Phenomenal. The pho was perfect portions of rice noodle, meat, and broth (I couldn't finish and I'm a beefy guy). You get a healthy portion of bean sprouts, jalapenos and lime to add to your liking and a variety of sauces and spices to choose from. It was dead when we first walked in, which was a shock now having finished our food. Service was impeccable, kind gentleman with great attitude and made great menu recommendations. I had the beef pho + a summer roll, husband had chicken pho, summer roll and Thai Tea and he spoke very highly of his food and drink choice too. Perhaps this is a hidden gem, maybe it's not well known, but I'll be recommending this to our friends and neighbors to give it a shot. If you haven't, go give them a try.
⸻ My husband and I visited this restaurant on a Friday night and had a fantastic experience. We started with the Thai empanadas—absolutely exquisite! Perfectly crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor inside. For our main course, I ordered the beef pho, and my husband had a combination of beef and chicken pho. Both were rich, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. The restaurant is small and charming, with tasteful decor and soft, easy-listening music that added to the relaxing atmosphere. Service was prompt and genuinely friendly, making the entire dining experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Small and cozy welcoming feeling here. The food is totally worth the money and more. The mushroom lover appetizer is off the charts on flavor. My friend hates the texture of mushrooms and even he was chowing down on these. Each bite just had a burst of flavor. The chicken wings, legit fried wings with a crunch on every bite, no grease and just moist chicken. The three of us got "What the Pho" and it was phofriggintastic! Would definitely order that again. All in all, the three of us will definitely return in the future. Everything is filling and it was well worth it.
What a beautiful restaurante, very quiet, soft music, amazing service and the Food, OMG 😲 😍 soooooo delicious 😋 Owner very attentive, thank you for your amazing service and Happy New Year I ordered the spicy soup 🍲 and the fried ice cream 🍦
The pho here is AMAZING! Got the beef pho w/ shrimp and it was delicious! Tui (server/manager) was a delight lol . . . Spicy edamame and shrimp Shumai were yummy . . . Definitely coming back when I’m in town again. It is street parking so it’s a little tricky but worth it. They close at 10PM on Sundays! FYI. Not 11:30PM
Excellent tasting Pho especially on a chilly day or any other day. I've been here a few times and they are consistent with good service, generous portions and a flavorful pho. There no wait time that we've experienced but it can get packed. Great vibes and lively atmosphere but not loud where it can be distracting. If you're looking for a nice evening out or just in the mood to have dinner for one....I highly recommend this place. Plus it's great to support our locally owned restaurants.
Ok sooo DELICIOUS! We had the Thai empanadas as an app, and we INHALED them before I could even get to a photo. Once we had those I knew I had to leave a review and took other photos. Pho broth was deeply flavourful, the beef was tender. The sautéed udon was also extremely tasty - the veggies in it were still crispy. Generous portions of each & so many veggies. They didn’t cheap out. The service was so warm and friendly. We’re visiting from Canada and will be going back before we leave Fort Lauderdale!
OMG RECORD LEVEL OF DELICIOUS!! Amazing Flavors and great portions. I had to do a sampler and tried a few different dishes and was not disappointed at all!! Make sure you ask for the chili sauce on the side if you want some heat. Would recommend and return again!

i’ve been here twice and loved it so much. I have tried many veggie phos and have never been able to find one that is as flavorful as this! so delicious

Great food and that combo Phŏ is amazing. Thank you for the wonderful lunch.
The food here was so good. We ordered the chicken wings which were so crispy & juicy. We also ordered the Chicken & Dumpling Ramen Noodle, Chicken Fried Rice and Crispy Spring Rolls...everything was AMAZING! Definitely going back. Great fresh and quality food.
Absolutely my favorite pho place ever! I come here every week because of how much I love their taste in pho and I’ve gone to different places to see if I can find something similar but they have the most delicious pho. The owners are the sweetest people and I genuinely feel like a daughter ☺️ you guys are amazing and make me feel so loved. WHAT THE PHO CAN I SAY TO CONVINCE YOU TO GO AND TRY IT ?!!
