I'm giving it five stars for taste and overall experience with staff. I however disagree Google this should not be listed as Mexican here in Watsonville. Great job btw workers. Been to a lot of taco bells and you provide by far the best service.

Taco bell always delivers when I'm in need of a good bowel movement. At this location didn't even have time to leave the restaurant before releasing my fiery demons to their new hell.

The bell is very good place to visit and ring the menu special orders they show on TV if u love tacos and burritos u must stop by and let the good customer service people take ur order. Look and feel good dining in good environment space to enjoy recommend you to stop by and ring the taco bell

As any Taco Bell I've ever been too, sometimes the line is long, sometimes it's short, the wait all depends on what is ordered ahead of you! But when you ask for sauce, they don't short you! 😎

If you get hungry and you can't go to a restaurant just go to this taco bell on Freedom by Walgreens, order the dollar bean and rice burrito and the beef burritos and a grill chicken Quesadilla and a Large cup of ice to, I usually buy a redbull and added to the cup, also ask for the fire salsa don't ask for the diablo it has too much acid you'll feel that at night burning your mouth at night when you're asleep, I hope you like honest my review.

I did my 1st Taco Bell 30 years ago, absolutely love the food. This Taco Bell has the brightest people working for it, it is spotless; and the orders come out perfect. What a change from the TB's in the area, they all could take lessons in customer service, work ethic, and simple friendliness from this restaurant. Great job!

This location provided table service which I have never seen before at any Taco Bell. The food preparation and portions were outstanding. The place was clean and pleasant. I would highly recommend this location in watsonville.

I did not rate Taco Bell a 5 star. I got the Burrito Supreme meal. When I got my food I opened the Burrito to put sauce and it literally only had a slap of beans, not even a slap of meat, and moreless 8 small squares of tomatoes, a few shreds of lettuce and a small smear of sour cream. At the end of the Burrito. I took it to the front opened and said this isn't a Burrito Supreme there is no sour cream. I was told that is the way we make them. I asked for some sour cream and I was told I have to charge you. And this was by the shift manager she was not nice. WATSONVILLE TACO BELL. I was so disappointed I love Taco Bell but I don't know if I will ever go there again 😫. At least not WATSONVILLE.

We went through the drive through. Our order was perfect. I'm not from the area where this taco bell is, and they use different straws than any TB I've been to, and these straws are absolutely terrible. They are too thin walled, and collapse when you drink through them. Maybe consider better straws. Other than that, everything was great!

Im updating my review for Watsonville location. Been here twice in the last week and the food was made exactly how it should be. Its nice to see the amount of ingredients were proportioned alot better. I was impressed and am happy I returned for a quick bite. Staff is always friendly, the young lady at register is kind and patient with the customers.

The bathrooms are clean and the air-conditioning was strong. I was also impressed with how quickly they came to the register to accept my cash. I have noticed that most fast food restaurants are very slow to come to the register ever since the self-order kiosks took over. Not everyone has a bank account (I do, but I'm making a point.)

My second time at this place, so far so good 👍😎 I always get my order right!! The only bummer thing is that they don't sell bottle waters which I found odd but is whatever.

Drive thru kinda sucks (not the service, just the long line) but if you carry out it is pretty quick.

I'm a sucker for Taco Bell. This location is great. The drive thru was packed. I went inside and received my food very quickly. It's one of my favorite TBs.

The nachos Bel grande was a generous portion of food. It was actually pretty good. They did forget the drink with the meal but I dined in and no problem getting the drink cup.

Not sure why this location (not sure about others as I don't frequent taco bell) has someone sitting outside to take the order before you can pull up to order window.. as I dont know the menu items off hand id like to actually order at window where I can see the menu.. its a little awkward to say the least and doesn't seem necessary.

Order ahead does not work here. They start the order when you get there. When I'm on my lunch break I need to pick up and go. But I wait every time. Hopefully it's a coincidence, but I've had this experience every time. At this location

Everybody needs a guilty Taco Bell fix once in a while, right? While this store was no different from any other, I wonder, is it just me or are their prices way too high for what you get? If it hadn't been late @ night, I could've spent less for a much better meal at a neighborhood taqueria.

