Great food but it opens late and closes early in my opinion

From the time I place the order and got my order it was fine. Normally there would be siracha sauce next to the soda station. I asked the workers if they have siracha hot sauce. It looks like they are scared of their boss because they didn’t want to ask him. ANDY behind the line was horrible . I kept saying “excuse me “loud so I could request siracha sauce. He caught a bad attitude and he said 50 cents when I just spent $54. He barely put any sauce but whatever. Why are you hiding hot sauce behind the line? Not good freeport SARKU.

The boxes were good. I ordered beef with white rice and fried rice. The sushi has tasted fresher and better then the ones I had this visit. The dumplings were also dry this time. The have also been better. I'll give them a pass on this visit. Till we meet again.

The first time I ate the teriyaki chicken it was well seasoned with sauce, chicken was cooked to perfection, so I was hooked. Went back Tuesday April2 and the food was terrible. I bought 3 meals, teriyaki chicken, steak, chicken and shrimp none was marinated in sauce meat was not fresh! Goodbye forever!!!! Both times was take out😥

The worst place I’ve been. Just because of the deal the staff made me come back 3 times just to do it online. So I had to call my daughter and she did the order online. My point is whenever we go to Green Acres to order from them they’re so accommodating unlike here at Freeport. They don’t even have plates and no napkins. How can you recommend such place very poor customer service and they’re not friendly at all. They don’t have the manners on how to deal with the publIc. Never ever again to be back at SARKU FREEFORT. The worst ever 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

They never made the chicken well done whenever I ask them to. You have to literally beg them to . I won’t be buying here anymore because the chicken isn’t cooked properly

I just had this ordered from Uber Eats and I got a chicken teriyaki with fried rice and it was absolutely terrible. I would not re-order this ever. The chicken was disgusting. They put all this cabbage in it. The only thing that was decent was the fried rice soaked in soy sauce that was the only way that I could eat it. I will never ever go back. It was absolutely disgusting. They sent three little dumplings on the side that were like frozen cold and it was just horrible never Again.

First and last time I will ever visit this establishment, The food has absolutely no flavor. The vegetables were hard The teriyaki sauce was watery and sour, the brown rice was hard and undercooked.i got the chicken and shrimps combo and litteraly got 2 shrimps i was extremely disappointed with my meal, do yourself a favor save your money or go next door and get halal food and less money and better taste

I only put 1 star for each cause I did get my food, I did walk into the store, and I was served. This place should close down, horrible food, small portions even after asking/paying for double meat. Take it from me if you're hungry go somewhere else because you will regret wasting your money at this place. Sarku has always been my go-to for food until I stepped foot into this store. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! You'd be better off with McDonald's.

IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS FIVE STARS I WOULD This is not my first time eating at this restaurant chain put it now maybe my last. I just spent $15.40 for 8 shreds of hot fresh cooked chicken to be thrown on top of ice cold fried rice and way overcooked vegetables that had no taste. The chicken dumplings after one bite made me sick to my stomach. It was cold in the middle and tasted foul. I am so disappointed I can't even express. On top of that there fountain soda machine don't work and the guy says they won't be fixing it. Only selling can soda. This place should be shut down before someone gets really I'll or dies. Seriously All I did was pick the chicken out of it it was the only edible thing

This place is garbage. They overcharged me for a combo and tried to say it was for noodles. Didn't even give me the noodles. This is my third time trying this out and they have messed up every time. I was charged for extra chicken the other two times and got little to no chicken. Garbage. Don't waste your time here. I would give it negative stars if possible.