I just got the house special fried rice to go. And it is amazing.! It's no wonder why the price is a little bit high. But in this economy it really is a fair price. It's for really, really good qualitating fried rice. the shrimp was fresh. The chicken was great. All of it was great.
The owners, the wait staff, the food! The actual kindness that you receive walking in the door, makes it every kind of happy place. And the food is beyond delicious!! Thank You Tony, Ming?( Tony is the owner and her husband’s name?? I am so sorry if I’m spelling it wrong.) it was so lovely to meet you both. I will be a regular for life! Alan our cutiepie waiter!! You made it the greatest night ever. It was exactly what I needed after not being able to eat for quite some time the Pho was delicious!!
Absolutely delicious!! Great service. We ordered the Crepe as an appetizer which was light and yummy. The chicken Pho is fantastic all very fresh ingredients and wonderful broth. We were first time costumers and the owner brought us his take on Thai Donuts! So tasty!
A good experience between food and service.
Staff are nice. Food is fresh and flavors are perfectly balanced. I usually don't like the meatballs from other Pho places but I was recommended to try it from here so I did. I also tried the chicken pho and I would order either that or the meatballs again.
While I admit I've never been to Vietnam, eating here made me mentally take a trip. Everything was so deliciously seasoned and fresh. The "What the Pho" has a delightful flavored that flows through you and embraces your very soul. Packed rich with proteins to aid in muscle recovery following leg day at the gym. Do yourselves a favor and go here as soon as possible. And make sure to have a Vietnamese Coffee as well. Rich, sweet and creamy it's a dessert all on it's own!
Had takeout a few times, dined in once. The food is very good, broth is tasty and the portion size is great. Definitely fills you up. The only time when I dined I got taken care of by a nice older man who was fast and prompt with his service.
this place is Honestly the best pho i’ve been in lower mainland , the staff was so nice and the interior was well decorated, but the food was best part. They have a unique taste to their soup that made me and my friends come back for more, this is now our to go pho place that beats every pho place in surrey IMO.
Such an awesome little place. There is metered parking right out front. They staff is excellent! I didn't realize they were closed until 5 pm but when I showed up around 4:45, I was greeted, sat and served anyway. I came specifically for Pho and that's what I ordered, along with hot sake. It was delicious and more than filling, the only down side is they only offer one size. I couldn't finish the large bowl but if you have someone to share with, it's perfect. An extra bonus: all the staff is hot!!
Me and my friend had an amazing experience at the What the Pho bar today, the service was great, staff was super nice and friendly, and most important the food was amazing. Probably the best bun (noodles) and Tom Yum soup I ever tried! Will absolutely come back to try the rest of the menu.
The food was amazing!! I was hosted by Toa and he was the sweetest! Great customer service over the phone too! Highly recommend the chicken pho for those who are picky! The fried ice cream was amazing!!!! 10/10, would come back again.
Everything came out super hot and fresh I got grilled lled chicken ramen Thai tea and chicken spring rolls…super delicious super fresh ingredients…I also liked that it was quiet in there.
Food and service at this location is excellent. Their pho is very good, along with their curry, pad Thai, appetizers, bun bowls, etc. I've tried various plates here and they are consistently good. Service is excellent!!
First time here and will definitely be coming back! Expansive menu with very tasty options. The mango sticky rice was to die for, a must try when it’s in season! Amazing service, my food was bagged for me to go and the atmosphere was so friendly. 10/10 a must try!
Tin was our server. He was great ! But the food ???? Oh my.. I never had pho before so I wanted to try... let's just say my 7 & 8 y/o took my pho !! Its was very well made. We will be back ! Thank you! Also the red curry, their Thai iced tea and honey lychee ice tea was amazing just the lychee were spoiled .. other than that everything was impressively delicious. Also thanks for having regular functioning hours for memorial day we arrived to another place and they were just closing. Glad we ended up here !