Spoiler alert: I love taco Bell. Literally the NASA of flavor, exploring every possible way to combine meat, cheese, and tortillas into something delicious. That doesn't mean every location gets a free pass, every fast food chain has good and bad locations. This is a good one. Easy access, ample parking, quick service, drive thru, and the employees are generally happy.

Have been coming to this location for years now. It has consistently been one of the best Taco Bell's around. They are under construction right now so I understand all the negative reviews but I'll keep coming here regardless.

I’ve had mixed experiences with this Taco Bell. I live nearby and I’ve eaten here probably 20-30 times. This morning I had the best tacos I’ve ever had from here. Fresh ingredients, good service, kind employees. This is literally the only reason it’s getting a four-star review. Prior to this I would’ve given it two stars. About four months ago, I stopped eating here. It was only about a month ago, coming back from the Renaissance fair drunk that I tried it again. The food was good that day. Long and short. I’m not sure if this is new management or perhaps quality control from existing management, if they continue to employ people who care I will continue to eat here. As of right now, I think this is a good Taco Bell to eat at.

Quick service, good food, and cool kiosks! The staff were quick and the restrooms were decent. The bean and cheese burrito and nacho fries were excellent, however the Vegetarian Mexican pizza had too much beans and lacked in taste as a result.

It's Taco Bell.... What can I say. This place is hit or miss for me. The food is good and the service can be good or bad. Depends on who is working the drive thru window.

Decent Taco bell. Lines aren't bad. Employees are friendly. I say go for it I like the double decker taco and Mexican pizza.

The worker's there are sometimes really angry or really nice. It's like throwing dice you never know what you are going to get. And they also add to much cream, even though you say light . But i still love there food ha.

They are always blowing the A/C full blast to get you out as fast as possible. Dirty tables, they should clean the tables after every rush!!

Yes I would eat there again . Why! I love spicy foods and the taco Supremes. Wasn't so crowded and I didn't have to wait for someone to take my order.

It was tricky for me to enter my order into their kiosk machine .o There was so many cars in dr. Thro I decided to go in side . Over all I can saw I'm so happy that Taco Bell is doing well 4 others, (that I know of in my world, ) have not shut down during pandemic. Staff were workiing hard. To keep up with lunch rush hour , polite and helpful. Keep up the 👍 work. .

This taco bell has the worse service of all of them ,t's not completely their fault they are always under staffed and they make them unlock the bathroom for each individual person every time which definitely hinders the ablity to provide good customer service. Another thing I find quite odd is they no longer had a menu you can read , you either need to know what you want to order up from or go to a qiosk which required a debt card or order from your phone which also requires a card so if you only have cash better look up the menu ahead of time. 💋💯

I've been here a couple of times. The food sometimes is good, and sometimes it's not, sometimes it doesn't even feel hot. The past few times I've been there I noticed they have employees outside in the cold weather taking our orders and I was told their speaker for the drive thru does work, so I don't know why they have those employees out there. I just think that is wrong, there is so much crazy stuff going around that I would be concerned for their safety

Bery dirty and long time getting food, then i ordered no sour cream and gess what they put sour cream. Could not eat anything and was told to wait for manager that was away if i wanted it fixed.

I only went because my granddaughter loves the Dorito taco 🌮. If she's happy I am happy ♥️. Just too much 💰for so little food

The bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper. The fries were luke warm and not enough season on them and the nacho cheese wasn't hot.

Sodas taste like bleach, I’m guessing they’re using too much when cleaning their lines. I’ve complained several times , but seems to be a constant issue.

Used to love taco bell. It was my "go to" fast food restaurant. On my more recent visits. The food has been cold, stale, or thrown together so food would stick to the wrapper and make a bigger mess than it's worth. On the plus side, I've decided not to visit taco bell again, which might be healthier for me in the long run anyway.

A really frustrating experience. I ordered and paid for 3 different tacos and 2 drinks. We filled our drinks and were sitting at a table when the cashier came over and said they could only make 2 of the items we ordered. They wouldn't just substitute similar priced items, so we gad to get in line and get a refund requiring a manager's approval and then reorder, paying the extra $0.21 cents. We finally got our substitute food after everyone else who had ordered after our original order.

