I love Whataburger but sometimes I gotta fight the urge cause them chicken butter biscuits are a sin, I promise you. You can't eat just one. The breakfast bowls are great also cause it has everything you eat for breakfast in a bowl, a sliced biscuit, sausage or bacon, white gravy, and eggs with cheese.The burgers are beyond amazing but I'm not gonna talk about it cause then I'll want them and currently I'm on a diet but ladies if you need a good cheat day for breakfast or lunch at an affordable price. This is your best choice 👌 😘

Courtney (General Manager) is AMAZING ! All the workers were nice , the establishment was clean & normally walking into establishment you don’t normally see the general manager doing much besides being behind the counter giving orders , Courtney on the other hand was walking the floor making sure all customers were satisfied, opening the doors, helping clean, etc ..

I know it's Whataburger, but every time I go there, their cleaning, weather it power washing the parking lot or swapping the deck. These folks are outstanding. Food and service they provide is through the roof! I love this Whataburger!

The True Heros of 2025, everything I waited for at 2 am. came out FRESH AND HOT. I worked a shift and had to endure traffic and nothing else being open, and this was my last stop before giving up and going home. It's worth the wait, and everything was the best you ask for on the busiest of nights. Thank you to everyone who showed you up for work. It is greatly appreciated.

There was an issue ordering with the app (completely my fault). Manager in morning (4 Aug 2024) was very understanding and went above and beyond to help ensure I was taken care of. This level of customer service is rare and I will be returning to this location in the future.

As a customer, I was trying to eat my burger in peace but “Kermitjr” and his two nescient friends were having an unnecessarily loud conversation. I know it’s Whataburger and I would not expect it to be a quiet environment, but if you’re going to complain about your food and how it was like a “sauna” in there, talk to the manager or workers about it, don’t just complain on a google review. To the group of 3 friends: I spoke to one of the workers after you all left and they changed the thermostat setting, all you had to do was ask lol. At least you didn’t leave the food on the table, as that sure would not get you a gift card like you hoped.

Courtney has the epitome of a great General Manager!!! This evening for dinner, my wife and I were greeted with an awesome personality and a great smile. Courtney held the door open for us and said " Welcome to Whataburger"! Our burger and French fries were made fresh! He also walked by our table and asked, " How is your food?" Awesome customer service!!! We will definitely be back to store #353.

Omg! I just had the BEST experience I think I’ve ever had a fast food restaurant! Courtney, I believe he is the manager made sure everything was perfect! As I’m sitting there waiting I was observing staff and when I tell you everyone was attentive and friendly,, I once saw the manager step out I’m assuming to check drive thru line and immediately came in and got on top of it. The feeling was like a family restaurant I actually felt love!

I am giving five stars because of the new management. This is the first time in many years that we had a perfect experience at Whataburger. Normally we would go somewhere else because it would ‘take too long’, or the ‘food would be cold’, wrong order, etc. This time, the person taking the order in the drive thru was very professional, competent, and repeated our order back perfectly. The wait was very minimal. A gentleman by the name of Courtney brought out our order. My daughter and I checked our order and I realized I had mis-ordered. Courtney saw that we hadn’t left, and came over to ask if there was anything wrong. I told him I had messed up and ordered a cheeseburger, but actually needed it w/o cheese. He said he would replace it for me. I thought that was very nice of him, even though I’m the one that ordered wrong. I told him how much I appreciated the great customer service. He told me that he was the new manager and was happy to hear the praises. Courtney obviously has a passion for customer service and I’m sure he and his staff will make this store more successful. Thank you, and keep up the great job!

The minute I walked in I got greeted by everyone in the front and the manager Courtney! I loved the vibe it was the best I’ve seen in a while they all working hard and it shows! Visiting this restaurant reinstalled my hope in this generation. Two young men stopping in for a quick lunch held open the door for me. That doesn't happen anymore. I felt honored, one of them shared he over heard me tell the cashier of my dietary restrictions. He asked if I was diabetic, I replied yes, he said he was as well. Respect, we formed a bond over our limitations.

