It’s like the 4th time I’ve been here and I have to say, there’s nothing wrong with this place. I love the music, the atmosphere, and omg the food is sooooo gooood! This day we ordered the Easter Ham Dinner and the Portobello Mushroom pasta w chicken, the pastas here are amazing, this is one of my favorite places to eat in Wilton Manors, highly recommended. ☺️ Dayana is so amazing! She was so attentive and charismatic, we loved her, hahaha
LOVE havn drinks and food at Alibis. David, Mateo, Daniel and Charlie are my regular servers and they are amazing!!! Prices are always the best with drink chips that no one can compete against. Atmosphere of Wilton Spirit with shows and great music. Sitting outside is absolutely amazing no matter what the temperature with heaters and fans keeping us feeling the vibe.

We eat here weekly, mostly dining outdoors on the patio. The recent addition of the front covered patio is awesome! Food is convenient here and drinks are tasty. Highly recommend lemon drop martini with grey goose. Vegetarian burger seems homemade, meat eaters will love it too!
What a fun place for drinks and food. We went yesterday evening and had a great time. Fantastic and lethal $4 long island ice teas at happy hour . Our server Charlie was so friendly and so helpful. We had nachos and chicken cob salad and they were both very good . Can't wait to go back.
Always a great time Nico and Matty the best! AC too cold too early though!
Rigo took good care of us. Super friendly and attentive
Good food. Great service. Attentive, friendly, and humorous.
Rigo was an excellent server and the ambiance outside of great!
Georgie's Alibi never disappoints. It is a great place to start and end the night. They have an extensive food menu if you want to grab a bite to eat before a night of drinking. Check out Thursdays for their $3 LITs. Don't say I didn't warn you ;) Parking can be a bit of a nightmare as there are many bars and shops in the area. If you're into strong drinks, great ambience, and excellent music, then this is the place for you!
Matt is absolutely amazing! He always provides top-notch service and makes every visit to Alibi unforgettable. His attention to detail, incredible cocktail skills, and friendly attitude create the perfect bar experience. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does and genuinely cares about his customers. He’s definitely one of the main reasons I keep coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️
Nico is a great bartender, always pleasant and attentive. My friends and I come to Alibi just to see him.
I love everything over this place, and the attention from de bartenders always is good, especially Luis and Mattie 😳♥️♥️♥️♥️
Walked in the inside bar to watch Natasha and my favorite bartender Maddie wasn’t there very disappointed had to wait forever for a drink. Finally, I had to go outside bar to get one
Love Mikel and his attention to detail and charismatic personality! Definitely one of my favorites in wilton!!
Our waitress was a bit off!! she had long black hair but seemed like she kept a conversation going on her iPod ear piece through out our stay. Felt I was interrupting her when we needed something. The food and ambience was great!!
Food always hot and timely. Staff friendly and attentive. This is my go to place 🥰
Favorite day bar. Outdoor patio or indoor bar/restaurant. Big menus. Brunch/lunch/dinner/late night. Busy nights & wkends.
I bounce in and out of FLL for work often; stopping by mid day for the happy hour benefits they have had forever. While I’ve never had a bad experience, I always look forward to Maikel and his smile behind the bar. I legit come here because he remembers me on my infrequent stops and it’s a good feeling. Drinks are good, specials are good. Never eaten here, but a lot of people order food 🤷🏼♂️
Nico bartender is one of the best also jamil from the night as well to really care about the Clients
Fabulous service and staff. Have been a daily regular since 2020. So impressed with Bryan..both as bartender and a manager... charming, handsome, and so service oriented. And so wonderful that the condiment fruit trays are back. Love my martini olives. So many other talents there ...Mike B., Nico, Mikael, Chuck, Dmitri, Mikey, David and Johnny provide outstanding leadership. Great ambiance, delicious food and drinks, and always gracious hospitality!
Love this place. I always have a good time whenever I visit. However, I gave service 4 stars. Service as in the bar service. I have found that at times there seems to be 1 bartender who falls short in the customer service area. Not being observant of customer standing at bar waiting to be served. I've actually had 1 bartender literally see customer standing at bar, literally the only person standing at the bar and literally look right pass them and not acknowledge that they are standing there waiting to be served. This Has happened more than once mind you. Sometimes I get the feeling that they think that they're better than you in some way. They have an arrogant disposition about them. Found this to be true in a few bars in that Wilton Manors area. I think that just because some of them have a muscle or 2, it gives them a sense of superiority to some that they are serving. Some of them ain't even all that good looking either. I digress. Overall, my experience there has always been lovely and fun with the exception of always 1 bartender who kills your vibe; but only if you allow it to.
