John welcomed me in the store and it felt extremely genuine. I asked if the crabby patty meal was still available. He politely said no and offered to check the back for more of the sauce. I ended up ordering the new mushroom bacon burger instead. John was genuine and kind during the whole order.

Always a pleasure coming here. Workers have a smile and are friendly to talk to. I don’t come here as often as I used to, but always enjoy coming in. Julia the manager is great and does a great job. The place is always clean and very bright. Lots of room to enjoy sitting in.

They work hard here! Multiple folks coming in and out, which it's hard to keep up. I got to give it to them... ordered a Dave's double, shake, fries... perfectly done. And I am usually not one to brag but my take out was on point and picture perfect when I got back to the truck to eat. Very awesome job!
It was my second time having a burger at Wendy's since there aren't any Wendy's close to my house. The food didn't disappoint, it was hot, juicy and delicious. The service was fast great and with a smile, and this is late at night when most people are tired and want to go home.
We came through the drive through, late morning on 7/27. Kurt assisted us. Such a nice experience. We got our Burger Combos (🍔 🍟 & 🥤) and were on the road. Great meals. Thanks much. 😊
Ordered the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club Spicy meal. It was fresh and so were the fries. The sandwich was put together well and the customer service personnel were very friendly. 10/10 would recommend to others.
Good food, nuggets are especially very underrated at Wendy's. But most specifically on this review the service is out of the park! I did not get the name of the group that took care of a bag that was left there but to the group working the Sunday night shift at around 8 PM, massive shout out to you guys for keeping the items safe & sound! Will come back again.
These guys were fast at getting my food to me. This place is at a truckstop. I was able to eat my meal and get a shower fast. Thanks to all of you at the Wendy's and the truxkstop.
Fast and dependable food service on a busy highway in a convenient location. Coupled with Flying J fuel pumps this is THE best place connected to the Grapevine to stop. GORMAN's McD's is too inconsistent and the stops downhill at the Laval exits, both East & West, are too congested and the restaurants too crowded. On one of the busiest travel days of the year I walked right up to the counter and had to wait half a minute for the counter person to get back on station (see actual picture). Their menu is priced with national prices too, not jacked up highway prices. You can't go wrong here. DOUG out
Why do I spend so much time looking at the menu, at every Wendy's restaurant I go to? Because I am either going to order the baconator, or Dave's triple cheeseburger. I ordered a Dave's triple cheeseburger combo meal. And just look at this burger! This is the most photogenic hamburger I think i've ever ordered at any restaurant in my life. And it tasted great!
John Nobel greeted me as I approached the counter with a great smile. He was very helpful, as this was my first time ordering from Wendy’s. I ordered Dave’s burgers one was to eat there and one to take home to my wife. John offered to keep the one I was talking to my wife warm while I sat and dined on my burger. He was just genuine and kind and gave great service. If you want good service, ask for John, he’ll give it to you!John’s manager Julia also recognized what a good employee John is. I enjoyed the burger and my wife her’s as well. If you want a nice dining experience, go to this Wendy and ask for John. I hope this helps someone.
This place was amazing after 6 hours of holidays traffic. Classic burger was tasty as well. Place is clean, there is bunch of parking. 10/10, will rest here again.

91 degrees outside, the family was inside getting food, I stayed outside in the shade with our dog. The Wendy’s manager, Toby, came out and said if our dog is well behaved she is welcome in to cool down. It’s the little, proactive gestures that make all the difference. Thanks Toby.
We don't go to Wendy's very often, but when we go towards San Diego we stop at Frazier Lake Park near Lebec to put gas, so we tooked advantage and went in and ordered a few burgers. Which were very satisfying.
My husband and I felt it was necessary to submit a negative customer satisfaction survey for this location due to receiving two orders that were missing items and sub-standard customer service when we returned to the restaurant to retrieve them. We had requested a call back for this experience and within 24 hours a general manager was in contact with my husband and made great effort to apologize for our inconvenience and for the not-so-customer friendly interaction with the employee that assisted him. I appreciate that they actually considered our survey and took the time to contact us and did a great job of ensuring that we weren’t left with such shameful experience. We go this restaurant often since there aren’t very many options in our neighborhood, and it was the first time we had an issue to this degree there. There have been less significant problems, but this one was more impactful. We seriously considered not returning, but now that we have been shown that we as customers matter and our experiences matter, we will give them another chance.