It was national Whataburger day and when I walked in there wasn't a seat in the house and so many people standing and I thought for sure it was going to be 45 minutes until I got food but within 10 minutes I had the food in my hand I watched so many people get their food and move along and it was excellent service. The food was fresh and delicious. Five stars Lake Worth. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The bathrooms are locked and you have to request for them to open it which is different. The people who were taking the order were nice(ish). A group of people were leaving and had food left over. It looked like they offer to help them get everything ready to go which was above and beyond. I expected a bunch of flies, which some whataburgers just seem to have. I only saw one and it wasn't bothering me, so great. My biggest complaint is I seem to have received a mustard burger when I ordered a sweet and spicy.

Always have a good experience at this Whataburger on this particular night I took my granddaughter for a late night snack and ran into these four Fort Worth police officer's who were extremely nice and was glad to take the picture with my granddaughter because she wants to be a police officer👮‍♀️👮‍♂️

I'm surprised by reading some of the reviews on here... I typically go on Saturday night and get food from the Lake Worth location and I've never been disappointed. I go inside to get the order and I witness the workers putting the orders together and then someone named Emilee (guessing the supervisor?) spot checks them to make sure everything is in them. They have never got my order wrong and the food is always really delicious. I'm personally glad I started going to this location instead of the Saginaw location where they slack on customer service and order accuracy.

I go to this location regularly, and the staff is awesome and friendly. I always get great food. Every once in a while, I will get older fries mixed in with the fresh ones, but they are still edible. My only real complaint is that the bathroom has a code to get in. They are quick to respond, though. Usually, when I show up, Cary is at the register and he is always super friendly. This guy needs a promotion.

This is a good location. Not great like the one in Azle. But the food is good. This restaurant for being a newer location just seems already warn down. And the dining room is quite small in comparison to other Whataburgers in the area.

Double check you order before you leave, there are high odds it may be missing something. The food was fine, typical Whataburger quality and nicely warm, but the two people I informed that my order was missing two items seemed confused even though my order was clearly indicated on the print out on the bag. The store needs to have some specific training on how to expedite orders so the correct orders go out in a timely manner.

Fries were cold and didnt get complete order for our large group. Took the loss and didn't bother to go back and ask for it. Friendly enough service. I had eaten there last summer on my yearly vacation to visit family and thought it was the best whataburger I had ever eaten at but this summer was a bit of a disappointment. But at least it wasn't terrible.

Easily one of the worst locations in terms of service. The food is the same as other locations. Placed a mobile order, walked inside to realize none of the employees had an understanding of how the computers or mobile orders operated. Several “missing” orders, the guy in front of me was visibly upset because this issue was making him late to work. The guy at the front counter decided to say that was his problem and that he wasn’t going to let this customers frustration change their attitude towards customers — which was terrible. Also not a manager in sight while this was happening. The guy ended up leaving and his order was wrong — the employees just shrugged and told everyone in the restaurant to ignore his bad attitude. Can’t recommend this location by any means. Needs a management overhaul.

This was a location I visit regularly, but always in the morning. I had just returned from a trip and needed a late nite meal. I was having a problem with the app, but the employees didn't even acknowledge the issue. Three employees were standing near the register, but someone in the drive thru had to ask them to wait on me. They didn't ask me if they could help me, they just looked at me. When they brought me my box of food, I thought it was lighter than normal. It was missing the gravy, and the fry box was a little more than half full. One piece of chicken was about 3 inches long. The chicken was hot and fresh, but the fries were lukewarm. Apparently, the night staff has a lot to learn from the morning staff... which is phenomenal.

I asked for my food three different times and then the young not very smart little girl that gave it to us decided to tell me it was my fault which is never gonna fly considering we stood there and asked three times and then 14 minutes after we finally got our food and she had the audacity to blame it on me. Let’s just be happy. I was not ready to hit anybody because I didn’t have time because that was repulsive the way that she treated us and then the way that two other workers fully saw how she spoke to us and treated us and did nothing after we asked them for our food And watched other people come in and go out They won’t have my business again

Service is spotty depending on the manager on duty. Some days, it can take 10 minutes to get your order. Other days, it can take 2 or three minutes. The coffee ranges from palatable to used motor oil. The food is usually good, but just like the service, it is inconsistent. The drive-through service is also spotty but improving. Some days you can wait 5 minutes or longer to place an order at the order box. You take your chances when going to this WaitAburger.