Just the Pho I was hoping for 🤗 I ordered take out and got the Veggie & Tofu Pho and the Beef Pho. I decided to mix them together, very delicious. Glad I found a good Pho spot near by!
Amazing! The atmosphere is so on point with chill vibes and super friendly staff. The owner is very down to earth and hilarious. We ordered the pho and Pad Thai and both were authentic and delicious. I asked for the pad Thai to be as spicy as possible and they didn’t disappoint. Must try the Thai doughnuts, beyond delicious.
I’ve gotten take out here a few times and I’ve never been disappointed. Today is the first time I dined in at the restaurant and it was such a great experience! The playlist is perfect and not too loud. The highlight of my experience was obviously the food! The shrimp in a blanket was amazing. I had the crispy mi as my entree and enjoyed it thoroughly. It was so flavorful and I honestly would buy bottles of the garlic sauce the food was dressed in. Also Ming provided such quality service with such kindness and brevity it was a truly memorable dinner experience; even though it was just a causal Thursday night. Highly recommend eating here and I will definitely be back soon!
Last night, my wife and I stopped by this restaurant after a friend recommended it. I had the beef pho and chicken spring rolls, and my wife ordered the pineapple fried rice-which was amazing—along with Thai iced tea. Everything was delicious, and the service was fantastic. Our waiter gave great recommendations and was very attentive to food allergies. Highly recommend this place if you're in the Wilton Manors area.
First time here!! I will definitely be back. Got take out, our food was packed perfectly. Loved that the broth was on the side along with some toppings. I love to have my toppings a bit crunchy, so this made my day!! The broth, oh my the broth! So flavorful and delicious!!

🍜🥢🥣🍲🥠 Considering I didn’t even know what Phở was before coming here, the What The Phở name is ironically perfect on a personal level — but that didn’t stop the evening from being filled with flavorful dishes and genuinely attentive service. A fun intro to pho, a welcoming vibe, and a meal that totally won me over.
We love eating at What the pho whenever we’re in town. Through consistently good food and good service, this has surely become one of our go to places in Wilton Manors. The wait staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. The food is consistently good. They have a wide selection of Phos and other Vietnamese and asian dishes. The portion sizes are very large. The flavors are great. A warm hearty bowl of Pho is a good idea anytime. Highly recommended.
Good food and nice clean restaurant but a little overpriced as the Fresh Rolls (two) were $10 and a bowl of Phở (only one size) was $17 .. size similar to medium at other Vietnamese restaurants which would cost $12-$13

Good Service and variety of food. I only ordered the Pho which was pretty good. No complaints it's was a large portion and very flavorful. I did find it a bit pricey but it's still cheaper than Places I've tried in Miami (Wynwood) to be exact. So, it was cheap compared to just the next city and was good.
Very good pho service staff leaves a little bit to be desired but will definitely be back
EDIT: On our most recent visit we had a late lunch on a slow weekend afternoon. A dear friend was visiting from out of town, so we ended up chatting for a while before ordering. This clearly annoyed our server who came over approximately ten times while we were still looking over the menus, only to be turned away. She then pointedly ignored us for over ten minutes after we had made our selections and put the menus aside. Which wasn't actually a problem for us because we were enjoying catching up with our friend. Still this kind of petty behavior is unacceptable even when it's not inconvenient. -1 star. The food was still great and the service did improve once she'd "made her point". Old review: Really nice atmosphere and great food. We really enjoyed the pho and bun bowls
This is a Thai restaurant that makes Vietnamese food. We ordered pho, mi xao don, and mi wonton. Not bad since my expectations were very low. It’ll definitely satisfy your cravings for Vietnamese food if you are away from home. Haven’t tried any other Vietnamese places around the area since they were closed during the time we were looking.
We ordered traditional noodles in delicious boilon. Welcoming personnel. We loved their hot sauce and asked to give some to take out. We bought one can and still enjoying with our dishes. Good place take break ant eat Vietnamese cousine. Why 4*? Because they have mostly high chairs. Not really comfortable.
