Super friendly and new location that just opened up. I recently moved into this area and was shopping around for a mailbox. I just opened up a mailbox at this location! They have great pricing for mailbox and their staff members are knowledgeable and friendly (what a relief that was)! I reached out to about 6 UPS stores near me for a mailbox and this one and the other one on beach and heil were the only ones who got back to me with pricing and the benefits of having a mailbox at their location along with having an actual street address. They offer lots of in-house printing services for small business owners like myself. Can't wait to take advantage of my mailbox discount for their services!

I stopped by this new location with a few Amazon returns and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly and patient, especially while I was waiting for my phone to load the return codes. Everything was handled smoothly, and the place was clean and organized. I’d feel comfortable coming back if I have more returns or need to ship something in the future. They also have really good promotions going on for their mailbox, I will definitely be switching to this location once my po box is up for renewal!

Super friendly and helpful staff, easy parking, and lots of services. They have a machine to drop off pre-labelled items too which is really helpful if you're in a rush. Made the switch from USPS to UPS for my shipping as soon as they opened and I'm so glad I did.

I love the new ups store location in Fountain Valley. I went in with a stack of Amazon returns and ordered my Christmas cards. The cards came out really nice quality and were cheaper than any of the online services I normally use. Will definitely go back for print in the future.

This location is great! Plenty of parking and they have a notary on staff seven days a week! We stopped by a few minutes before they closed and we were able to get our documents notarized without any issues. Staff was very friendly as well.

Everyone that works here is super nice, especially the owner. I come here to do all my shipping and returns. Even used his notary services from time to time and have no complaints