So I stop at this Taco Bell for breakfast fairly often. I don't know who it is but they need to have a discussion with who made my food this morning, and I get the feeling it was the same person who undercooked my food a couple of weeks ago (breakfast crunchwrap was barely toasted, none of the cheese was melted, eggs were lukewarm). This pertains specifically to this morning however. Nothing quite like repeating your order 4 different times, and still getting the completely wrong order. It wasn't past breakfast time, yet somehow I ended up with a regular crunchwrap instead of a breakfast crunchwrap. I was charged the correct price for a breakfast crunchwrap, so I don't think it was the cashier who got it wrong (didn't grab a receipt and the screen at the drive through was not working). It could have been though being he had to ask multiple times what my order was again, but the price being correct makes me think that wasn't it. But talk about getting something I didn't want at this time, and of course being a drive through I only discovered the mistake after I'd driven off.

We just went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 taco salads.. We expected them to be the size they were in the past, and the way they look in the ads. I was suspicious when the total $ was just under $11., but I thought it was a special since they have just been added back onto the menu. In fact, it is about 5 X 5. Appetizer size. Very disappointed. Mine was also very spicy! Taco Bell please make it known that the size is about half of what it used to be. Usually your food is good, we have had no complaints in the past. Thank you.

I was in labor, and our cheesy roll ups had hardly any cheese in them and weren't even melted all the way!! Irritating!! Especially cuz I couldn't get an epidural cuz I didn't have enough time, partially cuz we had to go back and deal with this!!

I went today to get a Grande Stacker, and it was a shame that it didn't even look the same as the menu. Its was so simple ,how hard is it to put 2 tortillas together stacked with meat and cheese 🙄

The service was bad. I order the same sandwich every time, but this time the girl that was attending could not figure it out. I left without buying anything.

I actually did not go to to this store, I went to Ace Hardware next to Taco Bell. I do not eat this food as it is very unhealthy, full of fat, preservatives, dyes, MSG and other nasty ingrediants.

I hate to say anything, but the past 3 times I've been here it's taken over 30 mins for a beefy 5 layer and a crunch wrap. I wouldn't recommend going here if you're hungry

My husband and I ordered a #1 and one additional burrito supreme. We should have received 2 burrito supremes, a taco and a drink. The order taker asked my husbands name and added it to the order. A few minutes later, an order of 1 burrito supreme was called out with two tacos. We waited about 10 or More minutes and then asked who that order was for. We found out the order was meant for us but was incorrect. Another gentleman came out to figure out what was going on with the order sitting on the counter. My husband asked him if he was the manager. He answered, no. My husband responded that he should be because no one else bothered to see who this order was for. He gave us a cup for the drink and said they would remake the order. It had been on the counter for awhile. The order taker just stood there looking around. It was slow inside but busy at the drive through. We received another order but it was the same...1 burrito supreme and 2 tacos. I finally said I would just take the taco!! My husband insisted I should have the burrito supreme I had ordered. The second gentleman that had come out before showed my husband we had only paid for the extra taco and not a burrito supreme and that we would need to pay for the additional for the burrito. In the meantime, I had taken a bite out of the taco and felt I could not return it. In the end, I was trying to pay the order taker for the additional burrito supreme. He didn't get it and kept trying to ring me up for a taco....!!!i I feel I should have been given a free burrito supreme and Taco Bell should hire order takers that understand English.

The other day we went b4 closing and they turned us down... said system was down, what a coincidence.. but cool don't go to restaurants right b4 closing might get an extra condiment (they might mess with your food). Jack in the box is open 24 hours

I ordered two burrito Supremes and three bean and cheese burritos and they gave me five bean and cheese burritos and no Supremes but charged me for the Supremes so I was paying over 19 bucks and did not get my order. Tried calling and no one answered phone

It always is a bear to get my order here. I've never not had to request for my drinks after they've provided my order to me. The manager is rude, and unhelpful. Bathroom door never unlocks when you ask.

They said they're system was down after my card was declined multiple times, even though I knew I had money in my bank. So went to ATM got money and went back and paid for my food. The next day I look at my bank statements and they charged my card, so they double charged me. and it was a supervisor doing all this.

These guys do not know how to take orders, ordered 3 tacos and a drink and gave me diffrent tacos and charged me more for the food. Also bathroom had feces on the walls.

Taco grande was the size of a regular taco. When I asked about this an employee it was the cream that made it special. When we looked there was little to none. The employee gave me the impression that I should not bother him. Go somewhere else were the food is what you paid for and the employees don't flimflam you.

