Banti was amazing - the best customer service! He was so kind and had great recommendations! The restaurant was so clean and great atmosphere! Food was delicious too - so much that we ordered more to bring home! Food came out quickly and hot! We will definitely be back again!
Location is always clean and the staff is very kind. The bonessless chicken biryani is best when ordered "super spicy". The Apollo fish is a must try along with the chili shrimp. Cheers!
This is one of the most wonderful places I have ever seen. The food and service are excellent. The staff are very friendly. This is my first time here. I will definitely come again. Thank you for your hospitality.
I’ve been here many times and all the food they’ve had is so good. My favorite is the butter chicken and garlic naan bread. Definitely recommend this spot.
We have been ordering takeout from here for a few years. The chicken biryani boneless and regular are both good. I mostly order MILD as that's the flavor that we feel gives the best biriyani experience. Very timely and efficient service. I would recommend for biriyani.
I have been a customer since day one. Great biryani, great food. Friendly staff. I love that they have maintained consistency. My go to place for good Indian food in Fremont
This is bay area's staple go to place for briyani. Our preferred dishes are paneer briyani, gobi manchurian, fried rice, naan and kadai paneer. Food is really good and consistent.
Ordered the Paneer Biryani family package for $35, and it was an excellent experience overall. The portion size was generous and perfect for a family meal. The paneer was fresh, soft, and well-cooked, and the biryani was flavorful and aromatic. A big plus was that the package included an appetizer, which made the meal feel even more complete and great value for money. I also really appreciated the option to choose the spice level, which is perfect if you like your biryani extra spicy or prefer it milder. Everything was well packed and stayed fresh. Highly recommend this place for a satisfying vegetarian biryani meal — will definitely order again!
Having tried most of the biryanis from around the Bay Area, I can say with utmost confidence that the boneless chicken dum biryani that these guys serve is the best and I have ordered it more than 10 times now. The only suggestion is don’t order late at night while closing, you might get rice that is almost from the bottom of the vessel they prepare early morning and can be stale.
Ordered the goat biryanis and chicken 65, and both dishes were exceptional! The meat was perfectly tender, and the flavors were spot on. The service was top notch with manager Arfath going above and beyond. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining different items on the menu and their origins. As a bonus, he treated us to a complimentary dessert double ka meetha which was fresh and delicious. Will definitely return, not just for the food, but for the excellent service as well!
Hands down the best Biryani in the Bay! Quick service. I have had their biryani from all the 3 locations in Bay area. Along with Biryani they also serve other dishes which are quite flavorful and g…
The biryani here was absolutely awesome! Full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and one of the best I've had. The place itself is really nice and welcoming. A big shoutout to our server Surya -- he did …
Really liked it. I got the goat biryani and the goat curry and they both had a lot of flavor!
Been here multiple times now. We need to order “mild” version of their biryanis, else it gets too spicy and inedible. They serve it with raita and salan. I got the delivery today and found a hair in the biryani family pack. Family pack usually comes with an option of adding either gobhi 65 or gobhi manchurian.
We visited Paradise Biryani on a weekday, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. As a vegetarian, I was eager to try their offerings, and I wasn’t disappointed. For starters, we ordered the Paneer 65, which was flavorful and perfectly spiced. For the main course, we had the Veg Biryani, and it was absolutely delightful. The quantity was generous, easily sufficient for two people, and the taste was excellent — definitely worth recommending. One tip: if you enjoy extra curd (raita) with your biryani, don’t hesitate to ask for more. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I would happily visit again!

We waited for almost 30 minutes. The chilly chicken wasn't the usual, soggy with a biy of sour taste. My nephew is the kind who would polish off the order. Today, 70% of it was untouched and he was…
Great food and good price. Lots of meat in the biryani and the curries. \n\nDined in and the wait for food was looong (~45min). Will call in for pick up next time.
I ordered boneless biryani late night at Paradise Biryani, Fremont. Usually, the pieces are fried chicken 65 pieces. But this time, they gave something different than that. I am disappointed.
Didn't love the biryani here. It was okay, but not very flavorful. Had to add a lot of the sauces. \n\nThe chicken did taste okay. But there's not a lot of meat, so likely you will need to suppleme…

Nothing like paradise, no Muslim or Islamic figure in the restaurant to look halal. The biryani tasted horrible and the meat was from very old stock
The food is amazing here every time I go! The chicken dum biryani and the goat curry that they have are two of my favorites. I also love the Bollywood music videos playing in the background because…

