The place layout/design for a popular place was kind of weird. The burger was just as good as an In-n-Out burger, just a long wait because the food is cooked fresh. Well worth the wait.

Awesome place! Classic burger spot with the grille right in front of you. Drove from the other end of Fort Bragg before heading East to get food here because I wanted something that wasn't a chain fast food joint. Glad we did! The cheeseburgers were excellent, fries tasty, and the milkshakes were great. Service was kind and we didn't wait too long for food. Plus, it was cool to see that flat top grill so packed with good food! Busy busy. Thank you!

So happy this place was open late! And open on Labor Day! We tried going to several other restaurants at 7:30pm but they were either full or closing soon - what a bummer! We were left with Jenny's or Denny's (haha)... and since we were vacationing in California for the first time, we wanted something unique and local. Jenny's it was! What a fun experience. Pull up and order at a window, then wait for your number to be called and pick up at another window. Service was fast! Husband and I both got the giant cheese burger with fries and took it back to our hotel (plenty of outdoor seating there but we were a little cold). First bite into those burgers and we both said MMMMMM!!! Great flavor!!! My husband wished he had gotten the double! Large portions, so many fries and they were great, too! Excellent and fun addition to our California experience!

One quick stop at Jenny's giant burger, I got the giant cheese burger 🍔 with everything on it, with fries 🍟 and a chocolate 🍫 shake. It was delicious and close to the beach ⛱️🏖️

Their entrance is affected by the bridge construction, use the cones for entrance and exits ( as pictured below) This place has one of the best vegetarian burgers in town! Their banana shake is also heavenly.

Last stop at the end of town in Ft. Bragg. This absolute iconic burger joint is a must! Great burgers (several sizes to choose from if 1/3 lb. Giant burger is too much for you or you want more) with traditional toppings. They also offer a veggie patty option. Passing through during our recent family roadtrip/vacation and ended up having lunch here. To any having doubts, I can confirm that Jenny does in fact have some mighty fine burgers! I opted for the slightly smaller version myself while the boys went full in with the mighty. The indoor dining is a bit limited but for us that was fine as we planned on ordering to go anyway, but there were some who seemed to likely be locals eating inside and everyone, both staff and diners were friendly and just kept a good vibe rolling. I'd definitely reccomend Jenny's burgers to anyone that finds themselves in the area.. as long as you're a meat eater anyway. ♡

Good, simple and yes huge burgers served by a charming, attentive, well organized and congenial bunch of teenagers— this was as much a delightful surprise as the yummy burger. Fries were just ok, but burgers were great. Very happily remembered not to add salt to mine. Watched one young lady conscientiously check each and every burger inside as she cooked it. I didn’t look closely enough at the menu, but I heard a couple of kids come in and ask for malted shakes. I wish I’d looked closer! Made plans to have lunch with my bestie and she chose Jenny’s, our local🍔 institution. I drive by this iconic establishment at least twice a day and definitely need to stop more. Their service was impeccable and watching the staff of four work together was like art in motion. The cheeseburgers are large, full of flavor and well worth the price. My last review they talked about getting what you pay for and at Jennys you can get a burger for under $10.00 that crushes many more expensive burgers. Rad burger! Stopped by on our recent road trip. Location is right off the road Easy parking The french fries are super tasty. The burgers were really good. I got a double burger but got a protein style. Make sure to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather.

Stopped by there with the family. Friendly servers. Decent burgers. Good fries. Good shakes. The giant burger is 1/3 lbs. The double giant, obviously 2/3... so, about 11 oz of meat. Outdoor seating was a bonus. Place is a local hit and seems to always be busy. They also have malts and root beer floats.

Great burgers, fries, and shakes. Went back two days in a row! It gets really busy, but you can wait outside in your car, and they'll call your number over their loud speaker. My burger is a cheese giant burger with just pickles and mustard....so not tall, but definitely big and delicious! Fries come in the bag you see. One bag could easily feed 2 or 3.

Yes the inside is very small, but in Fort Bragg you can be outside all day in the perfect weather. Fair prices and friendly workers. You simply would not be a burger fan if you were in town and didn't eat here.

