy, I must have hit their dog or run over their cat on the way to the restaurant.....I hope that explains their disposition/attitude.....I hope whomever reads this has a better experience then my family did.

I usually go to the other Burger King on base because this one has proven time again to have slow, unmotivated employees. Bad service.

When I bought my 2 for 4 croissanwich I noticed they gave me the sandwich from what was already sitting on the ready area. After opening the sandwich it was cold.

Very frequently making mistakes on orders. Takes a long time to get your order whether they are busy or not. Lack of customer care.

An unhealthy place to eat but I do buy coffee there every day and they seem like very nice people so if you're into unhealthy food and like to thank service then you can go to this place

It does not matter whether I am in the drive thru line with one car or five cars ahead of me, when I get to the speaker to order, I am always told that they will be with me in a moment. Today it took 17 minutes for them to take my order. It seems that Management is not doing well with scheduling.

Im unsure as to how many times I have ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit, number 9 and they give me the sausage cheese biscuit, number 8 and vice versa! My pregnant wife likes to eat sausage egg cheese biscuit and they give me bacon egg, why is this so hard to do? Starting to really get on my nerves.

The whoppers that I ate from here were like cardboard, ‘never going back. They currently do not sell the flame-grilled sandwich that you see advertised on TV at this time.

Every time I go there their super rude. Sad part is it’s mostly the manager. I went today and she looked at my coupon right in the drive thu window and still didn’t put everything in my order. She’s needs to be fired. That’s ridiculous every time I go she rude!

I bought the 10 PC at Dyer street chicken nuggets and came home to looks like a nasty old chicken nuggets.gross!

It’s not great. At all. I wanted a side salad with my nuggets (which were lukewarm at best) and this is what I get??? Soggy white lettuce? And half a mangled tomato. Nobody gets their food at the window, you always have to pull forward and wait. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what, but I’ve given this place three tries. Each time been worse than the last. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The tacos are so bad it is terribly sad thinking this is edible. Threw it away.

Burger King has lost me unfortunately. Even though this location was very clean and the employee's were very nice, the food leaves a lot to be desired. It is like they are trying to give you more food to make up for the bad taste. Buns are to thick, and the fake smoke flavor of the burger is to over whelming. Onion rings use to be my favorite, but now they are soggy and full of grease/oil. Burger Kings fries are definitely last on my list of all the buger chains. The only decent item now is the chicken nuggets.