The pho is really great although please pay attention to the details for delivery. No chopsticks were included and hoisin and chile sauce out of a packet is just not great!
I went to what the pho with a friend because we were in the area. I love pho like it's literally my love language, but this pho was not that good. I think their broth was just a little too sweet for my liking. The lettuce wraps were so good though.

Must’ve been an off night? Service was terrible, seemed like our order got lost? Then the food was uneven, like skewers not hot, summer rolls stuck together, one dish microwaved and steaming, meats in the pho not as good as elsewhere (eg oxtail not meaty and was too tough to chew anyway). Pretty place though….
On the pricier side for pho, but overall good flavor and service was great.
I love the food this place offers, but their service is insanely slow. I sit at the table for thirty minutes before having my order taken. They only have one server walking around and she walked away without letting my table finish our order?
Great food BUT every time we get uber eats our Thai tea is missing- which is not refundable. Not a cheap mistake to be making multiple orders in a row.
I ordered the Special Pho, Don’t take it to go, you can’t even eat out of the to-go container, The bowl is so small it’s not practical to eat from. The broth leans more Thai-style than traditional Vietnamese pho.
Helped the people who arrived after me first, and took about 10 minutes for the server to ask me what I wanted. Once I gave him my ordered he said “ok” and walked off but didn’t bother asking for a drink which was fine because I’d rather be parched than be hydrated. Came here for some pho. Asked if I could have vegetable pho with chicken broth and he told me there was no chicken broth with sass. Then gave someone else chicken pho. 🫣🙄 Anyways, the food was great, but the service might as well be Hellen Keller.
While the food is tasty" I have to rate as a 3 due to a misleading menu. The fresh rolls are advertised in the menu in the picture as being 6 pieces (3 cut in half) for $10. When I asked the waiter about he said it's only 4. Though I love the food here I can't justify paying more for less food. Do better management. Thanks
Nice place to grab an Asian dish. Food was pretty good. Pho was tasty and had some spice to it. There were 5 of us, all dishes came out at different times and they missed an appetizer, but that’s ok, it happens. Our only big observation was service clearing the table as soon as someone took their last bit. Almost felt rushed. Reaching over people who are eating to clear the dish of someone is finished just seemed off. Literally, when the last person finishing was taking their last bite they were asking us if we were ready for the check.

Server is very rude. Didn't greet us. And rolled his eyes at my husband because he had difficulty reading menu. Liked the food but the staff is so unprofessional that I don't see us coming back.
Had their seafood pho for lunch today. Broth was unexpectedly spicy. Tha seafood consisting of mussels, shrimp, fake crab , scallops, and squid did not taste fresh. In fact squid was like chewing a pencil eraser
Use to love this place, but tonight was my last visit. I placed a to go order and noticed they increased the prices of a lot of their items suddenly, but I still placed the order because their pho is delicious. I placed an order for two bowls of pho, and I expected a box with beansprouts and the other add-ins for each of the bowls. I picked up my order and there was only one portion of the add-ins, with a “2” written on top, saying that that one box was for both. Which is hilarious considering when I opened the box, inside was only enough for one bowl and with just extra sauces. I’ve ordered just one bowl many times and the amount of the add-ins was the same for one bowl and they tried to pass it off as two. They definitely just lost a loyal customer.
This restaurant is the worse. I ordered Pho from here thru Uber Eats and they literally sent me noodles, brown liquid water and some beef. The dressing which are the most important part of a Pho were not existent. Called the store and said they couldn’t do anything about it. Never going or buying from this terrible place again.
Arrived at 9:47PM on September 10th 2025 they said that there were don't serving both take out and dine in orders. Really disappointing. Just change you closing time all together. Really felt like the worker didn't want to serve anybody for the rest of the night. Ambiance is cool tho, and why would the door be open if you are not serving?

