I been going here for year and up till now the pizza was best in town. Now I can’t say that anymore. With my orders getting messed up over and over again and the taste of the pizza has become poor. It taste just like Blazedell pizza. Greasy and bland. Please bring back the old flavors and make it less greasy.

The food is usually very good and one of the best in the area. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience this last Thursday. We paid 97 dollars for a cheese and pepperoni party pizza with 48 wings. Only got pepperoni on half with a huge 2 inch crust, the wings were dry with no sauce. I walked in the door and not one employee greeted me until after 5 minutes of standing there. The phone rang for a while and I literally saw an employee pick up the phone and hang up! It took me a few tries to get through as well. I hate to see you lose business from having a disrespectful staff.

The pizza is very good but for some reason they cut their large round pizza in squares. Pizza has a natural handle which is why you cut in triangles. " Just ask them to cut it in triangles" you say? I do and 90% of the time they forget. I am currently there to pick up a free pizza due to them screwing up cutting it and guess what? it's cut in squares. They are currently making me a new one. Time to look for a new pizza place.

Food has no flavor lately. Toppings are very light, and price is high. Gonna pass on this one as well for a while. Too many good pizza places falling off lately. Don't know if it is the high costs lately and cheaper ingredients ordered or what.

Wow, this place used to have energy and look busy! Ate here Saturday night and it was a mistake. I'm not sure the pizza dough was proofed properly, the crust was crumby, with no flavor and it seemed like the recipe had changed. The pizza was over-sauced as well, which did help to make up for the crust. I wasn't even sure if the staff fully took our order, seemed like they were half asleep. asked for some items at the table to eat with, and they came out when we were packing up to go. I hardly ever write bad reviews but this place has gone downhill quick. Focus seems more on opening new restaurants at the expense of the ones you already had...

At one time this was the best pizza around. Now it’s terrible. Ordered a large cheese and pepperoni and about 5 slices don’t have any pepperoni on them, and the dough isn’t cooked through. I would’ve been happy to wait an extra few minutes for my pizza to be cooked through. We stopped ordering for a long time and decided tonight to give them another chance. It won’t happen again.

Recently called to order food. I asked the cashier/ worker if they in delivered in Dunkirk. He was very hesitant but said yes. I proceeded with my order. I wanted a New York style pizza and 12 wings. After he took my order he then tells me that they have a big order at 5:45 pm and they would try to get my order to me after or before 5:45pm. It was 4:27 pm when I called. So I said to him so I would have to wait two hours for my food. He was hesitant again and began to stutter and repeated what he said. From his tone and response I could tell that he really didn’t want my business so I said never mind thank you and hung up the phone. I have waited an hour for food but to say it would take to hours I found that very strange for such a small order. I also found my treatment as a previous customer very discriminating. I will not be ordering from your establishment in the future.

Pizza very very goid, not the cleanest place I’ve ever been to. I wd never have ordered there but hungry and had other good reviews, I wd never eat here again! The young guys working there were nice!

Sad, I've been enjoying Lena's for years until tonight. This was a total fail. Request 2 turkey subs everything no onions. Dry, flavorless, and a waste of $30.

Ordered there first time and food was actually good. Following week wanted it again called at 8:50 since closes at 10PM for large and 20. Phone rang and rang. Decided to drive down arrived at 9:05 doors locked and people just ignored me inside. Called other location and kid hung up on me. It's a shame cause they would have had a good customer and now I would never go back or recommend. It was on 9/17
