The service was fantastic, they really cared what you thought and take pride in making their food homemade. The food was authentic. The bread was warm, the clams orgenata was to die for, the linguini in clam sauce was 10/10 and the lava cake was the best I have ever had. The prices were so reasonable. My boyfriend and I are from Canada and we saw this restaurant had great reviews so we decided to try it out. It did not disappoint! Our server was so friendly and attended to our every need. We had the appetizer that was Meatballs and cheese ( can’t remember the proper name) it was delicious. Then I ordered the chicken parmigiana with fettuccine Alfredo, and it was so tasty and mouth watering. Absolutely loved this place and I highly recommend coming here for authentic Italian food, that is made with care and prepped very diligently.

Great little Italian restaurant. Bread was yummy, warm abs soft. Salad was basic but fresh. Pescatori past was amazing and full of shrimp, calamari, mussels and clams. Service was excellent and they were super kind and attentive. I would definitely dine here again. Oh be aware there’s a $5 valet parking fee… not bad for a beach front restaurant.

We ate here for the first time today. What a hidden gem!!! We went at lunchtime. And ordered off of the lunch menu. I got spaghetti and meatballs and my husband got chicken parm. They each came with a side salad or ff. I had the side salad. It had a wonderful blend of fresh spinach, romaine and field greens. And it had cucumbers, shredded carrots, heirloom tomatoes and garbanzo beans. So fresh and so good. The bread they bring to the table is baked fresh so it's served warm. Crusty outside and soft melt in your mouth inside. Yum!!! The chicken parm was HUGE! And my husband said it was the best he's ever had anywhere. The spaghetti and meatballs were very good. The meatball just literally melted in my mouth! And I loved the sauce too. It's the smooth kind. Which I like. I don't like big chunks of tomatoes in my spaghetti sauce. Also the portion of spaghetti was HUGE! Even at lunchtime. Luis was our server and he was exceptional! Luis told us about sunset supers everyday from 4:30-6:00. Reduced prices on several of their menu items. I've included a picture of that menu. We will definitely be back.... many many times! Oh, Louis said to make a reservation for the dinner hours as they get really busy. This bistro is located inside the Aquarius condominium building. Drive up and they have vallet for $5.

We had an anniversary dinner here. Best focaccia we have ever had. House dressing is excellent. Shrimp and mussel fra diavolo was delicious as was the lobster ravioli.

O.M.G. I am enthralled with this restaurant. I wish I could bring it back home with me. The had the Calamari Luciano - the best pasta dish I have ever had. The tomato sauce was impeccable! Such a delight. So balanced in flavor! I cannot say enough. Even the pre-meal bread was perfect! The next time I'm in South Florida I will do all that I can to return for another meal.

OMG!!! I just left and was the best meal I had in long time, I had the lobster ravioli and was sooo good and filling, tons of meat inside and pieces of lobster on the plate. I also found room for the tiramisu which was soooo light an fluffy the best i ever had. I will go back to try other stuff on there menu for sure!!!

This place was absolutely amazing. The staff seemed a little stand offish at first but I think they are used to an older crowd. This was the best food we had the whole vacation! We did a bunch of apps including: meatballs, calamari, baked clams and Italian egg rolls all were sooo good and hit the spot! We also got the Bolognese which was really good also. We walked down the beach looking for food and came across this place ( there is no entry from the beach but a worker kindly allowed us through). Again the food was amazing and did not disappoint!! I dined here solo on a recent trip. The service was excellent but the food...to die for. I had a glass of rose, some crusty, warm bread with butter, a small green salad, clams possilipo bianco (sautéed with garlic and olive oil over linguine), cappuccino and tiramisu. The clams were so fresh, the linguini, too. Honestly, one of the best meals I've ever had; so satisfying and delicious from start to finish. And reasonable prices...the whole meal was $50 plus a tip. I was in Northern Italy this summer and this was better than anything I had there. Highly recommend!!!

Outstanding food and service at a reasonable price. The IL Pescatore was authentic Italian with just the right amount of linguini. The waitress was kind enough to pack my remaining sauce and included three pieces of excellent bread that I enjoyed for lunch today. The owner's Mother graciously thanked us for our patronage on our way out. Nice all around experience.

We went here one night for dinner during our trip. We got the chicken parm and lobster ravioli. Both dishes were delicious! We also got a lava cake to share which was also delicious. The wait staff is very attentive and the atmosphere was very quiet and nice. Go try it out!