My son and I were excited to try their breakfast as a friend highly recommended their taquitos, which I didn't realize were just breakfast burritos which was fine. We ordered in the drive thru and were asked to pull forward into a waiting spot, we waited 15 minutes for our food to come out, when we finally got our food we drove away and found out that they did not include syrup or margarine as stated on the menu with the pancake platter, my son was so upset. They also did not include utensils for eating the pancakes, needless to say, that was money down the drain.

I ordered ahead while on my way so I could be out faster than the drive thru. My curbside delivery time lapsed, and I waited an additional 5 minutes before going inside where a cashier was taking orders. As I did, one employee I had seen talking with guests in the dining room as I pulled up, went into the kitchen. A third employee slowly excited the bathroom wearing his jeans improperly fitted. The only reason I paid that any attention was because he slowly reached into his front pocket, and pulled out food handling disposable gloves, then proceeded to slowly put them on in full view of other employees as he slowly made his way behind the counter. Then the dining room employee emerged with my order. I took it and left, stunned at the young man's choices, but feeling certain he hadn't prepared my order. Now, I know the Lake Worth and Blue Mound locations have slow service, to the point where I know I may have to remind them it's sitting on the counter, but the disregard for basic food handling hygiene has made last night my last visit to Lake Worth.

Service was great and the people were friendly but I’m beyond offended at this burger. They really tore half of a patty and put it on half of the sandwich! WTH?! This was my redemption for the last time I went to one and they put gobs of mustard on my sandwich. I don’t think I’ll ever be back to another what a burger again. The patty was ungodly thin and not even there! Barely any lettuce, the cheese wasn’t even melted onto the patty, like come on stop being lazy!! Not happy. The milkshake and fries were good though but the burgers no. Spend all that money and don’t even get food after I worked a 12 hour shift and was starving! 😭

This is the worse one I have ever been to. Been at the window waiting for 35 minutes and haven't even been acknowledged. When I got there, there was only 2 vehicles in front and that wait was 20 minutes. While everyone else has been taken care of. Guy just comes up and ask if I have been taken care of which is pathetic because countless people have been looking over here and ignoring us and no it's not busy inside. Learn to priorize or get better management.

Without fail, this particular location will ALWAYS give you the condiments they decide you want, not what you actually order. If you order 4 spicy ketchup with your meals, they will give you 2 spicy and 2 regular and then act like you’re inconveniencing them if you call them out on it. My best guest is that this is at the instruction of the franchisee/corporate to boost profits. Today’s order was large and had 12 spicy ketchups and 1 buttermilk ranch which was charged extra for. When we get home, we have 2 spicy, 2 regular and no ranch at all. The fries were not hot and it leaves me wondering why we keep patronizing them. This is finally the last straw. There are so many businesses that actually want your business and these guys clearly don’t care about taking care of the customers.

Over the last 3-4 years we have had nothing but issues from this location. EVERY single time we order from this location half our order is missing (usually the French fries) OR the order is incorrect. This location HAS to get their communication on a better track. It’s absolutely absurd how often this occurs. We only tried this location again today because it had recently been remodeled/restaffed a few months ago. But unfortunately it seems nothing has really changed.

I ordered online, but after my order was assigned to a driver, it just sat there in the app. My delivery window came and went, so I called customer service. The woman clearly did no care. She refunded my money, but offered no explanation or apology. My free food arrived not long after hanging up. Serves them right. I just feel bad for the driver who got screwed. Tell me it's going to be an hour and I wait an hour. Don't tell me it's going to be an hour, then make me wait 90 minutes.

Worst experience by far ever visiting this location... Horrible Customer Service and Management on duty. Waited at least 10 minutes at the drive thru window after being given my drinks to be told the only burger I ordered had yet to be made. During the entire 10 minutes I waited only 1 person of at least 5 different employees seen on shift asked what I was waiting for....and never returned to the window. 0 customer service skills from the staff and manager on duty- refund was requested. No apologies from management or employees. Is this what the public service and serving our community has come too? My family and I are loyal Whataburger customers but after this experience, I will never return to this location again.

