We were a party of 6 and had a great time. My first visit there. The atmosphere was cool and relaxing, and the food was on point. I liked the salad and the lunch menu is a good price for your wallet. Brought back the rest of my pizza named "The Boss." We were continually checked on by the staff and owner. Our server was a kind soul called Katie of you go there. Please ask for her by name. She's quick and talks to you and smiles, which is hard at times but important.

My wife and I are on our honeymoon and came here first for pizza, and then came back because of the excellent service we experienced. Tyler, the manager greeted us with a great smile and was very attentive. Their servers were great people who treated you like family. We left there the first time wanting to go and experience this welcoming atmosphere again. They take pride in their high quality authentic food as they should. I say get the Captain pizza. We recommend here if you want not just great food but an experience that doesn’t make you feel like you’re a customer, but rather so a family member coming to eat some good quality homemade food. If I can use one word to describe this restaurant. It’s -Excellence- in everything they do.

My man and I were visiting Fort Lauderdale from Boston and decided to stop into Sicilian Oven for pizza— we’re kind of pizza snobs being from up Boston but we checked out some reviews / photos online and we were sold. We dined in one night and we got The Boss. It was delicious, crispy and perfectly cooked. I love the fact that they have their own spicy Sicilian Oil, salt, chili flakes,black pepper and parm cheese right on the table (many places do this up North.) The staff was welcoming and our server was wonderful and attentive, the atmosphere felt like home. The pizza was so good we ended up ordering one to go the next day. We got The Nonna (traditional square pizza) it was also delicious and cooked to perfection.

Omg. We love this place. Our server Kati was wonderful. We loved Kristi too. We many several times over our week there. As is the manager Tyler. The food is amazing. So fresh and spiced perfect. Ive changed my review to 5 stars I generally like the food here but when i order a cheese pizza with pepperoni and garlic i dont expect to have spots of pizza with no cheese and massive clumps of garlic that arent evenly spread. They also threw a whole clove on it just for good measure

Every time I come here it feels like family. All the workers are great, super welcoming, and the food is delicious! I’m from up north and know good pizza and this is the one spot in Florida that I love. Khristie is one of my favorites, she is always on it and attentive. Will definitely be back soon!

Awesome place for happy hour and dinner. RoRo was our server and Bartender. What personality. Not to mention the perfect espresso martini. I highly recommend the meatballs and large Sicilian salad. Topped off with a Joey D pizza. Definitely will be back.

I had it for dinner, home delivery, wow I've been looking for a good penne vodka This is it!! We also had the Marie Pizza w fried eggplant no mozzarella, it was sweet the tomatoe sauce was great, just like heaven!!! Can't wait to come in.

Great place to head out for amazing wood oven pizza. "The Boss" pizza is delicious on it's own or as a base added with other toppings. I chose to go with the Sicilian Olives which made it out of this world!

Omg what a great pizza restaurant! Wood fire, fresh ingredients, and great balance and assembly of toppings for a full and complex flavor. Clean establishment and fun classy and professional waitress. The sauce is so fresh and the dough light and crispy. There are many varieties of pizza you come across—this one is best in class and rivals as the best in show.

Food is amazing. Every dish is made delicious. The service is top notch. Constantly checked on by server and management to make sure I was enjoying my experience. The manager Sean is an extremely nice guy who you can tell loves his job and cares about the service and food they serve at this fine establishment.

Sim Shady was awesome. Super friendly and helpful. She suggested prosciutto on my pizza and it was amazing. Im on vacation from pittsburgh and this was the best place I've been so far, mostly due to the service.

Our families go to pizza joint. Get the meet balls and Nutella pizza for a special treat. The joint can get crowed around dinner time so get there early. Enjoy!

I eat here multiple times a week for lunch. Great menu, the Sicilian salad is my go to. Love the soups. Love the sandwiches. Pasta a la vodka is always good and a little spicy. Everyone there is super nice, Michelle is the greatest and the owners are awesome.

