230pm dining on the way home. I hadn't been to Cheddars in years. I ordered the Chicken fried steak with fries and green beans. I was disappointed in the chicken fried steak as it has shrunk in size and it was heavily battered making it look bigger than the steak actually was. My wife loved her fish and shrimp dinner. The food was typical Cheddar's. Pretty good. Service was terrible! Server came to table a less than minimum number of times. She didn't come back after bringing food even tho we asked for refills on drinks (since that was the first time we saw her since ordering). We had to ask other wait staff to get her twice. Not good at all.

When we first walked in the host was on the phone and she was actually very rude she did not smile or act like she even wanted to be there and as soon as she set us she went back on her phone. I do not find that professional at all especially since that was the first face we saw walking in. When she sat us nothing was said just sort of tossed the menus on the table and left no smile no your server will be with you just bad attitude come to find out her name was Audery. However our server was fantastic she was sweet and officiant and professional and went beyond to make sure our time there was great we will be back because of Kayla but that host needs an attitude adjustment and to get off her phone

I enjoyed the atmosphere and the server was a very nice and talkative lady. The food on the other hand, was not anything I would recommend someone to go eat. The adult beverage was nothing to be stoked about either. I probably won't go again, but I hope the server is doing well.

I love Cheddar’s, but this location didn’t provide the same level of service I’m used to. My margarita came without salt on the rim, and it was hard to get a straw for my drink—I had to ask multiple times. The Cheddar’s Alfredo Shrimp was bland and needed more cheese. The waitress wasn’t very attentive and forgot the straw even after we asked for it three times. Finally The food took awhile to arrive and when I received it it was on the cold side not hot at all.

Was given cold food but they happily fixed it, but food overall was terrible. Quality of food has really gone down, I used to love Cheddar’s, but it has been 4 years since I’ve had it. Husband had the steak tips which were surprisingly good. I had the meatloaf but it was dry and tasted like a frozen meal.

We had baked potato soup, and the potatoes were not done. We ordered seasoned rice, it didn't have any taste and it was hard. The Chicken fried steak was tough and had no taste at all. The string beans looked and tasted like string beans from a can. Spasagna was good and baby carrots were good. We were there about 90 minutes before closing. They were focused on cleaning and closing instead of customers in the restaurant. Our glasses were empty for a while, our waitress didn't pay us much attention. We were seated close to part of the kitchen and we could hear staff talking loud, using some bad language. We went to Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen to use a gift card but we were disappointed and we don't plan to come back.

Let me share, I like eating at Cheddar's!! But today, the hosting station and one person just made it to where I had to leave. Share: when we walked into the restaurant, I told them for two tonight and that I had a preference of seating at a table not in the Bar area (too much noise for me). I was told fine and to wait 5 min to be seated. Once my name was called, the very same hostess I asked not to be seated in the bar, took up straight to the bar. I leaned down to explain again about the no bar for us and felt the coldness and rudeness from this person to the point of just letting the hostess know, we would be leaving. We did go next door to Texas Roadhouse, I told them the same of no bar and was greeted with, not a problem. Great meal! Great Service. So, if Cheddar's ever runs you out as they did me, just go next door :-)

Only good thing about this experiance was the waitress. Taller black woman. She was very nice and helpful. But thats where it ended. Appetizer took 25 minutes to come out for some onion rings. Food itself came out 5 minutes after that. We decided we wanted a drink so we both ordered a whiskey. That took about 15 minutes for 1 old fashioned and 1 jack and coke. The steak I ordered, was ordered medium rare. It came out well done and like sand paper. By far my worst cheddars experiance. Will not ever come back to this location.

