is there really anything to be said? it’s in and out. this place is like the holy grail of californian fast food. food is cheap, insanely fresh, and tasty. workers are actually so staffed and the place is filled to the brim at all moments. in and out is literally just the best place on the planet.

This In n out is on point they get you in and out literally they are faster then others and they never mess the order up and very courteous. Animal Frys are always loaded up to the fullest you won't really find a skimp one here.

Classic burger, great service, and the consistently is unmatched in quality (over the many years the burger tastes exactly as the one I would have eaten 20 years ago). If you go in, the service is super fast!

It is in and out … you go in … eat a pretty decent burger for the price with fries that are not coated with lots of chemicals (just potato as it should be ) and get out. Solid option for fast food with high quality and low price. The fact that they treat their workers well is a nice as well.

In the ample offer of fast food, In-n-out is a good and affordabel option. Also this chain of fast food is one of the few restaurants that are open after 10 pm. Ask for the not so secret menu so you have other options to order.

Same high quality food with a rather short wait surprisingly. From order to leaving was maybe 8min and I ordered a well done fry. Thats really fast for In N Out. I'll definitely be back very soon.

This place is great! The food is pretty good, I mean it's fast food so you can't really expect much. The staff was professional, efficient, and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the wait. I was there for about 30 minutes waiting for my order and that's with me walking in. The line for the drive thru was even longer but hey the food is pretty good so a line is to be expected.

Definitely one of my favorite spots to have a Burger. The burgers are kept pretty simple but are super delicious. The fries, especially the animal style fries are also amazing! Prices are also more than fair for what you get here!

Overall a very nice place. We go there about once a week. Our favorites are lettuce wrapped 3x2 burgers protein style, mustard fried with half onions and extra lettuce. We love fries, milk shakes and drinks there - they never disappoint.

The food is great as always. Tried the viral Flying Dutchman and it’s was as expected. Cutting 1 star only because I don’t like the packaging when ordering to go. The cheese sticks to the paper and one just cannot eat it without getting sauce and cheese everywhere! Otherwise the quality is better than any fast food chain I’ve ever had

Spread and Chilis. When you’re looking for the perfect burger, look no further than a 3X3 with two extra cheese, animal style, w/o tomato. This location does it right with the freshness and the melty- presenting it unwrapped keeps the cheese on the sandwich and not on the paper. Best chain burger and all that freedom the company supports.

I am often greeted by smiling faces and one employee that especially stands out is Jenna with the smiling green eyes she’s always friendly and courteous. Stopped for a quick bite and as usual this place is a hit. We decided to walk in and beat the mile long anaconda of a line with the cars lined up to grab their orders. There was nobody ahead of us and we got ... Trenton took our order and was patient all this while and made sure he repeated it back to us and confirm it. After that comes the wait ( it was hardly 5-7 mins) and it's every bit worth it :) Alberto handed out our order to us and he is one energetic, bubbling full of energy and as well makes sure that he greets the customers while they pick their order and always has a smile going on. In-N-Out is a popular fast food chain in the western side of the US especially in California. The menu items are limited, but the quality and taste of the burgers and fries are good. This location is located at Pacific Commons in Fremont, and it’s hectic when ordering from a drive thru. I decided to dine in to give a full review of this place. Of course every interior of most In-N-Out Burger locations are identical and same. Not really a decorative place and it can get crowded especially when people go there for lunch. I ordered cheeseburger and fries with no salt, because it makes the taste more natural. You can ask them for no salt on both unlike most fast food places. I don’t really enjoy eating burgers from a wrapper and so, I took it off before eating it. I am hoping that they start opening more locations in the center and east side of the US, because it’s a good fast food place to go to.

Burger was good but the fries were a little cold and not really crunchy.

Tried in the drive through. The order was taken very quickly. Due to the long line of cars we had to wait for 6 minutes and by the time we got our food, the fries were cold. We thought that the order was prepared as soon as we placed it, due to the delay in getting the food it was cold.

Went after 8-12 months via drive through. Drive thru cashier is great. Even though drive thru was not too busy. Food was not properly cooked, not packed well. Many fries were uncooked and raw. Burger was not done well. Even after 10 minutes wait at final window, food was not good. Window Staff was awesome. Since I don't live near or frequent this establishment often, I can't say too much about this place. I've had burgers from In-n-out before and it's nothing special to write home about. On this particular trip to California from Florida I had just a triple burger with fries. The fries were not bad and the burger was average. It came with everything one would expect a burger to have, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, etc. I realize many people do like their burgers, that would explain their long lines there. But as a Florida resident, I've had many burgers from different restaurants that I would say were much better prepared and tasted a whole lot better than the one I had here.

In-N-Out is always very consistent with their food. I am going to this location since 10 years and the experience and food quality is always the same: good but could be definitely better. The burger is good but the French fries are always a bit too dry. It is also becoming overcrowded those days and the food wait time starts to be longer. The terrace is a pure joke as it is missing umbrellas for the big sun. It is impossible to stay outside. Last, the parking can be quite challenging.

Better than some of the locations, with great efficient and very friendly service. But taking the chain as a whole I seriously don't understand the hype of In-N-Out Burger. The burgers are pretty good with very fresh toppings but the bun is completely pointless and has almost no flavor or substance. And the fries from the chain as a whole are absolutely some of the worst of any hamburger chain. There nothing but starchy blandness that I swear are not fresh but just made out of formed rice flour.

The advantage is that you can eat fresh burgers at a reasonable price!

When pulling up to the cashier yesterday Monday at around 12AM, the rude cashier named "Caleb" asked me an unclear and incoherent question to verify my order. I asked if Caleb could repeat my order and did so passive aggressively as I noticed his body language and demeanor, although I just wanted to make sure I had the correct items. Caleb then shoved my credit card into my hand after payment went through. I ordered the items to eat in the car. I saw through my rear view mirrors that he gave the car behind me a food mat and realized he most likely gave me one deliberately. Caleb should show some respect to customers and get a clue about customer service.

This place's fall off needs to be studied...Very inconsistent, as demonstrated by tonight's order when I had the displeasure of tasting the dry, tasteless, rubber mush they served me in the form of a burger patty. At least they shoved a ton of tomato in there to give it some flavor (along with very minimal sauce). And their fries were soggier, limper than usual as well. This place has been inconsistent for a long time but today's order was so terrible it just warrants this review.

But manager was unwilling or unable or lacking a backbone and did nothing about it. I was just trying to have a pleasant end of the weekend.
