From my initial call to check wait times, it was pleasant which says alot. I spoke to Courtney and her phone etiquette was amazing. When we arrived, I had to see who she was. Very nice person. Our waitress Pam was very pleasant as wellcand Pam made sure we were thoroughly taken care of while enjoying our meal. These 2 people- Pam and Courtney (who happens to be the manager)sets the tone for this establishment and I would definitely come back. Everyone at this location is so polite. I love it!

Our server Chloe was attentive and an absolute sweetheart. The manager, Courtney checked in with us as well. She is very upbeat and smiling all the time. Or did was served hot and drinks were kept full. Great experience!

So we have been coming to the IHOP in lake worth even though we have one close to home in Haslet cause the service is excellent from the person that greets you to the busboys,the manager Courtney has this ihop on a roll she is always going around and greeting everyone and making sure everything is going well,highly recommend ***so today 1/17/2026 came again and the service was good and our waitress was micki she was awesome very attentive and quick,I did miss Courtney but everything was great like always

We were greeted almost instantly and seated almost as quickly. Lisa and Katrina made our dining experience such a pleasure. The food was fresh and hot and the coffee was hot and pleasing. This was customer service at its finest.

Had an amazing experienc thanks to Berenice! She was super friendly, attentive without hovering, and made sure our drinks stayed full and our food came out hot and top tier !! You can tell when someone actually cares about their job, and that was the vibe the whole time. Even when it got busy, she stayed patient and kind. This kind of service makes a regular breakfast feel like a treat. Definitely ask for Berenice if you come in

Renewed my faith in IHOP! I have been to a few others lately that did not meet the standard!! This was not it. Had a great breakfast, service, and atmosphere! Tanesha was our server and she was delightful. She went above and beyond to make our visit pleasurable. We will definitely be back!

Joseph was my server and he was so patient, KIND to my 6 year old, knowledgeable about the menu (willing to share his opinion of the steak) and a down to earth young man. He came to check on us how a great server does. I live in Dallas but if i move to this area, we’d def come back often and request him. My daughter got the cupcake pancakes with fruit and it was yummy/fresh. Ihop changed the fries and i dont care for them but that has nothing to do with him! Lol. The bathroom was also clean. The hostess was sweet and welcoming as well. Great vibes in my opinion.

The atmosphere was warm and cozy. The food was delicious. The fijita chicken wrap was so big I had to do a takeaway. The customer service was very friendly and nice. It's definitely a place worth visiting.

We came in during the snowmageddon event on 1/25. The manager (Courtney) was the ONLY cook because the actual cook was a no show. No bus boys showed up either. Our waitress, Michelle was so awesome. All of the waitress had to waitress, bus, wash dishes … everything. What amazed me the most and what made our experience exceptional was ALL off the waitresses had the best attitude. So friendly and so apologetic that service was slow. IHOP…. Pay attention to these employees. They are exceptional and stand out from the rest!!!

Micki gave my mom and me a super great outstanding experience today ☺️ She is very professional , very sweet and helpful ; took very good care of us from beginning to end, made shure exactly what we wanted , brought out food super fresh and fast , checked back and forth on us , brought us condiments to table before we even asked for them , kept table clean removing used plates , brought us drink refills and extra napkins as well. Thank you Micky for your great service 🫶🏻

This was our second time and our waiter was Joseph and Ordered the Sirloin Steak Tips again, they were so tender and well marinated. 1st time we had Waitress Lena was amazing she took great care of us. Such a great dining experience overall. Everyone was so nice and the Manager was nice also.We will be back soon.

Amazing experience at IHOP today! Stopped by for breakfast and everything was spot on. The food came out fresh and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. But the highlight was our server, Micky — friendly, upbeat, super attentive and with an amazing attitude from start to finish. She made us feel right at home and really elevated the whole experience. IHOP needs more people like her 🙌 Definitely coming back. Highly recommended!

I was traveling from out of town so I decided to stop by IHOP for something to eat. I was greeted by a lovely young lady by the name of Courtney. I think she may have been the manager. Her customer service is top tier!! She sat me down and the waitress came right over. She got my food ordered and it came out promptly! I was highly satisfied!! Courtney and her staff were great and I will be back during my next visit.

I stopped going to IHOP, but this store at Quebec has the best server named Bianca. Her customer service was immaculate. From bringing the food out fresh to always be attentive and serving us with care. Now I want to go here all the time, thank you Bianca! Just amazing

Erica is the best waitress we have ever had. She remembers everyone’s order and she doesn’t have to write anything down. We just love her! She’s a beautiful person too!!! IHOP or Courtney should give her a raise. Courtney is a very personable manager. She’s like a momma to her staff but a daughter to us.

Absolutely amazing, felt welcomed and cared for! If we needed a refill or anything, they where straight to it. I adore how they spoke to their customers, engaging simply for people to feel comfortable. Especially Joseph and Lisa, you can tell they work hard and care for their customers. From Joseph being the waiter, serving us fresh food that tastes amazing and making us laugh. Lisa was welcoming and talked to everyone she could, holding a smile while she did so. Overall, I'm so grateful for their company and I'm sure to come back!

Micki was fantastic! She was attentive, she let us know she would be right with us when we first sat down and brought us extra drinks without us prompting her. She was so sweet and her interactions with her guests seems so genuine! The food was perfect! I ordered my favorite thing and it did not disappoint! My son (2yo) started throwing a conniption, another waitress saw and offered to get him fruit or a piece of bacon to keep him calm. Chloe was so sweet for doing that! I was so thankful that she noticed and I didn’t have to ask. All in all I will continue to frequent this ihop bc everything was superb!

Fabian was an amazing server and truly made our IHOP experience exceptional. From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. He checked on us often without being overbearing, made sure our orders were perfect, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Our food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, and Fabian went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Servers like him are the reason people come back—IHOP is lucky to have Fabian!

This location consistently delivers an exceptional dining experience, all thanks to the incredible staff. Desirae, my regular waitress, is fantastic! She provides truly personalized service—she knows my order before I even sit down and often has it ready to go. She is always friendly and highly attentive. Courtney, who usually manages the mornings, is also wonderful. She consistently makes sure I am taken care of and even takes the time to ask about my new house, which is a great personal touch. The entire staff here is fast, friendly, and genuinely personable. This is easily a 5-star experience every time!