Fantastic experience! Let me start with the drink. Margarita on the rocks. Absolutely well done! Strong, good tequila and little ice, not to water it down. Wonderful !! Then the service, Lauren was graceful and sincere in her sweet care for us. We let her know it was our first time at the restaurant incidentally. She welcomed us. All this happened while we are surrounded by a nice beautiful atmosphere full of beautiful decor and light music that kept a great vive. The pizza. Simply the best Pizza I have had here...in South Florida, for me better than Anthony's Coal Fire pizza. We ordered a large Mona Lisa...I always thought I didn't like prosciutto until I tried this pizza. Crunchy, thing crust, perfect flavor, OMG !! DELICIOUS! Lauren offered us dessert and recommended Tiramisu, we accepted the suggestion. It was light, perfectly sweet, not too much coffee, simply great! We enjoyed it very much! The the check came....Lauren said they took care of the dessert for us, for being first timers...I couldn't believe my ears...first time ever...any restaurant offers me a complimentary dessert for visiting the first time! My husband had Expresso and it was nice and strong, really delicious. They are FABULOUS! Totally worth every penny!

Ive heard about this place from so many people and finally I tried it last night .it was ome of the best pizza ive had in fort Lauderdale.I recommend you make a reservation if you plan on going there on a weekend.they do have happy hour menu as well.my favorite was popeye pizza and they do have gluten free crust which is awesome !

Mu husband and I decided to try Sicilian Oven based on reviews we read. We love to try new places and this did not disappoint. The number of people we saw in and out showed that this is popular spot here in Aventura. Our meals were excellent! I highly recommend the Tuscan fries and the Tiramisu. I was so happy to see Sicilian Oven right next to my workplace! I chose it for my best friend’s engagement dinner, and with Tyler’s help, everything turned out beautifully. Sicilian Oven on Oakland is simply the best go to restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. Why? 1- the menu is everything you could ever wish for and quality Italian food including amazing pizza. 2- the service is just exceptional. Time and time again friendly staff who are always attentive and friendly no matter how busy the restaurant is. They get it every time! 3- and finally the manager Tyler who is always making sure everyone is served properly and that all is right. Thank you Tyler - you are driver of success at Sicilian Oven. I've enjoyed this spot many times with friends. Tried many things on the menu and everything is very special, unique and a good feeling that this restaurant and the chef tries very hard to please. I've been very lucky to have Laila G as my server, who is so caring and genuine which is very hard to find these days, here in SoFlo. She caters to me in such a kind and professional way that she actually makes me feel guilty for not doing more than just leaving her a generous tip. Not only do I look forward to the great food when visiting Sicilian Oven but I also look forward to seeing Laila again. Her classy and elegant style makes the experience even better.

Today was my first time at this location but I frequent pompano and plantation. I'm leaving 5 stars because the food was DELICIOUS, the manager had the pizza remade for my kids (they do a little heavier sauce than the other locations) and he was really accommodating and friendly about it. I work at an Italian restaurant, so I don't like to send things back and have food go to waste, but he left me at ease that it was okay. Thank you for that ! Anyway my whole purpose for the review, and 5 stars, was to shout out Michelle. I appreciate customer service SO much when I'm out to eat, especially when I'm with my kids without my husband to help. My daughter spilled her whole cup of water. I yelled for the hostess (Amanda) to please bring napkins. She and Michelle came over to help with cleanup, they were amazing. The little extra comes in place with Michelle for making me feel comfortable and reassuring me it's okay and to stop apologizing about my kid making a mess. She was genuine, and kind. It felt like she CARED. That goes such a long way, she's a good human. I've blabbed alot and maybe didn't make my point. Michelle stands out. She's hands on. When she said she was a hostess I was taken aback. Again, I work at a restaurant. She is management material. Excellent customer service. I'll be back just to see her ♡

My first time coming to the Sicilian Oven. I was very impressed by the attention our server Tiffany gave us. She explained everything and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Sometimes it's the little things that make a difference. Tiffany made our experience here a fantastic one! We will definitely be visiting again soon

As soon as we entered we were greeted and taken to a table. Our server, Vanessa was wonderful. I have Celiac disease and she was very helpful in making sure my meal was gluten free. She was very attentive. I had GF pasta with Alfredo sauce too. We all enjoyed our meals.

