We went to the store and the ordering system was not functioning and they asked us to order online. This was the least frustrating thing compared to the service level. The edges of the pizza were burnt and was black and even the garlic on top was black from over heating. The person behind the oven kept claiming that it is not burnt and that the base is still not black and that it is okay to eat. After repeatedly telling/asking him to be reasonable, he was unwilling to accept that it was burnt. He offered to remake it but stated it would be delayed and that he would prefers his pizza like that. Lack of basic service standards and willingness to accept errors are completely lacking. We understand that it is an oven and things get burnt from time to time but the lack of empathy and trying to push it to customers without a hint of hesitation is where it was very frustrating.

7/6/27 Sunday no chicken, no tomatoes, bell peppers so I have to eat veggie pizza. 4/20/24 order pick up 4:30pm but probably give it to someone else, made another pizza, I ask for no garlic but lots of extra chicken cheese n veggies loaded but pizza had hardly any toppings. Now price jumped to $15 with tax n quantity n quality is going down. 5/13/23 Saturday tomorrow is mother's day. Buy $50 gift card get one free pizza card 1/31/23 Tuesday $5 gift card promo used 1/22/23 Sunday use one time 30% off rewards 1/21/23 Saturday 1st time ordered online curbside pick up n it was super easy n convenient. My pizza was fully loaded everything I asked for extras. Very good pizza. Love it. Hope they maintain quality n quantity of food. 3/25/22 Friday Very good location near century16 theater n the best pizza. Special pie day $3.14. My pizza is fully loaded with pesto sauce, goat cheese, chicken, basil, spinach, olives, jalapeño, mushrooms, pineapple, broccoli, artichoke, banana pepper, red pepper, green pepper, red onion, olive oil, pesto drizzle, ranch & arugula.

I get the place was experiencing personnel shortages that day, but floors in the restrooms and dining areas were littered with napkins. The place ran out of cup lids by 7 PM, and it took a while for them to replace the napkins. The pizza was decent, but I would have appreciated more effective logistics and division of labor from this place.

As much as I love Blaze Pizza, I find the service for online orders disappointing at this location. They consistently take a lot of time to prepare orders and there is always an extra wait time(20-30min) for pickup. Additionally, this time my order was wrong and mixed up with balsamic glaze poured all over the pizza, which made it hard to eat. They really need to improve their efficiency and attention to detail in handling online orders.

My first trip to Blaze was rather meh. We went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, and the toppings were rather tired looking. I expected fresh toppings in preparation for the weekend. The staff preparing the pizza looked rather bored and tired themselves. However, I noticed that they took pains to separate out the artichoke leaves so they are spread evenly and cook evenly. The toppings were rather meagerly served. I took one star off food and service.. I selected the cauliflower crust which was good. I then picked the garlic pesto sauce which was very oily and the final pizza was drenched in oil, with the oil even gathering in the paper below it. I took another star off food for that. I opted for no cheese, and there was enough oil on the pizza that the cheese was not missed. I had an offer for free cheesy bread with large purchase, and that was amazing 😍 It was certainly a good marketing idea to offer their best product for free, as the pizza was just average. Atmosphere was fine. It wasn't very crowded, maybe due to rains. I would go again in a pinch, but it's not some place I would especially think of going.

Ordered Togo from their website. 1+ hour to pick up. That’s fine. But when I go to pick up, they say they ran out of dough and couldn’t make one of the pizzas. But no one bothered to give a call in that 1 hour to let me know about that. And no refund either for that. They took my phone number on a piece of paper and said they will have their manager call me next day to remedy the situation but no one called. I wasn’t the only one - there were other customers who came in to know their order wasn’t made - so it seems so bizarre as this has never happened in any other restaurant- they would have the courtesy to call. But not here! The pizzas themselves weren’t that great either - we got the cauliflower crust pizza which had whole cloves of garlic that was just not roasted due to their size and had to be set aside. Overall not an experience I’d want to return to. There are much better pizza places in Fremont!

