We had breakfast here twice while we were here and I loved it. You can watch the waves in the ocean while you eat. The staff is absolutely the best. The hostess ( I do not know here name was curtious and helpful. Our server Arlene needs a raise. If you decide to eat here,please request Arlene, you will not be disappointed but I'm sure all the staff is great. We will be coming back.

Came during a hurricane, whoopsy, but Arlene went above and beyond to take care of us, especially after our first server, Karen, forgot to bring us waters and told us we weren’t allowed to sit inside due to a “private event”. It was windy, there was no private event, and my husband and I walked in and were treated so well by Arlene! I hope to god Karen didn’t get a penny from the tip money! 10/10 Would recommend this place, but make sure you ask for Arlene, so you don’t get stuck with Karen!

My husband and I came here for the breakfast package we added onto our room staying at the Hilton. We had Petrone as our waitress 2 days in a row and she was the best!! Above and beyond service :) Also, highly recommend the Greek avocado toast, and their coffee is so good 😊

Went here for breakfast on vacation. Our server was Oriana, she was super nice and always willing to help. Good food as well and decent prices for a hotel restaurant, overall super happy with everything. Will be back.

My waitress Petrone was incredible!!! So personable and efficient. She remembered my name which always adds a nice touch. This was my first solo vaca and I stopped at Ilios first for a quick bite. She made me feel so at ease. Then the next time I came in it was extra busy- she gave me a *stiff lol* Mimosa on the house filled to the brim with a strawberry. The food is delicious and ambiance is relaxed and inviting, from the moment you walk in with the friendly front staff. If you go ask for her and show that woman some love! She deserves it!

Arlene took great care of us while staying on our baby moon at the Hilton. Always a smile and a a witty joke, which helped us enjoy ourselves even better. She is a true asset to this organization and is an exceptional waitress for the restaurant, handling lots of tables inside and outside without getting behind. Will definitely come back and ask for her again!!

We were staying at the hotel and wanted a snack. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was great! I started with a a pina colada like drink but not frozen ( don't remember the name and can't find the menu). It was in a coconut. It was nicely strong, but I wasn't the biggest fan of the flavor. Definitely packed a punch though! Next i got a mai tai which was good! I don't know why I can't find the menu. The picture of the menu on here isn't very readable. I am sorry :( The corn appetizer was really good! The sliders- each slider was different. I know one of them was a regular burger. He enjoyed all three! My fried shrimp tacos were good too! And we liked the fries! We enjoyed everything!

My brother took me and my spouse here to celebrate our birthday. The place was extremely busy. The food was ok. They came out with a surprise birthday dessert for us which was really nice.

Ilios is located inside the Hilton Beach House resort on the 6th floor, adjacent to the pool. We dined there while waiting to check in. Arlene was our server and greeted us promptly with friendly service during our meal. We ate a chicken Caesar wrap, the Mediterranean wrap and steak tacos. Beautiful view of pool deck and ocean beyond.

My waiter was really nice, he offered to bring us water and was the first one to come up to us right away, just a little bit after we sat down. It took kind of long for our food to get there but it was worth it, not really but whatever. It costed $80 for 4 people which is pretty good. The portions of food you get is good and fills you up nicely.

Honestly, way overpriced. Their avocado toast was not worth $16 and their macchiato had so much caramel in it - I could put it in a swimming pool and swim around. I understand things by the beach usually don’t have good food because it’s a tourist trap, but definitely was not worth the money. The staff was nice, but on the tip screen to start at a 20% tip is laughable. It should be so much less than that. That’s such a turn off.

Update: F&B Manager came to the rescue. He embodies service excellence. Thanks Angel! Hilton needs to keep leaders that understands customer service! Bartender Ryan made us the worst drink ever and charged us $24. When I mentioned if there was anything he could do to fix it...he said he told me exactly what was in it and then proceeded to ignore me. Doesn't get much worse than this. Plenty of other bars around to get over priced drinks with superior service. Stay away!

This was hands down the worst experience I have had in the Fort Lauderdale area. Not only did the server leave the bottle of wine unopened on our table without glasses, but the salad was one leaf of romaine. Been here before and did not experience such poor service in the past. Very disappointed for a Friday night at what we thought was a respectable spot.
