Third different Ono Hawaiian location I've been too and still a very solid experience. Went since they had their black friday sale and got two plates that I usually do else where. Out of everything their chicken is still my favorite and a strong macaroni salad. Rest is fine but would get BBQ chicken for sure, would recommend.

I’m surprised that I’ve never been coming here for over a couple years I believe. This is usually my go to places for Hawaiian food. I’ve been going here for years and the food is quite amazing. The food is nicely grilled and the vegetables especially the lettuce tastes as fresh as it can get. For a restaurant that has multiple locations, the inside isn’t quite bad, but it doesn’t often get crowded as people usually do takeouts.

Why 3.9 rating?. After eat this food and enjoy this amazing meal. No way 3.9 of rating. I been in over 500 restaurants and this place is amazingly fine. Look sushi of spam!!. Gotta love it.

Went there to get my online to go order. Order was ready before promised time. Chicken is good and moist. The only thing is the BBQ sauce has a wired taste but overall great food!

really good place to eat. I love it and i order catering for my son's birthday, everybody like it and they also have this kids bags with a complete meal, my kids love it.

Good tasting food but can be a bit oily from all the fried style. I got the shrimp and white fish aloha plate and they were great with the tartar sauce!

I attended the one at pacific commons grand opening, I thought that the place was super clean, and the food was very good, and fresh. Some of the down sides are Everything is in to go boxes which is different, usually if you stay and eat in , you get your food on a plate, but that's ok. The other thing for me was that they don't serve brown rice, Wish that was an option. Also I was a little confused about the grand opening raffle, I was told that you get on entry A ticket upon arrival, and that you had to be there to get a raffle prize, so we bought our food got our raffle ticket and hung out. They started the raffle, started calling numbers, one man won 4 times, another guy won 3 times, I heard him say that they were his friends tickets and they had left, well I thought that you had to be present to win, so I was a little put off that me and 100 or more other people hung out like we were supposed to , played by the rules and the manager allowed people to win that were not there. And let these guys win so many times. , when these friends left , they were no longer eligible for the raffle. but instead of the manager telling these guys that , sorry only one winner per person, since everyone only had one ticket. how did this guy get so many, and the other guy to. So 1st impression of management , not so good. food good, clean place yes, service very good, very friendly. will I eat there again, jury still out. My message if you are going to do a contest and tell people rules, then you need to stick to them. Other wise we all could of left and still been in the drawing.

Probably deserved 5 stars, but we got it to go, so it wasn't a hot as we like. Katsu chicken, teriyaki chicken, fire chicken, and bbq beef were all very good. Each aloha plate was enough for 2+ meals.

Not too bad. Had the Hawaiian combo and the short ribs were tasty and tender, the chicken is their best meat and the beef was nice. If you ask for no cabbage under everything, they will use an extra scoop of rice

I go to this plaza a lot whenever I visit the US and there are always a lot of options. This time, I decided to try this place. The service was fast and friendly. The food took a while to cook that was okay because the meat was cooked fresh. I had the island fire chicken which use Sriracha as part of its spice mix so it was fiery but tolerable. The meal came with two scoops of steamed white rice and a scoop of macaroni salad and some salad greens. Overall the food was good and I will come back again.

Tried the kalua pork & bbq chicken combo; tasted pretty good. What i didn't like was the mac salad (lame flavor, tasted like missing the black pepper and some other ingredients) and the rice (too soft, a little watery).

cashier misunderstood me like 5x because my reciept came out to be not what i ordered and even though i said takeout she misinterpreted as dine-in luckily the manager came out and appeared to correct our miscommunication but i would just be cautious and double check your order and receipt because it’s a gamble :/

This Ono is BAD! Ordered a mini and it looked like I ordered a mini for a 2 year old. Totally rip you off on the meat but they make sure they stuff you with cabbage. A separate time I ordered online and pretty much got everything wrong that I had asked.

Worst Ono I’ve been too, PERIOD!! I asked for cabbage instead of salad. These employees are super disrespectful and also claim they can’t substitute items, and if I want cabbage then I need to order a different plate that I’m not interested in, which I’ve done at every Ono I’ve been to. It takes zero effort to swap to a similar side. If I was the manager/owner of this business, I would be disgraced at how their evening employees talk to and treat their customers.

Employees were mad that I had questions about the menu… looked genuinely irritated to be there. Dirty looks while my food was being prepared.. all I was doing was getting teriyaki and Katsu sauce 🥲 I just asked them to cancel my order and got a refund. I can’t trust people who look that upset to prepare my food. Took my business to the habit that was in the same shopping center. Completely different vibe greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service. I actually really like the food here was kind of disappointed that I didn’t get to enjoy it but zero out of 10 for the customer service at this location.

NOT the place for a burger. Mcdonalds is better. The fries were DRY and the burger was SUPER soggy. I could even eat it. Called to tell them & its just a hassle to get to a live person that im just gonna leave this right here.

I used to be a regular here. I happened to be in the area so my dinner choice was ono. I did an online order as usual lol funny thing is they gave me burnt ends of the BBQ beef (it was more like scraps of meat after a long day) and the most chewiest part that they can’t even serve to others in my online order. I got a bbq mix. I won’t be returning. The portion size was half of what it used to be. The plate wasn’t even full.

Terrible service. Went in for a pick up. They said still getting food ready. Asked Alicia if food was ready after waiting 10 more minutes she said still getting ready. All for her coworker to ask me the name and the bag was sitting at the counter behind her. Ohana Hawaiian BBQ has better service than this place.

1 star because I spent $74 in one order 4 different meals and they didn't give me any katsu sauce at all. Ruined my meal I didnt even want my food anymore after this because the sauce is what makes the chicken katsu so good. Very big let down

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered food at 9:25pm. Sat down to eat it and was rudely interrupted by the cashier telling us to leave since the restaurant closing time was 9:30 pm. When I asked her why she hadn’t told us while ordering that we couldn’t dine in, she tells us that we should know that the restaurant closes at 9:30 pm Ono Hawaiian BBQ managers, please teach your team members customer service skills. You just lost 3 customers.

To top it off, in the bags, we were supposed to be offered the white and brown sauce, but I was only given 2 brown sauces instead of 1 brown and 1 white. When I asked for sauce, the server explained it was in the bag, when the white sauce was not given. I am unsatisfied because I was not given the experience I was promised, and I was left with macaroni, vegetables, and white sauce missing. FYI this is from the Ono Hawaiian BBQ in Pacific Commons in Fremont, CA.

If you like eating plastic saran wrap, this is the place to go. Found it in my salad. If this is how careless they are with their salad god knows what they do with the meats. Never coming back again! Stay away from this filthy place!

We kept telling them the delivery guy made a mistake so never got the food and they kept insisting that it was picked up so they're not making another. We paid twice for food we never got. Delivery person never picked up the phone about our missing food. Hopefully our refund comes through. Never going back.
