I tried Cava and it was really good. The food tasted fresh and I liked that you can build your own bowl with whatever you want. I got rice, chicken, and some toppings and everything had a lot of flavor. It’s filling but doesn’t make you feel super heavy like regular fast food. I’d definitely go back again.
The food here is delightful!! The lobby is always clean and you can just tell the place is well managed. One thing I’ll say is while you walk in and get great customer service, it also really feels like the employees genuinely like working there. Although I love cava completely, this is 100 percent my dbaidits location I’ve visited!!
This place is so amazing! I’ve had its competitors such as Qdoba and chipotle and cava BLOWS THEM OUT THE WATER! I say that in terms of customer service, helpful employees and managers, especially Jodi , and amazing food. Come try guys, please you won’t regret it!
It was my first time there and Kay made a great first impression. She explained everything clearly. Since she was the first person I interacted with, her customer service really stood out. The recommendation Kay suggested was delicious, and everything was hot and fresh. I would definitely come back and try it again!
I just left Cava a few minutes ago and when I tell you, I was in and out, believe me. This location has well trained staff and you can just feel the awesome vibes. I got the steak harissa bowl with the cucumber mint lime drink with the Greyson blondie! It was so lovely. I can not wait to come back!!!
I love the flavors of this place! I sometimes get a bowl and sometimes I get a pita. I always choose the crazy feta hummus, red pepper hummus, & the spicy harissa hummus! Fill it up with black lentil, rice and greens of spinach. I get the spicy harissa chicken, falafel, then top it off with the roasted corn, cucumber and tomatoes, red onions, feta cheese, fiery broccoli, and pita crisps on the salad with the harissa dressing cause I like my food to be spicy! The pita bread is ginormous when I'm super hungry and the salad bowl is just the perfect size when I just want a salad with the pita crisps! I'm never disappointed here! It's healthy and it tastes great!

Cava is so amazing! I brought my family here a few days ago and they keep begging to come back. This is the place to go guys if you want fresh food, refreshing drinks, and even great desserts!!!
Went there today with my family and man it was amazing! The workers were welcoming and friendly and my food was a 10/10. Come visit cava if you want yummy food and good customer service.

Great employees at this location. I got into a car wreck on the way to pick up my order. It took me about 2 hours to make it to Cava and when I got there the employees offered to make me a fresh order. Thank to Brittany I got a great bowl of cava. Thank you.
This is the best CAVA I’ve been to. The people working is extremely friendly and help me and my kids when I was having issues with my card. Moments like this shows how good people can be. Thank you so much to all of you working at CAVA.
Jose took our order and made the whole experience great. Even though they were out of romaine lettuce at first, he went to the back and got it for us without hesitation. He was super helpful, funny, and made ordering easy and enjoyable. The food was really good, and the service was even better. We’ll definitely be coming back—and asking for Jose! Thanks twin FYI… Jose needs a raise!!
I love Cava food in general but this location is over the top. The service is amazing. Everyone works hard, is quick, and super friendly. I go for lunch almost every day and the manager, Jodi, is extremely friendly and does a fantastic job. The ingredients always taste super fresh and they never short you on portions.
The BEST location! I love Cava in general but this location has staff that is like family. The move the lines fast so that they get you in and out and they keep the establishment clean. I go out my way to go to the 7th street location just because I know I’ll be treated with the BEST customer service!
I had a great experience at this location! Sara was super sweet, and she even remembered my order from last time! The service was great, and all of the workers were very kind.
Cava is a great place! Easy to get to from my hotel in the cultural district. I went about 3pm and had a very enjoyable experience. The staff were very nice and helpful. One person was cleaning the walls - who does that! - she did! It was evident the workers take pride in their jobs and the building. Soft music played in the background. While I didn't recognize it, it was enjoyable and added to the ambiance. The food was *really* good! I don't get the opportunity to have lamb very often, so I got the Spicy Lamb and Avocado bowl 🤩 - YUM! And their Crazy Feta was awesome! They have unique and yummy drinks too. I tried the blueberry lavender, pineapple apple mint, and one other, but settled on the pineapple apple mint. I would absolutely return.
I was greeted right away with a smile and even a kind compliment from a woman at the front. It was fairly busy, and for a while she was holding it down all by herself while the rest of the team was tied up. She stayed calm, friendly, and professional the entire time, which really impressed me. Once the rest of the staff stepped in, things moved smoothly. I just wanted to point out how much I appreciated her patience and positivity under pressure—it truly made my visit a great experience.
Opening shift is awesome! My food was ready and where pick up orders are supposed to be. Brittany was so sweet! ❤️ (I think that was the name on her name tag) was so sweet! I got in like to pay for a cup I forgot to order with my online order. When it was my turn, she walked me up to the register while everyone continued to customize their bowls and gifted me the cup. She made my day! Food was tasty, service was quick and my order was as I ordered it.