Always love a trip to Alibi. Definitely a reliable go-to! David is the best!
We visit the Alibi several times a week. The patio area is wonderful to sit at and the food is always great! The best part of going is our server Charlie, always happy, attentive, knows your drink before you ask! The best weekend happy hour in town!
I have been to Alibi many times over the years when I visit, but this year was by far the best experience I have had. We immediately connected with our server, Dustin, and continued to visit throughout the weekend and made sure to request to sit in his section. He is not only quick and efficient at his job, but he is also one of the most lovely and genuine human beings you will have the privilege of meeting. $4 long islands on Thursdays and buy one get one happy hour can't be beat. The food is amazing and the house-made ranch is a must. The outdoor seating has plenty of different options to make yourself comfortable. Cheers.
Nicolas was very nice and professional. We are here on vacation and we decided to come here and was very pleased with Nicolas .
Matti & Nico are the best bartenders anywhere - love them. + the entertainment - Brian Mason is wicked good - great time - cheers
The best place on The Drive for top-notch entertainment, amazing staff, and a great atmosphere! Special shout out to their amazing bartenders, Matty, Dante, Nico, Luis, Lee, Dimitri, and Jameel…I can’t say enough about these guys and how welcoming they are!
Charlie is actually one of the amazing servers that works for Georgie‘s Alibi for many years and it’s proven himself worthy of a five star review after many times of joining him during happy hour times makes me keep coming back five stars across the board
Our crew has lunch at the Alibi every Sunday. Food is delicious 😋 Bryan is so fun and very energetic...not to mention, he's very easy on the eyes too !!🤩
The server was gregarious, happy go lucky, and professional. Overall, she was delightful. My food was outstanding.
Alibi is always great place for food, drinks, dancing and entertainment! A great team will make sure your visit is special. Cheers to Nico for always being so professional and kind 🙏
Matt and Nico are the greatest. A definite asset to Alibi. Great personalities and excellent service. Makes our time here 100% better. Great guys!
Best wings in town! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Diana served me and was fantastic. Excellent service, thank you! 5 stars

Before you even get to your barstool, you are warmly greeted by Matt and Nico. Sincere, one of the boys, each makes you feel at home. Great mixers and interaction all the time !!!!!!!
Rigo was our server and was great! We only had drinks on the patio but it was lovely as always.
The best vibes always!! The drag shows and the bartenders are TOP TIER! Mattie always is so kind and personable.
Such a great experience! Mattie is the best…so friendly and attentive. Such a welcoming vibe. Makes a great cocktail
Mateo was one of the greatest servers I’ve had at any establishment … he had to deal with one of the most rudest customers I’ve ever witness at an establishment yet he did his job with such professionalism and integrity that have witnessed… i Recommend anyone to go and if lucky enough have Mateo as your server !!!!
I can honestly say that in my younger years I would come to Thursday Long Island nights. Now that I'm older I stopped coming YET a couple years ago I came with a friend from out of town and sat inside with Mike the bartender. Outstanding service. He gave great recommendations on food, drinks and a bread pudding. I live in Miami Beach and now drive Mondays and Tuesdays to sit inside with him. Great music, drink prices and best bartender in Wilton Manors 😁
Chuck at the outside bar is really good at bartending. Happy hour drinks are 2-4-1. Friendly people
Every time I go there, I have a great time. I also take my dog when we go out to eat, and the staff is amazing with him. They give him a lot of love.
Fantastic place to go with great entertainment, and the atmosphere of camaraderie. Shout out to Matt, Nico, Luis, Lee, and Dante for the best service on the drive!
Always a friendly place to eat good food! We love Brian on Friday nights, the bartenders, and servers. Great employees!!
When I order food here, always good. I enjoy every delectable bite! Service and entertainment great too!! I’m new to area and this is quickly one of my favorites!
