BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Framingham

My first time at BJ's was on a Saturday night. I sat outside on the patio, it was a beautiful evening while the sun was setting. I ordered the margarita flight which was very delicious! I had the prime rib meal for my entrée. For my salad I got the mozzarella and tomato salad. It was fine but the balsamic sauce tasted a lot like BBQ sauce, I'm not a big fan but that's personal preference. The prime rib came out perfect with the side fries and asparagus that I had as a side. I ended my meal with a Pizokie (I took this to-go since I was very full). Everything came out great and the service was excellent. I definitely will be returning.

have gone to this location a few times , and the service is really good. We’ve been served by Bella , Christina and Rachel. Food is very good and worth the price. Drinks were great, servers made the experience feel a lot better than the average restaurant experience these days. We will be coming back!

I had an amazing experience at BJ’s Brewhouse thanks to Mariana B. She was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to make sure both I and my client, who is an autistic adult, felt comfortable. What really stood out was how she talked with him directly, included him in the conversation, and treated him with so much respect. She was very aware of his needs and was always one step ahead, checking in more often than usual and making sure we didn’t have to wait long for anything. Her patience, understanding, and warm attitude made the visit genuinely special. Mariana is the kind of person who turns a regular dinner into a memorable experience. BJ’s is lucky to have her.

I came in Saturday night with a group of my girls, The 2 hosts in the front were very nice and informed us that they were on a wait but they were very polite. They sat us faster than the time quoted, our server was Bella, who was very friendly and outgoing, she fit right in with our group! She recommended drinks and appetizers with very good attention to details and giving very helpful and honest advice, food was amazing too!! We will be coming back! Definitely recommending to others!!

The food was phenomenal and came out in no time at all. Our server Christina was on it and made sure we had everything we needed. The booths are huge and comfy, and they played nothing but bangers the entire time. 10/10 recommend this place.

First time here, it was a great atmosphere. Nice kids' menu. Chef Tim was pleasant; he came to see how our meal was. The wait staff was very pleasant. The fried pickles were excellent, fish and chips, ahi tuna was delicious. The kids' pizza was a hit with my autistic son.

Great food, and better service! The crafts beers are second only to the amazing bar staff. Multiple trips recently and always an incredible experience. Whereas I had a few more visits Max and Jules were amazing, guest serving 100%

Mariana was very attentive and constantly checked up on us to make sure everything was great! Great personality and made us feel very comfortable. Great experience as always!

Tried the new pepperoni deep dish… delish!! Our server Gwen was excellent. The manager came over to see how we liked the new pizza recipe. Really nice experience!!

Max was our server and he was super nice and patient. Our food came out in a timely manner and it was all delicious. We will be back!

Great atmosphere with phenomenal food! Wings are outta this world. So many delicious food options here to choose from! Their hand crafted drinks are top notch too. Good to bring family in for a meal or to come in alone and have a great experience! Wonderful service here. Shout out to Erika, Liz and Sheryl! So many fantastic staff members and again so many delicious food options. You gotta try a pizookie if you can! Personal favorite is the salted caramel. 5 outta 5 stars, no doubt.

Every employee was super respectful and quick with requests, would definitely recommend! We had Charles as our server and he was excellent, we’ll be coming again.

My husband and I had a delicious dinner and drinks and enjoy being a part of the scene at the bar seating.. Great environment and our bartender Liz took excellent care of throughout our visit.. She even tempted us (successfully!) with the Pazooki!! Highly recommend. :)

We hosted my husband’s surprise birthday at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Framingham, and they did an amazing job from start to finish. The food was great, and our waitress was absolutely incredible—so attentive and friendly the whole time. They even set us up with a “private” area, which made the celebration feel extra special and personal. Everything went smoothly, and it really helped make the night memorable. Highly recommend for group celebrations or special occasions!