Exquisite little restaurant that will blow your minds! The place is small, but very well decorated and clean, with a beautiful view from the swimming pool and ocean. It feels cozy, not tight and small, but even if you need more space, they’ve tables outside , so it will please Greeks and Trojans. Ok, but we go to the restaurant for the food... OMG! Everything made from scratch, using fresh ingredients, so that greasy after taste that you sometimes have in some places will never happen in here. I had Eggplant Lasagna with vegetables and gf the lobster ravioli. One wasn’t better than the other because they’re different kind of dishes. They were absolutely wonderful! Well served, excellent sauces, well cooked. Really amazing, worth every bite! And to conclude, of course, we can’t forget about this “small” detail... very fair for a dinner. Eggplant Lasagna $18 and Lobster Ravioli $24, very well served portions, so you won’t leave the place hungry and broke. Really well job of the stuff, you feel like home. Will definitely come back to try other items. Try it out and see for yourself. Yo won’t regret.

Searching for a good place to eat, this little Gem shows up on Google search. What a gem it was. Low key in the Aquarius Condos. we were greeted by Luis and Dorian amazing hosts and waiters for the night. There hospitality made our night. Our table took a variety from Rib-eye steak to sirloin which were unbelievably tender for 36.00$ my wife had fettuccini Alfredo which was so creamy and tasty with fresh pasta, my friends had Seafood linguini it was a home run and his wife scalloppini Marsala she’s still ranting and finally eggplant parmigiana was outstanding. Table of 11 ppl 400.00 with tip!!! Yes 400.00 tip included for an amazing quiet, cozy supper oceanfront. Definitely a place to try

I had a solo dinner here and was able to eat outside on the patio overlooking the ocean. I took the waitress' recommendation and ordered the lobster ravioli and it did not dissapoint! The bread was served very hot and had the perfect crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. I topped off my dinner with the lemon cake and coffee and it was perfect. Everything was fresh and made from scratch and the staff was very attentive and friendly! This place is definitely a hidden gem!

Happened upon this place as I was walking and trying to find somewhere to eat. It is inside of one of the high rise condo buildings. The food was absolutely delicious and the waitress was so nice. This is definitely a must anytime I'm in town.

We celebrate my Mom’s 90s birthday at Acqua Bistro. We had 20+ guests. Chef Peter Perrone is very professional, cordial and assisted me to put together a special menu of the event. The food was delicious, everything tested was amazing, from the stuffed mushrooms to the three excellent entrees. Some guests had the potato soup told me it was very tasty. The evening went very smoothly, thanks to the Chef and our waitress Jamie and her team of servers. They truly cared about our experience. I highly recommend, Acqua Bistro for your next affair!

My wife picked this spot because it was close to our hotel and had great reviews, and my son made us come back three days in a row for their pasta. I had lasagna and my wife had wine and their soup of the day. Great service and perfect Italian food.

Acqua Bistro did not disappoint. In fact, it exceeded my expectations! I’m visiting from NYC, and really needed some quality Italian comfort food. The restaurant closes at 9:30 pm, I arrived at 9:15 and they accepted my chicken parmigiana order right before closing time. Got a table outside, perfect to enjoy the night sky, pool vibes and the perfect breeze. The service was wonderful - Aura and Luis made my night with their responsiveness and attention to detail. It’s my pleasure to share my experience and I’ll definitely come back. Luis is the best waiter in town!

Excellent food, top service and it felt like we were in Italy! Everything was fresh and close to perfection. I found that place on Google and the reviews were all great. So I had to put my comments too. Luis was really nice, he made sure we had the best time. On top of it, the prices were really reasonable for the quality we got. My only recommandation would be to have a more extensive wine list. This hidden place is a gem and we’ll definitely go back during our vacations.

Acqua Bistro is one of the places that made our Fort Lauderdale vacation so memorable, in the best of ways. First off, let me say, LUIS/LOUIS!!! This man is a waiter par excellence. In all my years of dining out, this was the best waiter I ever had. He is friendly, witty, and blends the formality of the restaurant and the and vacation-style informality of the greater Fort Lauderdale area in the most perfect and refined of ways. We wished we could take him to every restaurant at which we dine so he could be our waiter everywhere. Next, let me say my eggplant parmigiana was excellent. It had the spices and taste of a carefully created culinary composition while having a very good portion size, two attributes that are not often seen together. The food is excellent at what I may say is a very reasonable price considering both the area and the niceness of the restaurant. Wines were wonderful, and the glasses were generous. We dined outdoors, which was wonderful. We will definitely be back on our next trip.

Acqua bistro was a wonderfully hidden gem during our visit in Hollywood. We had the kindest man as our server who made wonderful recommendations and had a smile that made you feel at home. I deeply enjoyed my lobster ravioli and it's perfect portioning, along with our pre-meal bread and delicious cheesecake dessert. I wish I had been smart enough to take a picture of my food so I could lust about it back home in Michigan. Would highly recommend to others!!