We love this place. Of note is the excellent bar and wait staff - all of them. Tonight Jose was our wait person. Mike are bartender. Best staff member may be the chef of long standing service. I thoroughly enjoy his specials that change every night. One of the best in Wilton makers for combination of food drink and entertainment.
Great atmosphere. The shirtless bartenders had amazing customer service, the Latino one. Made me the best drinks I’ve had. Loved it. Plz do not lower the quality of your staff… I’ve had so many unpleasant experiences lately with customer service (not at this place, but other places yes), and it leaves a sour taste in my mouth. And makes me not ever want to go out. But your place remains a small beacon of light, don’t lose that plz
I come to alibi with a group of my friends every Sunday for brunch when Bryan Hold on is behind The bar. He treats us with amazing service and I always get our order right and make sure our drinks are always full. Excellent service and excellent food always!
Georgie's Alibi is a terrific establishment in the heart of Wilton Manors. Great vibe and cordial staff. I love the patio bar/cafe. It is so easy to meet new people or to rendezvous with friends. The bartenders are exceptional and provide amazing service.
I’ve been coming to Alibi’s over 10 years and it keeps improving. I love the variety it provides with different entertainment and dining experiences that keep changing daily. Friendly staffs work very had to make your visits special. Especially Jessie welcomes you so warmly and takes care of you and makes you feel right at home.
Been coming here for may years! Great staff! We adore all the bar staff because we are happy hour guys and they are great to us! Louis levis Brian Eric Michael Danny Dante chuckles jose mickel Matty Jamil niko Dimitri lee!
Have a nice grilled chicken and sweet potato fries. All was very good. David was our server and he was great. He helped me figure out what I wanted and checked back regularly. Very appreciated!
Great place! Always a blast. Food was way better than we expected from “bar food.” And Rigo was A+ as our server!

Fine dining this place is not. But it has a very festive atmosphere and is a good place to meet up with buds. The drinks are ok this is more a place of to meet friends. It’s been around for a long time so it is an institution or sorts. Parking can be a big issue in the evenings. There is some outside seating which can be fun with good weather.
Just moved to the manors 2 weeks ago and trying out all the hangs. I've been to Alibi 3x and so far it's been enjoyable. I bring my 75 pound staffy bulldog MO and she is welcome and given water and lots of pets. I did learn quickly one cannot sit at bar with a dog but tables are fine. Today I met a nice kid named Mateo today. Gave me some tips on cool places to eat at. The food is pretty decent from what I've had so far. Met the chef today and he's a nice kid. The drinks are decent. I like my Espresso martinis and while it's good it's not like I'm used to. Atmosphere is just eh, normal everyday patio bar. Day crowd is a nice mix of ur every day older gentlemen which is what I like as I'm old..u kids wear me out!! Lol So, yes we will be back.
David was a peach, food was pretty good for bar food. Place is a little run down from what I remember but still worthy.

When taking a look at a place as dynamic as Georgie’s Alibi Monkey Bar it would almost be easier to rate certain aspects of it on different levels, such as the table service, entertainment, and overall atmosphere. With that said all areas are really great and enjoyable. The kitchen takes bar food way up a notch and they have some great entertainment regardless of the fact that it’s not really the type of entertainment I enjoy it’s still offers a fun and inviting atmosphere. I really do wish more people would make use of the dance floor though.
I actually think this is a great hot spot in miami, for fun, it gets crowded for sure however the entertainment is fun, not too much of the guys dancers but the food I actually liked for it being a bar. Definitely enjoyed their wonton and pasta! Drinks, ehhh i like the buy one get one option but they are, okay. Always worth a try for own preference.

Nice terrace with a good selection of items on the menu. The staff is friendly but the service was very slow considering it was a late lunch. The food quality was ok. The crab slider very tasty.
always stop by when I'm in the area. just sad to see the decline in service not just here, but all over. after finishing a burger and drink, server asked if I wanted pie, cake or something else. no mention of the 2 for 1 drink special shown on the TV. the response when asked if my drink was part of the 2 for 1 special was 'I'll make it happen.' if I ordered something unusual or not on the menu, maybe I could understand that response. my feeling is the server is asking for a bigger tip because they are getting me another drink (that per their media),I have already paid for. maybe I am just too old to be let out in public without a chaperone..

