I’ve been to my share of ihops around the US by far this has to be the best experience I’ve had. Food was fresh, Emely the server was phenomenal and the manager is amazing. They all go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience, will definitely be back to this location a lot more.
Jaydie’s Service was wonderful, she had a wonderful smile, joyful personality, and was always checking in on us making sure if we needed anything and the moment she noticed my drink was low she asked if I wanted a refill definitely would recommend her she’s wonderful 🫶🏻
This IHOP is competing with McDonald's in its prime in terms of speed. Ordered food and in 4 minutes the food came. Insanely fast, courteous staff. Great work!
I got out of my usual and ordered the new spicy shredded beef breakfast tacos, and they did not disappoint. To me, it wasn't spicy for having Serrano peppers, jalapeño peppers, and parlando peppers on it, but man, was it delicious!! It came with 2 tacos and a side. They tacos were stuffed, so I couldn't only eat 1. You get your money worth that's for sure. I recommend the tacos for sure. Even though it was very busy, we were seated fast, and our waitress was excellent. The vanilla cold brew with cold foam was too sweet for my taste, but otherwise, it was good. Hubby got the usual for him. The breakfast sampler and it must have been great because he scarfed it down before I could get a picture...lol
I had the pleasure of being served by Emely during my recent visit to IHOP, and she truly elevated the experience. From the moment we were seated, Emely greeted us with a warm, gracious smile and an attentive presence that made us feel genuinely welcome. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful suggestions, and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. What stood out most was her kindness and professionalism — she managed a busy environment with ease while providing personalized, friendly service at every interaction. Our drinks were always refilled promptly, our special requests were handled perfectly, and Emely checked in on us at just the right times without ever interrupting our conversation. Emely represents IHOP with exceptional hospitality, and she turned an ordinary meal into a memorable and pleasant dining experience. I would gladly return again knowing I might be lucky enough to be seated in her section.
We walked in waited 10 minutes to even have the waitress to come and get our drink order. We just got up and left. They were sitting there just chit chatting amongst themselves. So I was contacted by the manager Mr. Mo. When I tell you as soon as we walked in we were greeted and the environment was a whole different vibe. All staff were very welcoming as soon as we walked in. And NO they didn't know who we were. But service was on point and food was great as always, coffee amazing as always. We will definitely be making this our new IHOP restaurant. A lot of times places don't really care about customer experience. The way they see it hey we still have business one person opinion is their own but we don't lose anything. When I tell your that Mr. Mo made it right made sure we were taken care of. We truly appreciate it. It speaks very highly about him. Thanks again IHOP staff.
Great experience at IHOP! Our server Adam was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. My wife had the country omelette and loved it, and I got the sampler with bottomless pancakes—everything came out hot and fresh, and the pancakes kept coming. Adam made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Solid food and great service.
Good attention. Adam received us with the best customer service ever. The fact that my 2 yo daughter had crayons and drawings to paint made a very good first impression. We got good quality food. A lot of small details made our breakfast so pleasant. Thanks Adam, and all the restaurant team!!
Amazing experience. I went in and asked if they can accommodate a big party of 40. The manager Mor and Fares said yes. He gave me a time estimate, and the servers: Adrian, Dania, and Brooklyn did an amazing job in serving us and making sure we had refills on our drinks. It was just an great experience for a family gathering.
This location has remodeled since my last visit and it not only looks great but the service was faster. Our waiter Adam was professional and attentive despite how busy he was!
Went this morning with my family and had a great experience. Was seated quickly and was attended to quickly. Our server was Dania. She was great and very attentive. Food came out quickly and fresh. No complaints here. Will come again.
Our waiter, Zam was amazing!!! He was kind, friendly and knowledgeable! I had a special request of the cook and he made sure I was completely satisfied!! I would love to have a Zam experience every time. That is what you call Excellent Customer Service!!
My wife and I love this place. We have been coming for a couple years now and they get better every time we come. There is not enough good things that I could say. The White staff is wonderful and friendly, the manager is fantastic and actually cares. The food is delicious. You can request from the cooks if you want something a little extra crispy and they will absolutely do it for you. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Aurora was our our waitress and she was the perfect representation for your company. Our order was 100 percent correct, fast delivery to the table, checked on our table to see that we had everything we wanted and that we were happy with the preparation of our food. Smiled the entire time even though the restaurant was at full capacity. She should train new people!. We need more people like her in the service industry
It was a very great experience at this location. My waiter Adam was very involved and questioned us a lot to make sure everything was going swell. The food was great and the wait time and attention we got was too notch. I totally recommend coming to this situation.
Our server Aurora really really great!! She always made sure that we had everything that we needed and took the time to ask us if we needed anything else. Some older ladies behind us were complaining about their food taking forever, but our food came very quickly. I would recommend Aurora to anyone. She did a great job.
I had a great experience at IHOP—the food came out hot and fresh, the pancakes were fluffy, and everything tasted really good. The service was quick even though it was busy, and the staff was friendly. Adrian was definitely the best worker there because he was super kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. He had a great attitude the whole time and really made the visit better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

8th Ave location is the best value, atmosphere and service. Lorena, Sergio and their team are welcoming and respectful. It's the only location in Tarrant County that will take your individual size pizza order on the buffett. Plenty of room for parties and get togethers. It's kept clean very well.
Yummy. Delicious. Lovely atmosphere. Great salad bar with so much freshness. Tasty soup. Pasta with both red and white sauces. Many, many choices on pizzas. Bonus with desserts, too: cinnamon rolls, pumpkin cinnamon rolls, and chocolate brownies. There is also a game room and a few others to play. And what a price! Super good incredible meal deal. Don’t miss out!