Good variety of food. Attentive and pleasant staff. At least 4 televisions in line of sight for watching sports from my table. I got the Pizookie soup and salad meal deal with chli and a tomato and mozzarella salad. The chili had an edge of heat that gave it a little kick, which was what I was looking for, and was topped with green onions, cheese, and sour cream. I liked that I could eat it without getting any afterburn. The tomato and mozzarella salad was delicious. The bitterness of the arugula was balanced by the other elements of the salad - the creaminess of the mozzarella pearls, the acidity of the tomatoes, and the umami and sweetness of the balsamic glaze. I ended up eating 2 orders of salad. The strawberry shortcake Pizookie was good, but I am just not a big fan of pan cookies with ice cream. I would much rather have a little bit of cookie with lots of ice cream. I would definitely return to this restaurant to try other items on their menu.

Jaz our server was amazing, came over periodically and at the appropriate times to give us the best service she could. The meal we had, the prime rib was beyond amazing. The chef has out done himself, the fat melted into the meat, the seasoning? Perfect. The flavor was amazing, it needed no help and assistance from the different sauces. They really outdid themselves

Every time we eat at the Framingham location whether for lunch or dinner the food and service are always consistently excellent. All of the servers are outstanding but we especially enjoy dealing with Madeline. She has a warm friendly personality, is always helpful with food choices when we’re undecided and look forward to having her wait on us. She’s always made great recommendations whether for food or drink. She is a fabulous asset to this fine restaurant!

Stephanie was an absolute delight in her energy and service. She was very accommodating of my girlfriend’s dietary restrictions and making sure everything was in perfect shape. I would gladly come here again, especially if I have the honor of Stephanie’s exemplary service

Ariane was extremely delightful! She accommodated to all of my specific needs and requests, and she did it with a pleasant smile. She definitely deserves a raise, she informed my fiancé and I of special items on the menu and what days the deals fall on. We will definitely be back for another night or two. What a delightful experience!

We LOVE BJ’s!!! The food, service and everything is wonderful. I want to give a shout out to bartender Liz and also Erika!!! There are no better bartenders!!! They rock. Our experience every time we come in is top-notch because of them.!!! You will not be disappointed check it out

Max was a pleasure to have as my bartender - customer centric. Friendly. Remembers my preferred drink- always. Ensures food got delivered on time to me with minimal wait time. Pleasant good person for the BJ establishment!.

The Margarita Flights were incredible! Our waitress Bintu had such a great personality and very patient with our group. We had a lot of questions and she was not bothered by it one bit and she was very helpful and informative on our menu/ beverage requests

Amazing Service from Gwen! Gwen was absolutely incredible! She was super friendly, attentive, and made our whole dining experience feel personal and relaxed. She knew the menu inside and out, checked on us at the perfect times, and had such a positive energy that really stood out. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. The food was great, but Gwen’s service made the night unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back—thank you, Gwen, for being so amazing!

Our waiter Cam and the manager Tim were incredible. Constantly checked up on us and asked us how we were doing. Provided a very friendly environment and will definitely be back!

A standard BJ’s. Overall the food was traditional American with the stand out being the avocado egg roll. Otherwise I would say the burger is comically large with a thin patty which is pretty hard to eat. The patty was slightly burned but the flavor was there. Of course you cannot leave without a pazooki! Overall your standard sports bar with some lovely beer options.

Nice spot for casual dining - they opened recently, the restaurant is very up to date and clean. Fried calamari were way too over fried to my taste, mozzarella stick were tasty. Ahi tuna salad was delicious and filling. You gat a free dessert your first visit. A bit too pricy for the quality of food I would say, but the portions are huge. Wide selection of beers and cocktails.

Good restaurant with a friendly staff. Always easy to find a quick seat a bar. With a plethora of large TVs around the bar you won’t miss out on any sports. A large beer menu adorned the wall, with tons of different options including seltzers. They also have mixed drinks, and build your own flights. A large section of the beer menu is dedicated towards locally crafted beers. The menu is rather large with a generous GF section. The boneless wings are delicious, however, they need more flavor profiles that pack more punch. The ones on the menu were a little blanch. The crispy chicken sandwich was fresh and delicious. My wife love her salad. She was shocked by the generous portion she got. There is ample parking outside, and even outdoor seating with TVs and a small fire pit to keep you warm when it is chilly. This is one of the better restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend it if you haven’t been yet!

My server was very attentive. Unfortunately, the bar was understaffed and she was overworked, but she handled it well. The ahi tuna poke bowl was excellent.

