Fantastic fun with my daughter, coming in for the first time! She ordered the orange chicken and I had the build your own bowl with an egg roll. My daughter enjoyed watching them cook the food on the large stone and the chef move around each order. They were also so meticulous caring to separate my order as I have a severe seafood allergy. The staff (especially Lori) was so very kind checking on us often and making sure we had everything we needing and we lacked for nothing. She brought us Togo drinks and highlighted our discount for yelp reviews that were advertised on the table. The food was delicious and the service was so enjoyable not just by our waitress but everystaff member that came by. We were even asked if we were comfortable having another patron seated near us that had a service dog before they were seated, the amout of consideration given to us was through the roof!! My 9yo daughter and I WILL return... this is our girls get away place for sure

I had a great experience at Genghis Grill, thanks to Kelly’s outstanding service. Even though I had to wait for a few hours at the restaurant, she consistently checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. Her kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference. The tacos were also delicious, definitely worth trying! Overall, a wonderful experience with great food and even better service. I’ll definitely be back!

I recently dined at Genghis Grill and was thoroughly impressed! The build-your-own stir-fry concept is fantastic, allowing you to customize your meal with a wide variety of fresh ingredients and flavorful sauces. This was my first time dining at Genghis Grill and I had a great experience! Our server, Annyl, was very friendly and attentive throughout the meal. She made sure we understood how the build your own bowl worked and checked on us often to see if we needed anything. The service was quick, the food was fresh, and the whole experience was enjoyable. Our server really helped make our first visit a good one. I would definitely come back again!

As one of the few places my family and I adore revisiting in Texas as new no longer live here..I have to be honest I was a bit disappointed with my portion in a large bowl. I typically order a regular as it was always filling with some extra to enjoy later on at home. Tonight, the portion for their large was extremely disappointing, and I left not feeling remotely full. What made it more upsetting was the regular seemed to have more than the large bowl in quantity!?! For 24.99 that was not worth it, even if my self made bowl tasted as expected.

Food was good but service could of been better if there were more staff.. wait time was alil longer then expected and had to keep asking for bowls for bottomless and if you order it don’t expect to take any with you as it’s not allowed but not listed anywhere on the menu

Update : 9 months later and the “create your own bowl” is disappointing if ordered on the app. I paid $12 for a small create a bowl and it was mediocre to say the least, I usually get a pretty good portion when I order regular menu bowls or go in store. I don’t expect an over stuffed bowl but to get what I got today was upsetting and not worth the money. My husbands chophouse was skimpy as well. Ordered curbside and sat in the car for 5 minutes watching an employee look out the windows at me and then at the counter to my order and never bring it out so I ended up having to go inside anyway. Meh.

My family came to eat here and we had the worst experience. My brother got there first and ordered all of our drinks (all water) and the waitress acted confused but said she would go get them. After we all arrived she came back to get our drink order and we said it had already been placed but we recorded because things get busy. We ordered egg rolls as we reorder our waters. After we go fix our bowls we wait a long time for water and we found her hiding by the kitchen on her phone. All of our food was mixed up and wrong. After we are halfway done eating we ask for our egg rolls (first time she checked on us so we could ask) and she said “I put them in let me go check on them”. She walked to the register and rang up the egg rolls because she did not get them in. She brings out the egg rolls after we finish eating and when we said she was 20 minutes too late she rolled her eyes at us and took them back. They also had no silverware because it was dirty so half of us ate with plastic forks. Do not recommend this location but the ft worth one is much better!

It's been several years since I've been to this location and clearly there's a reason for that. Bar is nonexistent, the quality of the produce and the meat selections have gone down, and you get service with an attitude. Which is pretty crazy considering you now have to pay before you can even be served. This is the only location I've experienced operate this way and it's very unwelcoming. It also doesn't entice a guest to return when the server with the pink hair tells you to have a good day as you're leaving, so you say "thank you" but apparently that's not good enough for her so she decides to yell "OH YEA I WILL TOO THANK YOU" and then follow up with other mocking remarks to the ONE other guest in the building. How professional. No wonder this location is struggling the way it is.

I love a good Genghis Grill, but when I walked into this one I thought I was being taped for Kitchen Nightmares. You immediately were greeted at the door by the smell of sitting dirty water or sewage, and banquettes that had the pleather stripped off of them. The hostess with pink stripped hair said she would get us our bowls for the Make Your Own selections, then walked off. I used to love that they had thinly sliced chicken breast, but apparently this location was too lazy to cut it properly. The chicken was all different sizes which means it would cook unevenly. But what really concerned me was that the raw chicken was swimming in chicken blood, and it looked like none of the meat was being held at the right temperature. One of the three employees came over to inform us that we weren't filling our bowls properly - we could only chose items to the left, not to the right. He then went back to gossiping behind the line with the other employees about who was gay, and who wasn't. I couldn't stop thinking about the chicken temp, and asked for a manager so I could question whether it was being handled properly. The thought of getting sick off of improperly handled chicken wasn't on my bingo card for the weekend. After waiting over five minutes for the manager, she finally came out and acted like my concern was an inconvenience. She brought out a Dollar Tree meat thermometer, and after saying she had checked the temperature THAT MORNING (it was around 3pm at this time) and pushing it into the bottom of the island of meat proudly announced that it was at 39 degrees. Chicken goes bad and an grow bacteria at under 40 degrees, and I wasn't willing to risk it. When I looked this location up on the web, it shows that this location is "temporally closed." I know that it has made me lose confidence in what this restaurant group is now offering, and teh quality of it's offerings which makes me sad - Ghengis Grill used to be one of my favorite take out spots, but I don't think I will ever be able to forget that slimy chicken that was served at this location.

The food tasted fine like usual, but the service was extremely slow!! We placed our order and waited 30 minutes until our waitress came by. She said our food was on its way and we waited another 20 minutes. Sure it's on a Friday at 7:35 pm (March 8th 2024 to be exact) but it's not crowded at all! Then the food came. We ordered regular bowls and it was only half full. That's not my experience at other Genghis Grills.

UPDATE: Although disappointed from my experience, Rachel was amazing, and such a joy to speak with. When I returned the following day, she not only refunded me, but offered me my bowls to be made again, and a drink. I did decline, but I appreciate so much the respect she gave me, and apologies for their chef and the errors made. Good customer service goes along ways, and I truly appreciate her for how apologetic, kind, and considerate she was. She’s definitely worthy of a raise and/or elevation in my opinion. THANK YOU 😊 COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT‼️ This is horrible. I’m so glad my Google Reviews are over 5+ Million on Google Maps, so that others can be WARNED‼️I just spent $68.17 on three bowls (2 Large, 1 Small) that are all BURNT‼️ This is HIGHLY UNEXPECTED AND DISAPPOINTING‼️ I came here after having ‘day surgery’ because I wanted fresh food, that would be light enough on my stomach to digest, and this is what I get (burnt meat, noodles, veggies). I called the restaurant and spoke with Alexis. She did apologize, and I appreciate that, but this is just NOT ACCEPTABLE. I desire a FULL REFUND, and will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AFTER RECEIVING such HORRIBLE Service in Food. Especially for the price of $68, I could’ve went and had fresh hibachi at Kobe’s for cheaper. Thanks Genghis Grill for ruining my taste and trust to ever eat at your establishment again.