Stopped here on our way back from Carmel to LA. Used this as a rest stop and to get something to eat to break up our drive. Service was good and friendly, food was fine although I typically don't eat fast food. This restaurant was part of a huge convenience type store at the gas station which was clean and seemed very well stocked.

The person that took my order was very nice. I told him I wanted something good but not much money! I was a little broke and he offered to purchase it for me! That was very nice of him!! But I wasn't expecting him to do that for me! I pay for my own food okay 👍

Its inside or part of the truck stop. The staff didnt say hello and seemed annoyed that we wanted to place an order during the afternoon. No one was at the front counter and the staff was busy but several people were ahead of us already waiting. We placed our order to go since none of the tables looked clean. My son was asked what sauce he wanted for his food, ended up npt getting any sauces when we got back in the car. We should have ordered from the truck stop instead which they atleast said hello when we walked in. Id avoid this place if it wasnt for the cheaper gas prices along I5.
So I'm here at 1:48 am on Thursday A skinny dark haired white girl is working , Never been handled so rudely... I said " hello " , she looks me dead in the face and says nothing, I said again " hello there " She completely ignored me , the. Asked " are you ready to order ". Zero greeting or welcoming arriving to the ordering desk
Food decent, good service. Incidentals which aren’t: No ketchup in both canisters, no paper cups for.what you could eeek out. Clerk hands a plastic cup then tells me” she’s not suppose to !?” Any way, just passing it along to whoever reads it.
This afternoon around 4:30pm I went to Wendy's at Frazier Park Mountain Road, I ordered a Hamburger combo and a Apple Pecan Salad. I brought it home to eat. I was eating my salad when I hit the lettuce core in my salad. I just came back from a long absence of purchasing food from your drive thru, because the ends of romaine lettuce, the white part that attaches to the core, was most of the lettuce in my dish. So I'm very angry to have a lettuce core in my salad. I don't have the receipt, but I have a few pictures. Whoever is prepping the salad needs to be instructed you don't include lettuce cores in salads.
The biggest plus of this location was their biggie bag prices. However, their frosties tasted very moldy and they were out of some things.
When you ask for a baked potato with just cheese and chives, and get cheese and bacon. Most people would be happy who love bacon. My son's allergic. I called this location 4x as this was my son's dinner, It was pouring outside, and I already made it to my destination. No answer at all. No phone number was listed on the receipt, l Googled. SMH

When they finally gave it to me it was no good. It tasted like watered-down coffee cream with no coffee taste at all. It was ruined and they didn't want to redo it at all. This was on Thanksgiving night at about 8:30 p or 9 p for the coffee. The first time was on November 15th on a Friday night at about 6p. Hopefully, you get a better manager because the one you have now is questionable in my opinion. He isn't on top of company procedures like he should be for a manager. The day crew is good with service but my grandson was served old nuggets with his kid's meal just this past Friday in the day about 2p. That was a first for the day crew. These were all drive-through incidents