The management and team’s approach to customer service is commendable, as they consistently demonstrate a genuine desire to enhance the dining experience. I highly recommend this establishment. During my most recent visit, the entire team gathered around me, actively engaged in ensuring that my experience remained exceptionally positive. The dish was so delectable that the only picture I could take was a partial representation, as I had consumed three-quarters of it.
My beautiful daughter and I meet for lunch here and just had the best time. You can build your own bowl, starting with a variety of rice, greens (lettuces) protein options, veggie options, tons more f sauces and dips and cold drinks, house made as well as fountain!!! Every thing was fresh and good and well prepared!!! Highly recommended!!!
My friend and I stopped by earlier today. The service was good due to the staff being kind. However, the food was not good at all. The chicken I had was mainly fat, which was a bummer since I was looking forward to having some fresh and delicious food. 2.5/5 The ambience was pretty mellow when we were there. It wasn't loud at all, but they were busy with people ordering their food and taking it to go, just like we did. Customer service was good, but unfortunately the food was a miss. Hope you all have a better experience with your food.
Every time I’ve gone to this one in particular, the employees seem to be lost and oblivious like it’s their first day. They serve the tiniest portions, everything is always empty and they serve you the scraps of what’s left instead of making a new portion. I used to go and my bowl would be full, and now I’m lucky if my bowl is even 3/4 full. Management needs to do a better job at hiring better employees. Food is great though, just not worth the price of a bowl.
The girl with the glasses that was fixing the to-go order did whatever she wanted with my bowl. She left out all of my dips but gave me a big dollop of one I didn’t order. It’s really upsetting to receive my order incorrectly prepared. There’s a big sticker stating everything that goes into it! Now my bowl dry!
I had a very unpleasant experience at this CAVA location because of the manager, Jodi . From the moment I interacted with her, her attitude was extremely rude and dismissive. I accidentally ordered the wrong bowl and politely asked if it could be corrected. While it was eventually remade, the interaction became even more uncomfortable afterward. When I asked for pita with my bowl — which is normally included — Jody loudly asked the employee helping me, “Is it on her receipt? Get out of here. Pita is free.” The tone and way it was said felt very disrespectful and unnecessary. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy. Instead, the interaction felt hostile and embarrassing. The way I was spoken to made me feel profiled and unwelcome, which is unacceptable in any customer service environment. This was hands-down the worst CAVA experience I’ve ever had. Management should seriously reconsider who represents their brand on the floor because interactions like this drive customers away. If you visit this location, I sincerely hope you have a better experience than I did.
A little confused. I came in around 3:30ish at 2/13 and just had literally the WORST customer service. My first time last week was amazing, it was night time, night crew was happy to have us there, THE BEST customer service. I got the same exact thing this time and somehow spent $50. Last time it was $35. Anyways, got there and everyone working was loud and almost had a hanging out aroma / was not in a hurry to greet us (never got greeted) was not in a hurry to serve us, almost like we were bothering them. Sarah had the worst attitude just scooping things like she was mad every time we asked for something. We get to the end and she doesn’t even know what’s going on, asked for a drink and had to remind her to give me a cup. Rolling eyes the entire time. Overall, just the worst experience. They do not like serving nor where they work. It’s wild to have a complete night and day experience. The representation of the company and standards lacked. I’m just in awe of my experience and wonder if they get trained and/or know what customer service is. Service is definitely lacking.
Do people not know customer service anymore? I’ve been working in the food industry for years and not even a smile from the two workers. Girl with glasses was aggressively handling the utensils to scoop the food into my bowl when i kindly asked for super greens because i forgot to say so before and apologized for it… and the girl at the register had mad rbf. As someone who is aware she also has an rbf, i try my hardest to at least put on a smile. food was good but at least faking a smile makes the experience 10x better.
Food was a 3/10, ordered on the website. I've never been to this location and awww I will never order from here again lol I'll just pick it up on the way home because man you cannot trust these people to make your food right for delivery and you pay more than coming into the restaurant. My bowl was so light I thought someone ate it.
I will start by saying I love cava…however my last experience at this location turned me completely off. I went around 8pm, they had signs posted that they were out of chicken. I usually order the steak + pita. When I ordered, Sammie the server said they are out of steak ( which is different from posted sign ). Sammie informed me they had lamb, chicken & falafel. I ordered the chicken version of the steak + feta pita. While making my food, there was several employees cleaning with a pair of gloves on then passing used utensils to Sammie as she prepared my food. Then Sammie touched her face and head and kept the same gloves on. Then she proceeded to grab this rag out of a bucket and wiped the counter down then went to making my food again. The cross contamination is what bothered me the most. When it came to pay my total came to $30. Which I had two pitas. The chicken version should’ve been $11 a piece. Sammie then told me since it’s a special type of chicken she had to upcharge me. As someone who works in hospitality, that should’ve been clarified before proceeding. Especially if the establishment was out of the ingredients I intended to order. Had I known, I would’ve never ordered because I truly wanted steak, and not chicken. The cross contamination + the random pricing made me completely unhappy with this experience.
