Great food, friendly staff, plenty of parking, easy access from Warner Ave. I’ll be back! I had the club sandwich special, it came with fries and a drink. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Glad I stopped in.

This is a family owned business. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner, cooked to order. I had a double cheeseburger with bacon. It came with lettuce (real cold chunks of lettuce) and tomatoes. There were fries in my combo. They were hot and delicious. Definitely on my "favorites" list.

The food is good, the service is very bad, 15 minutes to take my order, I asked my waitress 2 times to take my order and she only said one minute and another waitress took my order, three waitresses but very slow!

The restaurant isn't bad, the food is decent. The reason for the lower rating is because its not cleanest place. The tables and floors are always sticky or greasy, the soda fountains are slimy and the bathrooms are not attended to regularly. So, it leaves me with questioning the sanitary conditions of the food. My teenage boys love it here thus the reason we have returned throughout the years otherwise, I'd prefer to spend more money elsewhere for a nicer experience.

The place was empty, when we left there were 2 other persons there. The bread was a little dry, my husband's burger fell apart. I take off a lot of the bread, using the lettuce as a bun. The pastrami was like shredded little piecea, not the bigger pieces, and was on the dry side. Even mustard couldn't bring it back to good. The burger was just average, barely made it average taste. Only went here because I was working in the area and like to try new places. My husband and I voted to not come here again. Unfortunately the food was not that great, an empty place should us been the red flag. By the way, fries $5.99?? It was a large basket, but I believe that is just way too much. Smaller portion for less would be less waste.

Just went through drive-thru to order hamburger special about a week ago. The hamburger was extremely overcooked & the fries were extremely undercooked!!! Did you get a new chef? If so, .... Lose them ❣️

I usually get a breakfast burrito down the road, but today wanted to try a new place and so i went here for the first time. First walked and saw the space is very tight, not too much room between tables. The service was very nice, the cashier was courteous, so I had hopes for the egg & sausage burrito I ordered. Sadly, it was absolutely terrible: I hardly tasted any eggs and sausage. The whole burrito was probably 90% potatoes. Huge potato burrito. I had about 1/4 and threw the rest away. Despite having friendly service, how can you mess up on an egg & sausage burrito? NOPE.

My family and I have been dining here for many years and loved their food. Recently went and it was not a good experience. The food was bland amd the dining area was a mess considering we were the only ones there. We couldn't find a clean table to sit at. Very disappointed and will not be going there again.

Hot off the grill got me a chicken salad. And it was not very good. They throw just about every park of the chicken. And it was a little greasy. I like nothing but the breast in my salad please. If you are as picky as me with food. Totally not worth the money. Just another burger place.

Nicest People, HUGE menu and stick to the basics. Burger Fries and support them.

Shouldve listened to the other reviews. Got scrambled eggs instead of over medium. If you do come here check your food before leaving.

Worst food I have had since moving to California. I had mold on a tomato and a foreign object in the meet. I also had a bone in the meet. Go some where else this place is NOT worth it.

I honestly came here thinking I was going to get a good chicken sandwich, WRONG I ordered a bbq chicken sandwich and let me tell you something it was a mess just falling apart looked like it was just made in a hurry didn’t have any flavor seem like it was made in a microwave, fries weren’t even seasoned . I went through the drive-thru because I wanted a pastrami sandwich and it was the only place close enough. I ordered, and all the prices were wrong on the board. It was $21 for a combo meal with a medium drink and some french fries. $21!!!!! So I thought this had better be the best pastrami sandwich I've ever had and the fries had better Be well cooked... They were not! I mean they were well done because they had double dipped them instead of giving me fresh fries and the pastrami was horrible, loaded with grease and not in a good way! The fries weren't even seasoned after they did all of that nonsense! And I sat there and waited for 25 minutes for the order! There is not one good thing I can post about this experience and I would caution you not to ever get food there because it is trash! Go to yellow basket or Charlie's...