This place was a little difficult to find but well worth the effort. A few of the reviews here say the best Italian food they have ever had and I can see why! It was absolutely delicious. We had fried calamari for an appetizer. It was cooked perfectly. Not chewy at all and it had the right amount of crisp. We shared a bottle of montepulciano wine and it was excellent! My wife ordered the shrimp diavaolo and the shrimp was cooked just right. The marinara sauce could compete with the best. I had the Mediterranean salad and all the vegetables were fresh! One of the best food experiences I have had in this area.

One of the best Italian Restaurants in the area. Always Fresh Delicious Food! It is a family owned business. The owner is the chef, so you know the food is great!! As a resident at Acquarius I couldn’t be happier having Acqua Bistro conveniently located downstairs. Plus the service is great! Once you try the food you’ll keep oncoming back. Prices are lower than most restaurants in the area. Lunch menu is outstanding. Great sandwiches and entrees starting at just $7. Dinner menu is even better.

Service was A+. We are staying at a separate hotel, and due to previous ratings, we had to try! Definitely did not disappoint!

Truly a hidden gem (tip: it's located inside the Aquarius Condominium building). Admittedly, I wasn't sure what to expect when we entered an empty restaurant with dated decor. But the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our server, Luis, was friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

What an incredible place! Aqua Bistro is honestly the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to. Everything feels so authentic and full of love at this family-run gem. The food is unforgettable — the shrimp scampi was cooked to perfection, and the El Pescatore pasta was overflowing with the freshest seafood, every bite packed with flavor. And I can’t forget to mention the homemade bread… truly the best I’ve ever had! Warm, crusty on the outside and soft inside, it’s the kind of bread you keep reaching for even when you’re already full. They also have a fantastic wine selection that pairs beautifully with the food, and it’s very reasonably priced, which makes the whole experience even better. Between the amazing dishes, the cozy atmosphere, and the feeling that you’re being welcomed into someone’s home, this place is truly special. If you love pasta, seafood, and authentic Italian cooking, you’ll be in heaven here.

Absolutely Incredible Dining Experience at Aqua Bistro! From the moment we arrived, Aqua Bistro delivered a truly exceptional culinary experience. Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious — the flavors, presentation, and quality were all top-notch. The lobster ravioli was divine, rich and perfectly cooked, and the burrata was fresh, creamy, and beautifully paired with its accompaniments. The soup was bursting with flavor and comfort in every spoonful. What truly elevated the evening was the chef’s personal touch — he came out to check on our table, ensuring everything was perfect. It’s rare to see that level of care and passion, and it really made the meal feel special. Highly recommend Aqua Bistro for anyone looking for incredible food, a warm atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

Truly a hidden gem (tip: it's located inside the Aquarius Condominium building). Admittedly, I wasn't sure what to expect when we entered an empty restaurant with dated decor. But the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our server, Luis, was friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The food was absolutely amazing! Lamb lollipops are to die for. lobster ravioli, and spaghetti and meatballs, my youngest, cleaned the plate. For Desert, Lava Cake OMG!Great wine selection! Service was A+. We are staying at a separate hotel, and due to previous ratings, we had to try! Definitely did not disappoint!

Was tempted by some of the fish dishes but will go back. Eggplant Parm was good but not great. Lasagna reported to be good as was Fettuccine Alfredo. Tartuffi was very good and cannoli as well. They put chocolate sauce and powdered sugar on the cannoli before serving.

Long wait for take out, ordered 90 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait 25min for the food. They looked confused (maybe not used to take out formula?). Asked for a grilled salmon cooked rare/medium rare...came well done...all the rest of the food was fantastic.

Tucked away inside the Aquarius condo tower, we found this place on Google maps. Good food and service, nothing special but it hit the spot and was very reasonably priced. Italian menu but also had some other lunch staples for a condo restaurant (fish and chips, etc). Nice ocean view as well. This condo doesn't allow AirBNB so it is mainly supported by residents so give them some support next time you are in Hollywood Beach.

The service was on par, very friendly and attentive staff. The soup and salmon were excellent. Finding the location was difficult, it's hidden in the Aquarius and on the map there is no indication that's where it's located.

Small place, very friendly with outstanding service. My husband had chicken parmigiana with pasta which came with a side salad. The chicken was tender and the pasta was done perfectly. I had a Caesar salad, which was outstanding with a large portion. Bread was awesome too, served with oil, vinegar and Parmesan cheese. Decor was simple but pleasing.