Well I think we finally found a great wood fired pizza place in Florida. Great service, antipasto was some of the best we had. The wings were great and the Hitman Pizza hit me right in the mouth. Crust was good the cheese was quality cheese and the ingredients were plentiful... Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.

Grew up in New England NorthShore of Boston Very difficult to find a place that is even close to our restaurants. Went to Sicilian Oven food is fantastic,service is great. Was there a few times had same waitress they are always busy. She came over and said I remember your drink Pinot Noir wow I was impressed. We try go once a week. I work at the Dental Practice across the street, just ordered the Fugheadabout it panetta sandwich....omg to die for! This Sicilian Italian Gal highly recommends!

Excellent brick oven pizza and friendly service. The crust was just right. And, wife and I shared a Ceasar salad, which was perfect for 2 prior to our pizza coming. And they have Coke products, which is always a bonus. Too many restaurants have Pepsi instead of Coke. Bonus--the bathrooms were super nice and clean as well. Came on a Tuesdsy about 4:00 and it was moderately busy but easy to get a seat and food came quickly. We also like that we had a sidewalk seat (indoors but open to the street for fresh air).

This was a perfect place for an early dinner. There were a lot of choices--pizza, Italian food, and salads. We had cocktails, old fashioned, one smoked and another traditional. We split a delicious Sicilian house salad, and we each had an entrée. I got pasta bolognese, and my husband got fire roasted shrimp. We have also eaten the rice ball or the pizzas. Fabulous. Service is always really nice!

Food: Perfect balance of sauce, cheese, and crust—the wood-fired char gives the pizza just the right crisp. Absolutely excellent! And don’t miss the wood-fired wings… a must-try! Staff: Super friendly and welcoming. They know the menu inside and out and even gave great recommendations on cocktails. Really added to the experience.

Looked up arancini to find my favorite Sicilian street food, and this place popped up. They call them rice balls, but they are just as good as the ones you'll get in Italy. The ragu is just in a bowl on the side instead of inside...which is fine since it's a sit-down place. Zeppolini are amazing, eggplant parm was the best my husband has ever had. I got the Sicilian queen pizza. Amazing service, really great food! Cute place.

Took the whole family to Sicilian Oven, including Grandma, who came here from the old country as a girl. She said their oven was just like the one she had back in Sicily. But then she also said their 60" Smart TV was like the one she had too, which tells me grandma was having an off day. Anyway, big thumbs up on the house salad, full of roasted peppers, walnuts and gorgonzola cheese. Yum. Had the Lieutenant Pizza with ricotta cheese; also delicious. 🍕Wings were good but could've used some sauce. Service was top notch and they also have 1/2 off wine on Wed nights, so will be back to take advantage of that! 🍷🇮🇹

Not only the best salad ever, the Scillian for 2 was very generous and delicious, and the pizza was outstanding. The crispy pepperoni was superior quality.Don’t hesitate to get there. I have been here multiple times and each time the food has been excellent, hot and the Sicilian salad is amazing. Katie is a “superstar” with an amazing personality and you can tell she loves working here. I have met the Manager, Tyler several times and he makes you feel right at home. Great atmosphere and he definitely makes you feel appreciated.

Our family decided to try Sicilian Oven for a large dinner and totally enjoyed our meal. A few of us ordered the pizzas with a very thin crust, tasty tomato sauce and fresh cheese along with the toppings of choice. I ordered a traditional pizza with tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella. Very good pizza. Two ordered the salad with grilled chicken and loved the flavors. Our one sister ordered a sandwich which she loved, filled with fresh Ingredients. Great meal, little loud when we were there making it a challenge to talk but a fun night out.

This was fantastic! The squid was delicious and the chicken Parm pizza and sausage were really good! Pizzas are more on the smaller side, so probably splitting one with 2 people might leave you hungry and would need to add something!

