As a former Krispy Kreme ambassador, I can still say it's still some of the best doughnuts around with a great rewards program that awards half a dozen glazed donuts for your birthday! The original glazed is especially good when fresh and hot.

Love that they have hot, fresh donuts and you can see them glaze your donuts. My parents live in a town where there is no Krispy Kreme store. They have only ever bought the donuts at the grocery store or at a 7eleven, so this was a treat to taste them fresh and hot. It's a huge difference and they loved it!

Incredible donuts, and extremely sweet. The atmosphere is perfect and staff are really helpful. It’s super impactful for children to watch donuts being glazed live while devouring their sweet snacks. The store was also extremely clean.

It’s been a while since I had Krispy Kreme and I totally forgot when was the last time I ate there. I remember that it is in Union City, but this is before they open one at my local area. I’m planning to do another review of it in Union City since its atmosphere is different from the one here. Location is pretty small here and don’t think it’s good to dine here in my opinion. Just good for takeout order. I really like solidly they glazed the donuts and are perfectly sized. In other donuts places, their donuts are much larger. The size of them is quite comparable to the ones from Dunkin Donuts. Vanilla Latte tastes like any other ones from different coffee shops. Though that the place isn’t big, still recommend people to try Krispy Kreme out.

Great tasting donuts and hot coffee! Clean store and good location! Selection not as great as the Union City store but good for the donut and coffee fix when in the area!

Lyna was so sweet, she threw in a couple free donuts for my grandma's birthday and was so patient with us. The donuts were amazing as well! The shop was clean and the selection was great.

I'm not the greatest fan of Kristy Kreme doughnuts however if you are this store has great tasting ones. The service is very nice and friendly. The seating area is kept very clean. A good place to get a sugar fix.

One of the best donuts you will every have. Especially if you get them hot and fresh which are made right in front of your eyes. Wasn't as busy as I thought it would be. Just a couple of people before us. They have a ton of variety too.

It’s a pickup place. So don’t expect a great interior. The donuts were delicious. A little on the expensive side. They have some amazing Harry Potter themed donuts. Service was good too.

We were supposed to get a free dozen of special graduation donuts. My daughter was so looking forward to the ‘2020’ donuts, but we got there and were told they “ran out” of those special donuts. We got there before 7:30 am! And they were out already? Did they just have an allotment of 10 boxes? Up to here is a 2 star rating. Another star is added because they did give us a free dozen regular glazed as a consolation. Suggestion: Have some more stock next time for special occasion offers!

The donuts are not that bad, but the service could be better and the place doesn’t always feel as clean or welcoming as it should. Still worth stopping by for a quick sweet treat, but there’s room for improvement.

Back when they first cane on seen the Donuts were really good. For some reason now, the Donuts are way way way too sweet. I think I read that they were changing the recipe but can't be sure. If you're into super sweet and need that Sugar high then try them out.

I am disappointed, I seen that there was fresh hot donuts being made and I stopped to buy some. I didn't realize it until I was already out of the store, but the donuts were cold. And tasted nasty. Next time I will be sure to make sure I get warm donuts like the sign said. And yes, I ordered a dozen glazed 😖

Hi Vicky - the manager. I visited your store at 6:15 pm and the open sign was switched off. I brought it to the notice of the staff and staff said that “I have been told not to turn it on”. Then I noticed the lights of the back side was off and asked about it and same answer. Asked for manager phone number and was told “manager will not like it”. Well - many people would just go away if you don’t have the open sign switched on and if it looks dark inside. My 2 cents. You guys know better.

The donuts just don't taste the same anymore. This is the 2nd time ordering from this location and the donuts taste old. Maybe ingredients change because they do NOT melt in your mouth anymore.

Finished shopping in the area, looked up places in Google Maps to get a coffee and doughnut, saw the Krispy Kreme open till 10PM and took the 5 minutes drive there. Arrived there 9:56PM, parking right in front of the door, headlights shining at the door, they come to door and lock it. I point at 9:56 at my phone and at their opening times. Finally they open and tell me that I have to come during opening hours. I tell them that I'm here during opening hours, and they tell me that they close 5 minutes early and that I have to come during opening hours. We go in circles a couple of times and I explain that if they want to close early, then why don't they adjust their opening hours. Then "Dustin" tells me that he doesn't need to be lectured how opening times work... Well, that was fantastic service, just continue that way.

I walked in on 8/16/23 at 2-320pm range and said Hi, the female was on her phone and ignored my greeting. The guy only knod his head and then gave me all the old donuts he could find when their was a hot light on the window for fresh donuts. Then he sneaks off in the back and gave me four donuts that are laying on a package roller belt. Very strange pair of workers. 8 donuts were good but I didn't attempt to eat the only four on the belt. They were left there as if they fell on the floor. Not a friendly pair of workers and came off as very sneaky.

The donuts aren’t fresh. I went there an hr when they open. I took a bite as I was walking back to my car. It taste like it’s old and over night. And way too much sugar like it’s layered over night with sugar to make it seem fresh. I went to another place to get the same donut and holy moly it’s night and day. It’s way better.

Review for Krispy Kreme Cafe: I visited this cafe on July 4th and was highly disappointed with the customer service. Despite the cafe being almost empty, the wait was incredibly long due to a prolonged conversation the server had with another customer. During this time, a queue started to build up behind us, which the server seemed oblivious to. When it was our turn to order, the server abruptly diverted her attention to the customers behind us, serving them out of turn before returning to us. This unprofessional approach towards customer service significantly tainted our experience. I expected much more from a renowned establishment like Krispy Kreme. I believe that all customers should be treated with respect and in the order they come in. The staff should be trained to handle situations more efficiently to prevent such instances from recurring.

Today, in celebration of Krispy Kreme's 86th anniversary, I visited their location at Pacific Common in Fremont for the $0.86 event. At first, they greeted me warmly, but their attitude changed when I placed my special 86th anniversary order. I heard that you could order up to 4 boxes when visiting the store, but they informed me that only 2 boxes were available, limited for this event. The unfriendly service at Krispy Kreme, a place I hadn't been to in a while, disappointed me, and I warned my friends not to expect much from there. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed the doughnuts I brought home.

This place is severely under staffed. they have one teenager working alone and running the entire thing; making the donuts, the lattes, and fulfilling orders. The line goes too long because of this and sometimes they end up closed before they're supposed to, and apparently management is doing nothing about it. I don't mind usually waiting a bit longer for a donut but it is cruel on the worker there.