My shrimp and calamari were overcooked. The bread was underbaked. It could have used another minute or two in the oven. Service was good.

Poor service! My 15 year Anniversary Dinner was ruined! I wanted to sit outside by the water to celebrate and that never happened. I'm very disappointed about the way we were treated. I hate I ever patronized this place! Please people, do your due diligence when you make a reservation. Make sure you get the name of the person who made your reservation. I learned my lesson after this one! The person who took the information never wrote my name down. First, I was hung up on. Then I called back and the person made me feel very rushed. I see why now! Also, when I got to the the restaurant, I didn't feel welcome. The lady with the lip injections who came to the front not only argued with me, and made a scene, but she went back and forth with me like it was my fault and that I lied about making the reservation. She refused to accommodate my seating outside request like it would be a life or death situation for us to be seated out there. Everyone was extremely friendly to all the other customers accept us. We were the only African American couple in the whole restaurant. I brought the race card up because I watched how much more friendly they were to everyone else instead of us! That woman upfront acted very uncaring and I started to leave, but it had gotten late so we stayed. We were offered a seat by the door after the table was cleaned off. The lady did later on offer for us to move outside later in the evening but of course, it had gotten late. It was dark by then and the moment was already ruined. My Husband's vegetables were mush and overcooked. He didn't eat them. He didn't sent them back because we didn't wanna make a scene like the woman upfront did earlier. We still tipped the waitress/waiter. They tried to make it right in the end by giving us some cheese cake and singing Happy Anniversary, which was a kind gesture, but it was still no changing the way we were treated, and to be honest, it was actually too little, too late for that. I held my composure, and just left disappointed because I will never have this opportunity for a 15 year anniversary dinner ever again. :( I won't be back!

Seated right away for a 7:30 reservation which was great on a Sunday night. 15 minutes later someone comes by and asks us if we know what we want. Told her we dont have a menu but we’d like to order a drink. Downhill from there. 30 minutes for an appetizer to arrive after we ordered. Then 45 minutes for main dishes which were pretty good, but dirty app dishes remained on table. Problem with this place is you cannot seat too many party’s of 8 or more when you’re packed. Also wasn’t enjoyable that a birthday party of 12 starting singing Jewish hymns. In my other experiences here food is hit or miss but you need to hire more help for high season and less bigger parties on weekends that jam up the kitchen. A 2 course dinner shouldn’t take 2 hours.

Yikes! Add a crowd and this place simply falls apart. We waited to be seated for over an hour last night. There was an open table for more than 20 minutes and the manager kept signaling "one minute" as opposed to getting off her toches and clearing the table herself. She stood in the corner and didn't even come over to greet her customers or apologize for the situation. When I informed her we were leaving, she shrugged her shoulders in an uncaring manner. We then left (upset) and walked over to The Diplomat. Perhaps Jon Taffer should come here and rescue this place. He'd have a field day with the manager.

If I could give this place a zero for customer service , I would. What is the number one rule about being a waiter….. greet your guests with a smile and as soon as you can take their order, even if you are busy, get them their drinks at least. Not this place, we had to wait 30 min, with a bad attitude waiter who might as well said “ I don’t really want to serve you but what do you want !” Even speaking to the manager didn’t help. What your options when not happy about your service? …… get up and leave, so we did.

Waitress was extremely rude. She yelled at my sister while she was ordering. She had no manners and never smiled. Was so unwelcome that it was uncomfortable to talk about my allergies. Food was just OKAY. Out of the party of 6 only one person enjoyed their meal. Was super disappointed and won’t be going back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE KIDS — appalling behavior towards kids. We were told our kids are too noisy and go take them outside so little kid 11 and 18 months left hungry. They also started cleaning table while we were still sitting. Some staff members are nice while others are extremely rude. Food maybe good but who treats kids like that

Atmosphere: Feels dated and in need of a makeover. Like an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. Service: I had two waiters taking care of me, which felt a little overbearing and tells you how busy they were. They were friendly until I said I didn't like my meal, and then they couldn't seem to clear my entire table fast enough. A THIRD waitress took care of my check, so I wondered if I stepped on some toes by being honest. Food: I didn't try the bread. I had a complimentary salad with a dressing that seemed store bought and too tangy. I had the Il Pescatore; my main complaint was that all the seafood was overcooked and I couldn't tell if it was frozen or fresh. What's worse was the pasta was oversalted, so mixing that with seafood was not delicious. Wine: I ordered the Castle Rock Pinot Noir and I was given Francis Coppola Pinot. I'm from Oregon -- that's why I ordered the Castle Rock. Maybe it was an off night for everyone . It was a Tuesday after all. I still tipped because it's not the waiter's fault.