Small and cozy burger dinner with limited seating inside and a few seats at the counter. The menu is simple and straight forward with several burger combos for both regular size and "giant" hamburger. The regular burger is the perfect size for kids and adults who don't want an overly heavy meal. The burger is flat top grilled with the standard lettice, tomato, pickel, and mayo construction. One test for a burger joint us do they make good French fries. Thankfully, their fries were crispy to perfection. No soft fries here. The shakes were good and simple. Don't need fancy when it comes to a shake.

When it comes to OG places of Fort Bragg, this location falls into that category. Located off the PCH hwy 1, right before the Pudding Creek Trestle. The building which Jenny's is located in is small, but it is full of life. Seating can be hard to find inside sometimes, but the good thing is there is plenty of seating outside. The parking lot here is huge so don't worry about that. As a local I like to grab my burger to go and take to one of the local beaches to eat, or back home, but I am not against sitting down to eat at Jenny's. The menu is pretty small and simple either a burger, or a cheeseburger in single,double, or even a triple if you feel you can put one down, myself I go with the double cheeseburger. You can also get fries as a side and a few other menu items. The drink menu here is soda, or milk shakes, I prefer to grab a milkshake myself. Was driving through the area and needed a bite. This was close so figured what the heck. Wow oh wow. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. So much flavor, just a perfect simple burger. The menu is straight forward. Giant burgers (1/3lb) and regular, can get with cheese or double patties, fries, soda, shakes (which we don’t try) but wow they do it RIGHT. Friendly staff and clearly a local joint, people coming in, asking for the “usual”, making chit chat. Just a great, small local burger shack. Well worth trying if you are in the area!

Best burger in Northern California. Staff attitude was great, everyone seems to know there spot and keeps the food coming. We came ten deep and these guys had us fed in under 30 minutes along with filling many other peoples orders. I ordered the 3 Patty big burger and those patties were the best cooked and tasting patties. The milk shakes we got were screaming good. I will definitely go out of my way for a lunch like this. I rated the atmosphere as four only because the smaller establishment. There is Indoor and outdoor seating.

Old school diner vibe with excellent burgers, fries and shakes! Burgers were enormous and my wife and I were able to share a double burger! Fries were also very good and they give you a couple packets of salt since they don't pre salt them. Thankfully they provided that without asking. I was told about this place from a friend and was highly recommend on our trip from Washington state to Southern California. Would absolutely eat here again and tell everyone I know who might be traveling to the area to eat here as well!

Jenny's Giant Burger is clearly a late night locals to go spot. They serve up 1/3 pound patties cooked to perfection on nice fluffy buns. It's a classic albeit slightly dim diner styled burger joint. There isn't much additional heating other than what's coming from the grill. I thought their burger and fries were a solid 5/5 but was a little saddened by the iced tea, which was just brisk. Prices were fair and food was delicious. Overall a great place to stop for some grub.

Stuffed our faces like piggies here and we are not at all sorry! We ordered "regular" burgers" not giant size, fearing we would feel too stuffed. WOW! They were so delicious we ended up ordering more burgers and eating them in a matter of seconds. Fresh and flavorful. It was absolutely silent at our table except for the sound of stuffing our faces full of flavor. This is a total roadside local joint full of families and regulars. No frills only flavor. Everyone in Fort Bragg said this was the place to try and it surpassed expectations. Try the onions cooked! Get a root beer float or milkshake. Get the giant burger with EVERYTHING because it has giant taste! Treat yourself and eat one of everything at Jenny's and go home happy and well fed.

My husband and I first ate at Jenny's Giant Burger about two years ago and vowed we'd return. Happy to say we had the opportunity to have a Jenny's Burger last week. The meat is good and juicy. A local told me that the hamburgers are not as giant as they used to be, but my husband and I were more than satisfied. The chocolate and vanilla shakes were sweet and cold. All around yum.

Great roadside burger stand with simple menu and tasty food. Only three tables inside (along with a bar) so expect to eat outside on busy weekends. Cash and credit card can be used. Fries were good but missing salt (easy to fix though and prolly healthier). They also had a veg sandwich option for vegitarians.

