Incredible experience. I’ve been to most (if not all) Brazilian steakhouses in SF, and so far, nothing compared to this. Services - spectacular! Kudos to Rodrigo and Michelle. Food - tasting always on point and meat temperature as asked. Atmosphere - extremely welcoming. Several wine and drink specials if you are looking for it lol 5/5 is the least I can give them.

We always love coming here! The food the service the atmosphere! We consider ourselves regulars and it’s always better than the last time we come! Our favorites are the Picanha, garlic Picanha, grilled cheese, grilled pineapple, the endless salad bar and countless more! I highly recommend lasso Guacho to everyone! We came here for my birthday last night and I was blown away by the food and hospitality! So glad I decided to come here for my birthday! It’s my favorite restaurant! Looking forward to our next dine in.

Unbelievable! The service was above and beyond spectacular! The buffet was so impressive, creative with luscious choices! The meat selections were handled with the utmost care and hospitality! My favorites were the carrot soup, chicken salad, potato salad, garlic picanha, the Parmesan pork loin and the ribeye! The pudim is exceptional!

A Truly Memorable Experience at Lasso Gaucho! I had the pleasure of dining at Lasso Gaucho today, and I have to say, the meat was absolutely spectacular. Every bite was perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and clearly prepared with care and expertise. I chose to sit at the bar, which turned out to be a great decision. The bartender, Gustavo, was outstanding, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He not only made great drink recommendations but also added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. From the quality of the food to the exceptional service, this visit exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back soon, and recommending Lasso Gaucho to friends and family!

Insane service and food. They went out of their way to make sure i was happy, and i eat a LOT so that's saying something lol. Great flavor of meats and selection. Salad bar was pretty good but the meat and pineapple was unreal. Brought me out a free dessert too!!

When I made a reservation at this steakhouse I thought it would be just a normal dinner, but it wasn’t at all. There were people walking around with skewers full of different kinds of steak. It turned out to be an all you can eat steak buffet where you pay 60 dollars and can eat as much steak as you want. They have 17 different types of steak that rotate throughout the evening, and my personal recommendation is the pineapple skewer. It’s honestly the best pineapple I’ve ever had. The staff are also very friendly, and overall there’s really nothing to complain about.

Sam and Guilherme. I would like to give my second and third daughters in marriage to these men. Not my first daughter-she belongs only to God. But Guilherme and Sam? Best restaurant waitstaff I’ve ever had. Period. You better appreciate these 2, otherwise you will be sorry.

BEST RESTAURANT IN SOUTH FLORIDA. Food 10/10, atmosphere 10/10, service 10/10, and options for dietary restrictions are 10/10. If you don’t like meat, they also have shrimp and salmon as part of the rodizio! Come and eat dinner here, you won’t regret it. Hope you enjoy like my family and I did.

Absolutely the best food we had on our vacation. The food was beyond belief. The service was impeccable. The eye for detail was beyond compare. The friendliness of the staff superseded any other place in Florida. Everyone in our party was completely satisfied. I didn’t take any pictures of the main meal due being consumed with all of the delicious meats. Family favorites were the pineapple and sliced picanha. Dessert was absolutely amazing

1st of all let me tell you about the entrance. The owner is very present and open the door with a “welcome in” . It was extremely inviting and I did have my baby with me , the staff helped with her and offered hot water to warm bottles . Next the ambiance is breath taking , it definitely gives Brazil and it’s so relaxing . Definitely a good place to relax or make a good impression. Now the servers were on point forms entry to exit . My servers Razi and Gustavo had me feeling like royalty and had everything perfect. Lastly The food was phenomenal and I had no complaints. Definitely going to try this place OVER and OVER .

We got the chance to celebrate my partner’s 50th birthday bash last January 20th and Lasso Gaucho made it a memorable experience. It was all our first time and the owners were able to accommodate our party in one of their private rooms. The ambiance is perfect and provided a personal and intimate interaction between the guests. The food was amazing, the selection on the salad and sides bar were plentiful, the meat choices were well seasoned and delicious to a tee. On top of it all, our server Chris was delightfully hilarious, he attended to us and served our requests paired with humor and gusto! Overall it was a fun, memorable birthday for our dear Joann! Kudos to the staff and crew of Lasso Gaucho! Definitely highly recommended.

I asked my husband to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and as always it was the best decision, everything was delicious, the wine, the meats and the dessert! I must highlight the excellent service! I certainly have reasons to return.

