What a great place! So very clean and the Friendliest stafff ever! The minute you walk in, I was greeted by Nas, he welcomed me and assist me in ordering. While waiting for the order, William H made sure that I was good, if I had any questions or need any additional help. Both these guys are examples of exceptional customer service.! Entire staff was very accommodating and pleasant.My order was ready quickly, absolutely delicious, and exactly how I ordered it!

There’s no actual cashiers. There’s machines for self ordering and payment could be a problem for elderly but there’s always someone around to help if you get stuck or have an issue. Food is amazing! Atmosphere is great! Staff is very nice and friendly! Had an amazing experience will definitely visit again!

Excellent new restaurant to try. I had to come back a few times already as there were different dishes I wanted to try. The grilled fish is fabulous, cooked just right! (So far I've had the sockeye salmon and sea bass.) The Hawaii shrimp trip is scrumptious, especially the coconut shrimp dipped in their special sauce. Even the clam chowder has high quality clams, and are plentiful. I was impressed with the quality of all of the seafood I've tried. Only reason for 4 stars for service is the ordering is done by screens and you pick up your food when ready. But for the small interaction I have had, there were no issues. The atmosphere is simple, just an easy casual spot focused more on the food than on the frills. I totally loved the music though, as did my GenX colleagues. A blast from the past.

This place is comparable to more expensive restaurants. Pure magic! I have always been impressed with every meal.

Yesly is the sweetest and always so welcoming, and Jorge brings the best energy every time. They always make sure my taco has exactly what I like, no reminders needed. We came for lunch at 11am. It was a nice day and we ate at their outside patio. The food came out fairly fast. That's a good thing for people that need to punch in/out on their time cards. We had a clam chowder $8, shrimp avocado salad $14, salmon power bowl $13 and a side of Mexican street corn $5. No complaints. The food was fresh and delicious. Service is as expected for a order at the counter restaurant. Good job staff at Fish Grill.

It's a good place with quality food. The selection is ok. The computerized ordering process was very confusing to me. Service could be better as all the condiments and utensils are behind the counter. Harder to get as they are busy. Atmosphere is ok. Will try again..... Food is flavourful and healthy.

Came here to have a late dinner and I was pleasantly surprised. I had mixed feelings about the cashless registers, but hey when in Rome. The good came out promptly and was quite flavorful. I had the Ahi Poke Bowl with riced cauliflower, and it was a bit salty though quite yummy. Being blood pressure conscious, I could've done with a little less salt. I ordered. Side salad and threw the lettuce on top of the bowl and didn't require dressing. The New England clam chowder was good. Ordered sea bass with the tomatoes and cheese, and a side of beans. Somehow I was expecting green beans so the pinto beans caught me off guard. All good in the end. Not bad for a first trip, and I d be open to a second.

Went for the friends and family event and got the salmon with chipotle lime sauce with zucchini and sweet potato fries and it was very good! The sauce was very flavor and the salmon was well cooked. Will definitely be coming back.

The clam chowder felt very sandy which could be due to not diligently cleaning the clams. Apart from that everything else was good.

Fairly basic seating but the food is very good as is the price. I had the fish, chips and coleslaw. I with the quality of the meal.

Great menu and lots of seafood options. Don’t like their rice cause usually pretty dry. Brussel sprouts and rosemary zucchini good options as a side.

It was a bit different than I expected. I was thinking of a more of a traditional restaurant instead of a kiosk ordering system. That being said, the food was very tasty and fresh. I will definitely go back, knowing the type of seafood restaurant it is. Note: I was not aware that the platter comes with a kale salad. Personally, I do not like kale at all so I did not eat any of it.

Food was fresh and good quality, which is hard to find in a semi fast food restaurant. We accidentally got takeout instead of dine in, and half of the items came in plastic, and orders were separated so that our two orders came in 5 containers. For a company that touts themselves on being sustainable this was very disappointing.

There is nothing fancy about this place. But if you're looking for a value added menu with good seafood this is a great spot. The food is always good, and we always seem to get a spot for our normal group of five. Menu is not large and that's the way it should be. You can choose different seafood options and have them cooked to your preference. Plenty of sides without being overwhelming. It's a solid go to for my family every few weeks.

Ordered takeout and was pretty disappointed in my meals. Was excited to see 2 large pieces of grilled salmon until 8 realized they were about 1/3” each and very dry. The swai was a bit more moist but didn't taste fresh. Coconut shrimp were good and still crispy. Grilled skewered shrimp were moist. Brussels sprouts were overcooked and too much butter. Brown rice was dry. Chipotle lime fries were very soggy but may have been the 15 min drive home. The online order express pickup area is just to the right of the prep area with a couple of shelves.

The fish was overcooked, dry, and tasteless. The rice was hard, the beans were bland and tasteless. The french fries were okay.

Hard to give a good review because GrubHub took 40 minutes after they picked up the food to deliver it. Everything is seemed okay as far as flavor profiles and I'm sure had it not been soggy and wet and cold I probably would have been a better experience. The actual reason I'm deducting two stars is because when you order fish and chips it should always come with tartar sauce no matter what. But they seem to have some backwards policy where you actually have to ask for it. I assume it's because maybe like 10% of their customers don't want it so in an effort to save $3 a day per store location they make everybody ask for it and GrubHub doesn't have a way to order it because it's such a no-brainer condiment with fish and chips. Otherwise I'm sure it's a pretty good place cuz the prices are cheap enough which probably won't last for long once they catch on to the fact that everything's twice as expensive here in Silicon Valley so enjoy

The food was horrible. I had just ordered the fish and shrimp combo 10 minutes before my pick up. The fish looked old and you can tell they refried someone else order to make it hot it looked and tasted old. I have ordered this once before and that's the reason I ordered it again and I REGRET wasting my money and time on this meal today.

Comes with 2 and both should have a similar size but this time one was a normal one and the other one was super small. I asked the personnel for 2 at a similar size and they did it. Tonight same situation with one of the shrimps super small compared to the other one. I asked again for 2 with the similar size and the manager Jorge refused to do it because according to him they come in different sizes. I had restaurants before and that’s an issue with your vendor your customers are not the one suffering or paying for the lack of quality standards in the selections of the product. Don’t come to this place looks like they are trying to save money sacrificing the quality and the customer service. I won’t come back again and let everyone know about this.