Horrible service. The waiter was wearing sweat pants and greeted guests as “bro”. Table of 16 was prepared before us when we arrived and ordered first. Really weak pours of wine Food was mediocre at best after we waited 45 minutes. Never will I step foot in there again. Go to TJ’s down the street
Wanted pho so i decided to go last night. Everything went well until a server started harassing a young lady who was with her child. Even went as far as saying the mother was abusing the child for the child simply laughing. I’ve never seen such repulsive behavior from a staff on the way out they even said she can only do takeout moving forward. No one should ever have to go through something like this
Ordered online takeout ($100 for 3 entrees and 2 orders of Fresh Rolls) Arrived to pickup order as scheduled. I reached out to a server/bar worker to announce my arrival. This employee was indifferent to my presence. I provided the name for the order and waited. While waiting, I noticed the order slip was taped to a takeout table and noticed the printed order was missing one entree. I checked my order confirmation. It did include the 3rd entree. I attempted to explain the discrepancy to the servicer/bar worker but he was of no assistance. When the order came out, I brought the issue to the attention of the owner who was adamant the order was complete. After my insistence, he checked his system and discovered the error. While he returned to the kitchen to remedy the discrepancy, I wanted to confirm that the contents in the bag indeed matched my order as I lost confidence in their ability to provide an accurate order. I waited for the remaining entree and confirmed the order was now complete. Aside from their bungling my $100 order, the food quality was mediocre at best. The quality of the proteins in the orders were subpar. The beef was tough, the chicken tasted gamey and the tofu was dry. Portion sizes were meager. I will no longer patronize this restaurant. Very disappointing experience. Too many other choices in the area for quality Vietnamese food at reasonable prices.
My experience was HORRIBLE. I went into this establishment because I’ve had take out from here and the food was good. So I went back to dine in alone, the waiter not sure if he is the owner or not but he was extremely rude, And he had no patience what so ever. As I was wrapping up to go I was asking him for take out containers, he walked off, I was trying to tell him everything I needed so there could only be one trip made he continue to walk off every time I asked for something but he did it with an attitude. As I got ready to leave after paying which I did not plan on leaving a tip because the service was not a pleasant one he asked me why did I not leave a tip? He called me cheap, and told me that if I was not going to leave him a tip I should not come dine in there anymore. He then stated in front of everyone that was in the restaurant loudly “AMERICANS ARE SO RUDE, THEY DON’T LIKE TO TIP” I did not know I was obligated to leave a tip. Now normally I’m a tipper but if I am not satisfied with the service I will not. I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life! I will never be going back to this place again.
I was here earlier today and i saw a server yelling at a baby! I come in here all the time with my family but after witnessing that i will never bring my family here ever again. Don’t bring your kids unless you want them disrespected!
This marks the third time we've encountered an issue with our delivered orders, with approximately half of the items missing. When we contacted the restaurant, we experienced an unfortunate encounter with the manager, who was less than accommodating and downright rude. He acknowledged the omission of items but placed the responsibility on us to rectify the situation.
Ordered via Uber Eats, got my order and the Fresh rolls were great. Also ordered the Mushroom Lover…bad choice they serve you the same mushrooms you’d get on a Pizza Hut pizza for more than a pizza would cost. When raising the issue with the company they ignore your concern and move on. They apparently don’t care about the quality of food the serve or their patrons concerns. There are more responsive and appreciative establishments out there. Move on.
O stars for this place. Dined in tonight and the service was incredibly terrible. Me and my sister dined in and paid a $74 tab and place a tip on the table. Not once did the waiter come check on us, upon walking in we had to seat ourselves until I had to ask said waiter to seat us at a booth instead due to us bringing in a 2 year old child. Incredibly discriminatory against a disabled child due to her being "loud". We asked for napkins and never got them, limes never got them. As we were dining in we watched several people come try to pick up their take-out order and they literally had to walk up to the waiter to get serviced. Would never dine in at this place. Service recovery wasn't even an option as we tried to explain to one of the other waiters since we were told there were no managers. The waiter didn't know how to help us due to the horrible experience and laughed at the situation. We would definitely be seeking to talk to the owner as a refund should be given for the discrimination and horrible service. This was a very traumatic situation for us and my 2 year old disabled niece. I told the waiter I wanted to pay with Apple Pay and i paid for the tab and clicked “no tip” due to me and my sister tipping cash on the table. He then proceeded to say “NO TIP?? Are you going to tip cash” I was so disgusted . We walked out and he still proceeded to follow us to ask for the tip. That should NEVER happen at a restaurant when there was no customer service.