We loved this place. Just wish I had more room in my belly...lol the atmosphere and service were top notch. I will definate return when I'm in the area. This is by far my favorite Brazilian steakhouse. And as a restaurant owner myself its a must stop for me when im town. The food quality is top notch. Cant say enough about the staff ( Tayse was our server this evening). They were always there to help and she was there to answer any questions and get us anything we needed promptly.

Ok so third time here(second Tuesday in a row). Happy hour specials are fantastic, sat at the bar this time. Service just as good, food again delicious and the drinks, well the bartender Adriana makes them fantastic and apparently everyone wants her to make the caparinias… I can’t blame them. Nice to see them busy and still providing a fantastic experience. Love the family vibe. Will be back again.

I don't give reviews like this but here we are. This was an excellent meal in the way the ads say they are but inevitably disappoint. To begin, lovely high ceiling and welcoming environment. The somm, Michelle, the owner's daughter, not just gives the wine list but immediately any of the wines on special on a Sunday for perusal. And good wines, all. The salad bar was very good, and broad. From a serviceable carrot soup, to a corn soufflé which was more of a corn chowder to the sushi, and excellent devilled eggs and usual salad bar offerings. And a good machengo! The meat guys were flying. Without exception, every piece of meat (and grilled pineapple) was appealing, actually hot and delicious. The flank steak and shrimp shone. But it is the service that elevated. I dropped a fork and it was replaced with near Michelin speed. Staff levels were excellent, as was their training, led by Rodrigo and exemplified by the kind engagement of Hazbi. Everyone engaged and engaging. Basically a flawless meal. And at an excellent price point.

I’ve been to similar places before, but this one stands out as the best—plus it’s surprisingly affordable. I never had to wait for any of the meat options, and my drink was always full. Service - the attention to detail is incredible. We were greeted at the valet and ushered into the restaurant. Chairs were pulled for us to be seated and a few water options (sparkling) were presented to us even before we sat down. A rotating group of servers constantly cleared our plates, refilled empty glasses, kept a close eye on if everything was to our satisfaction and was very quick to accommodate even the smallest request. The manager checked in on us at least 3-4 times and even recommended the Brazilian beer which was one of the best beers I’ve had. Very refreshing. I would go back for this level of service alone. Ambiance - fantastic. Very well appointed place which definitely has a very upscale / fine dining vibe to it. Food - 10/10. Every item in the salad bar was carefully curated and impeccable fresh. The rotating 17 cuts of meat that they bring to you from time to time was delicious. The grilled pineapple was a fantastic touch, I never figured something so simple would be so good. All in all it was a spectacular A+ experience.

I sat at the bar, and Gustavo took amazing care of me and my friend. Later, we moved to a table where Edward and Sam were phenomenal as well. We’ll definitely be coming back to see them. We also bonded with the gaucho Anderson—great staff and great ambiance overall.

5 Stars across the board. The service is the best I have experienced in South Florida in a long time. The food was exceptional and the signature drink was perfect. Price point was extremely reasonable. The dessert was a great finish to an outstanding meal. We had the cream brûlée, tiramisu and chocolate molten cake, accompanied by cappuccino and a double espresso. Highly recommend over any of the Brazilian Steakhouses. Bravo!!!

The food was the best I’ve had without a doubt. The salad bar had great selections. My favorite was the shredded chicken and cheese; literally mouth watering. They brought the a fried cheese with honey, freaking amazing; I would’ve never guessed. The meats never stopped coming. All were so tender and flavorful. This was the best experience I’ve had eating out in years. I definitely recommend you come and try them out you WILL NOT be disappointed. I will forever be a customer here. ❤️❤️

We have been to a lot of different steakhouses in literally paid $400 for a 6 ounce steak At chopped in Vegas And I feel like their food is honestly probably even better than chopped. We did not even look at prices until we got our check and I was expecting to spend way more than we did. There was six of us and we spent under $400. That’s with Meals, appetizers, and drinks We will definitely be going back

This was our first time here and we loved it! The customer service is exceptional and unending! Our personal waitress was Tayse, she is from Brazil and was lovely and spoke English very well :). All of the staff was friendly and almost too accommodating! How can That be ? This was a part birthday part Thanksgiving Day Celebration and we will be back! My wife and I went for our anniversary last weekend, and it was our 4th time and they have been fabulous every time! The service is first rate, the food is always excellent from what is brought to you, to the hot and cold bars, and the desserts! If you live in Fort Lauderdale or is traveling like us, please you must visit this place. My husband loves our Brazilian barbecue however I really like sushi and guess what they offer there? BOTH! I was impressed with the variety of food. The waitress was awesome. First of all, they went outside to welcome us. The manager or supervisor was constantly coming to our table to make sure everything was ok. The person who brings the barbecue immediately notice that I’m not a steak lover so he offers me a grilled salmon. Omg, there are so many compliments to make to this restaurant that I can’t even describe here, you must visit yourself to check it out! Unfortunately we went there on our last day in Florida but for sure next time will be coming back! 10 starts if possible :)

