CocoFreshTea&Juice is one of my favourite places for bubble tea in the Philippines. I was happy to visit their newest location in Davie FL. I indulged in their passion mango slush with crystal boba and the brown sugar boba latte. Both were very refreshing, perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. Highly recommended if you are looking for an authentic boba experience. Service was great. CoCo started from a humble place in Tamsui in 1997. In 2011 they opened the first New York store and have continued to grow to 20 locations in New York, New Jersey & Massachusetts and 4500 stores around the world, offering an authentic boba experience.

Came by here for the first time. One of the best boba matcha tea w/ oatmilk strawberry boba & tora almond milk in davie, florida. They use premium matcha imported from japan. Leo was very friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in. The abundance is so chic and vibrant. You can sit down and enjoy your boba. They have three different plant milk options for vegans. Love it. Just added as my favorite boba tea spot. 😋🤗

Everything was fantastic ngl. The decoration was very cute , the tables and general atmosphere was clean, and the workers were helpful n such a vibe. We got a strawberry dream, mango , and drangon fruit . - would definitely get 50% sweetness. I got that and it was just the right amount imo. All 💣. Great place to get a sweet treat and talk with friends!

Super friendly and inviting atmosphere. I had the berry smoothie which was sooooo good. And my wife had the Brown Sugar Matcha Milk tea. What makes this place unique is the fact they ask you how much sugar and ice you want i. your beverage. So you get a truly custom drink. Last thing you must have are the Coco Cakes. Not too sweet and just a couple bites. Highly addictive and I highly recommend it!

I recently visited Coco and was pleasantly surprised to find that it tasted just like the one I used to enjoy in China. The drink was so delicious that it brought back lots memories of my time there. The boba had a perfect chewy texture, and the sugar level was just right. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for an authentic boba tea experience.

I went at closing time and I thought they wouldn’t take my order to my surprise despite being a “late customer” the staff was very nice and took my order right away. After receiving my order I gotta say their tea is one of the best ones I’ve try so far to my taste was even better than my favorite tiger sugar!!! I ordered their favorites brown sugar boba latte and let me tell you is very milky, silky and delicious. Definitely coming back!!!

My favorite Chinese milk tea store is now in Miami. How lucky am I!!

We stopped into Coco Fresh Tea & Juice after my son got his haircut next door at Luxury Crown Barbershop. They had a few kiosk where you can place your order which I’m a big fan of as I feel this is efficient and convenient. They also had some fun merchandise for sale such as a cute Coco Boba Plush, keychains, pins, cups and one of those fun machines where you fish for the plushies! So smart with all the merch!!! Clean and organized space too. We got a mango slushie and my son wanted lychee jelly, but they only offered coconut jelly. He’s not a fan of coconut, so the idea of that option was not appealing to him. The young guy who is working overheard us and offered to let him try the coconut jelly as we were trying to let him know that it doesn’t really taste like coconut so he might like it. Lucky for him, we were right and he ended up getting the coconut jelly. Ha. Score! Chris was the young guy who helped us and he was incredibly positive, friendly and just so personable. I really appreciate that as so many places lack customers service nowadays. Chris also noticed the shirt my son was wearing which was a Stranger Things Hellfire Club shirt. So they started chatting about Stranger Things. Such a nice guy! He got our order out pretty quickly and the mango slushie was tasty. My kid loved the drink but he didn’t love the mango pieces in the drink which may have been a texture thing for him. I personally thought it was fine. But maybe because they weren’t firm mango pieces, he didn’t love that part. Everything else was wonderful. Thanks Chris for the awesome service on this particular day! And thanks for being so personable. We’ll have to stop over to Coco every time we go to Luxury Crown Barbershop!

Really great bubble tea with a few different varieties. We tried the 3 guys which is black milk tea with 2 toppings, taro milk tea and brown sugar milk tea. All were delicious and kids loved them. Friendly staff and great service !

I’ve loved CoCo bubble tea since teaching abroad in China from 2015-2016. This is their first Florida location so was pretty stoked to purchase a drink. It did not disappoint. Got the three guys so had boba, royal jelly and pudding. In addition had zero sugar because I usually don’t like to have any added sugar — it was still delicious. My wife’s order was made wrong, but the employee made a new drink with no issues. Only con is inside the A/C doesn’t seem to be working properly.

Go! This place is great! The parking is so easy cuz the plaza is not busy. The inside is very cute and bright. The drinks are made fresh with quality ingredients. You really can taste the difference between powders and syrups vs. the actual ingredients of certain stores. And the employees are so helpful. They're always making suggestions trying to find what you'd be interested in. I'd say my only critique is that the items are not as customizable as other shops. For example I got the Brown Sugar Boba Latte and I'm not a fan of tapioca so I usually get that off, but keep the brown sugar syrup. They can't do that here. The pearls and syrup just come as one. But that's ok. The drink was still good.

I haven’t had boba that much since I’m not a fan of drinks that are too sweet but I went with friend who does. The manager suggested a matcha with reduced sugar and explained everything very nicely. 10/10 would recommend!

The bubbles are different than I'm used to.

As a bubble tea enthusiast, I was very much looking forward to coming to this place because I saw them on Instagram and it looked amazing. However, once I arrived, I was very disappointed. The reason I would not go back to this shop is because the person at the front desk was very unfriendly and did not have a good social attitude or a pleasant smile and also because the shop itself looked dirty and not well taken care of and not appealing in its furniture and decor.

Terrible customer service. We came in, ordered, and paid for our boba, but one of the toppings was missing. We politely pointed it out to the barista, but instead of simply fixing the issue, he refused to add the missing topping. When we asked to speak with someone in charge, he got defensive, saying he couldn’t give us anyone’s contact information and claimed he didn’t know the owner. After we expressed our frustration, he finally agreed to add the topping—which we had already paid for—but refused to replace the lid. This left us with an open drink, and when we asked for a new lid, he said it would be a “waste of material” and made us leave the store like that. Completely unacceptable.

I will not return to this place to avoid running into this guy. I do not recommend going and having this person serve you since you will receive very bad customer service.

The employee shows very bad attitude to the customer when order the drink, not respectful when we ask for clarification.

My son spilled his drink. They were not able to re make it. Or clean up the mess I know they were busy I offered to clean it up. They were no help. Not coming back not friendly.

** Unpleasant Unfriendly & RUDE** I went with my 8 year old daughter who was very excited to try Boba for the first time. Which I explained to the man behind the counter. He wasn't friendly at all. His response to her 2nd question regarding flavors was 'what are you talking about' I gave him a peice of my mind and left!

came in no greeting no anything, ordered through the kiosk and no one was at the front to start making our drinks. i had to call back excuse me multiple times before someone came out. once the gentleman did he made our drinks without saying nothing. drinks were ok but won’t be back again.

this boba place is the worst boba ever 1) I had a lemon Yakut tea and then literally 30 min later my stomach started hurting sooo bad I called this location when I came home let them know what happened and they just told me to go to the hospital and didn’t even ask me if I’m okay such poor management while I’m writing this I’m in so much pain DONT COME HERE EVER IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET SICK 🤢 !!!!!

Seems like going the same path as Tiger Sugar, started good and going downhill slowly. Not willing to accommodate drink modification, customer service is acceptable. Lately tastes watery on the drinks. They premix lots of tea with milk powder and just pour it.

It may have 4.4 stars but the chick there has zero communicating skills after i went out my way to go to this place. Never again. I could've went somewhere they appreciated my business.