Sadly, the food at the adjoining gas station is better.
So I ordered the saucy nugs in the flavor, spicy garlic Parm and I am here to tell you do not waste your eight dollars on 10 nuggets. The nuggets were as if they were dipped in oil not in sauce not worth it at all. I was going to order the Dave’s single burger meal, but the price of that was $12.49 For a single I’m sorry Wendy’s, but you are pricing yourselves out of my range. I am a truck driver, not a millionaire. sorry Wendy’s, but you need to check yourself and bring your prices back down to earth I will say that the older lady that helped me at the cash register was very kind and humble but other than that, I do not recommend this Wendy’s on top of the Grapevine inside of the flying J.
I stopped by the drive thru and was given flat soda. I asked for an exchange and an employee by the name of Toby asked me to come inside so I could refill them myself. I told him I didn’t want to get out of my car and would rather wait or go around the drive thru again for the soda exchange. He grabbed the sodas from me and threw them on the floor! As I was trying to explain to another employee to mediate the situation he interrupted and was very rude about the whole situation. He handled a simple soda exchange with the poorest customer service I’ve ever encountered. I rarely leave reviews but this situation was so out of line…
The girl who took my order was very nice. There was no problem with the service. I got food poisoning though. When I went to get a refill I noticed just how dirty the soda/ice machine is, there was a lot of mold. I just threw away my meal, but I still got sick later.
I don’t like posting complaints, but I’m very disappointed. I ordered bacon burger no cheese - has cheese and meat Is medium rare. The lid was off on my chili and it spilled all over bag which ripped and it was cold . The fries were good. Customer service skills could be a lot better , she always sounds like she hates being at work, she comes across rude but I don’t think this was her intention. But, she smiled at me this time which is an improvement. I work with the public and do my best at being a good person.
Bad service every time at night when you come around 11 or 12 they say the fryer is not working. It’s down that’s a bad service instead of keep opening at night. They should close it.
No matter what time i go in the frosty machine is always being cleaned because employees are too lazy to clean it.
Waited in the drive through for 20+ minutes because my kids chicken nuggets weren't dropped for their kids meals, once I drove away and started eating my lettuce wrapped Dave's double, I got a bite full of mustard, which I had ordered a lettuce wrapped Dave's double without sauce and without onions 🤦
Worst location ever. Rude staff That is more concerned about manipulating their Drive through clock, then they are customer experience. I came through at one o'clock in the morning, paid, and was immediately told to park when all ordered was a baconator. There was no one else in line. Was not given a receipt. I exited but then came back around. Before I could say anything the so called manager said we can refund you if you don't want to park. What the #? My was was a Wendy's GM for 10+ years. Corporate puts too much pressure for stores to manipulate the drive through flow to somehow measure efficiency. If I can parked, then once my food was ready someone would have to walk back and forth and meanwhile food is getting cold. I told her I didn't want to park. She insisted it was for customer convenience. It wasn't convenient at all. I asked for the G.M.'s phone and she hands me a other customers receipt and tells the Corporate number is on the back. There was no number only a website. I'm on a late night road trip, I'm supposed to register a complaint on a website... meanwhile my food is ready and she hands it to me. I leave... and nobody was in line by then either.

They had all the fryers shut down where you could only order burgers nothing fried could be order no promotion meals like the signature biggie bags could be order. This unacceptable at a 24 hours facility not to clean the fryers in a orderly process where it don't disrupt customers experience. Nobody was cleaning either.

If you do a mobile order don't do it out of this location. 3rd time in a row they dont have the order ready. I have to ask the cashier for the the order and they all say the same thing oh I'm working on it now . Waist of time . Never making a mobile order again . Plus they can't get the order right when it say extra items on the sandwich.
Usually this place is pretty good during the day business hours. I was in on 5/14/25 10pm,i got old fries and a hamburger This is a fresh hamburger place, just like IN-N-out. Why can't they make your food fresh when you're in the drive-through at night? It's not really busy at all. My cheese wasn't melted at all people are so lazy.

I went last night at 11pm ordered a meal and she asked me if I wanted a large and I said no I would like a small the women with black hair and on the bigggerr side then proceeded to tell me that I did not say that and started arguing me with me I work in customer service And I understand, getting upset with customers, but to argue with me And then laugh when I ask for a refund because it’s not what I asked for is completely unprofessional to work in fast food the main objective is customer service and I was not provided that in anyway. It’s sad that this company continues to keep the employees who are rude for no reason.
I am a very huge Wendy's fan they have awsome food and my mother was the original Wendy's girl. Dave would turn over in his grave if he came here. The fries are old and chewy. The burger was old and chewy. They ask to upside but then you are told they can only do the soda because they only have small fry boxes, so I ask can you just put a little more in there than if I get a large. And was told with a very hard NO. There was hardly no Condiments on the burgers. No salt on the old chewy fries. I will NEVER Ever come to this one agian when I stop here for the night. They need to be shut done or fired and new responsible people be trained. Because they all want to congregate in the very back while people are waiting and food is beeping because it is done. NEVER NEVER AGIAN. YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO WORK HERE.

They taste like they were old and soggy and some were burnt like they got re-put in the fryer just to heat up. But they weren’t even really that hot. And you can also tell a difference from old oil and fresh oil. I don’t even know when the last time they even changed the oil cause these fries and nuggets taste horrible.

She says that she doesnt care and that I should speak with the manager. The manager also didnt want to give me the sauce that comes with meal, they wanted to charge me 55 cents now. I also noticed they gave other customers free sauce but not me. I felt very discriminated, they started speaking spanish to me and I dont even speak spanish. The manager’s name is Yadhira. She was very unprofessional. They also gave me a hard time for giving my money back since the situation was unfair. After I left I saw them laugh.