I had a very disappointing experience at Blaze Pizza. The employee preparing the pizza appeared unhygienic and gave off a strong odor, which made the food preparation process uncomfortable to watch. On top of that, the staff member was rude and seemed like they didn’t want to be there, which made the overall experience even worse. The restaurant itself did not look clean, especially around the drink fountain area. The fountain station had no ice available, got water with co2 instead of coke, Basic maintenance and cleanliness standards were clearly lacking. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and atmosphere need serious improvement. I hope management takes these issues seriously and works on better staff training and maintaining the facility.

This is the second time I visit this location and the employees seem to be moving in slow motion when it’s not even busy. First experience they didn’t even take my order and tried to give me a pizza that wasn’t even mine. Then the employee tried giving me attitude because I told him that he hadn’t even taken my order and that I didn’t want that pizza he made. “So do you want it or not 🙄😒”. Second time the place was empty and not a single employee took my order even though they were standing in sight. Had to wait 10 min just to get my order in then another 6 min to pay. Don’t know what happened to this place.

Always out of cauliflower crust and gluten free. Waited for about an hour before getting to the front. There was no sign about them running out of the gluten free crust. And only 1 person running the front. Low on staff and low on crust and ingredients.

The service staff is super rude and purposefully takes really long to make your order; be ready to wait 1 hour for a single pizza (I have had to every single time but it’s sadly the only customizable pizza place in the area)

I had a terrible experience at Blaze Pizza in Fremont. There was a nice employee who, when I asked him to separate the meat because of my allergy, happily did so. But then Shayrene came and mixed the meat into my order anyway. When I kindly asked her not to, she became extremely rude, screaming at me and my father, making faces, and saying, “This store is not a vegan store, let me tell you my policy,” while repeatedly yelling, “You want garlic or no and garlic or roasted very loud.I had to walk out without eating. There store is very dirty aswell This is unacceptable customer service. I will not recommend this store to anyone. Blaze Pizza needs to train staff to handle allergies properly and treat customers with respect.

The most horrible experience, Ordered a pickup, made me wait for 40 mins, every time I checked, kept saying give me a minute without checking, and then lied someone took your order, and after made my order and dropped it on the floor! So basically, no food after 40 mins..

Waited 30 minutes to order 2 pizzas. After we order one of the employees told the other to put at least 4 online orders ahead of ours. After an additional 15 minutes, the employee cutting the pizzas dropped one of off our pizzas. Usually enjoy coming to this chain restaurant, but I cannot recommend this location.

Avoid Blaze at all costs; their poor food quality and nasty customer service greatly disappoint! Both of my pizzas were made incorrectly. My two pizza orders had incorrect toppings, were not made well done, were soggy, and were made using the wrong crust. When I returned to the store, they first denied that they were made incorrectly and refused to take me seriously. Although they eventually agreed to remake the order I was treated disrespectfully by the staff. While waiting for my order, I saw countless other mistakes made by staff and mistreatment of other customers. I waited for over half an hour for my order to be rectified, after placing my order half an hour before I even arrived! After I got home, I realized my order was made incorrectly again! This time, the order was again made with missing and incorrect toppings. There is clearly a lack of attention to detail with employees at the store. I called the store and was again treated with disrespect and disregard for my negative experience at Blaze. The employee I spoke to said that he remembered me from my visit earlier, did not believe my order was made incorrectly, demanded to see evidence that my order was made incorrectly, and refused to provide a refund. I asked to speak to the General Manager of the store; however, the employee claimed that he was the manager himself. The employee was clearly a teenager with limited work experience, as demonstrated by his language, demeanor, and overall tone. Although I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the food at Blaze, I am even more appalled by the customer service. This place used to be fantastic; however, it has gone completely downhill. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for your next meal!

I came to the store to pick up an online order for 2 pizzas. One of the pizzas was missing and the other had a ripped seal. They offered to remake the missing pizza since someone had taken it. I asked if they could remake both since it looked like the remaining pizza was tampered with (None of the other pizzas there had ripped seals). They agreed, and when i got home i found that they had reheated the old pizza and completely burnt it instead of making a new one. I am a longtime customer and was extremely disappointed in the service provided. In particular, I am upset they lied about making a new pizza and burnt the old one and gave it to me instead.