Geez how hard is it to make a burger plain and dry no cheese? The second time they got mustard all over the top of the bun…I’m allergic to mustard! While waiting for the replacement three drive thru people came in because they were missing items they paid for. Avoid this Whataburger at all cost!

They was the last time I'll be going to this Whataburger. They have incompetent, rude, kids working here. They have zero customer service skills, don't listen to instructions they are given. Last 3 visits were and way. People I know that have been here day the same thing. HORRIBLE WHATABURGER!

I rarely write reviews but avoid this location at all costs. We waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru which wasn’t a big concern for us, we weren’t in a rush. But after pulling forward to wait some more the lady brought our food out and basically threw it at us and said “here” with an attitude and walked away quickly. We were a little upset but figured she was just having a bad day. Then to top it off we got home and our whole order was pretty much wrong. The Saginaw location is way better.

I don't know what it is with this location but the food was cold when we got it. They have something against dips there because they dont ever give you any even though you ask. Literally have to go inside and ask for fries or gravy or something because it's missing even though it's part of the meal. Which good luck with that because youre lucky if they acknowledge you. It's not worth waiting the 45 minutes for your food. Just don't waste your money or time.

This location usually gets at least one thing wrong each visit. More often than not, the fries are hardly ever filled. Fry boxes half full and cold/old food isn't what people necessarily want.

I’m extremely disappointed with our recent visit. One of the employees was incredibly rude to my husband and even used inappropriate language. This is unacceptable behavior, and it completely ruined our experience. We expected better from Whataburger.

Order: #4 plain and dry with large fry. This is what I recieved after very kindly asking Sandra's if I could get more than a normal amount of ketchup. She hastily replied "sorry I can only give you 4" ok fine no big deal but then I get this? I watched her halfway fill my large fry and went about my way to come home and this is what I find. This is an awful excuse for whataburger.

I walked in and it took them almost 30 mins to make my order. The onion rings was sitting under the warmer for 15 mins. If you come here in the early morning, don't walk inside, they serve the drive thru first!

This used to be my go to Whataburger but my last 3 visits have proven they just need to do an entire replacement of the whole crew. Orders are wrong, missing items or simply cleared off the screen and forgot about, when asked about it, staff simply says we're too busy to make it.

Online ordered more than once at different times of the day and it has been wrong. Order missing food and comes out at different times making it inedible. A lot of staff standing around and doing nothing. Prioritizing the orders of others despite others waiting longer.

Went to this location at 7:36 on a Wednesday evening for a soda, shake and fry. You would only think that order would take a few minutes to be completed. Even though we were in the drive through we didn't get our items untill 8:07. Over half an hour for the quickest things to get. Do not come to this whataburger if you value your time. There was no apology for the wait or any type of explanation of why this experience had happened. Pathetic chain

Not sure why they allow you to use the app and select curbside when every time I go, I have to go inside after literally waiting for an extended amount of time for my food and seeing multiple people go inside to order, get there food and leave. Do better. “Sorry bout that” gets old after awhile.

5 employees walked past the front counter, and none of them even acknowledged me. I waited another 30+ seconds for a young lady to ask, without looking in my direction, if my order had been taken. I was picking up an online order. Horrible customer service!! These kids need to be (re-)trained that if a guest can see you, you need to at least greet them, and let them know somebody will be there to help them momentarily. Then you let the person on register know that they have a guest.

Horrible establishment. 2 cars in the drive through, 2 cars in the parking lot, this will get you a 25 minute wait in the drive through. Spoke with manager about the unessecary amount of time it took to make 1 burger, they looked at me like I was crazy and said "my bad white boy". I love whataburger, but I'll just take my business to another burger joint. Despicable behavior.

I just witnessed an employee use the restroom and went back to work in the kitchen without washing his hands. I let the manager know but she said that I was not being honest. Honestly, she did not look very clean herself.

I was there for at least 35-40 minutes in drive thru. Not even a big line they just took too long for each order. Then after I got my order i rushed home because my food didn’t feel to warm anymore. Food was cold and the onion rings were burnt, I should of checked the order before I left but I felt rushed since they were taking to long I didn’t want the people behind me to wait even longer.

Idk why they offer curbside at this location if I have to get off every time after waiting for 20 minutes. And then the manager lied to us saying we never checked in when we literally see on their screen from the parking lot notify them that we arrived. That’s how often it happens we tested it multiple times to make sure it is us checking in.