Imagine wanting to enjoy grilled chicken ramen and the broth being laced with a taste of store bought teriyaki broth. The fried rice being riddled with tomatoes and peas & soft meat that tasted as if it’d been under a heat lamp all night. We should have taken it as a negative sign that we were the only customers but wanted to give this place a try for date night. Truly a disappointment.
Was forced to tip 18% after being charged more then 4 times by accident by the system. I did not want to tip that much and when I asked why my price went up they informed me it’s more expensive for them to charge me. I want everyone to know that there are cheaper places to go to. The pho wasn’t even all that and wasn’t worth nearly $30. I’m beyond annoyed and I feel like I was taken advantage of. I recommend everyone to go to places like Atlantic pho, they serve you with crackers and it’s half the price!
I always order shrimp bun. It’s a dish served cold with shrimp, carrots, bean sprouts, cucumber, and fish sauce… this place serves it steaming hot, although I asked for it cold, and it’s swimming in soupy juice and cabbage and broccoli… google the recipe for shrimp bun. None of that is involved normally. This has happened to me twice here. Both times the same waitress. Neither time does she care at all. The second time I actually returned the dish because I refuse to pay for this crap twice. She put on this shocked face, took the dish back, and then never came back. I’m still sitting here as she ignores our table. This restaurant sucks. The food is unauthentic. The service is pitiful. Avoid it.
Worst quality pho, don't waste money here. The broth does not congeal in the fridge, indicating low quality broth. The broth has a strong cinnamon flavour and not any real deep flavour. If you know what good pho tastes like then you will be disappointed here. There aren't many alternatives nearby sadly.
The first time I dined here I was in a rush, the Asian server was very nice and gave me some recommendations on other things to try the next time I go, so I decided to give the place another opportunity and this time it was a different server, had poor customer service. Had to call him away from cell phone multiple times, didn’t give recommendations. And on top of that the food is poor quality ingredients, not an authentic dining experience. I would not recommend this place. Not worth it.
The server made me feel not very welcome at the restaurant. When an individual is paying money to eat at your restaurant you should you make them feel good about being there. Not like they are bothering you. I have eaten there many times before with others and it was enjoyable. I deccided dine alone. It was not busy at all. All i order was pho with chicken and vegetables and some crispy rolls, so I do not understand the bad aditude and appalling service. He even turned the lights off while I was backing up my food to go. I was embarrassed for him. I made it clear to him I was leading towards writing a review about this experience. The server did not even care. What the pho!
Extremely slow service. Would’ve maybe made up for it w some exceptional food but that wasn’t the case. There for 2 hours for 2 bowls of pho. And I got the wrong pho. Ugh.
I usually come here at least twice a month and it’s always been a good experience, but lately the service has gone downhill. The guy who has been serving me recently is very rude — he doesn’t greet me, doesn’t ask if I want to order, and just stands in the back until I call him over. He didn’t even offer me anything to drink, and his attitude is horrible. He rolls his eyes and gives me a stank look, which makes me feel unwelcome. I always tip when I come, but his behavior makes me not want to return, at least not when he’s working.
Went there on November 11 got Pho in thin beef added shrimp and spicy beef pho and sweet chilli wings it was horrible. The service was horrible. I kept trying to call him and ask him. When is my order gonna be ready he walking pass me it was like 30 to 40 minutes waiting The first time he act like he didn’t hear me so I said it a little louder when he passed by and instead of him, stopping to talk to me, he kept walking. He said I’ll check on it. First and last time going there
I always order shrimp bun. Avoid it.