WOW!!! What an amazing discovery. Got to the restaurant around 6pm and it was full, I mean full, inside and outside were like 40 people either waiting or leaving, we (table of 2) manage to get in and ask for a table, and no reservation needed, didnt even wait one minute, was seated immediately, the waitress immediately made it to our table and greated us. We ordered sicilian wings for appetizers and two individual pizzas, the wings were the absolute best wing I've ever had, and the pizza was amazingly original and delicious, not just delicious, like the wings the best I've ever had. I asked for the check and when I get it, I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was. WOW!!! I can only give it five stars here but it deserves 10 stars. I gave the max tip it had on the register. Thanks to every professional that works there. When I left i knew why it was so full. Absolutely loved it and will repeat. Highly recommend. If you come to Fort Lauderdale for vacation and can only go to one restaurant, let it be this one. You will love it.

This was my first visit to Sicilian Oven, and everything we ordered tasted great. They also have solid lunch options, which is always a plus. The truffle parm fries are a must — so good. My favorite appetizer was the rice ball with meat in the center. It’s huge and honestly big enough to share, especially if you’re ordering a few things. The pizza was done really well too — I liked the dough a lot, and the sauce was perfectly balanced, not overpowering at all. Overall, a really good first experience. I’ll definitely be back!

We came here on a Wednesday night during "season", it was packed. Turns out Wednesday night is 1/2 off bottles of wine. I got the bianco pizza, which has 4 cheeses. Love the thin crust pizzas. My friend got a pizza with sausage and truffle oil, it was a little spicy. We shared the carrot cake, which was excellent, very moist. The service was great.

I thought overall the food and service was pretty good. The chicken wings in the wood fired oven were really good to start. If you like Anthony’s coal fired wings, these are identical. I especially like the sautéed onions. The eggplant parmigiana was nice and thin and cooked correctly. Most places undercook it. Also not too much cheese which is the way I like it. I also had the Joey D’s pizza which was also tasty. For a restaurant chain, I’m impressed. The portions are large and the food comes out quickly. Definitely will go again.

Nice restaurant, very clean updated and modern. I ordered the Hit Man pizza. It was delicious but could have had a little more sausage on it. The pasta fazul was outstanding with a little prosciutto added to it.

Two friends recommended the Sicilian Oven, and I finally went to the one in Fort Lauderdale this week. This is a large venue with a bar. My friend and I split the small Sicilian Salad and a make your own pizza with arugula, onion and mushrooms on a thin crust, iced tea and an expresso. The salad was fantastic- peppers, walnuts, blue cheese, chicken peas, and tomatoes and onions. The pizza was wonderful too. Great evening - highly recommend !

Located in what was formerly Michele's, Sicilian Oven has completely remodeled and renovated everything. It has a good comfortable décor, a full bar and a trained friendly and professional staff. It has two large wood burning ovens out of which come, in my opinion, some of the best wood fired pizza in town. For my meal I went for their menu item of "The Corleone." The pizza bread itself was thin crusted, had a perfect texture with its edges slightly charred. It had toppings of Italian sausage, a really exceptionally generous amount of tasty roasted mushrooms, basil long with a Pomodoro sauce, all of which was perfectly enhanced with a delicious drizzle of truffle oil. The founder of Sicilian Oven stated that "you'll not only love the taste but taste the love" put into his foods. Though I can't say I tasted the love, I really did love the taste, especially with that truffle oil drizzle.

Love the pizza! Service is ok, but to be fair they were quite busy and they were doing their best. The crostini appetizer is a nice way to start. Will definitely be back.

We visited Fort Lauderdale location. We had the Corleone Pizza and Captain pizza. It was a very tasty pizza. It is cooked at 700 degrees in a stone oven. The edges were a little too done for me but at that temp, it was expected. Still a really good pizza. The happy hour special was two for one drinks. All in all this was the cheapest meal we had in Fort Lauderdale and yet was really good. So value for money was a nice bonus. Our server was great and there was plenty of parking at the front and back of the building. We went on a weekday so it was quiet and we sat by the open window

Sicilian Oven is not one of them. Our group of 15 was seated promptly. The six course meal consisting of Garlic Toast with Parmesan shavings, a salad that cannot be compres to anyplace else, Vodka Penne, Rigatoni Bolognese, Chicken Parmigiana, Cheese and Pepperoni Pizza and a dessert platter to die for - all served family style. Absolutely no complaints about the great quality of food and service second to none. This is a must go to restaurant regardless of what side of town you are on. Well worth the drive.