We had a large group, including a lot of kids, and our waitress, Jennifer was absolutely phenomenal. It seemed like they were understaffed and she was lacking help on the floor, but Jennifer was quick to her tables, attentive, incredibly curtious. She was wonderful and made our experience a great one. Thanks to Jennifer we will be back!

This was my 2nd time at this location. The 1st was excellent. The salmon dish, server and speed of service was excellent. Today, was the opposite. Now I was solo the 1st time and this time was with a group. So, I understood that the speed of service would be different, but not like this. It took forever to get our food. We waited so long, one person had to leave before the food came out. My smash burger with a salad was rung up as a smash burger with fries. I got one drink and when I asked for a refill. It never came and the server never spoke of it. The burger was warm and the bottom bun was soggy. Like it was sitting for a while. Not sure it was the server, kitchen or just the management today. If it was my 1st time at this location. It would’ve been my last. Plus, the Piezookie that had to be “to go” did come with the ice cream, nor a spoon. The BJ’s near my house in S.FLA has never been like this, whether it’s slow or busy.

Came to BJ’s for dinner with two friends on a Thursday night around 6:30. There was plenty of free parking as well as plenty of handicap parking. We entered and were seated within minutes at a booth towards the back of the restaurant. Upon entering, I was welcomed by a wonderful modern ambience, great architectural design and very cool light treatments. Open and airy, the room had a nice flow. Innocuous music was playing in the background. It was at the perfect volume.The rectangular bar was pretty busy , several flat screen TVs graced the walls and the dining room was quite lively as well. There was a huge menu on the wall showing a national and local craft beer selection. It also featured a few ciders and Shandy‘s. There was a pretty cool craft cocktail menu also which is where we ordered our beverages from. Our server Ashley was very attentive and knew the menu well and answered our questions with confidence and knowledge. One of my friends is on a strict gluten-free diet. She found there were many GF items to choose from on the rather large menu. Before we ordered our meal I ordered a Tropical Mule which was so delicious and refreshing. My two friends ordered the White Peach Margarita, I tried it it was also delicious. The drinks were crisp. We started with the boneless chicken tenders tossed in a delicious root beer glaze. Crunchy celery sticks on the side with ranch dressing dip. I ordered a Bacon Cheddar Burger on a fresh Brioche bun with crispy crunchy fries as my side. The burger was cooked perfectly medium and the fries were hot and salty just like I like them. One of my friends ordered the Turkey Burger, she loved it, and had a side salad with her burger. My other friend ordered a regular Cheeseburger gluten-free with a side of cheddar mashed potatoes. She was very happy. We then shared a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. It was the perfect ending to a great meal. Thank you BJ’s for sharing your wonderful restaurants with the world. I will definitely be back again. Oh and by the way because our booth was a step up , stamped right on the table was “please watch your step “ which was a great way to inform the dining guests that the step was there.

This amount of dough on pizza is criminal. The waitress was out of her element. All the other employees look disgruntled. Not a smile in sight. I feel bad, but I am hoping this review helps them get things going again. We have seen a decline. Perhaps they need to revisit how things were done when they first opened.

Me and my colleague walked into an empty restaurant, looking forward to the fast service. The hostess comes up to us and doesn’t say a word, didn’t even crack a smile. She leads us to our table as we say thank you she just storms off. The tables had mystery stains and spots of stickiness. The menus were also sticky and gross per page you turned. After some time we get our waiter and put our orders in. For such an empty place the water took way too long. After 40 minutes we get our food. First, I added additional bacon to my burger, and it was forgotten. No biggie. It actually ended up being pretty good overall. My fries were over fried where with every bite I would get a pool of oil in my mouth. And whoever salted them did not hesitate, way too salty. My friend got the parmesan crusted chicken. Literally mystery meat. Felt like you were chewing on rubber. The broccoli was barely steamed and cold. She then changes her order and gets the unlimited soup and salad meal deal. The broccoli cheddar soup can’t even qualify as soup. There were just crumbs of broccoli in it, the other 90% of the soup was pure cheddar. It couldn’t even be qualified as a liquid it was just chunky cheese. The salad had a good dressing to it the only problem was the wilted lettuce. After near another hour we got addressed about our pizzokie (we got the pizzokie meal deal) and then had to wait an additional 25 for them to bring it out. Mind you the place is kinda filling up and we observe other tables getting quicker service than we had, why? Idk. Not to mention while we were waiting for our food we kept getting attacked by decent size flies. Very unpleasant. Whatever we finally were able to get the hell out of there and as we are inching towards the door I’m waiting for the hostess to atleast wish us a good day or something. So I had to take initiative and tell her to have a good one and she just mumbles under her breath. Not even some fake enthusiasm? Listen I don’t know if it’s the quality of the food or the people working there right now but I would never go there again. I wouldn’t even recommend anyone to try it out, in fact I would advise to stay away.