Came to drive thru only 3 cars in front me but like didn’t move for 45 minutes not even one car moved finally it starts moving. I get to order and takes another 35 minutes to get to window. I waited at window for a good 10 minutes before they inform me that they gave my food to the car in front of me and they ask me to pull up to the door and it would be out in 2 minutes. 8 minutes later I have to get out and go in just for them to tell me that they are making it now. Go out to my car and wait another 7 minutes before they bring it out. Get home and there is no cheese or sauce on my burger!!!!!! Never eating at this location again. Talk about a nightmare

This is definitely not my favorite location but it's convenient. Routinely will get my order wrong or just not have what I want (a Cobb salad...how many people in Lake Worth are ordering Cobb salads that they're always sold-out??) Forget getting any of your free rewards redeemed, it never makes it to your final order pick up. I had to file a report with corporate just to get price adjustment on my final bill for food I never received in my order. Just close this location already.

The employees at this location clearly couldn’t care less about your time or your order. After wasting 20–30 minutes in the drive-thru line, the window attendant very confidently read my correct order back to me — only to hand me the wrong food. Foolishly trusting that they could handle something so basic, I drove home without checking, only to discover they had, unsurprisingly, gotten it wrong. Not only did they waste my time, but they were kind enough to waste my gas too. When I returned to get what I had actually paid for, they graciously provided me with cold food. Do yourself a favor and avoid this disaster of a location. If you enjoy getting what you ordered, maybe try the Saginaw spot instead — I’ve shockingly never had a problem there.

We usually have a great experience during night shift but this time it was the morning shift. We ordered our food and waited at least 10-15 minutes to get our food. We got a sweet and spicy bb meal with no onions and a chicken meal with gravy we made sure to tell them no onions and some gravy. The burger had onions and the gravy wasn’t there. We went back and got the burger replaced and the chicken that wasn’t all the way done. The manager Monica d was rude and acted like she was right she told us she was listening to the order and that we didn’t get no onions and we didn’t tell them gravy. She told us that they repeat the order back and we should’ve listened but in reality they were the ones that didn’t listen to us. They don’t pay attention to their customers how they should and that’s usually why they never get the order right. Customer service is terrible. Wouldn’t recommend eating here. Definitely check your order before you leave. Night shift is way better and better customer service.

At approximately 9:55pm CST on July 30th 2025 I walked in to pick up an order and notice the manager being rude to customers and to her employee. Talking down to her and to the customers and avoiding customer interaction with the customers. No one should feel harassed by their manager and no customer should have to witness this type of behavior. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Whataburger I would expect better from you and I hope you discipline this manager. Or she needs to find another job where she is not interacting with people. She also advised employees to not take anymore orders because she needs to catch up.

It is a waste of time to order through the app. On two separate occasions I had to go in to get my order after waiting a considerable amount of time in the curbside pickup. No one apologized or even acknowledged the inconvenience of what happened. Love What-A-Burger but not this one!

I have never written a review for anything but this was so unbelievably bad it motivated me to do so. The fries tasted super old and weirdly sweet, the burger was so ugly and unappetizing but as a retail worker on lunch I ate it (Only the burger, fries were straight up inedible and this is coming from a mcdonalds fries fan). I honestly shouldve asked for a refund but I have such limited time to be out and eat All i wanted was a nice meal. The workers were okay they all seemed super busy yet there was hardly a line, no wonder. Just fire all of them at this point its so pathetic, Westworth village has the best Whataburger I shouldve never betrayed them