I recently bought three pizzas and a salad, Sicilian salad to bring to a sick friends house in Pompano Beach. I asked that one of the pizzas be well done well done more than they usually well then just one and the other to be regular. They listed it to say I got to the person‘s house and there was three pizzas so well done you could even eat them, we throw them away. I called and asked to speak to the manager Carlos And he reassured me after I sent the pictures that will be given credit for one and two pizzas. Never received a credit. Not good customer service.

We placed a delivery order and watched via the app as the driver waited at the restaurant for 45 minutes past the estimated time. When the food finally arrived, the pizza was both stone-cold and burnt to a crisp. More shockingly, the spaghetti bolognese was missing the meat sauce entirely—it was just plain pasta. When I called to resolve this, I was told no manager was available and promised a callback that never happened. For a successful chain, this level of negligence is surprising. Save your money and eat elsewhere. They don’t deserve your custom.

Horrible experience! I came to this location with a friend as I had been to a Sicilian oven before and had a great experience. I ordered the think pink cosmopolitan which said on the menu came with a souvenir shaker and the drink came out in a regular martini glass, no shaker. I took a sip and it was very sour, almost inedible. I had ordered the Sicilian lasagna for dinner, and was eating it until I found a label, and actual label that said Friday on it Inside my food. I stopped eating immediately. This was unsanitary and quite gross. The manager came over and all he had to say was sorry when he saw what was on my plate. I would never return to any Sicilian oven again.

This is a fine Italian restaurant with an ecletic atmosphere. The place was lively with folks seated both in the dinning area and on the bar. The menu has a decent selection of moderately choices. Edit. I take it back. The customer service here sucks. The bartender didn't bother to get my right. When I asked her why she put name as guy on the receipt, she replied "because you are guy". I will not be returning to this place 🙄

First let me say that I am a consistently very happy customer of the Lighthouse Point location. Always excellent food and service and worth the 20 minute drive!!! Love it there. Tonight we were eating in with friends and ordered takeout pizza from the Fort Lauderdale restaurant which is only a few minutes away from home. THE VERY FIRST time and absolutely the LAST TIME!!! The worst pizza I ever ate…under cooked, cold and tasteless. Unbelievable that the 2 locations share the same name. I will be sticking with LHP location that I highly recommend. I think hard before I write a negative review but sorry to say FTL location deserved it today.

After ordering two plates of pasta, the bill came to $33 before tax. I left a 15% tip. During payment, the server watched over my shoulder and then asked, “Was something wrong with the service?” clearly implying the tip was insufficient. In reality, she never once came back to check on us during the meal. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and humiliated. To make matters worse, she wished me a “great day” in a sarcastic tone, accompanied by a smirk. This is not the level of professionalism or respect customers should experience.

Big disappointment. The pizza we ordered was supposed to have “vine ripen tomatoes” and fresh basil, we’ve got something lazily covered in huge slices of cheapest tomatoes, chewy mozzarella and sprinkled with not-so-fresh basil. Pizza crust was overburnt. The wings were alright, very mild - I am still puzzled who would like that flavor profile. We’ve ordered delivery, so perhaps the restaurant does not keep delivery and indoor orders to the same standard?! I do not recommend this place

the most unauthentic Sicilian pizza. taste like burnt frozen pizza. Paid $20 for a small pizza that had mungi pepperoni and no favour and and was burnt. There are a lot better places in fort lauderdale by the sea. im not sure why the reviews are so good here

Used to be a favorite. Came once a week with my dog and sat on the patio. Showed up today to be told service animals only. We now go to the Italian next door which also has outdoor seats and is dog friendly.

Service was decent and our waitress was nice but the food was shockingly bad. Pollo Mateu was super salty and the chicken was dry. the pizza was absolutely tasteless. No salt or any other spices. Garlic bread had the same issue and mussels that we ordered for the table tasted like being just pulled out of the freezer! Horrible experience and very disappointing. Not our first time at this place but never had such an experience with them!