Added extra expenses they nickel and dime you, asked for 1000 dressing that usually comes with and extra charge of $2 ridiculous
First time back in ages and disappointing. Went Saturday night for the drag show and dancing afterwards. We have no issues with the quality of drag performers. However everything else sucked? Latino looking/younger bartenders lazy with poor attitudes. Drinks expensive even with 2 for 1. No call options for gin? Place smells like old beer/dirty mop/weed. People allowed to vape everywhere. Absolutely no production value for drag show; poor lighting, stupid/slow DJ, no video feed, nothing... People allowed to stand anywhere ordering nothing and not tipping entertainers while blocking the bar service areas. Needs more chairs for drag show. Dance music was antiquated or all Latino themed, not fun at all.
I do not live in Florida, but I vacation here twice a year. I always manage to get to alibi at some point. Every time I come the place looks completely different. They need to stop with the renovations because every time I come it looks smaller and smaller and sleazier. 20 years ago when I came here for the first time I thought it was a very classy place. That has completely changed. The drinks are now very expensive even though they are two for one on some nights. Pretty soon it’s gonna turn into another Ramrod.
Went there with a friend June 8 at the outside bar. Bartender was completely silent and rude. He was on his phone the whole time. Our finished plate of chicken fingers (about 5 pieces not large) $20 was left in front of us forever. He never asked about refills or anything, zero conversation. Worst bartender on the Drive. Maybe he thought he was too good looking or straight for the customers. Didn’t like his job.Not a repeat for me.
Average quality food and service. But the place is rundown and filthy. Makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like when the bathroom is so disgusting, and the basic indoor bar area is falling apart with ripped seats and buckled floors I don’t think I’ll ever eat here again.
I’ve been to this place many times, but what a change it’s become. These days it feels geared almost entirely toward the younger crowd—and the music often isn’t even danceable. I remember when the venue was just coming into its own, when they played real songs: music you could actually feel, enjoy, and move to. The kind that filled the room and had everyone dancing, together. I truly hope it finds its way back to some of those nights again.
We went to the bar 2 nights ago, I ordered a Campari and Soda and the bartender unknown to me at that moment gave me Cramberry juice and soda, I paid via Apple Pay and gave him a nice tip, I then tasted the drink and I tried to get his attention immediatelly, but he was busy, it took him about 8-10 minutes to get back to me, I told him the drink was wrong, and instead of credit my previous drink since I returned it, he charged me for the correct drink full price, he SHOULD as a courtesy from his mistake credited me the difference. I could not dispute the charge with him since he seemed to be the agressive type, and did not want to start a discord; nevertheless, he also placed the screen towards to me so I could scan my Apple pay, before I could say anything, he left to attend other customers, he didn't return to this particuler cashier and he went away to the other end of the bar where he stayed, hey really knows what he's doing and he avoided going to my side of the bar. Tricky bartender in this place, be aware, advice: before paying, taste your drink.

rarely write reviews, but tonight’s experience at Alibi was beyond unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer since 2014, and I have never felt so disrespected in this establishment. What happened tonight was embarrassing, unprofessional, and honestly disgusting. Alibi promotes a “two drinks for the price of one” deal where you receive a token for a second drink. Let me be clear: that second drink is already paid for. However, the moment you return with the token, the bartenders’ attitude completely changes. The friendliness disappears. The service quality drops. You are treated as if you are asking for something free — when you are not. When I went to claim my second drink, the bartenders deliberately ignored me. I was standing at the bar making eye contact, and they acted as if I didn’t exist. After multiple attempts to get served, I was finally given a drink that was clearly incomplete and not prepared with the same quality as the first one. When I calmly asked for the staff names in order to leave a review, one of the bartenders called security. Instead of asking what happened, security approached with an aggressive and confrontational attitude, demanding access to customers’ personal phones because the bartender claimed he had been recorded. They said the bartender had the right to record customers because it is a “public place,” but that customers could not record them. That level of hypocrisy and intimidation is unacceptable. Security’s role is to ensure safety and professionalism — not to intimidate customers or automatically defend employees without understanding the situation. Going out on your day off after working all week should be enjoyable. Instead, I was made to feel like I was the problem, when the real issue was poor service, lack of professionalism, and an obvious double standard. If management truly cares about its reputation and long-term customers, this behavior needs to be addressed immediately.