I took my girlfriend and her y/o mom to dinner. We ordered our meals. Her mom wanted the boneless14oz Ribeye, lightly seasoned and medium well with a baked potato with butter only. The steak came and it was rare and with a bone, and the potato had cheese. Sent it back. The manager (I assumed-no intro) brought it back out. Still not medium well and mentioned we ordered boneless. Our server brought the steak out the third time and it was boneless, and medium well. However, I guess the request of light seasoning went out the window on the first order-very salty. Since my girlfriend and I were finished with our meal, we decided to cancel the attempt on the steak and ordered the salmon. It was about an hour after we sat down, and probably 30 minutes after my girlfriend and I finished our meals, did her mom start to eat her protein portion of her meal. This dinner. experience took 1 hr. and 15 minutes. During this, we ordered a second wine which took almost 15 minutes to get. When I asked the server the status of the wine, she replied "I'm still waiting on it." The manager walked by (not intending to stop and check how things are going) and I stopped her and asked about our wine order. Off she went. It turns out the bar tendered also waits on the tables in the bar area. So, if she/he is busy taking dinner and drink orders on the floor, your drink order is on hold until....... When the "runner" initially served our meals, he dropped several chips on the floor. They stayed there for 13 minutes having been passed over 10 times by the manager, server and the runner. Finally, our server swept it up. Not a big issue, but if something is dropped, pick it up. We've just recently started coming to this restaurant and this is the second time we had to return and wait for a meal to be prepared as we ordered. Last time the server said "The cooks are swamped in the kitchen." They comped the salmon, but that doesn’t fix the problem. That was a professional gesture however we were not looking for a free meal, just good service and food so that our family could dine together. We like this restaurant and were hoping the first bad experience was just a fluke. I guess the next visit will determine if we keep Cheddar's as a dinner option.

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience we had during our visit. We were seated and waited about 10 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged by a server. We then informed the hostess at the front that no waiter had come to our table. She said she would look into it, but after waiting longer, still no one came to assist us. Due to the lack of service or communication, we ultimately decided to leave. We understand that restaurants can get busy, but it wasn’t. Being acknowledged or updated would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, and it left us with a very poor impression.

We were seated and waited approximately 10 minutes without any server coming to our table. We notified the hostess, who said she would look into it, yet no one ever came. Due to the lack of service, we left without being served. I later spoke with one of the manager, who explained that we may have been seated in an area without an assigned server due to new staff and stated she would address the issue. This experience was unacceptable

This was our families worst experience ever. We have been coming to this location for 6 years. We had a small party of 3. We ordered our appetizers, main course and drinks at the same time. My wife ordered lemon pepper chicken with broccoli. When get food came out the broccoli was ice cold. My wife scraped it off her plate. We waited for 20 minutes after we ordered and no food in sight. I started a 10 minute timer. With one minute left our order arrived. 29 minute wait time, after placing our order. My daughter ordered burban glazed salmon and shrimp, they had no burban glaze and when her food arrived their was no shrimp on her plate. The server had to put in an order for shrimp. I ordered country fried steak and baked potato. My baked potato had black spots within the potato that we couldn't identify, I stopped eating it. When we were filling out our survey with poor service; the server said out loud, wow was I that bad. We said yes. I informed the manager that was not empathic about our experience. We will not come back to this location.

Saturday night.. I understand its busy. However, I waited for 40 minutes, as a party of 1. I was told the wait was 10 to 15 minutes. When I went to check about getting seated, my name wasn't on the waitlist any longer. There was another couple there with the same issue. It is inexcusable to have parties completely dropped from the waiting list, and the hostess sees you sitting there for an extended period of time!!!! DO BETTER!!!!

All staff ignored us. We had to go find a server to get our order taken, and the meatloaf was all fat, gristle, and was raw. All 3 dishes were cold when they were brought out, and staff didn’t care that the meatloaf loaf was inedible. I’ve been to several other cheddar’s locations and this one is by far the worst I’ve been to. The restaurant was dead and I can see why.

Worst experience ever!!!! We just left. We waited a long time before even being acknowledged by a waitress. Due to that we already knew what we wanted and had her take our drink order, appetizer, and food orders. We waited OVER an hour for our food that was NEVER placed to begin with. The waitress was very apologetic but it’s ridiculous. We were there as a family with 3 hungry kids and just left so disappointed. The lack of acknowledgement and accountability is unacceptable. We should have known better the second we were seated and had to wait on the waitress. Usually you just wait a few minutes and a waitress comes over bringing bread and asking for drink order. Management never even came. It wasn’t even that busy. The group that sat behind us got seated a few minutes before us and they all ate their food and left. Overall I want to say we were there almost 2 hours from waiting on a table to open (20 minutes) to waiting at the table for a waitress (another 20-25 minutes) to waiting for our food. We just ended up leaving. We couldn’t wait anymore. The waitress apologized again and said not to worry about the drinks and appetizers.