Don’t even say hello or look happy to be here. Didn’t give a receipt. On top of that a hair in my drink.. Zero stars. Horrible service. Was in drive thru for 10 mins....missed breakfast because of how slow they were and they didn't even give me and honor even though it was 11am on the dot...and then gave me attitude....and the second order they didn't even knew what drinks I had or anything.....this is not above and beyond service...this is basic service...all I ask. Went through the drive thru ordered a #13 chicken strip combo meal with gravy and a sweet tea and toast. Got another #13 with the chicken strips, gravy, and toast no drink or side. Got to the window paid and got my food realized there was only 1 combo meal in there. I politely said I was missing my other chicken strips, gravy and toast. They corrected it and I drove around to check it again. Opened the box and realized I didn’t get my gravy and toast, all I got was the strips. I went inside and the manager said that I have to order the whole combo meal in order to get the gravy and toast. Mind you I come here all the time and get the same order every time I come, and gravy is included with the strips. They did not tell me that I had to pay for it separately or anything at the window or at the speaker. Mind you it’s the middle of the night and waited almost and hour to get my food, and for it to be cold when I got it. Definitely not happy with my service at this whataburger, and will not be coming back. Be prepared for someone to tell you, you can’t have whats on there menu.

Hands down the worst Whataburger in FW. An hour wait in the drive through. Cold food, wrong items. If this location asks you to pull out of the line and go sit in a parking spot please save yourself the time and do not do it. The reason that they do this is so the corporate office thinks that they are getting orders out quickly. Will not be returning to this Whataburger I would rather drive to the one in Dallas.

I asked for no onions. I was told that a Justaburger doesn't have onions. Cool, I said, put no onions on it just in case, because I've gotten onions on it too many times. Nope. The drive through worker was too smug and lazy to bother clicking no onions. Guess what I got? Onions!! I had to drive back to get it done right. Terrible service at this one. Seriously, train your staff, and quit ignoring your customers.

I’d like to report ongoing unprofessional behavior from late night 9pm female manager at the Whataburger. She often works in the back on the grill but treats both customers and employees with a nasty attitude. Her go to response is always “they can wait,” no matter how long the line is, and she never smiles, greets anyone, or acknowledges guests properly. It feels like she intentionally hides behind the register to avoid interacting with people. This kind of energy makes the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I hope someone from upper management can address this, as it’s not the kind of service people expect from Whataburger. Thank you.

Literally just got home this transaction happened around 12:14 AM. I ordered 3 number 12s, 3 chicken sandwiches JUST the sandwiches not the meals, just to go home and see this crap! Just the chicken??? Like what? I paid over $20 for this? ( 2 sides of fries included) this is the last time I come to this location. 👎🏽

The manager looked right at us and walked away. Twice. She was not helpful, when we walked in she was telling another guy “well I’m the manager the entire night so I don’t know what you want me to do”. Then it took them 5 minutes to come to the register to take our order. In those 5 minutes multiple employees came to the register and didn’t acknowledge us at all. They are out of the shake they still have blasted everywhere. And the 3 shakes we got are a hot mess. Bad experience. Bad staff. Bad whataburger. The one in Azle and even White Settlement are way better and worth the drive.

Don’t get this review wrong first off I understand they are busy location at times and staff was decent but Wow nothing to expect from a Texas favorite!!! This burger was definitely cold and had frozen ice center, I tried eating around the cold part giving the benefit of the doubt thinking I was just over thinking till I actually looked at it before completely eating it this thing was raw!!!! And definitely not up to code…. Honestly i would have rather used my money for food that won’t make me sick BE CAREFUL FOR WHAT YOU EAT AT THIS LOCATION !!! nobody has reached out or said anything about this to me yet but I hope y’all are safe

I ordered online 4 nights ago and got a number 5 meal. I redeemed my free onion rings on the app, they told me they didnt have onion rings. They substituted with fries that were old and cold. On top of that, my burger wasnt cooked all the way through. I took a few bites before i realized it was still pink. I wouldnt eat here. I ended up with food poisoning.

This location has been remodeled, and it’s absolutely disgusting 🤢! The buns were steal, the meat tasted old, and the veggies were brown. In the pictures you can also see that the grease they are cooking in is OLD❗️We didn’t enjoy our food at all. We also noticed there was food on the kitchen floor, and this place truly needs a visit from the owner, to get things in order. The customer service is careless, and this is the MOST frustrating and disappointing thing we noticed. They do wear blue gloves for protection, and I do understand that. The problem is, they touch those same gloves with the food, when taking orders, exchanging money, opening doors, giving customers their cups, wiping the counters, etc. That is so unsanitary, and can you imagine all the germs 🦠 that they are spreading ⁉️⚠️ We definitely won’t be back here, Westworth Village is so much better in food taste, customer service, and overall cleanliness.