This nasty disgusting horrible person of a so call bartender doesn’t have any respect or customer service. He is trash and doesn’t belong behind a bar. His attitude stinks like his breathe. When he came to service my table I immediately said “may I order lemon pepper wings please” he walked off grab his tablet and came back he asked did I want 8 or 12 piece I ask how much was the 12 piece he gave the amount and because it was a Monday night I ask was there any drink specials I wasn’t able to hear him because he quickly with a passive aggressive tone answered. I ignored the slight aggression, my friend handed me his phone in the mist of the short angry man saying to me “what flavor wings do you want because the kitchen is about to close” with a rushing demeanor as if he was annoyed my friend handed me his phone in the middle of him telling me how much the 12 piece was and the drink special which again he said so quickly with a nasty tone. So I responded to him “lemon pepper, I said that already” he almost broke his neck and gave me the nastiness look. The thing is people don’t like their own medicine. The whole time he’s being passive aggressive and now that it’s being done back to him, he didn’t like it. He got upset because I gave him the energy he gave to me and also if he was doing his job right and was actively listening and providing good customer service he wouldn’t have to ask what flavor wings I wanted because I said from start may I order lemon pepper wings please. We go back and forth for a little and he thought he was doing something by getting on the walkie talkie to call his manager, who I complained to about the short angry man attitude, behavior, and disgusting customer service. Avoid this angry short man at all cost his attitude is disgusting or they just need to get rid of him you don’t need to be in that industry with bad customer service that’s bad for business.
My friends and I visited Wilton Manors for Halloween and, as usual, made a stop at Alibi — typically one of our must-visit spots. Unfortunately, our experience this time was extremely disappointing and, frankly, troubling. One member of our group ordered five shooters. As the bartender (pictured) began pouring rail vodka, our friend realized he hadn’t specified the brand and politely asked if we could have Grey Goose instead. Rather than clarifying or continuing the order, the bartender immediately stopped, threw his hands up, rolled his eyes, and walked away to serve other customers. Over the next thirty minutes, despite multiple polite attempts to reorder and even offering to pay for the original drinks, the bartender refused to address or serve anyone in our group. We were all coherent, calm, and respectful. What made the situation worse was that four of the five of us are Black, and it was hard not to notice the contrast between how we were treated and how the bartender eagerly served others around us. We tried to get a manager’s attention, but the crowd was too large that night. Still, the experience left us feeling unwelcome and singled out in a space that’s supposed to be inclusive and affirming. We’ve always appreciated the usually friendly and welcoming environment at Alibi, which makes this experience especially disheartening. I hope management takes this seriously so no one else has to feel discriminated against or dismissed in what should be a safe and joyful space for everyone.

Needs a major cleaning or new manager…..or both! Sitting at the bar watching gnats land on the uncovered fruit.
We literally waited 40 minutes for our food to arrive. It’s not like they were swamped. No offers to refill our ice tea. Beef stroganoff was just literally loaded with garlic. Way too much!! Photos do not lie with showing it wasn’t busy.. Our waiter was practically nowhere and non attentive. Waited 15 min to get our bill...$45 ( without any alcoholic drinks) place is rubbish. Save your money and your time.
Very Disrespectful Experience My family and I waited over 30 minutes without being acknowledged or assisted. When we finally got someone’s attention, we were told the kitchen was closed. During that entire time, we tried multiple times to get help — even calling out to the outside bartender, who responded with an attitude and clear frustration. What made this worse was overhearing two employees say, “They don’t need nothing to eat anyways, let them go.” That was not only incredibly disrespectful but also felt blatantly racist. We came to support your establishment, but this experience was completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I hope serious steps are taken to address how customers — especially Black families — are treated here.
I was today Good Friday To eat some seafood mostly the all employee they will be more professional and not discriminated because I m a different Religion and I believe in God our creator. Respect is the first thing the humans beans need to bee in ours values. We are the same and we needs to conscientiously our loves for each others. ❤️
They have completely destroyed this far.I've been going there since the nineties.I just went there ordered amahi salad. They charged me three dollars for substituting the ranch dressing and asking for tartar sauce. Then, they put a gratuity on the check without my knowledge. The places a scam, it's depressing, it's dark, it's very clicky it's not a nice place, don't go
The waiter at the first bar next to the door is unbelievably rude — the worst experience. So disrespectful; people like that shouldn’t be working anywhere. I wouldn’t come back because of him.
