I would have given 5 stars but at this particular location they would rather throw away the extra ristretto shot than offer it to the the loyal customer. I personally spend a minimum of $100 a month at Starbucks, don't throw away good espresso guys offer it to the customer!!! I am a former Barista and know a good store when I visit one. This is a good store. A lot of Black Aprons behind the Bar and not the register. The Black Apron Barista's are making the drinks here most of the time. Other stores they are rarely working the Bar. Oh and someone make the property management company high pressure was the Dumpster Corral once a month. If you pay $5+ for a hand crafted beverage you don't want to smell that Dumpster when you walk outside to enjoy it.

I ordered 2 pink drinks and the coconut milk was bad cause its didn’t mix and was a clumped together. I couldn’t drink it and on my break had to take it back to get 2 new ones. This place is getting sloppy and too in a rush to make drinks right!! It’s sad cause the Oriole are very nice but the drinks need to be made 100% better!!

I visited this store for the first time and ordered a frappuccino. Although the staff was nice and everything was clean, it took 25 minutes to make my drink, despite it not being busy. While I appreciate the cleanliness and friendly service, the long wait time for a simple drink was disappointing. Therefore, I would give this store a 3-star rating.

Customer service is great. Employees are able to handle the volume and still provide a great level of service. The problem is the location. Coming here anytime before 2pm is a problem. The sun hits the outside of this location so hard. Other than that this Starbucks features a large parking area but no drive thru. Located in the far corner of the Costco town center. Once the sun is done beating down on you this location is nice and not crazy packed. Restrooms could use a little extra attention.

It's was a slow day around 2:30 in the afternoon. I came in with a smile and no one acknowledged me. Walked looked at both baristas and they looked at each other and looked the other way??? I had to say hello and looked at both baristas. Then got an answer. Not very typical of Starbucks. Maybe just a bad day? Drinks were delicious so that's a plus. When my drinks were made, I'm waiting patiently to hear my name called. Nope...nothing..... Looked at the counter and saw my drinks. Remember it's slow so only 2 customers total in the lobby with me. Picked up my drinks and said "thank you" got a nice "of course" back from one of the baristas. Not an awful experience but customer service is lacking.

I mean not much to say here, the first time I let it slide because I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but this is not the first time this happens to me, I’m missing at least 1/3 of both my coffees, I was a regular here but I think it’s time to look for a new place.

Every time I come here they get my order wrong I didn't notice til I got home. The frap taste water down even after putting extra puree which I doubt they did aswell as they didn't do the extra mocha drizzle.

Traveling from out of state and this has got to be one of the worst Starbucks that I been to. First, when placing a mobile order they put our drinks behind the counter and then not one of the three baristas announced that they were done nor gave us the time of day to help hand us our drinks even though they were ready to go. We waited 15 minutes and finally after waiting in the ordering line we got our drinks from the cashier. Then after getting them we had ordered sweet cream foam on two with cinnamon and neither was included… we have to pay extra for that at least remember it. Would not recommend this Starbucks. I did not want to wait even longer for a refund so I am sad I wasted my money on something that I didn’t get.

I am grateful for the Starbucks Franchise for (like a library) providing me with a nice, quiet area to study/job search. This is why I am always a good customer and try to buy something. I am taking the time to write this and leave a negative review as well as stating that I will never visit this location again. This is because the staff unfortunately does not know the difference between a Homeless/Transient being a nuisance, or a customer using the Wifi to get ahead in life even though we all know we all struggle.I believe this is why they hired some part-time security guard who needs to try harder and probably needs to be standing at all times if he's being paid to be there. Thank you

I had the Worst experience with this Starbucks I never seen this kind of the service in any of the locations . I was ordering in the middle of the order cashier informed me about the pastry I wanted to get . It wasn’t available. So I told her let me pick another one. She canceled my whole order and took 3 other customers let me wait . And after just told me she couldn’t take me for one second . Of order change . Very dissaiponted
