First time here and I liked the food. The gorditas were unlike anything I have tried. Great crunch and texture. The rice was also quite delicious. It takes a few minutes to get it, but it is worth the wait. Catch them when there is no line and when all the tables are clean and you will have a good filling meal. Will come back more than likely.

Andale Andale. Head over to Delicious Mexican Eatery. My first stop as soon as I land at El Paso International Airport. I dial their number and order a dozen Gorditas as soon as I pick up the car. No not the beautiful women of El Paso. Gorditas are delicious morsels corn patties filled with picadillo, lettuce, tomato, hot sauce and cheese. They are crispy and tasty. I have yet to find any better in El Paso. The brisket is cooked tender served on a plate or you can order a burrito. The chile verde or colorado can be ordered with beans and rice or a simple but delicious burrito. The chile rellenos are good. You can add the sauce you like as that is my preference. The enchiladas are flavorful. The price is right. You will get your money's worth.

5/21: even Delicious has a bad day. 4 dining room table not bused for 1h×. Was told only 2 staff. Focus clearly on Take Out w new reserved parking in front. Food still 5☆s. Only 1 clean as i left. Need more staff. Prev: My 50+ yr all time favorite for gorditas. Best on the planet. However, slightly disappointed in today's menudo. Lacking in flavor and luke warm serving. Thought plenty of take-out clients were here just for menudo. Will try again.

Ordered fovideo. Lynch and are there and then ordered albóndigas and fideo to go for later got home just to find out we got no albóndigas all fideo.

Place could use a bit more Spanish Culture. We felt like we were at a hole-in-the-wall cafe in an area that was dying in culture. We requested 2 burritos to-go and the young man skimp on the product...Fat Burritos my man....will put you more on the Map.

I've been here a few times the food is good I'm giving it 2 stars becuase of the service. About two days ago I went there around 530 to 540 I walked in there the lobby area was fully seated but they had and extended seating area but was closed before I ordered I asked if we could sit in the extended area they told me no we are about to close that I could sit somewhere in the main seating area which was full mind u , i turned looked at the lobby again before deciding to eat across the street they had and hour and some before closing and wouldn't seat me so i decided to just leave since i wanted to a seated meal i even hesitated to see if they would change their mind which they didn't so i left whoever runs this business should definitely talk to your closerers unless that how u guys run your business to me I rather have good service and enjoy my time at a restaurant

It was my second time at the fort boulevard location, the burrito I ordered was awful I still have the bad after taste. The employees were courteous, the restaurant itself was clean, but I feel the restaurant should be not asking for tips, here is why, a customer stands to order and pay then gets yelled at for the customer to pick up the food, that constitutes a tip? I do not think so, but the employees were courteous nonetheless. The first time I went to this location I took the food to go and the burrito fell apart and was watery and the food itself was not good. And it sucks too because I wanted to make that place my go to place for burritos. It hurts me to write this but the food is not good the restaurant needs to do something about the food, I'll go again but maybe in May and hopefully the restaurant will improve by then. After years of enjoying Delicious Mexican Eatery the quality has sunk in our last 4 visits. Because of our years enjoying Delicious we wanted to give them the added chance to make up for tasteless meals. The salsa, beans, rice, chili Verde, chili Colorado, relleno, tacos, & gorditas did not have the wonderful flavors we appreciated in the past. Sadly, we will not return.

Bought 3 dozen tamales. 2 dozen red and one chicken. Dug into chicken today and bit into bone and fat on one tamale and raw masa on the other. Don't recommend buying tamales from this place.

One word. Their food is tasteless. For the price you would expect something better just see the flauta plate. 😒 They took over 30 minutes the food was not fresh. Dirty tables and the place were not packed. Flies everywhere. Prices are high and their servings are not fulfilling or tasty on the contrary. Everyone who is serving plates handles the food with their bare hands chile rellenos, tacos, flautas just in front of their customer. For real I was just waiting for them to scoop with their bare hands the beans, rice, and chile colorado onto the plates. Isn't this a restaurant Don't they have utensils to grab the food? The cashier, the server are just with their dirty bare hands not washing them just handling everything like nothing disgusting 🫣. Food is exposed to everything flies, hairs, and dust as cashiers are not wearing hair nets, but are also handling food that is not covered. Their food handling practices are non-existent next to nothing. Never again will I go into this place. Not sure how they were given best food awards. Not the best in anything. They lack everything. I just hope once people go it will be their first and last time at this eatery.

Tamales were horrible I dont know why they say they are best in El Paso they asked if i wanted them hot or cold that means they are not fresh and it didnt take 15 min to get my order not satisfied with my order at all

I placed a large order, and one of the items was a chile relleno burrito. Unfortunately, the burrito was filled with chile seeds, and it seemed like no effort was made to clean or remove them. I tried to remove some of the seeds myself, but I still encountered them in every bite. In my opinion, the chile relleno burrito at the Montwood location is much better than the one I received from this location. I understand that the two locations have different owners, but I believe they should follow the same recipe. I kindly request that the chile seeds be removed in the future, as they are unpleasant to eat and difficult to remove completely due to the melted cheese.