The issue with Alibi’s is that it does not protect its customers. Several persons have reported their drinks being spiked at this venue and it should be investigated. I am one of these persons. I will never return to this establishment and I warn that if you are to go here, please be very cautious and vigilant.
The guy at the main bar took my $20 for a beer and a rum, didn't check it out, and left the change. I was left waiting. They're stealing, and there's also another guy at the other bar across the street who, if you have a card, gives you tips. Then he gives you coins and you want to change them. Then he wants a tip. And if you don't give it, he tells you it's the last time he'll serve you. They're awful.
Local resident here. We have been coming here for 1+ year now and the quality of the food and service has steadily gone down hill. The "steak" in the dish is better used for racoon food. Our wait staff (Georgie) was useless as he only wanted to chat, laugh and drink with his friends.
I just went to go have a few drinks and was denied entry with my service dog. I told the guy at the door that he was service and is clearly wearing his harness and was told he can stay outside. Maybe educate your employees on laws because I will be following through with the denial. Florida State Law (Wilton Manors is in Florida) Florida law at § 413.08 reinforces federal protections: • Individuals with disabilities have the right to be accompanied by a service animal in all public accommodations that the public normally uses. • A business cannot charge a deposit or extra fees just because someone has a service animal. • Refusing entry or interfering with someone’s access with a service animal can be a second-degree misdemeanor under state law.
This place is amazing! The ambiance is top tier! I am a regular customer and this is where I choose to spend my leisure time when I’m not at work. However, I’m a writing to bring the Manager attention regarding one of the bartenders name James. While I always appreciate the atmosphere and reputation of George’s Alibi, I have repeatedly experienced James being unnecessarily mean and rude with patrons. This has not been an isolated incident, but rather a repeated pattern of behavior. His negative attitude creates unwelcoming environment, which is disappointing given the otherwise friendly and enjoyable reputation of this establishment. I value George’s Alibi and hope to continue visiting, but I strongly encourage management to address this matter so that all guests can enjoy the positive and inclusive environment that your bar is known for. Thanks for your attention to this matter. Sincerely MC On two occasions I came here to have
We literally waited 40 minutes for our food to arrive.
Stopped in a for a few drinks and to hangout for a little while as I always do when visiting the area, ordered a vodka soda from the bartender he recommended Tito’s so I said sure unknowingly I would be paying almost $15 for a drink, when there was a special on absolute for half the price, it felt pretty shady knowing as a bartender my self I would always offer what we have special also. It gave off a very scammy feeling and put a bad taste on the tongue, I think after the many years of patronizing this bar I will no longer be coming back. The last year it’s gone downhill from service standards to sketchy service practices. There’s many more upbeat and professional setting close by that do not break the wallet or make you feel scammed.
Thank you for responding to my post below. The issue with having dogs in the areas you mentioned are both non smoking. My spouse and I both smoke. It was nice to be able to go to a place where we could spend Fridays and not be treated like outcasts due to being smokers. Unfortunately the options you are giving would make it even more difficult in keeping a dog calm due to having to go to another area to have a cigarette. I appreciate the staff and all they have done over the years. Unfortunately, we will be going to other venues on the drive that do not have the policy that you have implemented unless there is a change. So to all you dog lovers who smoke, I’d suggest looking at other places on drive. This review has nothing to do with the servers or the bartender. This has to do with the owner and the manager who was on duty on February 16 during the lunch hour. I have been coming to Alabi since it first opened in 1997. Bartenders and servers have always been fantastic. Almost every Friday my spouse and I have gone to Alabi with our dog and sit on the patio. My spouse has wrapped our dog’s leash around his leg as a precaution in case another dog comes in the area. The owner has now made it a policy that dogs can only be in certain areas of the patio to prevent any problems. However this logic makes no sense. There will be issues if an owner does not restrain their dog as we do and is still on the patio. My spouse and I have spent a great deal of money at Alabi. We have made sure servers get tipped well especially since it is lunch and is slower. We bring our out of town visitors Alabi every time someone comes to visit. Today we were told by the manager (I will also say for a manager he needs to dress a little more appropriate- his clothing was a sloppy t-shirt. I wouldn’t have known he was the manager had I not asked the server). When he spoke to us about not allowing us to have dog in area he came across very rude. As for the owner, I find it extremely disappointing how he is treating his regular patrons who do all they can to promote Alabi. If he doesn’t want dogs on the patio by bar then it should be the entire area. Dogs will be dogs. Because of his actions we will go to other places on the drive that are welcoming to dogs. Many other businesses and servers will be happy to have our business and yours if you have a dog. I feel bad more for the servers. They are the ones who lose out the most from the loss of tips. I feel like the owner really doesn’t care who supports their day time staff
Long time customer but I guess they recently made some policy changes about areas outside where you can sit with your dog. They have a right to do this, but I will say their new policy makes no sense, but that's not the issue. The issue was the way the, I assume manager, came up to me without ever introducing himself and just told us we could not sit where we where sitting. He had a very rude attitude. When I asked why he simply stated that he was only following what the owner stated. The servers are great but whoever the manager was today really lost a customer.