I was told 40 minutes before closing I had to take it to go. I left and likely this VERY long standing customer won't be back. I've been going there since the day they opened. I drove to The Habit and was welcomed. Order my food at Habit and left their place 9:45 PM, which is before Hot Off the Grill closes.

The website says they accept EBT they don't. I got the afternoon burger special. I asked for cheese and they said the burger couldn't have extras including cheese. The burger was lousy. I'm sure it isn't 100 percent beef. They also serve Heinz Ketchup in the dining area and I'm positive they use cheap ketchup to refill the Heinz bottles. The only positive is they bring your food to your table and the place is clean. First and last time.

20 bucks for a dried out pastrami sandwich. unbelievable. I have microwaved better pastrami. lesson learned fries sucked too. no wonder it was slow. and the staff just chilling like they were in a permanent break.

False advertising. They have a huge banner that says Hamburger Special, $6.99 today only. Went through drive thru and paid. They charged me $13.49 which I did not notice till I was already a few miles away. So overcharged and the hamburger patty was so thin it was ridiculous. Never seen a patty so thin. So completely ripped off.

Clean your grill! My burger looked like I picked it up out the gutter. Buns shouldn’t be wet and black and oily. I’ve only ever gotten the breakfast burrito from here in previous visits and liked it. I think this just turned me off ever coming back though. How do you serve this?

We were ignored while waiting to order. At least 5 min. Ordered 1 kids plain hot dog $11.89. One plain hamburger (since they didn’t offer a kids one) $13.69. One pastrami combo $19.99. The pastrami was soaked in hot sauce (probably to disguise rotten meat).it was inedible. Complained to server and was given a shoulder shrug and told to order something else next time. (There won’t be a next time). Total $49.56 rediculius!!!

I had it in the car for an hour as I was driving from fountain valley to Fullerton with the air conditioner on at 4pm in the evening so there was no way it would be possible to make the avocado brown as there is no exposure to the oxygen. When I called to ask if they could simply just remake the sandwich because I'm sure they wouldn't even eat this themselves, I was told no because 'I had it for an hour;' the hour it took to get from Fountain Valley to Fullerton. Then was told it was 'because of the fries' and then it was well 'You can talk to my general manager tomorrow' and then 'Chris'proceeded to hang up on me. All I was asking for was for someone to take accountability and just remake the sandwich. If You ever go here don't order the club sandwich or anything with avocado and hopefully You don't have to speak to Chris. Have a Blessed Day Be Safe Everyone.

Pastrami crumbles. The meat should be in ribbons. I should've taken it back up to the counter, especially after spending $17.50 on it!! $17.50 for a pastrami sandwich?!! Much less a sour one? I wrapped half and took it home. Still couldn't eat it. What a waste. My hub finished his burrito and said it was the worst California burrito he's ever had. Too much crema and too much guacamole. He said it seemed like they were disguising the flavor of the meat. The chili cheese fries were wonderful but I can only attest that to the fact that the chili was probably from a can. Note to the owners: you can't mix old meat with new and think it's gonna be okay. The old meat will infect/spoil the rest. This restaurant needs a surprise inspection. My family and I used to eat here all the time years ago. We came tonight for a quick drive thru meal for the memories. We asked about sides for the combos since there was no description on the menu or photos and were met with rude answers. When I asked about a couple items on the menu and they said they didn’t have what I waned I ended up choosing not to order (the rest of my family did as it was already late and they were hungry). We were further shocked when we paid $18.99 for a Caesar salad with chicken and got home and there was no dressing. I called to ask about it and was told we were supposed to ask for dressing. Then was later told, after asking more questions, that they ask which dressing is wanted when someone orders a salad, but we were not asked or informed that the salad would come dry unless we asked for dressing. I don’t expect a whole lot for a drive thru, but I do expect more than that (maybe that’s my fault, but other fast food places that aren’t even sit ins as well have better service). I found the experience disappointing, overpriced, and was irritated when my questions were met with rudeness.

The food isn't good. I ordered a collosal burger and it's 90 percent lettuce. The fries unseasoned, the ranch runny like water. And worse overpriced