Our NYE experience was mixed. Food was OK, service was very good and friendly, but when we arrived exactly on time for our reservation we were greeted by a nasty maitre'd who told us he'd be right with us (while there was NO ONE behind us and plenty of empty tables) and he polished menus for the next five minutes until someone else noticed us waiting stupidly and asked us if we were being served. Probably won't go back because that was just incredibly rude. He's lucky I didn't say something to him.

1/5 — Terrible Experience at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. I had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had at this location. I came in alone, the hostess seated me… and then I was completely ignored for at least 20 minutes. Not a single server stopped by to offer a drink, take an order, or even acknowledge that I existed. I watched multiple staff members walk right past me while they served everyone around me. After waiting far too long, I finally just got up and left. Absolutely unacceptable and incredibly disappointing customer service. I was planning on hosting our company holiday dinner for about 20-30 of our employees. Not anymore. I definitely won’t be coming back here or ever recommending this establishment.

Absolutely terrible service had a waiter named Kayla took 25 minutes to bring out water after waiting another 10 since seated. Only ordered a pizookie trio at the same time we ordered our water waited 45 minutes and it had still not arrived unfortunately we had to end up leaving with nothing. Don’t recommend would give 0 stars if I could.

Editing my review from a 5 star to a 2 star. Especially after tonight’s visit. I’ve been here alot and the last few times the bar has been absolutely slacking at night. No one barely there, I walk in sit at the bar as I always do, get handed a menu and the younger guy says “be right with you” 25 minutes later he never came back to help so I asked the lady to help me out. Instead the guy was too busy talking to people right legit right next to me instead of asking if i needed anything

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Me and my Family were treated very poorly from the moment we arrived. The servers showed a complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service. Everything took an unreasonable amount of time, and every request felt like we were asking for something inconvenient. What made the experience even worse was the behavior of the manager, who was not only rude, but also unwilling to assist or resolve anything. It genuinely felt like our presence was an inconvenience to the staff. I have visited many restaurants, and this one stands out as having the worst service I have ever seen in my life. It’s a shame, because no meal is worth such disrespectful treatment. I do not recommend this place and will definitely not be returning.

I have been to this location many times. Today was the worst experience I ever had. Our waitress (I don’t even know her name cause I doubt she even told us) was so monotonous. She acted the entire time like we were inconveniencing her any time we asked for anything. Not once did she ask how we were or anything about the food or if we needed anything. It got to the point where we felt like we were being a bother just asking for a simple glass of soda. She was not busy at all and literally had one other table other than us. We got there at 3:00pm and didn’t leave till almost 5pm since she forgot to put in our take out food. I would’ve understood had she been busy but she quite literally wasn’t. I had to ask for the manager because I was so frustrated with the overall service we received and of course that was the only time she tried to show any sort of remorse toward us. We couldn’t even decipher what was on the bill and how to split it because it was so confusing. We didn’t even get a chance to ask her to split the bill because she literally dropped the bill down and ran off. She then proceeded to try to say we didn’t ask her to split it. Maybe because every time you came to the table you acted like you had somewhere else to be? After the horrible service and inconvenience that was caused, she had the audacity to complain to our faces how much we tipped her. I have been in the restaurant industry over 6 years and I know well enough that tips are never guaranteed and that they are earned. She did not earn anything, nor did she even seem bothered to the entire time she was taking care of us. I am thankful for the nice manager but other then that if you go to this location and see an older lady with curly blonde hair and a raspy voice, ask for another waitress/waiter.