My bar for Taco Bell is already on the floor, but this location was one of the worst I’ve been to. The kid taking orders kept immediately forgetting what I said and mixed up basic requests. Not a big deal, except they messed up 2 of the 3 items in my order, even after I had them read the order back to me to double check everything. I was unable to eat the food I payed for due to dietary restrictions. Didn’t catch it until I was already on the road.

This place is extremely hit or miss. about 50 precent of the time, this place messes up the order. And it's not just drive thru. I've gone inside and they've messed up as well. They also fail to provide receipts sometimes. Most of the time the mess ups are small things, like a wrong taco. Sure, it can be cause for complaint, but it's somewhat more forgivable. Other times, they fail catastrophically. For example, 2/2, we ordered a specialty box, and a 12 pack of tacos. What we got, after waiting about 10 minutes in the drive thru was an 8 pack of tacos and a burrito bowl. The tacos didn't have lettuce on them. and a few of the tacos barely had anything it, maybe half a teaspoon of meat and a sliver of cheese. I drove back about a half hour later (after getting home and seeing how God Awful this stuff was) to complain because I did NOT receive a receipt that time of purchase AND how badly they mauled my order. I understand restaurants, not everyone wants to work after 9 pm, but come on man, you're paid to do a job. Make sure people are taken care of. I've also ordered on the app about 2 weeks prior. I had some breakfast burritos ordered and they got them wrong, Only one was correct. I hate that this is the ONLY taco bell in Watsonville but these guys are horrid. I hate to say that because I like Taco Bell. I want to support these guys but they keep shooting themselves in the foot.

Horrible service/lame workers. (Drive through order) We drove far just to get 6 items and our order was missing 1 entire item and we ordered everything supreme but it was not made supreme. In fact was made very poorly, it felt like we were eating mainly taco shells. We only realized this when we got back to our hotel... so upsetting.

ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT! One of the items from my order was missing and I was like ok no problem I’ll just let them know so they can fix it. I noticed they didn’t give me a receipt but she couldn’t have forgotten me. I paid with a twenty and asked if I had the 2 cents. We went around and they said “can you check the bag”..... I assured her that the item was missing and she told me to pull through the drive through and they take the bag they just gave me and give me back 2 bags when I check they LITERALLY just put what was in the original bag into 2 separate bags......... I was frustrated at this point and because I clearly stated why I came back around and they said that they thought that’s what I wanted. They claimed that they only charged for the two #4s which was a lie but I had to let it go since she lady gave me no receipt.

I am so disappointed with this place. I have ordered a sausage breakfast Crunchwrap several times. Many times they forget the sausage. This morning I asked for them to please do me a favor and remember to put the sausage in this time. Came home and found the sandwich had bacon and no cheese. I won’t be going there again. Sad because the two times they got it right it was very good. It must be a terrible place to work if they have so little care about the food they put out.

I stopped in to get a quick bite to eat on 4/6/25 around 9pm and heard a manager named TIFFANY discriminating a group of customers for no apparent reason 1 young man (appeared to be Hispanic) asked to use the bathroom and was granted access another gentleman at the table (appeared to be native American) asked to go and was told no about 2mins later the lady at the table ( appeared cacasuan)asked to use the bathroom and granted access so she allowed the gentleman with her to use the restroom after being told no after the woman talked with another employee at the restaurant the manager (tiffany) came back and started yelling and being EXTREMELY unprofessional and walked aggressively towards the table when she started yelling at the customers accusing them of talking behind her back to her employees After seeing this behavior at this location I will not be recommending this location to anyone I know to prevent them from expressing such unprofessionalism from management

My chips for the chips and cheese were broken, and the amount is crazy compared to other taco bells. The soft taco was actually nice yet room temperature at best! And my beefy 5 layer burrito was sad my soft taco had more filling.

Honestly such bad customer service, went through drive through and the one bag with 50 dls of food. The bag ripped in the process of being handed to us. We were missing one item such a big deal to get the item handed to us, most of the food was all over the bag and broken didn’t get right items back the and still a big fuss over wanting us to pay for it when we didn’t get it, plus so great to charge what we asked for extra. We had ordered tacos supreme and just gave us regular tacos back not even even good to give us an apology still getting blame that it was our fault the ripped please make sure just make sure you get your order right if you go to this location…
