Are you a fan of being given the wrong order? No? Well how about waiting 20 minutes for your order? No!?!? Well surely you LOVE being told that you can ask for sauces when you pick up your food only to be met by a stone cold employee that looks at you like you're holding her dog hostage when you ask???? NO?!?!? well then I would not recommend this place for you.

Old dry chicken they served. I bought a 12 piece meal all was old . Won't recommend it. Won't be back there.

Ordered 3 combos Only received two sides one of the combos missing side ....the store manager had the audacity to insinuate I was lying after I spent 30$ instead of owning the fact that they made a mistake...worst customer service

The messed up my whole order I asked for spicy they gave me mild and the messed up my side order and gave me the wrong items and i payed for a ranch and the didn’t give it to me. Avoid this location Reply: I’m sorry but this response is nether helpful nor productive. They already ruined lunch for me today and it was a waste of money. This branch clearly have a lot of issues hence the low rating and a lot of customers complaining.

Terrible experience. While the gentleman and another lady tried to help me with my order the older line cook lady would not let them give me my food because my online order wasn't in the system. The gentleman that was making it had the women come up and take it out his hands saying no order in the system no food. Yet I had 2 confirmed receipts and a bank transaction showing said purchase. How the one women handled it was unacceptable not just rude to the costumer (me) but rude to the other employees.

I waited 10 minutes for someone to finally take my order. She could barely understand my questions. when I drove up to the drive-through window the guy was sticking his hand out to me without saying a word. It wasn’t until I looked at him that I realized he wanted my card. I didn’t get any of the dipping sauces I asked for and got regular chicken instead of spicy that I asked for. worst experience of my life, hands-down.

I arrive, no greeting or acknowledgment and met with a face of attitude. Is it always like this? Happened around 10:01 pm, female employee had uniform with the name Bella on it. Place wasn’t busy at all for them to have an attitude either.

I am DISTRAUGHT!!!! My beautiful wife ordered her food today, and not only did they not give her the apple pie that was promised, you also forgot the BISCUIT. Please refrain from making mistakes like this again or I will step in personally.

My daughter ordered a 4 piece with biscuit, fries and drink. When the food was delivered in a sealed bag there was no chicken in the bag. There were 4 biscuits and fries… NO CHICKEN. The delivery driver says it’s Popeyes fault and Popeyes blames the driver even though he has no control over what’s put in the SEALED bag. I’m very disappointed in their customer service. They took absolutely no responsibility for messing up the order and did not offer a refund.

Dont waste your time or money here. My boyfriend was aggressively handed his drink to where the lid opened and spilled on him and the chicken was soggy from too much sauce not crunchy at all and on the chicken sandwich their was a small penny amount of sauce so there was no right amount of anything. My fries were tossed in the bag to where they were loose and squished by the rest of the food topped on it. Nothing was done right and was super upsetting!

Chicken tasted off. Not after complete run around and un apologetic workers. They did not seem to care that they got my order very wrong and caused me a humongous inconvenience. That was supposed to be wings.