Went to this spot last night and the service was horrible. The bartender at the main bar inside was rude, extremely aggressive and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a drink and once he poured it and asked for shot as well. He threw his hands in the air and said this is too much and proceeded to become extremely abrasive. I asked what was the problem and he started telling me he doesn’t need the money or the stress but we should tip him. We tipped to calm him down and he took the drink and poured it out. My friend demanded that he made the drink again and he was being nasty about it. He then said we should get from his bar before he got the GM and security to kick us out. This was our first drink and we just got there so I was confused. Spoke to the GM and he was just as rude, telling me I don’t know why it happened but there’s nothing he can do. At that point, the other patrons noticed what was happening and offered to buy our drinks. I’m so confused on how it is they treat customers so poorly and still stay in business. Ps this passive aggressive behavior is not cute, but I will never return to your establishment.
I had a truly unacceptable experience here. A guy rushed past my table, slammed into it, and my entire drink went straight into my lap. I was soaked. He threw out a quick “sorry” and ran off to the bathroom without doing anything to fix what he caused. No offer to help, no offer to replace the drink, nothing. Anyone would be upset in that situation. I was sitting there drenched while trying to enjoy a night out with a friend. When he came back out, I tried to talk to him about it. Before I could even speak, his friend grabbed me from behind in a bear hug and said, “Leave him alone, I’m his friend.” That alone was completely out of line. I was simply trying to address what had happened. What happened next was even worse. Staff took the guy outside to listen to his story, but they refused to let me explain mine. They kept shutting the door on me and the bartender kept repeating, “He said he told you he was sorry,” as if that one sentence erased the fact that I was sitting there soaked and uncomfortable. A quick apology from someone who ran away is not accountability. Then a staff member told me, “You’ll be leaving soon,” before even hearing what actually happened. That attitude made the entire situation feel hostile and dismissive. I was not upset for no reason. I was drenched, ignored, and treated like I was the problem for reacting to something that would have upset anyone. If someone dumped a drink all over you and ran off, would “sorry” be enough for you? This situation was handled poorly from start to finish. A little respect, a little fairness, and actually listening to both sides would have solved everything. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and blamed for a mess someone else caused.

There is no reason for me to ever return to this establishment. I ordered a $20 fish and chips. It’s thrown at me from across the bar. The servers are hateful, rude, and have said negative comments not the bartender. He was the opposite trying to amend for other people’s mistakes, however if I’m having service like this at any price, it’s not worth it to me. Enjoy your success . This was me giving you a second chance, I didn’t deserve the service I received and you didn’t deserve a second chance I’m paying nine dollars for a beer. The bartenders are doing shots for free on the patio doesn’t seem very fair or Cost-effective. I sat at the main bar inside for 10 minutes and no one even asked me if I wanted anything I was ignored Earlier in the day, I went there and had the Italian flatbread. It was very good. The place is very in my opinion dirty there Is evidence of water or oil or something like that on The wallpaper in the booth next to the tables You asked what they look like two of them had great bodies one with colored bleached hair the other had many tattoos they looked as if they could be brothers. The other was a short person with curly hair They must have had in total of 7 or 8 shots in Total. The register never opened once. The night 8/5/2025 kitchen had closed Please keep the drink it was odd tasting and worm.