Great food and love the giant rubber duck claw machine although I hate that now you have to load money onto a card to play the games and claw machines but other than that it’s great. Would definitely go here again.
The manager is amazing. She is very nice and very professional at the same time. She introduces the food you request by herself. In fact, I drive 9 miles to go this branch because of her although I have other branches nearby my home, but I prefer to come here because of the amazing customer service, the cleanliness of the place, and this professional manager. Thank you very much!! 😊
This location was one of the best experiences I have ever had in Cicis. We came on Halloween night, and even though they were so full, it didn't feel like that at all. We never waited for food, and it was super fresh every time. Management was definitely prepared to give their customers a great experience in this busy night. I'm truly impressed and glad we decided to stay to eat.

2023 Review- Great customer service. I noticed there was less meat and cheese on some of the pizza's. Ranch for salad was excellent not sure what their using this time, but please keep it. I'm giving them 5 stars because the buffet is always well maintained and full. Lastly, ordering a custom made pizza is fast and easy. 2022 Review- $3.14 buffet deal today, but employee had no idea. I feel there needs to be morning meetings discussing promotional deals. Overall the buffet was good and my pizza's were delicious. The only thing I wouldn't order again is the deep dish pizza. 2022 Review-Most of my pick-up order was wrong. I'm glad i checked everything before I walked out. I asked for a refund for my wings because the flavor I ordered was wrong and the toppings on my pizza were also wrong. I'm not sure what was going on this time, but I should've received a refund on my pizza also. They actually wanted me to wait for them to correct the mistake. I shouldn't have to wait 30 more minutes, for y'all to correct a very simple order. I will stick with the buffet if I return, but please stop putting soo much butter on the cinnamon rolls. 2022 Review-This location can be easily overlooked. The establishment is well managed and has a drive-thur. I requested a variety of pizzas and they were all delicious. The manager did a great job preparing orders and taking care of customers.

I am so happy IHOP brought back the chicken florentine. It was yummy. Danaya was our server and she was very nice and sweet. It was busy cuz of Valentine's and then some but overally got seated quick and food was out at a decent amt of time.

We stop by after an event that was held for my daughter. We were all super hungry! When we first arrived, the pizzas look like they had been sitting there a bit. But I guess we brought the crowd in because more people came in after us and then they started making more pizzas. I know for sure the pasta have been sitting there a very long time because it was way overcooked and chewy. But besides that the facility was clean, although it was very cold so when we take our plates, our pizza get cold really fast cause it was freezing in there.
Pizza buffet with all types of pizza. They also offer noodles, soup, salad and desserts. All you can eat for inexpensive price. Not the best pizza but for the pizza worth it.
Good pizza, they were always changing out the pizzas to make sure they were fresh. Good desserts as well. The cinnamon rolls were my favorite by far, as well as the spinach pizza. They also allow you to customize pizzas as well, kind of a wait for it but be prepared to. Will come back!

The waitress was wonderful, she let us choose our sitting and was very attentive. The food was delicious, however, my sister had a hair on her food! But the rest of the plates were fine and were very enjoyable. I would recommend the location since everything went well, but just be careful and keep an eye on your food!
At first, it was pretty nice. The people were nice and stuff. Then me and my family were looking for a booth to sit at and the booths weren't clean. The food was good until my sister found hair not on top of the food but inside the food, like it was cooked into the cinnamon roll. We got our money back and had to leave instantaneously.
I wasn’t impressed. The buffet was lousy and there was nowhere to sit for a while. It was crowded and loud. The cinnamon things were good and the spinach pizza was OK that was about it.
Order a pasta bowl and totally got it all wrong. Didn't try there best to make it better. Usually when I order the pasta is on the bottom with marinara sauce on it with cheese pepperoni a lil bit jalepaño on top. This time total disaster. I usually like it here because my son loves to eat here from time to time. But now I don't know. 👎

the service and management is horrible. they are extremely rude and unappreciative to there patrons. I don't recommend it at all , it may be cheap and but the service reflects that it is cheap!

01/04/202 THE WHOLE STAFF WAS RUDE!!! FROM THE CASHIER, TO THE LINE STAFF AND ONE OF THE LADIES WHO CLEANS THE TABLES WAS RUDE?? IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE AT WORK STAY AT HOME!! THIS USED TO BE MY FAVORITE CICIS BUT NOW I WILL BE GOING TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION FOR BETTER SERVICE!☹️
I was dining with my family. When all of a sudden two random employees sat in the same table as us putting his FOOD. My whole family specially my sisters felt super uncomfortable. We Love eating here so it’s such a shame this happened to us. We had to leave early because of how uncomfortable we were. But other than that We really LOVE the food
