Kaylea, and Monique are doing an awesome job. Best customer service in the valley, and the food is great. Everything is fresh, and flavorful. Enjoying a spicy Italian with ruffles baked cheddar & sour cream.
Good subs at a reasonable price, especially if you use coupons through the app. The employees here are always friendly. Lots of seating is available at this location.

Had a great experience at this Subway today! The store manager was amazing super friendly and attentive. Customer service was top-notch, and the food was fresh and delicious. You can really tell they care about their customers now. Will definitely be coming back!
This is the best Subway I have ever been to in My Life very polite and they stay open late I went to 3 subways in Mesa before I found this one that actually closed when the hours on the door say that they're supposed to close I went to a Subway store in Mesa at Riverview mall at around 8: 25 and the two guys that were working in the store stood at the door and laughed at all the customers that stood outside of the store trying to get sandwiches because the store is actually supposed to close at 9:00 the workers had already put everything away and stood there laughing at everyone at the door I really think they should be fired they are closing way before store closing hours and then have the nerve to sit there and laugh at the customers that was very rude. luckily I found the one over on University and McClintock and I was like 5 to 10 minutes before closing and the two workers that were there that night we're still at the counters with all smiles very courteous and still going strong staying open until they are supposed to very welcoming nice clean store are the two workers that were there that night or the best they deserve a raise I will be going to this Subway and this Subway only from now on. Thank you Subway workers who were there that night you are greatly appreciated 👍👍👍👍👍
Just went to this subway, Marcell was working the hardest with what he had! Whoever the manager is needs to get him some help and a raise! He had like 8 orders and was even running out of stickers for the bags. At the same time still making orders, grabbing stuff from the back, and had great customer service.
Management should really focus on making sure their store has enough personnel to handle customers. Yesterday we had almost 12 people waiting because there was only one girl running the place, Lysse. She was fantastic and made an inhuman effort to keep the place afloat despite being only herself. She did amazing and was very sweet and caring despite the chaos that surrounded her. You should give her a well deserved recognition for stepping up when nobody else did. I will only come back because of her.
Not only they make a single customer in store wait 25 minutes because they are making “online orders”, the food is cold and the veggies are sour.
This is the slowest subway I been to in my life. I ordered a hour in advanced and somehow still waited 30 minutes they still didn't have food ready. I get that the workers are obviously stressed out from being overwhelmed by the volumes of orders they had but that is still not a reason to give customers an attitude for simply asking about an order they have been waiting on for a long time. I definitely would recommend that you avoid this location.
Girls were in the back with online orders stacked. They need more help here. Will not be ordering here again.
Laziest most sloppy delivery order ever. Missing chips. Missing cheese. Not toasted. Go to Jersey Mike's. It's a block north. Way better!!
If I could leave zero stars I would. As someone who has worked in kitchens for over 10 years, I’ve never seen a store treat a customer like this nor refuse to remake food. I went in to pick up food for my girlfriend who placed an online order after a 10 hour shift at work. Upon arriving I was told by Angela that she was working on the order. As I sat, I was then told she did not see the order but remembers seeing it and making it. She told me the order had been stolen and could not make the food we had paid for, for us. Claiming it was a store policy. Never have I ever heard of a paying customer not being able to receive their food because it had been stolen and as told by Angela, it is a store policy and they would lose money by remaking it and could not do anything for me. The manager backed her claims and said my best option was to have my girlfriend request a refund through DoorDash and nothing could be done for me.
Worst subway I ever been too. Food had a moth bug in the sandwich when I got home to eat it! I even waited in line where they took forever to make my sandwich. I was so mad of waiting too long that I forgot about my chips and they didn’t even give me my drink . DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!
I waited for 2 hours for my mobile order, there’s always alot of people and only one person from subway. They take weeks to make a footlong! Worst experience would never go again.
My partner and I went to this subway and for the first time decided to order there instead of online. Such a big regret after how rude the worker making our sandwiches was. He had an attitude and kept mumbling under his breath everytime either of us would ask for anything on the sandwiches. Also they were out of stuff on the line and he told me he could grab it if I was willing to wait and was just trying to guilt trip us out of stuff. Everytime I’d ask for something to be light he would put extra and was just so rude about smacking all the ingredients everywhere to the point even his coworker looked uncomfortable. I get having a bad day but just being as rude as he was is insane to me. Especially because this subway is rarely busy anytime we pick up our orders. Nothing tasted fresh and there was also a hair next to some of the ingredients.