Always a great experience dining here and the food is amazing. Actually had my wedding dinner rehearsal in the semi private area and all my guests had such a great time. My father and I travel to south Florida often for Dolphins games. This past year we adventured into this restaurant and loved it so much we went back a second time before our flight home. The atmosphere was relaxing, the food was out of this world and the service was beyond exceptional. The first visit, the staff was welcoming, friendly, professional, and walked us through what to expect during our meal. The second visit, the staff welcomed us as if we were family. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone! Regardless of where we stay on our next trip, we will be making the drive to dine here again! 10/10!

First time at a Brazilian Steak house, and this place was awesome! Very attentive service and requests were all met promptly! Meats were well prepared, medium rare-medium well depending on your preference and not overly seasoned. Good quality- especially the ribeye and filet. I loved the shrimp and mashed potatoes too! And the grilled pineapple!! Would recommend!

The atmosphere was beautiful. One of the waiters said that most people only want the rodizio and don’t try the other foods that they bring around the table and that it was the full experience. Their house ravioli in the white sauce was really good/different. Stroganoff was really good as well. Our waiter Fabio was very kind and accommodating to whatever our party needed. We went for a birthday & even had a profesional singer come to our table and sing as well :) when you go, ask for Fabio👌🏽

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Pricey? Yes. But it's worth every penny. Fabio was our server. He was fantastic!! Nice, patient, excellent customer service. My wife is pregnant of twins, and it's a high risk pregnancy. Fabio excelled on the service by alerting us on some food restrictions my wife should avoid. 5 stars to Fabio!!!

The atmosphere was classy. It wasn't too loud or too quiet. The service was very attentive & kind. The food was good. I really liked the ravioli, the filet mignon, and the shrimp. My only con was that the salad dressings were mislabeled so I couldn't find the ranch dressing & the chocolate molten cake could have been more moist. The expresso was a nice touch at the end. Would go again overall.

I absolutely love this Brazilian steakhouse—at this point, it feels like a second home. I come here at least twice a week, and the staff truly feels like family; they’re always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely happy to see me. The food is consistently amazing, from the perfectly cooked meats to the incredible sides, and the quality never disappoints. The atmosphere is warm, lively, and inviting, making every visit feel special. On top of that, the restaurant itself is beautiful inside—elegant, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I can’t recommend this place enough; it’s easily one of my favorite spots to eat.

5 Stars across the board. The service is the best I have experienced in South Florida in a long time. The food was exceptional and the signature drink was perfect. Price point was extremely reasonable. The dessert was a great finish to an outstanding meal. We had the cream brûlée, tiramisu and chocolate molten cake, accompanied by cappuccino and a double espresso. Highly recommend over any of the Brazilian Steakhouses. Bravo!!!

If you’re looking for incredible Brazilian food, this place is a must-try! The flavors were absolutely amazing — every dish was fresh, seasoned perfectly, and full of authentic taste. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service made the experience even better. I left completely satisfied and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend! Tayse provided amazing service! She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Truly appreciated her professionalism and warm attitude — she definitely deserves recognition!

The Picanha was the best of the meats here. Not the small garlic one, that one we did not like. The skirt steak was the 2nd best meat with the chimichurri sauce. We sat waiting forever as they kept coming with chicken, sausage and the garlic Picanha that we did not like. They finally asked if there where any cuts we liked. So we requested a Filet and a Ribeye rare on both. Came out a little bland. Not much flavor. It was cooked as if they seared it and didnt let the meat get to 125-130 inside, which is rare. For the money I think If rather go to another steakhouse but it was a fun experience. Next time Ill just go for the Picanha. Oh and the cheese with Honey was amazing!

We’re from Chicago so the bar for a Brazilian steakhouse is pretty high. Right off the bat, the restaurant itself is beautiful and the staff is fantastic. Our waiter really prioritized our table and offered exceptional service. I started off at the salad bar and was immediately disappointed. The options weren’t appetizing and I thought the variety and layout could use improvement. Luckily, everything went uphill after a rocky start. The steak overall was good, not great. The best options were the spicy and garlic picanha and the lamb chops. The cheese and honey heaven that was bought around was to die for and I still think about it from time to time-definitely try it! I also recommend the grilled pineapple!