today I have ordered butter nan alone and they are not ready to the order. they asked me order some curry as well in order to take the naan order. not good service to customer .
What a bull(profanity removed) service. Placed order over phone and the guy asked us to pick it up in 20 mins. Went there, paid and had to wait 1 hour. Even after 1 hour, the server "Arijit" asked …
I don’t know which world, this is called Haleem. It feels like it was thrown into mixer and MEAT WASN’T COOKED not even a little bit. This is the WORST HALEEM EVER. If you ( Restaurant) don’t know how make Haleem, PLEASE DON’T Advertise these items. Customers beware of buying Haleem from this restaurant. My suggestion is definitely No-No from this restaurant.
Chicken was separately made and then added to biryani rice. Also the chicken was uncooked and raw smell. It’s just the name but many other places have better biryani and price. Don’t waste your money
I "was" a very regular take out customer. Fremont branch mixed up my take out order and gave it to someone else, which was ok, as order mixup is no big deal. Discussed it with manager, and we agreed that I'll collect the order in evening. However, when I called in evening, the manager accused me of already collecting the order and cannot honor the order now. Hard to believe being accused of cheating for a $17 order. This is when the manager and the staff knows me very well as being a regular customer. Disappointed.
BE CAREFUL FRAUD---Called to report fraud someone had just tried to use my debit card FOR $120 at this restaurant and im in Texas across the map and was instantly told by the manager "I dont care man what you want". Wouldn't be surprised if it was one of the workers I talked to honestly by the way i was talked to
Warning: Horrible service alert! 😡 I visited this restaurant multiple times as a Dasher and as a customer - won't be back! 😒 Front staff was super rude, didn't believe me when I showed confirmed orders on the app, and asked me to confirm again. Next time, they laughed at me and made me wait despite the order being ready 🤦♂️. They kept asking for the customer's name repeatedly, laughing the whole time. They even waited me for about an hour! 😤 And the worst part? The restaurant was EMPTY. Employees were just sitting and enjoying lol, while I was wasting my time waiting. Not cool! This restaurant deserves a serious overhaul - they should work on customer service and train staff to treat customers with respect. They should value the time of the customer and the Dasher as well. Avoid this place! 👎 They should be replaced by a service provider that values customers #badservice #avoidthisplace #customerservicefail #unacceptable
Quantity and quality did not match the expectations. They had small 4-5 Pieces of chicken nuggets with a kid size portion of Biryani rice. Fish fry was awful. Will never go again, very disappointed with the food quality. The server was friendly. Not worth the price.
This is my second terrible food experience here. I ordered Chicken Vepudu and Chicken 65. Chicken 65 is supposed to be dry, but it came out very saucy. The Vepudu had virtually no spices — it felt like it was loaded with food colour instead. Under no circumstances will I order from Paradise Fremont again. I’ve had good meals from the Milpitas (N Able St) Paradise location in the past. Fremont branch is extremely disappointing. I’m baffled by the positive reviews — not sure what aspects people are liking here. I only tried Fremont this time because I needed food urgently and other options weren’t open yet, and I won’t be ordering here again. When we order they said 20 min but they took 50 min. every time same issue.
Today's I just visited there with my friend, and we order some food with some appetizers ,and we mention that we need all food together. Then one Guy bring our appetizer, we told that we already mentioned need all together, but that guy taking very very rudely.and telling Us that not be possible.. We were all celebrating a friend's anniversary. But the server ruined our happiness... Very bad service. Food was good...
We ordered 6 items, one of which was Chicken 65. The staff member who took our order was not professional he didn’t explain any options or variants to us. The Chicken 65 in particular was very disappointing. It was served unusually fast, and based on the toppings, it seemed more like a cancelled Chicken Manchurian dish than Chicken 65, since no authentic Chicken 65 is served that way. When we raised our concern, the staff’s response was unprofessional and rude. He said, “You’ve been coming here for a long time, you should know what it is,” in a very mean way. We decided to cancel the remaining items and offered to pay only for this one dish. However, he insisted that all the food was already prepared, which felt like a tactic to pressure us into keeping the full order. Finally, when we stood firm and said we’d only pay for what we are served, —The experience left a very bad impression. Overall, the food is not worth the poor service. Please beware of the staff’s attitude and approach here.
Ordered Boneless Biryani family tray instead received regular chicken biryani. The entire experience and mood got ruined. Even the ordered chit said boneless. I confirmed three times that if the boneless is available they affirmed and confirmed the order still I got served the regular biryani. Horrible experience.
Been their customer since 2017 but lately the attitude and the meanness of the staff has reached to the cliff. Ordered goat biryani takeout and half of the pieces are hard as if it’s a leftover from previous day. Today the tipping point had been the quantity of gravy, like really is this what you give to the customers for a box of biryani. The cup potion is tiny and they have audacity to fill it to a one third. This place has become my most go to every weekend to annoyance because of these behavior. How do I finish my biryani with a teaspoonful of gravy???
Edit: 6/21/2025 The food we ordered today was Paneer Dum biryani family pack with Gobhi Manchurian on the side. Both those dishes were tasteless to the point where couldn’t eat at all. The oil felt thick and rancid, the masala was not spicy or flavored, Gobhi had strange after taste. Not enough paneer. This place is officially not for us anymore. I believe the chef changed or they are cutting costs, but it’s definitely not the same. Don’t recommend it to anyone again. Nice place for good Indian dinner. The biryanis and curries were pretty spicy with medium option. Paneer biryani, chicken biryani, cut mirchi, paneer 65, chicken curry, mango lassi, and the naan were tasty. The food is definitely a little more expensive than other options around. Good ambiance, friendly staff, quick service, clean dining area. Would recommend this place if you are craving for some nice appetizers and biryanis.
