The tomyum pasta was really good even tho I’m usually not a big fan of tomyum since the spice can be quite strong. I loved it and all the ingredients tasted very fresh. The Hong Kong style French toast was amazing as well. We chose the coconut spread in the middle, which turned out to be a great choice! The toast was fluffy and eggy and it paired perfectly with the condensed milk. The milk tea was also solid and the matcha coconut strawberry slushy was good. The strawberry tasted fresh and made with real ingredients. The space is small but I liked how quickly the food came out. It does seem like it could get busy on weekends so try to avoid busy time
We had a great meal and I enjoyed it a lot. We tried some new dishes and they were great. The tom yum noodles were fantastic, nicely flavored and I loved the sauce. The fried shrimp were a great addition, a nice upgrade to the tom yum noodles. The char siu was solid, though the meat could have been more tender and fatty. I love it when they use pork belly and it melts. The milk tea was good. We had it with 50% sweetness but think that 75% would be optimal. We finished off the meal with egg tarts and they were fantastic, perfectly flaky with many layers. We would get the cheesy pasta next time instead of char siu. Very good overall experience!
finally found an authentic hk lemon tea in the bay area😩great vibe and views! the wings were crispy and juicy and the siu mai + fish balls are made in hk style - love!
This place is such a hidden gem in Foster City! My boyfriend and I love coming here for their HK style french toast and drinks! Vibes are always 10/10 and it is a quick walk away from the waterfront too. Highly recommend!
Wish the restaurant can go back to using fettuccine for the Thai curry pasta instead of the spaghetti! Otherwise great snacks and quick meals, great to dine in and great in take out format.
Found my comfort place in the neighborhood 🌞 to take my family and maybe my 🐱 cat next time First off, owner is a very friendly Chef. Loved George’s service every single time I go with my family. Food is absolutely delicious. 🤤 Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. Think of it as a relaxing mini fine dining experience by the waters. 😌🌊 👇Our favorites are in the photos below, do check them out 🫶
Killer cafe on the water serving HK bites. Their HK milk tea is on the less sweet side compared to milk tea shops, the 75% is great. Excellent service and location with indoor and al fresco tables.
The best HK style French toast I’ve had - with coconut paste inside and super flaky on the outside! Great atmosphere by the lake. Also canto pop in the store is great vibes. The staff is really friendly too. Great for hang out and working.
Everything tasted really fresh. I liked the noodles even though I was really hungry and the matcha strawberry slush was so refreshing I finished it so fast. Love the freshness of the strawberries and the sweetness from the coconut milk but the matcha wasn’t really strong but it still tasted good. Highly recommended for a lunch stop if your into hk cafe foods.
Finally got to try Cafe Kazka! This is a newer HK-fusion cafe that offers both café-style drinks and actual meal items. Going in, there was no wait for a weekday lunch but several people were already seated. I ordered the char siu (bbq pork) noodles and it was warm + comforting. Prices are on the medium to higher end for what we got. Love the decor of the space--hope to try more items in the future!
Very nice cafe, ample seating indoor and outdoor. Easy & seamless order at kiosk. Their HK milk tea is really good, choose your sweetness level, choose hot or cold. Perfect balance of bitter & sweet 10/10. I also ordered their 6 fried shrimp, Big Juicy colossal prawns 🍤 perfectly cooked lighting battered and fried not oily not heavy, and comes w your chose of dipping sauces 10/10. This is my new fav HK Cafe whenever im in the area I will be back 👌🏽
Came here with the family for lunch. Great service, delicious Hong Kong style food. I would highly recommend the mango coconut slush drink, chicken wings, and Tom yum pasta!! Seriously try the Tom yum pasta (be warned it has a very small kick to it)
The food is authentic Hong Kong breakfast, specially satay beef noodles, very delicious. The drinks are not too sweet, which is great. There’s fresh fruit, a delightful surprise!
Cafe Kazka is a nice little chilling cafe! It doesn’t have fancy and long menu of food to choose from, but it does have what you want if you are crazing for Hong Kong style cafe food… milk tea (奶茶), ding mai (丁米) and Satay beef instant noodles (沙爹牛麵)! My buddy took me there today and he knows the boss there. While eating, the boss Nicolas came out from kitchen and said hi, also have us tried out the milk-butter-toast (奶油多), it was so yummy! I will definitely go there again and introduce more people to this nice place!
Love the beef noodles and HK Milk Tea. Really authentic & tasty! Highly recommend for casual coffee chat & work :)

Love this new addition to the plaza and have been here a few times. Very homey cooking and healthy but still full of flavor. The shrimp tom yum pasta is 10/10 and a must try. I also really enjoy the bbq pork noodles for a soupy option. We've tried the honey chicken wings which were also good and look forward to trying their other appetizers next time.

New restaurant in Foster City. It is served Ho gkong street food and same fusion dishes like tom yummy noodle. You order from tablet and pay up front. The food was ready pretty quickly. Overall, the food is good, but the soup might need more flavor. The tomyum noodle and the chicken wing are yummy. It is a nice relaxing place. It is like a cafe then a restaurant.
It’s nice that Foster City is getting more cafe options! I came here with a friend and tried their mango coconut slushy, which was delicious. Not too sweet, and the mango tasted very fresh. I would come back to try their other snacks. It’s also in a pretty location by the water.

Nice concept but underwhelming food. The Satay Beef Noodle soup was incredibly bland and the beef quite tough. The French toast was a bit hard. All-in-all rather disappointing.

TLDR: if you’re looking for legit tasting HK cafe food, skip. VERY overpriced and lacking authenticity As a HK born, the food is very mediocre and very overpriced. It’s challenging to find good HK cafe food in the Bay Area so I was hopeful with this one based on the ratings. Unfortunately, it’s a very nice atmosphere with not so great food. Pictured is a hk milk tea with satay beef noodles. Satay beef noodles had very bland soup and flavor which is opposite of what it should be. Very watered down. For $23.50 total, this was really disappointing. 😔