The first time I came here the food and service was outstanding but this time around the service wasn’t there. I had reservations for 9:45 and didn’t get seated till 10:30-10:40. Once we got seated the waiter that was taking care of us I only saw once for the rest of the night. Luckily the pitcher of water was right behind me so I got up and served myself. I would see the meat carving gentleman come out and pass our area and we barely got anything, once they did come by I requested for lamb about 5 times and I didn’t get any until after I was full. A different waiter ended up coming by and we just requested the check to leave, that took another 30 minutes or so, at this point we were the only ones in this section and maybe the 5th table in the whole restaurant that was there. I decided to get up to go to the hostess to pay up front but nobody there. A nice waiter named Lisseth saw me and asked if I needed help and right away attended us once she finished her table. She was super sweet and saw her more times than our actual waiter the whole night. I also saw all the tables get a rose but unfortunately we didn’t get one. Granted it was Valentine’s Day and it was packed but a restaurant should plan and train for special occasions like this.

My employer reserved the entire restaurant, over 150 people give or take. The service took so long to actually serve the patrons that the meat was cold, sides were cold, water glasses were empty and the inability to open a tab to prevent standing in an obnoxious line for a drink from the bat was absurd. Outside of the $20.00 bottom self vodka tonic, the food was good but this is definitely a 1 and done type place.

Lisette made the atmosphere 1000 times better. With reservations, the wait time was ridiculous. There was 30 people waiting. Lisette inquired about personally to our party and took care of us the rest of the night. Thankful. Lisette we appreciate your hospitality, a star. Wait time is ridiculous, they overbooked

It was a disappointing visit. We had a reservation and had to wait 45 minutes to get the table. We weren't the only ones waiting though. They seemed overbooked and chaotic. Once we were seated, we had stressed out people running around our table the whole time. The noise level was also unpleasant. It seemed overpriced as well.

If I could give less than 1 star for service I would. We asked for certain things multiple times, and never got it. We were there for over 2 hours and only saw our server twice. The manager we spoke to about the horrible service was very unhelpful. Additionally they gauged pricing for a “valentines day package” (which they did not advertise or let anyone know in advance) when we didn’t receive anything additional. They actually did not bring the usual sides that we normally receive. Forced to pay more for less, worse service, and unprofessional manager. Honestly the biggest waste of money. 0/10.

If the food meets expectations, I'll come back here to update this review so that it at least reflects that. While staff has been nice enough, we had an 8:30 reservation for 5 people, showed up on time, it's 9:40 and we still haven't been seated. Holiday or not, you take reservations only for what you can accommodate and while waiting over an hour as a walk-in might make sense at some places, as someone with a reservation I think it's unacceptable. We've been politely waiting our turn - we were told it'd be 40mins max, checked for an update at the 1hr mark, have stayed out of the way otherwise. The very limited seating in the waiting area made it hard for the older members of our party to wait. The fact that another party of 5 whom arrived after us got seated before us was an unfortunate cherry on top.

Absolutely horrible New Years Experience, overbooked with reservations and entirely understaffed. Management and servers were incredibly inattentive and sparse. The best part is that they give you a personal call that says to arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation for prompt seating yet we arrived at 7:30 pm for an 8:00 pm reservation and got seated at 9:15 pm. It’s not worth the hassle, you should go to Fogo de Chao instead.

Have been to this restaurant multiple times, my wife always orders the salad bar and I decided to have the same. Big mistake! This was a Friday nite just after 5 pm and the food was absolutely disgusting. We were the only couple in the entire restaurant and I could see why. The salad bar that normally cost me 26 dollars now cost me 40 plus apiece. When I brought this to management attention they told me I was wrong! Never again we I visit this total rip off establishment!

While the food was good, the service was absolutely terrible. They seated us 45 minutes after our reservation. When we asked the host if they had any progress with our table or if we should find other options for dinner, she was very rude and told us to just wait. When a server spilled dressing on our jacket there was no apology even after requesting the manager. We could see the manager yelling at our server to grab our checks immediately as if we were going to dine and dash. Overall terrible experience.

Chima Steakhouse Fort Lauderdale was busy, welcoming, and the staff treated us with respect. The meats were outstanding and the overall experience was excellent. If you value basic human decency and professionalism—especially if you or someone you love relies on a service dog—skip this place. There is a far better option right nearby.