First time: Took the food to go. Burgers were dry. Like legitimately NO sauces, despite us never saying to hold them, which is kind of baffling. We're here on vacation too so it wasn't like we could add our own sauces. Shame because the meat is pretty juicy! Second time: we went back the next day for lunch because I was still craving a burger and I wanted to give them a second chance. They didn't forget the sauces and the burger was good. Really enjoyed the shake as well. Wasn't a big fan of the fries, I like mine crispier. However, overall the prices are a steal for a burger place and the workers were very friendly!

Jenny's know and does one thing REALLY good, and that's make a tasty burger 🍔 No bacon was a bummer, and the counter service was ok. Counter needs to be wiped down more often, and cook almost tossed my burger at me. It was an accident, and he apologized. Offered a new one, but it was fine. No harm no foul. He did give me a small order of fries for free, so it was all good. Food was tasty and piping hot off the grill. Friendly service and I can see why it is a town favorite

Glad we weren't scared away by some of their older reviews. It's always nice to try local old school burger joints in small towns we don't really frequent. We ordered their giant cheese plain and double giant cheese with all the fixings. Turns out pickles are not included, but it is an option. We also added in a strawberry shake. The food was made well, but the ingredients felt kinda basic. It's really the recipe for old school burgers though.. kinda what one would expect from a backyard bbq.. but they do it better here. Safe choice for those staying in the area or needing a quick bite!

Fun little burger joint. The giant burger is the size of a normal hamburger, so don't be afraid of the size. The location is convenient and the staff is friendly. The food is good, but nothing life changing. The burgers don't come with fries, so those need to be ordered separately. After ordering a normal meal, the price stacks up pretty quick. If I drove through, I would prefer to try a new restaurant, but if someone I was with really wanted this place, I wouldn't mind.

This is a pretty average burger joint. If it were in a larger city like Los Angeles or Las Vegas, it would probably get lost in the crowd. I also feel that the name is misleading; I actually asked one of the workers if they had gotten my order right because I thought they had made me a regular-sized burger on accident. The double cheeseburger actually turned out to have a healthy amount of meat and I think it will suffice as a meal for the average person, but I could have easily eaten two of them. I suppose for fast casual it is a 'giant' burger, but I have had many burgers from dine-in restaurants that are larger than the ones they make here. As far as taste, it was good but nothing I would get again. If you are looking for a life-changing burger, this is not it. Fries are medium cut and taste pretty decent but like the burger they are nothing worth raving about.

Nothing special. Good basic burger and fries for take out. prices are $7 average. May go again some time.

A down-home burger joint that locals raved about. The staff was super friendly, which was nice!!! But no one manning the grills wore gloves or hair coverings, and I ended up with hair in my unsalted, limp fries. The burger was similarly unseasoned, and the milkshake was from a machine. All of that I could have handwaved off, but it ended up making me (and my poor dog, who I shared half of it with) horrrrrrrifically sick. 😭

Should be renamed Jenny's Midget Burger! Got a cheese burger for $7 bucks and this is what I received (see photo)😅. They also don't wear gloves or hair nets. When I was in line to order, I had questioned ordering because they were getting non-stop calls from upset customers, but decided I'd give it a go anyway. When you see the prices for shakes ($3.55) and fries ($2.00) don't get as excited as I did. Both are the size of the happy meal fries and kid drinks at McDonald's. Everything was infant sized is the point I'm trying to make. 🤣

Very reasonably priced. That's unfortunately all that this places has going for it, compared to other coastal town burger joints. Fries are okay but mine were not hot or very fresh, even though I picked up the order as soon as it was announced. The burger was very dry and the toppings were bland. I waited 35mins for an order of three burgers on a Monday at 6:00pm. Orders of magnitude better is Jack's in Santa Cruz. That place knows how to make a burger really really well.

They charge for every little thing there are no combos. Everything is separate from the fries to the burger to the drinks. so if you’re here out of town with a big family expect to pay over $130 to feed everyone my opinion you could go to Denny’s across the street and get more bang for your buck.
